Home on the Range is not the best Disney film, but it’s still significantly better than Chicken Little. The villain is funny with an equally entertaining song and the buffalo he has that acts like a bouncer is also hilarious. I still don’t know how to feel about that jab towards DreamWorks (“It’s Buck! Stallion of the Cim-moron”). I think this was when I started becoming more aware of how petty those studios were towards each other (Up to that point I had seen Antz, A Bug’s Life, and Shrek, but was too young at the time to be aware of their feud).
