Aug 18 - lazy day, but at least I was back to normal disinclination to do stuff instead of inability.

On my own for supper and decided to have what was essentially a large snack for it; couple slices of the black bread, some smoked cheddar, grapes, walnuts, dates, and tea. And a little milk chocolate for dessert.
