So yeah! This AU! I'm really happy with this au, along with the lore and worldbuilding with it. I've been really on a Danny Phantom crossover kick recently, so it's sort of obvious why I'm coming back to my favorite piece of media of all time to cross it over with DP.

Another idea (please inform me if I start to annoy you.)

So in Omori Abbi, Humphrey, and Big yellow cat (Byc for short) are all huge, I think this is because Sunny came up with them when he was small, like how Byc might be based off the play structure in the park that has a hole in the bottom of it that a kid might climb in;

So in Omari there probably small because Mari was taller than Sunny when he came up with them, so instead of being big Bosses, their Sunny's little helpers;

Or because in Omori you get in Humphrey and young Sunny might have gotten in the play structure, in Omari they might act as a three piece suit of armor (or three different suits of armor).

So either Mari sees them as helping her goal of protecting Sunny, or later she sees them as getting in the way of her protecting Sunny; a tragic irony, telling them to let go of him when she won't.

Or she does realize this and she starts to see them as competition; saying something like "Only I may smother him!".

You are so real for this, may I use this idea because I think it's really cute ahehehehe

LMAO am I late to have perhaps finally understood that the Three Great Creatures are Sunny's childhood memories? Or like Childhood figures. Wild brainrot right now.

But like. Yellow Cat is the Favorite. At first I thought naively "yeah Sunny loves cats, ok, we get it" but then i remembered that there is a shelter in the shape of a yellow cat in the park at Faraway town. And it must surely serve to protect the children from the rain. But in Headspace, Yellow Cat is here in the Neighbor room. So he protect the children - Sunny's friends. So Sunny like him because Y.Cat protect his precious memories and friends. Y.Cat is his favorite.

The Oldest is Humphrey the Whale and I must admit I forgot some details about him but I don't think less. Humphrey is from a children's book Sunny had, and he's a very hungry whale that eat everything and that's scary for a children I think to see a whale like that. (You know Monstro from Pinocchio? Yeah.) I like to think that Sunny has had this book from a very young age to the point that it is a very old memory for him. In Headspace, that's like he's been here forever. Worse, Humphrey is there on the Headspace's edge and act like a guardian of the Truth and a Final Boss. Anyone who dares to go against him finds himself devoured - Humphrey is like Cerberus. He must keep the Truth secret under his master's request. He's the oldest friend Sunny has known. Even if time has driven him crazy.

Now we have Abbi the Wisest. Aaaaaand yeah we don’t know very much about her except that she was banished to the abyss for some unknown reason. But she embodies wisdom, that’s for sure. Maybe in Headspace she wanted to talk to Sunny and told him to forgive himself about his sister’s death. But it will also mean that she acted against the Dreamer’s will. (as they say) So maybe Omori, like an ultimate Shield, he took away her power and banished her. I like to tell myself that in real life she was Sunny’s tamagotchi or even Mari’s. and that’s all I think I’ve said it all!
