Not all of them are super tickly I think, but Dagger and Doll are absolute MENACES: just randomly coming up to one of the other first-stringers and giving them an innocent hug before suddenly poking at their ribs or other such nonsense before running away laughing like a maniac.

Jumbo isn’t super big into tickling either, but the man isn’t super ticklish to begin with. He’s generally indifferent to it.

Peter will absolutely chase down whoever is brave enough to tickle him and toss them around/beat them up/threaten to kill them. He despises being touched in general, let alone being tickled. Beast would be another person who HATES being tickled, though won’t do anything to retaliate. A glare from her is all that’s needed to know to back off.

Joker and Wendy are hit or miss. They may be annoyed with being tickled and will bat any hands away or they will tackle and start an absolute tickle war.

Snake is HELLA ticklish and will claim that he hates being tickled but he secretly likes the silly bouts of laughter that bubble up from him. It makes him feel good.

ranting about my niche hyperfixation on black butler (mainly on noah's ark circus)

TLDR; I never expected the circus group to be THIS underrated after re-joining the fandom.

okay so, you all may know that I'm hyperfixating on Kuroshitsuji right now, most of my followers know me as a Naruto blog but I do post my other interests here from time to time lol I've had it in a category as "one of those things I like but I don't feel like hyperfixating on it right now" and now it's been more than 4 weeks since I've been focused on anything black butler related.

over the years I have been dipping my toes into the kuro fandom to check up on some things so I am keeping up with new updates here and there (last time I had checked before completely being submerged here was like, 3-4 years ago and it was just to revisit some cheslock related content), and one thing I noticed was how popular season 3's characters were back then, y'know from the outside view seeing a lot of content of joker for example and being like "holy shit!"

now that I actually am focused on it and doing my niche little research on things about them like fanfiction and headcanons, hoping to find the same content I did all those years back, and come to find out there isn't really that much content on them?? because I understand characters like sebastian and undertaker getting more spotlight since y'know they're alive apart of the main cast but?? I never?? expected?? them?? to be?? this?? underrated???

I felt like dagger and beast would've had like, more fans than what I thought from before and Ik joker, doll, and snake are the most popular out of everyone else and even THEY are overshadowed and it's crazy because I don't remember them being this underrated.

I already know theres gonna be someone who comments/reblogs this saying something along the lines of "lol ur bitter because ur favs don't get that much attention!" "they're not main characters what do u expect!" "maybe u shouldn't hyperfixate on useless boring characters!" and blah blah blah and it's like??? I know they aren't that important especially to the current storyline as of late but what I'm saying is that I never expected them to be THIS underrated after re-joining the fandom since probably 2017, I remember seeing way more fanart and fanfiction on these characters and I feel like some of them just... disappeared??

I understand the choice to change the original use of the word “fag” to “drudge,” for obvious slur reasons. But, by doing that, you’re ensuring that viewers won’t know that fagging was an actual practice that’s been around for centuries in Great Britain.

It clearly wasn’t a humane or ethical system, and it’s deeply frowned upon in present day. But it was a huge part of British public/boarding school culture, and “fag” and “fagging” were the words exclusively used for this practice.

There’s even a possibility that the modern gay slur “faggot” was derived from this practice, since fagging frequently involved physical and sexual abuse between students. However, tellingly, fagging became less popular in some schools when homosexuality was more actively criminalized.

All that is to say that—though I get the reasoning—you’re still erasing a plot-relevant part of history by glossing over this very bad, very true thing that existed in England (and in some English colonies!) up through the 20th century. The truth is ugly, but it’s better context for the story you’re telling, and quite honestly makes Ciel’s situation at Weston make a lot more sense.

Kuro anime in 2024

So... two blogs have messaged me today about this: there's gonna be new Black Butler anime in 2024....

I'm hoping it's "Book of Weston", or whatever they call it for the anime, though there seems to have been another change to the anime staff, because one of the blogs says the look of the animation has changed again.

Crunchyroll is apparently running teaser ads for it.

Guess we'll see... eventually.

So sick of people calling black butler cringe in 2024. Maybe some fans were weird and annoying ten years ago, but it's objectively an incredible manga series that I will continue to shamelessly adore for the following reasons:

● Unique and intriguing story that doesn't feel drawn out to death. (Unlike certain other series...)

● Every ark is so different, refreshing, and adds richness to the overarching plot.

● Well researched historical setting and references.

● Amazing complex yet campy characters (bonus point: actual badass women)

● (another bonus point: multicultural main cast)

● Gorgeous art and epic fashion

● Humour and camp to break up the dark themes

● Cool supernatural elements to add to the already fascinating Victorian setting (reapers, demons, etc.)

● It has Sebastian

● It has Ciel (seriously, he is one of the most dynamic protagonists ever)

All I'm saying is that folks are so quick to call it cringe that they're genuinely missing out on something special.

I really want to write out a teen titans x black butler; season 3 crossover thingy.

I mean....

Raven, a demon, having the potential to interact with Sebastian, another demon, and William is like "oh great there's two of them..."

Robin interacting with the others would be quite funny, especially Ciel! Joker tries to hit on Starfire and Robin and Beast are like "👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀"

Beast Boy and Dagger would 100% be friends, green skin? we don't discriminate! you're cool!

Cyborg would have the most stares out of everyone because... he's HALF ROBOT, totally not because he's black LOOOL y'all chill I'm black too 😂

I can see people confusing Beast and Robin for being siblings for some reason.

But sadly, all the funnies come to an end when the titans find out from Ciel and Sebastian that the circus is kidnapping children, and that's when things get serious.

I can see Raven having an odd feeling about this straight off the bat, will she say anything about it?

to a certain degree I really wanna add Terra too, but I'm kind of opting out on it??? idk
