since elrond doesn't want the kingship, galadriel & celeborn are the eldest in middle-earth of the lines of Olwe and Elmo respectively. olwe is older but hes the king of the teleri not specifically doriath sindar so there might be some dispute between which line the sindarin high kingship jumps to, but they very conveniently happen to already be married and so can skip all that and just be twice the headache for sauron

Princess of Light: Nana Lady Galadriel x baby elf reader x Ada Celeborn.

Age: new born. Galadriel and Celeborn find out a very unexpected but lovely surprise. Takes place long after the Hobbit and a couple of years before Lord of the Rings.

Galadriel didn't understand what was wrong with her. She's been feeling sick, having strange cravings but most of all her belly was getting rounder and bigger.

It hit her that she was pregnant but how was that possible when she lost her ability to have children after having Celebrian.

She decided to look into her mirror to see if she is pregnant and to see the gender.

Looking into the mirror Galadriel can see a beautiful baby girl with the same hair as her and her husband’s eyes.

She gently placed a hand on her swelling stomach and can feel her  unborn baby kick, smiling with tears of joy in her eyes she went to tell her husband Celeborn the good news that they are going to be parents again.

Celeborn was beyond happy about the news, he was ecstatic about getting to be a father again the moment he felt his unborn child's energy from within his wife.

8 months later:

Galadriel is sitting besides her husband in the throne room lightly chuckling at her son in laws face as he gazes at her huge baby bump "Mother! you are with a child?" Elrond of Rivendell asked in shock "Yes my dear son in law." Galadriel said as Celeborn placed a hand on his wife's baby bump.

Elrond made his way up still looking at the bump containing the unborn child.

He looks at his parent in laws as if asking them for permission which they gladly gave.

He gently rubbed his hand over the bump feeling the unborn child kick but it was a very hard kick and the sound of liquid running was heard "She's coming." Galadriel said making Celeborn look at her in surprise "But it's so early." He said in surprise.

At the bedroom:

Celeborn is standing by Galadriel's side holding her hand as the healers tell her to push until the babies head was visible "I can see the head! Your doing great my lady." He said continuing to instruct the lady of light to push until the sweet cries of a newborn child filled the room. A midwife took the baby from the healer to have her clean.

Maids came in to clean Galadriel up before she held her child, after they finished a pink bundle was given to Galadriel who smiled along with Celeborn at the sight of their newborn baby.

She looked like a spitting images of Galadriel with her hair, skin and features, Celeborn placed his hand on his new princess's head "She's beautiful." He said lightly kissing your head making you opening your eyes revealing that you have your father's eyes, upon seeing your parents you cooed in curiosity at your surroundings "Hello, Y/N." Your new mother said smiling at you making you smile back while gurgling happily until a speck of dust flew past your nose making you sneeze and the adults to chuckle "Bring Elrond in." Celeborn said lightly tracing a finger on your chubby cheek making you grab his finger "Celebrian would have loved her." He said smiling fondly at the memories of your older sister who sailed to the undying lands long ago after being kidnapped and tortured by orcs.

The door reopened to reveal their Son in law with king Thranduil who both smiled softly at the newborn elfling "Ahh Thranduil we weren't expecting you until tomorrow." The lord of light said to the king of the woodland realm who gave a smirk "Looks like I came on time for the birth of the newborn princess of light." He said giving to everyone's shock a smile not a smirk or smug grin, a real genuine smile.

The two younger elven rulers made their ways over to Galadriel's bedside to greet you as your staring at them in newborn curiosity "Hello little one." Elrond said while Thranduil lightly booped your nose earning a laugh from you warming ever one's hearts but soon you got fussy.

Galadriel's motherly instincts kicked in as she knew what you wanted and Celeborn knew to as his fatherly instincts kicked in as well so he ushered the woodland realm king and his son in law out of the room with him behind to give his wife and daughter privacy.

It was now night time you are peacefully asleep in between your parents in a nest of blankets still wrapped in your pink blanket while your parents looked down lovenly at you as they made a vow to protect you and prevent you from suffering as your sister but they were going to make sure not to be to overprotective "Goodnight little starlight." Celeborn said lightly kissing your head with Galadriel doing the same as they drifted to sleep with you their greatest treasure asleep right next to them.

I assume there's some reason that Silm fandom (as appearing on my dash) tends to assume Galadriel and Aredhel didn't like each other, but ... I don't actually know what the reason is. Personally, I choose to think that they actually were pretty close despite their different personalities/affiliations/life paths.

(I can see them clashing, it's not a plausibility or canonicity thing. But they were friends as well as cousins in my headcanon.)

since orome is obviously the family vala (with aule coming in second) the group costume theme that year was orome. (they do a different vala each year)

yes celegorm does in fact have a horse, yes his horse does actually look somewhat like nahar, and yes he put a rubber horse mask on huan instead.

instead of doing orome + a friend, ambarussa are doing Tall Orome (they did rock paper scissors for who gets to be the head).

aredhel and galadriel show up as orome & vana, but halfway through the party galadriel pops into the bathroom and converts her costume to tulkas:
