we’re at the Library and the kids are coloring. Did ya know It’s the latest craze for us Adults . Where you might expect to see children, you find adults: They sit with colored pencils in their hands, bent over the swirls and intricate patterns of coloring books. Yes, coloring books. They are losing themselves in patterns of mandalas, curved flowers and runaway stems. I have been coloring lately with my 5 and 7 year old family members. This is a world where us as adults use coloring as a way to create and escape into, and it’s become a popular form of relaxation. 🥰. It relaxes the brain.
