Copycat: *transforms to look like Chat Noir*
Chat: Okay, are you like BLIND? You look nothing like me. First off, I'm way taller. Secondly, I DO NOT look so sleep deprived and lastly, if you could drag comb through that hair you're like a 7 on a good day and I've been told I'm a constant 10.

Spread Your Wings by @myladynoire (5,895 words)
Set before the Finale. Félix uses his Kwagatama to summon his father's memory and has a talk with him.
every wall that i knock down (is just a wall that i'll replace) by @purplecatghostposts (8,355 words)
Now it’s Félix’s turn. Adrien needs to know about his own existence before anything else and Félix wanted to have that conversation himself. Marinette didn’t argue when he told her as much. If anything, she seemed slightly relieved. Félix has been meaning to do it for a long time. Adrien had been at risk if he said anything before, not to mention it felt cruel to tell him when he would still have to bend to his father’s orders until the rings were retrieved. But Adrien wears his own amoks now, making his own choices with no one forcing him to do any of it. All physical risks are out of the way. Félix only needs to break it to him. The problem is that it never seems to actually be the right moment.
Trapped by @trishacollins (13,368 words)
Felix asks to visit Adrien earlier, worried that his twin isn't responding to him on their bond. Gabriel catches him snooping and makes some assumptions about why. It gets worse from there.
hieroglyphics by Anonymous (1,408 words)
Marinette, up late overthinking, texts Félix to ask if he'll move to Paris. (Takes place at some point between Ladybug's battle with Monarch and the pool party.)
never been in love by @bittersweetresilience (1,562 words)
Félix wonders if he has a heart. If he does, it doesn't beat like that.
orbital departure by @bittersweetresilience, @keeperofthebox (2,567 words)
While Félix is visiting, Emilie makes a suggestion.
Eat Your Young by @redundant-lava (704 words)
What was Felix doing during the season 5 finale? He came back to London to hang out with his girlfriend but is straight up not having a good time right now
Pause, Rewind, Play by @piromina (4,717 words, ongoing)
Félix paused, eyes still locked on the pocket watch she held out in anticipation. This miraculous, it meant he could travel in time. To any time he wanted. He could relive so many events, fix so many things he wished had played out differently. He could even see the future.
Amor Fati by @myladynoire (82,940 words)
In which Félix finds out he’s a Sentimonster. A long and painful self-discovery journey ensues. (And Lila is in for the ride).
Hey, Ribbons by childoflightningg (11,553 words)
Chat Noir’s transformation fell away for the last time. A feeble flicker of green, a blur of black zipping away. Ladybug wasn’t sure she wanted to see his identity, but it didn’t matter. Even if she had averted her gaze, she would have heard the gasps, the whispered name rippling through the crowd. Félix Agreste.
I Love You (for senti-mental reasons) by @redundant-lava (1,766 words)
All Gabriel Agreste wants is what is best for his family. Adrien understands this, but Felix has been persistent in interfering with his uncle’s plans, much to Gabriel’s frustration. When Gabriel finally regains possession of both the Graham de Vanilly rings, he decides to have a conversation with his nephew and persuade the boy to see things from Gabriel’s point of view (a Sentimonster story)
bad body double by Ehlihr (7,941 words, ongoing)
New year, new powers, and Marinette's new classmate are proving to be a personal challenge.
I Won't Let You by generalluxun (3,827 words)
After Gabriel's defeat, two individuals not party to the celebration run into each other, and find each other.
Checkmate by theriveroflight (1,575 words)
Running away has consequences.
(sentitwins fic recs) (feligami fic recs)
💥🦐🥂🚨 FELINETTE ZONE 🚨🥂🦐💥
annotated by ritsukies (4,351 words)
Félix and Marinette share a quiet moment together in the shared space of Adrien's bedroom.
Filling space by beforesaturn (comic)
A Felix and Marinette centric story after the death of Adrien Agreste.
Sure, Ladybug by ouijadarling (4,051 words, ongoing)
'We both know it'll happen again.' Félix is an old hand at being kidnapped, mainly because Hawkmoth thinks he and Ladybug are dating, and therefore, knows her alter ego. Every week, a new Akuma wakes him up in the middle of the night for some interrogation, and Ladybug ends up rescuing him. It's starting to get wearisome, and also, Félix has the strangest feeling that the supervillain knows him in some way. And that he's in for a hell of a time this final year of school.
Copycat by imthepunchlord (76,805 words, ongoing)
It was supposed to be quick and easy. Become Adrien Agreste for a week, steal the surviving twin ring for his mother, return and offer back the reclaimed heirloom and be a decent enough cousin that he gave Adrien a week break away from that house. That's how it was supposed to go. Of course, nothing ever goes how it's supposed to go. Not when Adrien goes AWOL on him and he finds a magical ring with a snarky little being asking him to also play hero. Lucky for the little being, Felix is curious and bored enough to try. And who knows, maybe it'll have some perks in messing with his Uncle.
There's This Club At the School by enigmatic_emperor (17,078 words, ongoing)
There's this club at the school which researches the ancient miraculi, a group of jewels that are believed to hold mythical powers. However, it only has three members! When Marinette hears that a new student is transferring to Dupont, she is more than excited to invite them to join the club in a hope that the club could have more exposure. That is, until rumours begin to spread that the new transfer student goes by the name Felix, and has some sort of affiliation with the Agreste's.
When In Paris by Lumienn (13,963 words, ongoing)
Felix comes back to Paris a year after his last eventful visit. This time, he's here to stay for much longer. Between his own personal mission, hanging out with his cousin, being a tourist, and his first Akuma attack, he's got his hands full. But then Marinette shows up... and shakes things up to a whole new level.

I always hated the Copycat episode, I watched it again and now I know why I hate it so much.
It is normal for the writers of Miraculous to leave Chat as useless and they made it clear from the first season (although there are chapters that he shines and others where, without him, they totally lost, speaking during s1).
Now, Copycat is simple. Theo is interested in Ladybug, Chat gets jealous and hints that both heroes have something. Theo, jealous, envious and somewhat possessive, ends up being akumatized because he believes that he is the only one worthy of Ladybug's love.
Copycat leaves Chat in a very bad light and he wants to face his copy alone. But here comes the problem. Chat is totally humiliated by Copy and it's something I hates. Why didn't they let Chat face the copy? It was an akuma that he provoked and maybe he deserved it, but got kicked so hard.
And I'm complaining because later we have the Antibug chapter.
In s1 both Chat and Ladybug have akumas against them with their same powers, but while Ladybug can take on Antibug ALONE, Chat is humiliated and needs Ladybug's help. Both Copycat and Antibug are akumas that they caused and I find it unfair that only one of them was able to defeat the copy without being humiliated.
Chat had more experience with that powers, while an akuma with the same powers beats him in five minutes…

Copycat Ch 17: A Royal Occasion
Ao3
If Felix was Chat Sith as Marinette suspects, she now really wonders what his and Plagg’s dynamic is like. First day with Plagg, Marinette has found that he is like having an actual cat. Mostly, Plagg sticks to himself, naps much of the day, and explores.  It was actually easy to forget he was there. Unlike Tikki who always hovered close in her peripheral vision, he was good at giving her space and did his own thing.  But when he wanted attention, he made sure he had attention.  When Marinette was sketching, and Plagg wanted her to focus on him, he plopped himself down in the middle of the page and told her he was hungry.  When Marinette was working on homework, she jumped when she felt fuzz around her neck, and Plagg was pacing around her shoulders, rubbing his body about and didn’t settle until her finger was stroking his head.  And sometimes he kept her on her toes by messing with her yarn and thread.  Marinette found herself torn between endearment, amusement, and annoyance. Plagg was her guest though, and it was her job to care for the kwami as best she could.  Not that Tikki approved or liked it.

Tales of Bloody Bug and Chat Noir - Chapter 5 - Copycat
Beginning || Previous || Next
Alix lay in bed as the clock struck two. Her alarm buzzed. She sighed and checked the event she set. She grumbled seeing it was for the unveiling of a statue for Bloody Bug and Chat Noir. She dismissed the notification and scrolled through her social media. Tikki perched on Alix’s head.
“Aren’t you going to the commemoration?” Tikki asked.
            “Why should I?” Alix countered.
“It’s in your honor. The city is celebrating you and Chat Noir.”
Alix huffed and rolled over, sending Tikki off the bed. Tikki shook herself off and confronted Alix.
“C’mon. Getting out of here should help your mood.”
“Nothing will help my mood. Especially not dealing with that ass of a cat.”
            “Language, Alix.”
Alix growled and turned away from Tikki.
“Alix, I understand that you miss your mother, but you shouldn’t put everything on hold. You should be out there living your life.”
“Enough, Tikki. Seriously. I appreciate your concern, but you can’t understand how I function or how I’m feeling right now. I would rather just sulk in peace. Got it?”
Tikki sighed and bowed her head.
Alix rolled onto her stomach and returned to her phone.
~~
Adrien finished his fencing match and headed to the locker room for his water bottle. He opened his locker and frowned, seeing Plagg had eaten all the camembert he had packed.
            “Plagg, you pig!”
Plagg yawned and looked at Adrien. “You have one new message.”
Adrien tilted his head and grabbed his phone. He didn’t recognize the number. His thumb hovered over the play button until he saw the time.
“Oh no! We’re going to be late for the commemoration. Let’s go. Plagg, claws out.”
Plagg disappeared into the ring and transformed Adrien into Chat Noir. He slipped out of the locker room and headed for Places des Vosages. He landed at the foot of the covered statue next to the mayor and the sculptor, Theo. He smiled and waved, putting on a show for the cameras. Theo stepped up beside Chat Noir.
“Excuse me, Chat Noir, but Bloody Bug’s not here,” Theo pointed out.
“Don’t worry about Bloody Bug. Even if she doesn’t show up, you still have me. I can handle this on my own anyway. You know, I’m usually the one in charge.”
Theo looked away as he held up a newspaper clipping of Bloody Bug. “It’s just… I wanted to get her autograph. She’s incredible. She’s smart and quick and so kind. Everyone sings her praise, but not as much as the victims themselves. She goes above and beyond.”
Chat Noir’s ear flicked as he furrowed his brow.
“Perhaps the ceremony should commence. It might bring her here faster,” the mayor remarked.
“No, wait. Please, just one more minute,” Theo begged.
“I dunno. One minute won’t make too much of a difference,” Chat Noir commented.
“I agree. Let’s begin,” the mayor agreed.
            “But-!” Theo started.
“Attention everyone! We’ve seen some bizarre things as of late, but we’ve had valiant defenders to safeguard us. It’s only proper for Paris to pay homage to those that protect us from evil. Bloody Bug and Chat Noir!”
The tarp was pulled off the statue. The crowd marveled at the display of Bloody Bug and Chat Noir.
Chat Noir whistled as he leaned on Theo. “These statues are amazing.”
Theo sighed. “Bloody Bug didn’t show up. I wanted to express my adoration for her. Let her know that everything I had went into her statue. I’m sure if she took a little time to get to know me, she’d see how much we have in common.”
Chat Noir’s eyes widened as Theo prattled on. Jealousy gnawed at him as Theo gushed over Bloody Bug and wanting to be with her. His eyes narrowed into slits, determined to keep his friend to himself and not lose her.
“Hey, sorry to interrupt, but me and Bloody, we’re like this.”
Chat Noir crossed his fingers. He smirked seeing Theo’s face fall.
            “Really?”
“Oh yeah. Two peas in a pod.”
Theo sneered and pushed Chat Noir away. Chat Noir stood triumphant as he watched Theo leave. He lingered a moment longer before he hurried back into the school for fencing practice. He de-transformed and headed into the locker room with the others. He grabbed his duffel bag and headed out to the car for home.
Adrien headed to his room where he changed out of his fencing gear. He placed his duffel bag on his bed to get it ready for his next practice. He rummaged through it for his phone but couldn’t find it.
“Where’s my phone? I thought it was in here.”
“I promise I didn’t eat it,” Plagg remarked.
Adrien hummed. “Maybe I left it at school in the locker. C’mon.”
Adrien ran out to find Gorilla, finding him in the sitting room. Gorilla looked up from his book as Adrien approached.
“Hey, could you take me back to the school? I think I left my phone there during practice.”
Gorilla nodded and escorted Adrien to the car. They headed out while Adrien listened absentmindedly to a news broadcast. He tuned most of it out until the mention of a thief at the Louvre. He turned on the screen on the back of the driver’s seat to view the broadcast.
“Amateur video show, without a shadow of a doubt, that the thief is none other than the hero, Chat Noir,” Nadja announced.
Adrien’s jaw dropped as the broadcast cut to footage of the heist. Chat Noir stood with the Mona Lisa in hand, and a lollypop stick in his mouth, like the one Theo had.
“This painting is the cat’s meow.”
“Cat’s meow?” Adrien echoed in disbelief.
Gorilla parked the car outside the school. Adrien bolted from the car into the school.
“Not only is that person a fake, but he’s a terrible one!”
Adrien hid in the school and transformed before he headed for the Louvre.
~~
Alix scrolled through her phone when she heard police sirens. She pushed herself up, looked out her window, and saw a swarm of police surrounding the Louvre. She raised a brow as she saw Chat Noir land and spoke with the police chief, Roger. She got up and headed downstairs where she found Alim worked up into a frenzy.
“Dad, what’s going on?” Alix asked.
“Oh, Alix, it’s awful. One of those so-called heroes stole the Mona Lisa from the Louvre. The mockery. The audacity! How could he do such a thing?”
            “The cat boy?”
“Yes! That’s the one. We shouldn’t have trusted that creature. He’s just like all cats it seems.”
“Dad, I’m sure Bloody Bug will set things straight with Chat Noir.”
“She better! My precious museum is not complete without such a masterpiece. Oh, how could they allow this to happen?”
Alix rolled her eyes and headed back up to her room. She passed Jalil on the way, who was worked up into a similar frenzy as Alim. She growled and slammed her door. She rubbed her head as she leaned against her door.
“Why do I have to do with this crap now?”
“Chat Noir’s coming out of the Louvre. Looks like he’s being chased by the police,” Tikki said.
“Great. Fucking great. Well, let’s get this over with and clear his stupid name. Tikki, spots on.”
~~
Adrien ran out from a subway tunnel into a nearby alleyway. He took deep breaths while Plagg ate some camembert.
“This is ridiculous. Why wouldn’t they see I was trying to help? I told them as much, but no! They think I’m the thief returning.”
“Speaking of, I think the thief was akumatized,” Plagg remarked.
“I figured as much. Look at this.”
Adrien held up the lollypop stick.
“The sculptor. He’s going to steal Bloody Bug from me. I need to stop him. I won’t lose my friend.”
“Uh, Adrien? That’s not-,” Plagg started.
“Not now. We need to find him. Plagg, claws out!”
~~
Bloody Bug strolled along the rooftops with her eyes peeled for Chat Noir. She grumbled when she heard a ringing. She looked around but didn’t see anyone. She looked down at her yo-yo to see a green phone symbol in the middle spot. She grabbed it and clicked the symbol. The yo-yo bottom slid up with a screen. Her eyes widened to see Chat Noir.
“What the-? This thing doubles as a phone? How do you know this?”
“Don’t worry, Mini, I’ll be sure to share all my secrets with you once I deal with this Akuma.”
            “Lovely. Where are you, fleabag?”
            “In his den.”
            “Whose?”
            “My Copycat.”
            “Copycat?”
“Yeah. If someone had attended the ceremony, you’d understand.”
“Look, I wasn’t feeling up to it. Now, tell me where you are.”
“No. This is between me and him. He wants to take you away from me and I won’t let him.”
“What in the blazes are you talking about?”
“Look, just stay out of it. I have this handled,” Chat Noir said and hung up.
Bloody Bug snarled and roared. She turned over her yo-yo and shook it. “Damn you, fleabag! Tell me where you are!”
Bloody Bug’s yo-yo beeped. She looked back at the screen to see a map of the city. She zoomed in on the green pawprint and grinned.
“This triples as a tracker too! Oh ho ho, your ass is toast now, fleabag.”
~~
Chat Noir searched the warehouse Theo uses for his sculptors. He eyed a maneki-neko with a note against it. He grabbed his staff and clicked the pawprint. The staff extended and hit the maneki-neko, triggering a trap.
“Nice try, Copycat. You’ll have to do better than that to trap me. Why don’t you come out and save us both the trouble.”
A moment passed before Copycat dropped from the rafters. He glared daggers at Chat Noir.
“You’re smarter than I gave you credit for, cat,” Copycat remarked.
“I get that quite a lot. It’s why Bloody Bug values me so much. Her equal in every way. Unlike you, a mere imitation.”
“I’m more than an imitation. I’m superior to you in every way.”
            “Prove it.”
Copycat roared and lunged for Chat Noir. The pair tussled as Bloody Bug slipped in and sat on the rafters. She watched the spat and smirked. She perched herself while she fiddled with her yo-yo until she discovered a camera feature. Her smirked widened as she sat back and recorded the even match of the two cats.
“What does she even see in you?” Copycat demanded.
“Oh, where do I start? I’m smart, cunning, and strong. And, not to brag, but I’m also quite the looker. Makes us quite the perfect duo with her brutality and red, hot temper.”
Bloody Bug rolled her eyes at Chat Noir’s comment.
“You’re nothing more than a conflated ego and a fool. She deserves so much more than you. You who would talk down to her,” Copycat declared.
“Do I? Or do you not know our dear Bloody Bug?”
“Of course, I do. I love her and know everything about her! It’s why I’m perfect for her!”
Bloody Bug furrowed her brows and curled her lip at the declaration. She moved to step in when Chat Noir delivered a swift kick to Copycat and pinned him down.
“Don’t claim to love and know her when you clearly don’t know her.”
“Yes, I do! I know everything about her!”
Chat Noir snarled and threw Copycat into a wall. “Do you? Do you know just how quick her wit and thinking is in dealing with Akumas? Do you know the depths of her compassion when helping the victims solve their problems? The short, red-hot temper when she’s angry. The even shorter fuse when you get under her skin. Do you know of any of this?”
            “What does it matter?”
“Because it’s who she is. She’s more than some heroic figure, she’s a compassionate, temperamental person. More importantly, she’s my best friend and I won’t let you take her away.”
Bloody Bug’s eyes widened. Her breath caught as tears welled in her eyes. She cursed her emotional funk as she fought back the tears. She didn’t care about Chat Noir. He was just an annoying cat boy that loved to grate on her nerves. He was just the extra she had to deal with that was occasionally useful. He was far from her friend. Still, the sentiment remained. The very idea that he accepted her for all she was sent her spiraling. No one outside her family accepted her so completely. None of her classmates would, so why did he? What made him accept her and call her friend when no one else would?
“Oh, look what I found!” Chat Noir called out.
Bloody Bug snapped from her thoughts to the fight. Chat Noir stood on a table as he held up a purple scrap of paper. Copycat lunged for him as he tore the paper in two, releasing the Akuma.
            “Cataclysm!” Chat Noir yelled.
Dark energy emitted from Chat Noir’s ring. He grinned and grabbed the Akuma, reducing it to ash. Copycat fell to his knees and reverted to Theo.
            “What’s going on? What happened?”
“I saved you. No big deal,” Chat Noir answered.
“You! I didn’t want you to save me! I wanted to replace you. You don’t deserve Bloody Bug.”
“Maybe not, but you certainly don’t. All you know is the idea of her and not who she actually is. You can’t claim you love her how you do. Love takes time, effort, and you have to know the person. You know what the public has seen, but you haven’t seen what I have. And, and I can tell you that becoming a monster isn’t the way to win her over.”
Bloody Bug swallowed hard as her tears threatened her. She ended the recording and slipped out while Chat Noir grabbed the Mona Lisa. She headed back towards home, slipping into her room. She locked her door and de-transformed. Tikki flew up to her while she curled up in a ball.
            “Alix? What’s wrong?”
“Tikki, I don’t understand. Why? Why would he call me a friend? Why would he claim to know me? Why did hearing such a declaration make me feel weirder? Why doesn’t he hate or fear me like everyone else? After everything I’ve done. After being myself. Why would he dare call me a friend after all that?”
Tikki shrugged. “Your kind is a confusing one. Besides, what about Ivan?”
“Ivan isn’t the same. We’re just music buddies, just barely friends. And he’s not going around declaring us to be best friends after a month of knowing each other.”
“I don’t know what to say then.”
A knock came at Alix’s door. “Alix?” Alim called.
            “Yeah, Dad?”
“Are you alright? You don’t lock your door unless you’re angry or upset.”
            “I just… yeah.”
            “Do you want to talk?”
Alix sighed and opened the door as Tikki hid. She sat at her desk while Alim sat on her bed.
            “What’s troubling you, Alix?”
“Well, its… how do I say this? So, a person may or may not have called me their best friend, but I don’t understand why they would. They’ve only known me for a month, and I’ve been, well, myself. My nasty, horrible, rude self and they still call me their best friend. And I just don’t understand why.”
“Oh, Alix, those are the people you need in your life. Those that would accept you for all you are, flaws and all.”
“But they annoy me and always make me so angry. How could I need that kind of person in my life?”
Alim hummed. “Well, what does this kid do?”
“They just tease me. And they act oh so smug when they do. It just boils my blood.”
“Aside from the teasing, how do you feel about them?”
“They’re ok, I guess. They’re somewhat competent as far as I can tell. Maybe not as much of an idiot as everyone else.”
“And you’ve told them about the teasing and how you feel about it?”
            “Sorta.”
            Yes or no.”
“Not exactly. I more threatened to drown them if they didn’t stop.”
Alim shook his head. “Alix, honey, we need to work on that. Anger may be natural, but threatening someone for teasing isn’t.”
“What do you want me to do? I can’t help not feel this way. Besides, Mom was this way too.”
“She was, but she also knew to pick her battles. It may not have seemed like it a lot of the time, but she did know. That is a lesson you’ve yet to learn.”
“I do to know what battles to pick.”
            Alim raised a brow. “Chloe.”
            “That’s… she’s just… fine.”
“Alix, all I’m asking is that you assess the situation and consider if it’s worth your anger. Even if you need to tackle something, still ask yourself if anger is the right response.”
            “I’ll try. And the person?”
“Well, my best advice right now is to either ignore them or directly tell, not threaten, them how the teasing upsets you. And I know you can do it. Like your mother, you’ll tell the world exactly how you feel.”
            “I’ll try.”
Alim smiled. “That’s all I ask of you.”
            “Thank you, Dad.”
            “Always, Alix.”
“By the way, why did you swing by my room? Did something happen?”
“Oh, yes! The Mona Lisa was returned! Chat Noir returned her.”
            “Did he now?”
“He did. He also boasted about how he took care of it without Bloody Bug’s help until his little ring chirped and he ran off.”
Alix snorted. “Well, good for him.”
“Yes, well, I still have my doubts. Say, if you happen to run into that Bloody Bug girl again, would you mind telling her I want to speak with her? Namely about the cat.”
“If I get that lucky, I’ll pass along your message.”
“Thank you. Oh, but don’t purposely put yourself in danger now. Just, if you happen to see her or something like that.”
            “Don’t worry, I won’t.”
“Thank you. I’ll leave you alone now. I need to get over to the Louvre and make sure everything is in order… and that the cat didn’t leave with anything else.”
Alix chuckled as Alim left. She sighed and moved to her bed. Tikki came out of hiding and joined her.
            “How are you feeling?”
“One part confused, another part conflicted, and the rest just numb.”
“Did the talk with your father not help?”
“No, it did. I just… a lot of what he said I won’t be able to put into practice until next time I see the fleabag.”
“Maybe your first step can be not calling him fleabag.”
            Alix grumbled.
            “Alix.”
            “Look, no promises, alright?”
“Alright. One step at a time for now, right?”
“Please. This is… unfamiliar territory for me.”
“Well, you’re not alone. I’m here, and so is your father. We’ll help you.”
Alix smiled and nuzzled Tikki. She placed Tikki on her nightstand with a handful of cookies. Tikki happily munched on them while Alix settled back on her bed and scrolled through her social media.
~~
Adrien walked into class the next day with Nino beside him. His brow knotted in thought as he tried to recall where his phone might be.
“You sure you looked everywhere?” Nino asked.
“I’m sure. It’s no where and I don’t know where else it could be.”
Nino hummed while he and Adrien took their seats. Adrien placed his bag on the ground. He turned to Nino when he heard it fall over. He grunted, grabbed his bag, and paused. He raised a brow as he reached in and took out his phone.
“How did this get in here? I know I searched this bag at least a hundred times,” Adrien commented.
“Sounds like you need a break, dude. Oh, I know. How about we go see a movie?” Nino offered.
“Oh, a movie, huh? Sounds like fun. Got room for two more?” Alya asked.
            “Always. Right, dude?” Nino asked.
Adrien smiled and looked at Alya and Marinette. He noticed the nervousness on Marinette’s face but ignored it.
            “Yeah! Sounds like fun!”
The nervousness melted from Marinette’s face. She grinned from ear to ear as her eyes lit up. The sight warmed Adrien’s heart to see his friend so happy. Something he hoped to see on Bloody Bug one day.

Lies had issues, sure, but I respect it for being one of the few episodes where Adrien had to experience the consequences of his actions, and he couldn’t push the blame on someone else or ignore it after the fact. Last time that happened was… oh, I can’t remember a time that happened before! Haha! Bad!
Also before anyone says anything I know it’s the writers pushing the blame onto other people, not Adrien himself, he’s just a character they’re writing

Miraculous Ladybug thoughts, Season 1: Copycat
Tikki is on some next level problem solving. Respect.
HOTSTUFF???
Damn Marinette, that was smooth as hell.
That's super concerning, Marinette. SUPER CONCERNING.
Theo, how old are you? That's a picture of a LITERAL teenager. SUPER CREEPY.
Marinette's solution to everything is to just steal someone's phone, huh?
Excuse you, Theo, Chat is a gift to this world. What would she see in YOU, huh?
WHY IS THAT THE PICTURE THE PUBLIC HAS OF CHAT???
That's right, Marinette, defend your man!
Chat, I love you so much. You are very important to me.
Ladybug, I know you like the Bugaboo calling, LET IT HAPPEN.
Just casually tracking Chat's location. As you do.
Theo. Theo that's super creepy. She's a teenager!
She doesn't deny the love part! She smiles at it and defends Chat!
Ladybug. LADYBUG. He's not a Pokemon.
IS THE WINK NECESSARY?!?! YES!!!
"Let me just flirt with Chat, that should make it clear I don't have feelings for him." LADYBUG.
"I know about your thing with Chat Noir." And. Just. Says. Nothing.
Why the hell is Nino not wearing a hat? It looks so wrong.

Copycat Ch 18: Cracks in the Homestead
Ao3
Spending months in his Uncle’s mansion, there was a relieving surrealism to be back in the Graham de Vanily manor. Much of it was as Felix remembered. The dark browns and blues, with lighter curtains framing the windows. Potted plants stood in a row, bringing life and color to the halls. With a deep breath, Felix enjoyed the familiarity of their scent.  He followed the plants down the hall to the dining hall, where his mother sat, sipping her coffee while she read over the paper. She was quick to notice him, offering him a smile. “Good morning, Darling, how did you sleep?”  “Very good,” he confirmed, seating himself beside her. He glanced around, noting that his father nor Adrien had arrived yet.  “Adrien will be joining us soon.”  “And father?” Felix asked.  Emilie shook her head. “You can see him after breakfast,” she said.  Felix raised a brow, a little concerned. It wasn’t like his father to skip out on joining them for breakfast. Felix was concerned he has yet to see his father since his arrival.  “Good morning Mum—”  Felix turned, seeing an echo of himself coming into the dining room, though he stood in frozen surprise to see Felix. He noted that there was now a little more color in his attire than the monochrome Felix typically wore, having a green shirt on. Felix felt some irony seeing a cat’s paw on it.  “Adrien! This is a surprise—” “I know about the game, Adrien.”
