Charles from Dead Boy Detectives when a demon emerges from a wall and drags his best friend to hell: Desperately screams his name, tries to run after him. Comes almost immediately up with a plan: open the portal to Hell. I will go after Edwin and bring him back. If I fail, we`ll both be trapped in hell but at least we will be together. In hell he tells his bff how much he matters to him in the most beautiful way i have ever seen in television.

I finally started watching DBD yesterday, so this ask is the universe telling us you are incredibly correct.

Edinburgh in 1827 is such an important flashback because it deconstructs the perfect, romantic image many people have of Aziraphale. Not only is he overly arrogant and disgusted by poor people, he spews rich conservative talking points and refuses to consider the fact that he might be wrong. On top of that, he happily tells them they're going to hell.

Crowley is actively distressed by all the shit he says about Elspeth and unhoused people in general, and no matter how hard he tries, Aziraphale simply does not listen.

Also—Aziraphale is rich. He was rich then, he's rich now (and a fucking landlord on top of it), and casually carrying 50 guineas in his pockets.

For reference, that's around 52 pounds, which is equivalent to around seven THOUSAND pounds today. Did it occur to him to give that money to Elspeth since he was so enraged about the grave robbing?

No. No it did not.

Imagine carrying that much money as pocket change and then watching someone die trying to dig up a corpse for money to buy food and shelter. It's cruel, plain and simple.

Crowley has to urge him to give the money to Elspeth because he is probably not carrying any money at all or he would have shared it immediately.

Which brings us to the whopping conclusion—Crowley gets dragged to hell for doing what Aziraphale SHOULD have been doing. If Aziraphale had pulled his head out of his ass for two minutes, all of this could have been avoided.

Crowley being tortured in hell for decades? Oh well. Don't care. Time to exploit poor people for more money.

Now, I wanna talk about your last point a bit more because it's something many people in the fandom don't seem to understand.

Trauma does not excuse treating other people badly. It's not blanket permission to hurt other people, and refusing to work on your behaviour and excusing it with trauma or mental illness makes you an asshole.

Take responsibility for your actions and get some fucking help.

Gabriel, who is also arrogant and an asshole, managed to become a genuinely better person despite all of his trauma in four years. He never treats Beelzebub the way Aziraphale treats Crowley. Fuck, he doesn't treat anyone (including Crowley) the way Aziraphale treats people.

The METATRON is nicer to Nina than Aziraphale.

Six thousand years and he hasn't learned a single thing because he did not want to. Self-centred asshole with an arrogance to match.

This is my first post on tumblr and also my first time doing digital art. I’m actually REALLY happy with how this came out!!! It’s not that detailed or anything but I think it’s pretty good for a first time thing. 
But I don’t know much about drawing
or coloring a lot of things like skin/shading/rotten flesh and the like which I’m going to try to work on. If anybody knows any videos or channels with good tutorials for digital art (mostly on the basics) I would be so grateful if you could comment the links. Personal tips and tricks you might have are also welcomed. I use firealpaca just so you know but I’d love some other program recommendations if anyone has any (please only recommend free ones because I have no money T_T). 
This is a fan art of The Plague from Dead by Daylight who I absolutely never play as but I had this idea of The Doctor and The Nurse standing 6 feet apart with masks on yelling about to social distancing (Sally wouldn’t yell but Herman certainly would). I also imagine one of the killers (probably Michael) getting to close to The Doctor’ and Herman uses his static field to stun them while shouting “SIX FEET APART!!!!” and then Micheal proceeding to try and stab him which eventually led me to thinking about the other killers and how they would act, mainly Adiris (The Plague) and how she would low key purposely get closer to Herman just to irritate him so yeah, that’s how I came up with Addy wearing a #ProCorona shirt. Also I give nicknames to a lot of the DBD characters (and almost all other fictional characters) so I call Adiris “Addy” because why not :) ?
I might make the artwork of The Doctor and Nurse with the social distancing situation later and everything but I’m still really new to digital art and I’m going to experiment on firealpaca first. 
Also I’ve been in a HUGE dbd mood ever since I read the last chapter of my absolutely favorite fanfiction of all time In Living Memory by @ziracona. It’s a literal work of art like UGHHHHH HOW CAN SOMETHING BE SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! My only complaint in the whole thing is that no matter how hard I try I can’t chose a favorite character. I love my boys Joey and Michael and my gals Meg, Kate, and Laurie but I also adore my cinnamon rolls Quentin, Claudette, and Phillip but I also love Frank because I love the legion as a whole and the characterization @ziracona has done for them in spectacular and amazing. I also love the Dads Jeff, Tapp, and Ace and Mama Anna. The family fluff literally made all my teeth rot and I regret NOTHING. I just love the whole story so much, I can’t even watch the muppets or listen to Rainbow Connection without being taken over by the uncontrollable need to reread it. Every chapter is absolute perfection. Their isn’t a single character that is lacking in personality or story. Anybody who sees this post (which with my lack of followers is probably going to be no one honestly) should read this fan fiction. Here are some reasons. 
- The references to literally everything (AND I MEAN EVERYTHING) - Canon personalities and stories (the research the author does is on point and god do I wish this whole entire thing was canon) 
- Phillip doing his absolute best and everyone giving him love he thinks he doesn’t deserve but he does 
- Phillip and Claudette sibling duo 
- Laurie and Michael bonding and reconciliation (which for the record is my favorite part of this fanfic right next to Legion character development and bonding with Jeff) 
- Laurie and Quentin sibling duo 
- Laurie, Michael, and Quentin sibling trio 
- Meg’s talk shows, vine reenactments, and movies ( Welcome to Hell with Meg Thomas is everything) 
- Laurie being a bad-ass 
- Kate being a bad-ass 
- Frank’s backstory and character development 
- Suzie and Meg being so cute together 
- Jake and Dwight being cute together 
- Nea and Feng being cute together 
- Jake’s pet crow 
- Survivors as a family (Phillip is an honorary survivor) 
- Jeff being way to good of a person and forgiving everyone and being a great Dad 
- The legion members and their insane and amazing character development 
- Tapp being a good Dad - Ace being a cool weird uncle and a awesome Dad 
- ANNA BEING BEST MOM 
- Adam writing beautiful stories that literally made me cry (I’m not exaggerating, it just really hit me in the feels) - Dirty Dancing (Read the fan fiction and you’ll
know what I’m talking about) 
- Michael Cat 
- Singing 
- Birthdays 
- Cake 
- Claudette’s cookies (I want one or maybe a lot of them) 
- Jane Romero being a great therapist 
- Rin (Just Rin in general, read it for her) 
- Claudette being team mom 
- Dwight being team dad 
- For Christ’s sake stop reading this long (and madly out of order) list and read the story already, you will not regret it and if you’re anything like me you’ll probably cry on multiple occasions but for the record it has a super happy ending so don’t worry to much about character deaths because there is not a lot (other then some obvious antagonist of course).

Basically dbd anon and I are drawing parallels between last life and a multiplayer horror game called dead by daylight. Both media have a lot of similarities in game mechanics and tone, even though dbd can be a lot more gory with it. If you want to know what on earth I'm talking about with all the specific perks the site I'm using is here. Hover over the perks to see a description of them.

Speaking of which- Pearl and Jimmy below! :D

Pearl's shown herself to be incredibly resourceful in just the two sessions we've seen of her, which is why I feel that Plunderer's Instinct would be a good first perk. Get those good items!

We're Gonna Live Forever lends itself to surface-level altruism with a hidden underside of self serving bonus. The extra healing speed on dying survivors is extremely beneficial, but we all know that the only reason anyone ever brings this perk is because of the personal and slightly selfish bonuses it gives.

Hope and Prove Thyself are byproducts of... well, hope. They're neat little bonuses that stem from an optimism and a drive to do well and win, which is a far more likely mindset for someone who didn't participate in season 1. Prove Thyself is also driven by her allyship with Scott, who is an extremely weathered third lifer with plenty of experience with the situation they're in.

The midtier medkit synergises with WGLF with the addons to make for a fast (but cheap!) revival. Plunderers makes it so she doesn't have to feel bad about using her kit up or giving to an ally to increase chances of winning. And again, shroud of union for friends :)

I use the perk Solidarity here not just because of the name, but also because it actually fits his character pretty well? It encourages working together instead of working alone, but also focusing on the health and wellness of your ally before your own, even though the bonuses are mediocre at best.

For The People because I feel that in a life or death scenario, Jimmy would give up his own wellness for the sake of a loyal ally, regardless of if it's a strategically sound move or not, regardless of how much it hurts. Also Zarina's quote Hits Hard here.

We'll Make It not only supports more of Jimmy's character (altruism strengthens him, but largely dependent on others drawing fire) but it also synergises beautifully with Solidarity- and in some low-stress cases, even For The People.

Dark Sense was a bit of a hard choice, but in s1 Jimmy was resilient enough to resist whatever impulses- be they supernatural or otherwise- that the other red lifers were certainly affected by. In s2, I feel like giving him the ability to know where the killer is situationally lends itself as a natural consequence for that resistance, without being as fucky wucky as Object of Obsession.

Item was another tough choice, but I feel a map with those addons allows him to gather infomation about his surroundings, which would lead to efficient pickups and team success.
