I’m not sure if you will get the chance to respond to this, or have any advice, but I really admire you and your blog, and I’m hoping that this is alright to vent about.

I’m a young femme (21), and figuring out that I was femme was an absolute watershed moment in my entire understand of love and identity. Hearing other femmes and butches talk about how they loved, their friendships, and how they formed community felt like someone held a mirror up to my soul. Being femme is something that’s really close to my heart.

About a year ago, I moved to a new area and I had to leave behind a lot of friendships, including a really close one with a butch who helped me realize my femme-ness, and lots of friends who were just really accepting of me. Now, I have a few lovely close friends, but none of them are lesbians and they’re pretty clear that they think the whole butch/femme thing is too old school. They’re mostly tolerant and a little dismissive to me about it, but it eats at me to think that something that matters so much to me is “outdated” or whatever (obviously it’s not lol) and to be so misunderstood by my friends. I’m really missing my old friends and confidence in my identity, and I really miss hanging out with other butches and femmes! I guess it’s just a bummer to not be able to share this beautiful part of myself with people that I’m otherwise close with, and not having a supportive community has made me feel really dumb for caring about being femme, and I’m not sure what to do.

I had a conversation with another butch last night (married to a femme) and we were almost brought to tears as each of us shared about the connection we have to each other (butches)  and femmes in our lives. We didn’t even have the right words to describe the love and camaraderie and chemistry we feel towards other butches and femmes but we still kept nodding and saying “me too” and “yeah I know exactly what you mean”.  Those that are not butch or femme just will not have the insight into our connections with each other. We exist independently but at the same time give each other safety and recognition that we can’t get outside of our b/f community.  

Love or romance is only a part of our relationship with each other. Friendship and the experiences we share are deeply important to all of us. When it comes to emotional attachment there is just a little something special that is hard to verbalize but nonetheless we know it is there.

When there is passion, both emotional and sexual, it is a strong and deep bond that feeds our confidence and courage. You are not dumb for missing the connection or for wanting to wholeheartedly embrace your femme identity. It is something more complex than a word that implies the way we are seen in the world. It describes entire sets of shared experiences and the way we love each other. 

I hope you find others soon who are femme and/or butch and who will be your support. There are a few butch and or femme centric facebook pages and instagram accounts. They might be able to steer you to others that are local to you or at least within reach for IRL friendships. Of course my old standby of women’s festivals. 

Just know from me, an older butch, to you, a younger femme, the connection you crave is very real and your attachment to the word Femme is important and beautiful.

If you guys read Spiral's Nightmare, then you might remember him dreaming about Skeebo losing control over his self hatred. Spiral's body is covered by this black, smoky ink on one side that allows him to contain demonic abilities from the dreamscape, however, he's the only soul inside the dreamscape that can speak with others, he's the only one that can understand them. Knowing Spiral as a very passive-aggressive character, he can understand certain things going on in people's lives, that's why he's getting these nightmares. Throughout the AU, while Skeebo was getting adjusted to the Nether Realm, the dreamscape desperately tried to make Spiral understand that the so-called villains are not the true ones.

One secret will be revealed, he already knew about Skeebo's suicide from the night but he didn't know how to get to him in time, yet he doesn't want to let Pac and Cylindria know what's going on when the sun sets and he dreams away. This was based off the dream indie game 'Souls Speaking' that I wanted to make last year during the summer, but I can't make lore or good designs :'D

Often times Spiral has to solve puzzles and listen to logs of different people speaking, then he has to find the souls to purify them to make them know he's on their side. Yet, Coco, the soul of Dr. Buttocks chases him throughout the dreamscape because his soul is more corrupted than all the others. Spiral often wakes up in fear because of Coco catching him or just by passing out in the dreams because someone is sending his astral body to rest.

That someone is Skeebo's soul. Since they were able to contact with one another before his death, his soul is trapped in the dreamscape and he cannot escape unless someone from the true reality purifies the souls who are still lost. Since his ghost is the revealing demonic species of ghosts, Emoti, his body seems to be glitched out, he still looks like a Pac-Worlder, but his usual color is more pale, and those glitchy spots make him look more corrupted. Skeebo's soul barely speaks, but if Spiral is spending too much time asleep in the reality his mind made, he will call out the melody of the 'Suicidal Siren', which is just Alec Benjamin's Outrunning Karma song when the calming singing starts after the ending of a verse of lyrics. It will send his false body to rest so Spiral can wake up.

I'm really sorry, it's just this au gave off a lot of what ifs, and I wanted to make Spiral more observational when it comes to these things. After all, he did know about Skeebo's attempt to commit such a thing, he needs to know that no matter what someone will keep him safe, whether it be Pac or Betrayus.

Xdinary Heroes - Zombie (Band Cover)

Niet veel, maar iets anders dan het origineel. De members hebben goeie stemmen. Ken ze niet bij naam op het moment.

Jay B - 흔들의자 (Rocking Chair)

Mineur is altijd goed in muziek in mijn ogen. Was blij verrast toen het op popte in het nummer. Maar tegen het eind veel van hetzelfde. Goed gezongen maar waarschijnlijk niet iets waar ik vaker naar zou luisteren. Ao denk ik dat wel vaker totdat ik er met volle aandacht naar luister. In sommige gevallen zijn mv's tegenwerkend voor mij.

Origineel ken ik niet. Niet m'n favourite, misschien dat het origineel anders is. Kan ook heel goed komen, omdat hij na het nummer van Jay B kwam. Te veel van hetzelfde voor mijn smaak.

Day6 (Even of Day) - 해변의 달링

Dowoon belhamel of Cupid? De mv was een goofy nummer over het hebben van een crush. De reacties van Dowoon die verbouwereerd was over de reacties van de anderen wanneer ze zaten te dag dromen over hun crush 😄

TXT (퉁모로우바이투게더) - Good Boy Gone Bad (Japanese version)

De Japanse mv vond ik leuker. Vooral de juxtaposition tussen het verleden en het heden die tussen door kwam in mv sprak mij aan. De style van het heden was donker en de flashes van het verleden die zonnig was creëerden een mooie tegenstelling.

Key 키 - 가솔린 (Gasoline)

Retro scifi style. Dat is denk ik een goeie beschrijving voor de style van de aankleding van de mv. Mooie kostuums en sets die mij deden denken aan scifi films en series uit het verleden.

Tempest (템페스트) - Can't Stop Shining

De video effecten waren leuk. Nummer was een typische summer bob.

Episode 03

Iets zegt me dat de vloek bullshit is en dat het een middel is om de studenten onder de duim te houden.

Je zou de school echt als model voor een totalitaire samenleving kunnen zien. Vooral de scène met de pledge deed me er aan denken.

Leraar Sani is een van de weinige die een echte docent is en geen totalitairian.

Akk is niet de enige die toegedaan is. Ayan doet veel om Akk uit te dagen, om een reactie van hem te krijgen, maar Akk laat hem ook niet onberoerd. Je zag zijn twijfel en zorgen toen hij de namen van de mogelijke schuldige op het prikbord prikte en de sticker met Akk's zijn naam zijn plek in het spinnenweb innam.

Episode 04

Het woord van deze episode is bonding.

Mek zoekt toenadering tot Kim en de twee beginnen nader tot elkaar te komen. Wanneer ze de content met Tim filmen is Mek nog blij en plaagt hij Kim over zijn kleine crush op Tim. Maar als Tim te dicht bij komt en Kim met zijn mouwen helpt, is het ineens niet grappig meer en Mek en Mai kijken jaloers toe.

Ook Bomb en Bear hebben hun moment als Bear Bomb tegen komt en Bomb die in eerste instantie blij was maakt zichzelf verdrietig als hij vragen begint te stellen over Bear liefdes leven. Wilde hem graag een knuffel geven, maar niet getreurd Bomb. Ik denk dat hij het over jou had.

Park ondertussen begint zich zorgen te maken als hij zn horoscoop hoort, want de zeven jaar en derde persoon klinken hem wel erg toepasselijk in de oren. 😞 Hij wordt low key paranoïde en denkt tekenen van vreemdgaan te zien. Maar die dingen hebben zo veel andere verklaringen. Daarbij lijkt Lee me niet het soort persoon die dat zou doen.

Alchemy of Souls

Episode 04

Ik vraag me af of de vader van Jang Uk de zegel heeft geplaatst, omdat hij bang was dat hij hetzelfde zou zijn als zijn biologische vader en dat hij met zijn krachten daarom gevaarlijk zou worden?

Het moment dat de kroonprins langskomt bij Huize Park was een glorieus moment. Het gevecht was leuk om te zien, ik hou van een goed gevechts choreografie, en dan het moment dat Mu Deok zich erin gaat mengen.

Emoties lopen hoog op en Uk's vrienden proberen hem te helpen door de kroonprins op zijn gedrag aan te spreken en de situatie uit te leggen. Dan wordt iedereen er op geattendeerd dat er zoiets als politieke implicaties zijn en iedereen probeert zijn eer in tact te houden. Maar Mu Deok neemt geen genoegen en probeerd op haar manier Jang Uk te helpen, wat hij natuurlijk van zijn kant laat gaan en voor het je het weet heb je vier mensen die omstebeurt het drinken van waste water op zich wil nemen. En ik lachte me dood om de hele situatie.

Later in de episode komt er een gesprek tussen Park Jin en Uk en mijn hart breekt voor hem. Ik snap dat ze hem willen beschermen, maar de manier waarop dit gedaan wordt is, in mijn ogen, onnodig wreed. Wat hij nodig heeft is goede training, mensen die een emotionele band met hem vormen en die hem zien. Echt zien. Ze hebben een bepaald idee over hem en het pad die hij moet bewandelen. Maar dat pad is niet diegene die hij zal bewandelen en beter was geweest als ze hem daarop hadden voorbereid.

Gelukkig is er Mu Deuk, al ben ik bang dat haar manier waarop ze hem zachtjes op zijn pad stuurt een keer verkeerd zal uitpakken. Iemand in gevaar brengen, kan vervelde gevolgen hebben. Ookal ben je tot nu toe sterk genoeg om hem te beschermen.

House of the Dragon

De boeken van A Song of Ice and Fire heb ik altijd leuk gevonden en Game of Thrones was soms net zo leuk.

De eerste episode begon rustig, mooie introductie tot het verhaal en zoals verwacht mooie beelden. Maar toen de geboorte van een nieuw kind van de koning begon en de tournoi die in de naam van het kind gehouden werd, begon de episode stressful te worden.

Ausdrucktanz: Expressie menselijke emotie (expressionisme) angst & verdriet (oorlog?) Muziek bestaat uit simpel slagwerk (drum, slaan) en dans bestaat uit knielen, knippen, hurken, vallen. 

Dans mag niet vertegenwoordigen: dans moet zijn. "We dansen geen geschiedenis, we dansen gevoelens."

Maskers drukken zowel bij cultuurvolken als in schriftloze samenlevingen de aanwezigheid van bovennatuurlijke entiteiten uit. Wie een masker voordoet, voelt zich innerlijk veranderd en neemt daarbij eigenschappen van het voorgestelde wezen (god, demon) aan. Dit heeft ertoe geleid dat maskers niet altijd als vermomming werden opgevat, maar vaak 'verabsoluteerd' werden als op zichzelf staand cultus- en kunstvoorwerp- zoals bijvoorbeeld de maskers van geslepen groensteen van de Teotihuacán-cultuur in het oude Mexico. Helmmaskers hadden in de Romeinse tijd vermoedelijk niet alleen een beschermende functie, maar moesten de dragers ervan ook een heroïsch aanzien geven. In Oost-Azië zijn vooral de kunstige houten No-maskers vermeldenswaard, die in het No-theater gebruikt worden (meisjes-, mannen-, grijsaard- en demonenmaskers), en die de karakters en de gebaren van de acteurs moeten accentueren.

Again, my mind was tortured with a night terror. I fear for my soul, I fear for the world, I fear for what this all might mean, it's the 5th of September 2023 and the following is my dream - Samuel Salesbury

I was sleeping, I had the feeling I was laying on something hard, something that was not my cosy soft bed. I slowly 'woke up' and immediately I froze in horror. I saw, right above me, a weird machine that looked alive. It was half-creature, half-mechanical and it had spiderlike legs. Some parts looked like hairy human body parts. I looked around, I could not move my body but I could move my head a little. I was again in a dome like structure with the 'yellow windows'. There were two orange creatures, the same kind I dreamed about a year or two ago. I was simply naked! My whole body was revealed and vulnerable!

'Lay still or you might get hurt.' one of the creatures said. I wanted to ask what was going to happen but I could only sigh making a faint 'eeeeeerh' sound. I could not move my mouth. I heard some weird sounds, it sounded like the sound of turkeys but a bit robotic as if it was edited with a computer. I saw small creatures walking through some sort of doorway, they waddled towards me. They where transparent, chicken like creatures with long necks that ended in syringe-like heads. I think they might be artificial, some advanced alien technology. They waddled close towards me. I wanted to crawl away, I wanted to shout as loud as I could 'Get away from me!' but only a soft 'aaaaaaaaah' sound could be heard.

They stung me, their needles remaining in my body. I did hurt a little, the fear and thoughts of what was going on were much worse than the pain. Their necks filled with red liquid dripping down to their transparent fat bellies. My god, they were drinking my blood! One of the orange creatures used a little construction, 'two artificial legs' to hold my head still. He put a cotton-like substance between my head and the construction. I was confused by this. Was he making this awful experience a little more bearable for me?

"We are going to do some deep work on you." The other orange creature said. I was terrified, what where they planning with me? The machine above me started moving its legs like a spider crawling out of a hole. Then the machine held it legs still and slowly started moving towards me, lowering itself. The legs where slightly trembling, moving close towards my body.

One leg pressed against my nose, pulling it up a little. I feared it would pierce my skull.

Another leg moved towards the place between my legs, that made me feel ashamed, as if I could be used at any moment, the creatures could do whatever they pleased with me and that thought disgusted me and filled my spine with horror.

Then another leg entered my bellybutton. Oh, I hated that feeling it caused. It was horrible.

I was so afraid that I would flinch, that I would move. Because only one little movement would pierce those "legs" inside my body.

"Now!" one of the orange creatures said and the machine pushed down, the needles went inside me!

I woke up! Panicked! A bed full of cold sweat....

Het was niet mijn zachte knusse bed. Ik werd langzaam 'wakker' en verstijfde meteen van afschuw. Ik zag, recht boven mij, een rare machine die levend leek. Het was half-levend, half-mechanisch en het had spinachtige poten. Sommige delen leken op harige menselijke lichaamsdelen. Ik keek om me heen, ik kon mijn lichaam niet bewegen maar mijn hoofd kon ik wat bewegen.

Ik was weer in de koepelachtige structuur met de 'gele ramen'. Er waren twee oranje wezens, dezelfde soort waar ik ongeveer een jaar of twee geleden van droomde. En.... ik was gewoon naakt! Mijn hele lichaam was bloot en kwetsbaar! 'Blijf stil liggen, anders raak je misschien gewond.' zei één van de wezens. Ik wilde vragen wat er ging gebeuren, maar ik kon alleen maar zuchten en een zwak 'eeeeeerh' geluid maken. Ik kon mijn mond niet bewegen. Ik hoorde vreemde geluiden, het klonk als het geluid van kalkoenen maar een beetje robotachtig alsof het was bewerkt met een computer. Ik zag kleine wezens door een soort deuropening lopen, ze waggelden naar me toe. Het waren doorzichtige, kipachtige wezens met lange nekken die eindigden in injectie-spuitachtige koppen. Ik denk dat ze misschien kunstmatig zijn, één of andere geavanceerde buitenaardse technologie. Ze waggelden dichter naar me toe. Ik wilde wegkruipen, ik wilde zo hard mogelijk schreeuwen: 'Ga weg!' maar er was alleen een zacht 'aaaaaaaaah' geluid te horen. Ze prikten mij, hun naalden bleven in mijn lichaam. Ik deed wel een beetje pijn, de angst en gedachten van wat er aan de hand was, waren veel erger dan de pijn. Hun nekken werden gevuld met rode vloeistof die naar hun doorzichtige dikke buiken druppelde. Mijn god, ze dronken mijn bloed! Een van de oranje wezens gebruikten een kleine constructie, 'twee kunstpoten' om mijn hoofd stil te houden. Hij stopte een katoenachtige substantie tussen mijn hoofd en de constructie. Ik was hierdoor in de war. Maakte hij deze vreselijke ervaring een beetje draaglijker voor mij? "We gaan diepgaand werk aan jou verrichten." Zei het andere oranje wezen. Ik was doodsbang, wat waren ze van plan met mij? De machine boven me begon zijn poten te bewegen als een spin die uit een gat kruipt. Toen hield de machine zijn benen stil en het begon langzaam naar mij toe te bewegen, het zakte naar beneden. De benen trilden een beetje en kwamen dichter naar mijn lichaam toe. Een van deze "benen" drukte tegen mijn neus en duwde mijn neus wat omhoog.

Ik was bang dat het mijn schedel zou doorboren. Een ander been bewoog naar de plek tussen mijn benen, ik schaamde mij enorm, alsof ik elk moment gebruikt kon worden, de wezens konden met me doen wat ze wilden en die gedachte vond ik walgelijk.

Het vulde mijn kille ruggengraat met koud afgrijzen. Toen kwam er nog een "been" en die ging met zijn scherp uiteinde mijn navel binnen. Ik haatte dat gevoel dat het veroorzaakte. Het was verschrikkelijk. Ik was zo bang dat ik zou terugdeinzen, dat ik zou bewegen. Omdat die "benen" mijn lichaam zouden doorboren bij de kleinste beweging die ik maakte! "Nu!" zei één van de oranje wezens en de machine duwde de scherpe benen naar beneden, de naalden gingen door mijn lichaam! Ik werd wakker! Paniek! Een bed vol koud zweet....

Leven en dood wisselen zich af, seizoenen wisselen zich af.. Dit is allemaal nodig voor de harmonie en het evenwicht in het universum. _______ Wat er nu allemaal gebeurt rondom ons, we zien wat er in de media verschijnt en denken “oh god, vreselijk!” Maar elk klein element heeft zijn nut in het grote universele doel van de bewustzijnsevolutie waar we als mensheid door gaan. COVID heeft een hoger doel, vaccins hebben een hoger doel, de oorlog in Oekraïne heeft een hoger doel, energiecrisis heeft een hoger doel, onze dark night of the soul heeft een hoger doel.. Alles. Het is niet random of toeval. En dat heeft te maken met het evenwicht te herstellen in de kosmos, op deze planeet en in onszelf. Want dat is afgelopen honderden jaren compleet uit balans gegaan. Alles wat nodig is om dat evenwicht te herstellen, zal gebeuren, wat er ook voor nodig is. In onszelf, en in de wereld. Het kan niet anders. _______ Om het nog gekker te maken: in grote lijnen ligt onze toekomst al vast, gezien het universum patronen volgt. Eens ge de patronen ziet, hebt ge een goed idee van waar de wereld naartoe gaat. Verleden en toekomst bestaan niet eens echt - dat zijn realiteiten die we tegelijk beleven in het heden, door onze verbeelding. Het enige wat we echt voelen is het NU. Het verleden bestaat maar door onze herinneringen, en de toekomst door onze fantasie. Allebei in onze gedachten. Zonder gedachten is er geen verleden of toekomst. Als we ons iets herinneren kunnen we die emoties van toen voelen alsof het echt bestond - maar we voelen dat NU. Dat is als een flashback - we ervaren gewoon de emotie van als kind opnieuw, omdat die nog opgeslagen (onderdrukt) zit in ons lichaam. We zitten dan eigenlijk in een andere dimensie. Tijd is niet lineair. Wat wel de evolutie bepaalt is de wet van oorzaak-gevolg. Dat bepaalt de toekomst. Onze mogelijke toekomst-en liggen allemaal al vast - maar het is afhankelijk van onze vrije wil welke toekomst we kiezen. Elke keuze (oorzaak) leidt dan weer naar een nieuwe deur (gevolg). _______ We hebben nu 2 grote kanten die de wereld op kan in de “toekomst”: totale destructie van de planeet, of alles resetten en groeien. Tot nu toe waren we op weg naar die totale destructie door eeuwen lang vanuit ego te leven. Recent zijn we op die tweesplitsing gekomen, dat we individueel kunnen kiezen welke kant we op willen: alles houden zoals het is voor geluk op korte termijn (en angst voor de onzekerheid van de toekomst), of aan onszelf werken voor een beter leven op lange termijn. Die individuele keuzes bepalen het collectieve. Dan kunt ge denken “oh shit ik wil wel aan mezelf werken maar wat als de rest voor destructie kiest??” Maar het universum laat dat niet toe. De natuur is sterker dan ons. Als wij geen respect hebben voor de natuur, heeft de natuur geen respect voor ons, en zal het de dingen en mensen verwijderen die de natuur het meest vernietigen. Dat is nog altijd minder “erg” dan de planeet die onbewoonbaar gemaakt wordt. De natuur en liefde wint altijd. We gaan sowieso naar 5D, hoeveel mensen ook weigeren om mee te evolueren. _____ Met de babyboom na WO II (door gebrek aan anticonceptie), zijn hier veel zielen naartoe gekomen om wat te genieten van het leven en ervaring op te doen: wat boeken lezen, wat werken, wat trauma’s opdoen, de tijd van uw leven hebben op Woodstock, .. Allemaal met het hoger doel om welvaart te creëeren, maar met op de achtergrond de trauma’s en de onderdrukking om mensen klein te houden - die werden gedomineerd door kwade elite. Door die trauma’s (nooit genoeg hebben om leegte te vullen) en welvaart hebben die altijd maar genomen genomen genomen, zonder er iets aan terug te geven. Het werd opgemerkt dat het de verkeerde kant op ging met deze planeet na de atoombom, dus werden “drie golven van vrijwilligers” (zie Dolores Cannon), de “144 000″, de starseeds, de oude zielen, .. - met een hoger doel naar hier gestuurd om die balans te herstellen en weer te GEVEN aan de planeet ipv te nemen. We kwamen hier iets doen waar de wereld nog niet klaar voor was, dus daarom werden we verafschuwd: ons doel zou pas dienen als we volwassen zijn, in de verre toekomst. We werden ook getraumatiseerd - misschien nog meer omdat we “anders” waren - maar met onze diepe wijsheid wisten we “oh, no big deal, ik ga wel effe door dat trauma om daar anderen mee te helpen stijgen in bewustzijn eens ik wakker ben en alles herinner waarom ik hier gekomen ben” ____ Wij kwamen hier niet genieten, maar om te werken. Om terug te GEVEN aan de planeet ipv te nemen. De welvaart is er, dus de levensgenieters mogen terug naar huis :-D Daarom zullen wij veelal overblijven in 2028, degene die hun innerlijk werk willen doen vanuit hun ziel, die weten dat we hier zijn om die shift door te maken. Onze ziel weet waar we naartoe moeten - die weet de blauwdruk van ons hele leven, want we hebben alles al op voorhand gepland. Wij zijn degene die dan de nieuwe wereld in 5D weer opbouwen op basis van onze waarden waarmee we naar hier gekomen zijn (empathie, liefde, respect..) Velen hebben er voor gekozen om die shift als (vaak jonge) ziel niet mee te maken - dat was hun keuze - die waren hier om andere lessen te leren. (Dat idee helpt mij wel loslaten dat niet iedereen wilt groeien) _____ Voor de duidelijkheid: iedereen (echt iédereen) heeft een nut in deze evolutie. Zonder mijn hardwerkende vader als jonge ziel, zou ik niet bestaan hebben en zou ik nu niet mijn wijsheid aan jullie doorgeven in miljarden stories :-DD Andere zielen hebben mij dan weer geïnspireerd, of de veiligheid gegeven om mezelf beter te accepteren waarop ik nu zoveel zelfvertrouwen heb - zonder dat ze daar iets bewust voor deden, gewoon door te zijn. We zijn allen een radertje in het geheel van de mensheid, en we hebben allemaal iets bij te dragen <3 <3 <3

- Ik voel me down vandaag, en ik had geen zin om het te tekenen, dus mijn intuïtie zei me van het wel op te schrijven. 
Ik voel mijn passie vandaag niet meer zo, mijn emoties of gevoel lijkt afgesloten, alsof ik enkel kan denken ipv voelen. De inspiratieput lijkt leeg, er komen geen nieuwe inzichten binnen - of misschien is dat omdat ik niet genoeg geprikkeld ben? Ik weet niet, het is ook sinds gisteren weer rouw om niet weten wanneer ik terug naar Essensium kan, niet weten of ik een nieuwe job moet zoeken, interesse getoond in Flor zijn job maar hij negeert het gewoon, comics aan ’t tekenen die niet vanuit passie komen en daardoor verkeerd voelt, ik wou bijna opnieuw beginnen in m’n (nieuwe) schetsboek door het blad er uit te scheuren, vorige nacht had ik een intense droom over nicht D., en waarin ik een comic bedacht en probeerde te onthouden maar uiteindelijk toch vergat toen ik wakker werd, door die derde nacht op rij intens dromen voel ik alsof ik nog niet wakker ben, niet bij bewustzijn..
 Damien die plots weer contact zoekt net nu ik alleen wil zijn, Jens die foto stuurt van collega’s bij 3D Systems, wat wat pijn doet nu ik een job mis (jaloezie?), Bart die plots iets terug stuurt op mijn sms van gisteren na een maand (maar weer exact hetzelfde wat ik zei - ik wil wel een inspirerender lief..) en wat mij doet voelen alsof ik ‘m echt ontgroeid ben en geen interesse meer heb (ik kan echt beter krijgen dan hem).
 Uiteindelijk zijn dat veel dingen in mijn omgeving die aan ’t veranderen zijn (ook met Myra die nu m’n stories checkt, dat waar Kimberly nu doorgaat (…), waar ik ook wat emoties van absorbeer, mijn bewustzijn dat aan ’t verruimen is..)
 Dan is ’t wel logisch dat ik wat tijd nodig heb om die dingen te verwerken en tijd te geven zodat de storm gaat liggen en ik beter kan zien wat de volgende stappen zijn.. 
Ik wil alsmaar vooruit maar ik moet mezelf echt de tijd geven om mijn systeem te laten “updaten”.
 - Met die sms van Bart: ergens ben ik blij dat hij nog aan mij denkt, ergens wil ik dat hij mij wilt maar heb ik geen interesse meer in hem voorlopig.. De herinneringen beginnen te vervagen, ik mis hem (of Dikkelvenne) niet echt meer..
 Het is alsof dat van mij is weggevallen. Dat is het misschien, ik voel dat ik geen contact meer heb met mijn herinneringen, mijn melancholie is weg, alsof deze maand heel praktisch en voor mezelf wordt, en vorige maanden over anderen en nostalgie. Ik heb ook geen nood meer om iets te delen met Bart, mijn gevoelens zijn weg (behalve dan het verlangen dat hij mij wel nog wilt). Misschien zit er daar ook rouw in.. - Het lijkt echt een transitieperiode, en omdat mijn systeem aan ’t updaten is kan ik intussen ook geen taken uitvoeren. Uiteindelijk moet ik mijn intuïtie volgen maar ik denk dat ik in oktober Bart volledig met rust ga laten (als ik ook nog kan stoppen met checken of hij mijn stories al zag)
 - Ik geloof ook dat ik de energie van de wereld buiten heel erg voel, alsof iedereen ofwel spiritueel aan ’t steven is, ofwel fysiek. Zoals Bart die zich afsluit en in een depressie zit (dark night of the soul?), Kimberly die tegen haar ego aan ’t ingaan is en haar gevoel volgt, Myra die m’n stories bekijkt en ook dichter bij haar trauma’s komt, (…), mama die angstig is voor haar onderzoek ivm haar spierpijn, M. (buurjongen) die ziek is maar een normaal studentenleven leidt, Joppe die zijn wijsheidstanden moet laten trekken, I. (op IG) met een burnout.. Er lijkt zoveel negatieve energie in omloop en ik geraak daar makkelijk in meegesleurd.. 
 - Dus, ik voel geen interesse meer in Bart na 3 maanden (hij voelt wel nog belangrijk voor mij maar ik hoef geen contact), en daarnet check ik mijn stories en zie ik dat hij ze had bekeken na 5 dagen geen activiteit. En ik voel plots een shock door mijn lichaam toen ik zijn naam zag.. (2022: een voorbode van mijn Kundalini awakening in april 2022?!) Ik voelde al de hele dag die pijn aan mijn blaas/baarmoeder die ik had beginnen krijgen sinds onze ruzies half juni, en ineens was die pijn veel minder? Alsof wij energetisch verbonden zijn op die plek? (= plaats van sacral chakra: staat voor creativiteit, sexualiteit en relaties - water - “honor one another”)
 Nu, een maand geleden, wanneer hij dan iets stuurde had ik de neiging om ‘m achterna te jagen en weer meer te sturen, maar dat heb ik nu niet meer, ik heb niet eens meer zin om iets te sturen, dus: VOORUITGANG!
 Ik voel nu echt alsof ik niks meer van ‘m kan leren, de lessen zijn geleerd.. Ik heb zelfs geen verlangen meer om intiem te zijn, ik ben gestopt met hem te idealiseren en zie ‘m voor wie ‘m is (maar ik blijft toch hopen dat hij mij nog wilt opdat ik ‘m dan op een afstand kan houden) (2022: lap, dit is wat ik nu ook zeg, en er komen telkens nog lessen..)

Bedenkingen bij ‘The Therapist’ 
- Elke cultuur is anders en het heeft te maken met die cultuur vinden die het best bij mijn innerlijk past 
- Repetition compulsion Freud 
- Religie en zijn regels gaat in tegen menselijke natuur (bv negatieve emoties onderdrukken) > veel opkropping en verwarring
 - Door bewust te zijn van gevoelens en gedachten, is er minder sprake van extremities, zwart-wit denken.
 - Gewend aan escapisme, aan thuissituatie, ervan willen weglopen > nu nog steeds neiging om geen verantwoordelijkheid te willen nemen (ook omdat het nooit goed genoeg lijkt, ik nooit genoeg doe in andermans’ (mama + Myra) ogen)
 - Veel verhuizen en me vaak aanpassen > geen stabiliteit, geen vaste omgeving > geen vaste identiteit + geen veiligheid > ik kon me niet uiten en moest veel binnenhouden > innerlijke conflicten (maar eigenlijk nature vs nurture) 
- Vaak de neiging om opnieuw te beginnen (‘clean slate’) om deze keer niet te handelen volgens de gevolgen van mijn kindertijd (bv niet raar zijn, niet verlegen zijn, niet overgevoelig zijn) 
Ik was ervan overtuigd als ik dat niet had, anderen me wel leuk zouden vinden, maar het was al te ingebakken in mijn systeem, karakter.
 - Onderbewustzijn = duistere vd mens (maskers, wezens)
 - Als je vaak in de steek gelaten wordt en het gebeurt opnieuw komen er telkens veel emoties los van ervaringen voorheen. 
- Sommigen lijken de kracht en zelfzekerheid te hebben om niet met zich te laten sollen, zich niet in een hokje te laten steken, en kunnen een rolmodel zijn. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik daar nog lang niet ben (of is dit fenomeen enkel in black community? (Young M.A., Waka Flocka Flame..)) Ik zou een rolmodel willen zijn maar voel me daarvoor veel te nietig, onbelangrijk en onzeker
 - “Dark night of the soul” = moratorium 
- Mensen weten niet meer hoe ze met negatieve emoties en rouw moeten omgaan
 - Als alcoholisme (verslaving) een defensiemechanisme is, kan men dat niet zomaar afnemen door afkicken en geen andere coping mechanism in de plaats aanleren. In afkickcentra lijkt oorzaak en symptoom volledig losgekoppeld. Verslaving = extreme nood aan soothing. 
- Mensen rondom verslaafden hebben neiging zich terug te trekken, terwijl verslaafden net steun (op afstand) nodig hebben.

 - Gesprek gehad met Flor over m’n nood aan validering voor mijn comics: samen gezocht naar de reden voor die nood en het eigenlijke doel voor het maken van comics. We bedachten meerdere dingen:
 DOEL van comics maken + publiceren:
 - troost voor gelijke zielen (zijn zeldzaam) 
- inspireren, mentale problemen bespreekbaar maken
 - uitlaatklep, vertellen over mezelf
 - talent benutten 
- validering voor emoties, ideeën, gedachten, persoonlijkheid
 - juist beeld geven van mezelf aan buitenwereld

 - Ik realiseerde dat ik deels kennissen, familie en vrienden met mijn comics wou een beeld geven van hoe ik echt ben en niet het scapegoat-beeld dat mama en Myra van mij geconstrueerd hebben van gevoelig, zwak kind. Ik wil hen overtuigen dat dat emotionele niet mijn natuur is, maar gevormd door mijn omgeving.
 Misschien hunker ik toch nog meer naar validering (en dan vooral voor mijn ideeën omdat ik daarvoor vroeger zo vaak geschaamd werd en op mij neergekeken omdat ik anders dacht - ik wil dit herstellen, die leegte opvullen)
 - Vanochtend schrik om verlopen medicijnen binnen te brengen bij apotheek, uit angst dat ze me lastig zouden vinden voor die ongewone taak. Uiteindelijk werd dit ook waarheid omdat ik de kartonnen doosjes niet thuis gelaten had. Ik wou dit in de winkel doen maar werd geweigerd en voelde alsnog dat het ze niet beviel. Ik voelde me erg geïntimideerd. ’s Avonds gerealiseerd dat dit zelfde situatie was als wanneer ik iets goed wou doen voor mezelf of hulp vroeg, en dat er met minachting op gereageerd werd. Het kostte me al veel moed en dan was het resultaat ook negatief. Nu dit zich blijft afspelen zal ik me nooit veilig of comfortabel voelen bij mensen: het lijkt me keer op keer te leren dat hulp vragen slecht is en ik een last ben in interactie met anderen. (Net zoals met mama)
