Team Mix B - Challenge 5

About seven years ago I was injured. The doctors where I lived couldn’t tell me what was so wrong so I went months with extreme pain and I could barely walk. At this time sports was my life, I played handball (Very big here, very tiny in America), and my teammates were my second family. Because of this injury I lost the ability to play, and so I lost the team, at the same time we moved, from one country to another and I lost every safety net I had. I couldn’t even find a new team. So I became depressed and very shy, I had an entire identity crisis. In this new country they finally figured out what was wrong, unfortunately it was too late and I am now disabled. I found sports anime by accident but Haikyuu!! Brightened my life, it allowed me to experience true team spirit again and I can now look back at my years as a team player with more positivity instead of bitterness. Besides that, the Haikyuu!! Fandom is just one of the most positive fanspaces out there and I am so happy that I’ve found it. (Signed up with my sideblog @fanfic4u, this is just my main, sorry)
