annihilation movie adaptation but instead of doing whatever alex garland did you instead shoot it kinda like a nature documentary with the biologist doing narration/commentary

#i did like how garland did the flashbacks whenever the biologist slept though so keep that in #but make the biologist talk extremely sparingly to the others #like make it mostly her own internal monologue. and have the camera focus on the environment #and open on the empty lot #and use visuals to parallel the empty lot/swimming pool/tide pools #and have it get more disjointed as it goes along #and make her commentary more and more subjective as it goes on #and keep the biologist obscured in as many ways as possible while still making her like. There. #like make her stand slightly obscured by foreground nature #annihilation #southern reach trilogy
