pairings: genos, garou and saitama x fem!black!reader characters: genos, garou warnings: gets a bit steamy with garou (mentions of kissing and messing his back up) author's note: i love one punch man i need to do things to garou

genos

clearly, he is an air fryer

he was in the midst of a battle and had to save you from a monster

he usually never remembers the face of the civilians he saves but he remembers every feature of your face, and when he thinks about those features steam starts to escape his body

your full lips, your almond eyes with mascara and lash extensions, the way your brown skin was smooth and buttery.

your hair was laid, down to your back. a nice shade of blonde similar to his.

a medusa piercing, your ears pierced and a glamorous nose cuff to tie it all together.

"are you alright?" you were too much in shock and frozen in fear to reply, you could only nod before being taken away.

he realizes black girls are his type.

he's silent about his lil crush, but saitama knows

he doesn't go out of his way to look for you but if he's ever in the same area he last sees you he tends to stay around longer than he would

saitama is his wingman, he tagged along to help genos ask you out

he's an S class hero, so nobody gets suspicous of him scanning the area. they just assume he's looking for a monster

he practices his lines for what he would say if he ever came across you, it's kind of cute

he has an entry in his diary about you, it's pretty lengthy.

he soon walks into a local convenience store and finds you at the counter. you immediately recognize him and started thanking him for his service. "thank you so much for the help demon cyborg!" you look around before pulling out a pizza bun, "this is for you." you placed it in his hands with a nice big smile.

your appearance was different from the last time. your piercings were still there but your nose cuff was now replaced with a dangle cuff. a simple makeup look was now on your face, it highlighted your cheekbones and beautiful nose. your glossed lips, long lashes and soft features pulled him in. he was moving without a thought. a hiss of steam escapes his vents. he gives a stiff nod. "It was no trouble." a few more words were exchanged and genos left with your number and name.

"it's y/n. my number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx. call me anytime" you gave him a big smile, revealing your smiley piercing.

"Oy, Genos, how did it go?"

Genos showed his teacher the slip of paper. "I've gotten her contact information."

Saitama gave him a thumbs up. "Nice work."

you usually gotten your cat yourself, but she was so high up it was impossible to get her

just your luck a bald man with a cape walked by, hands full with groceries. a sign you should let him on with his day but you were so desperate you called out to him

"please help! my cat is stuck"

he turned to you and froze in his tracks.

you weren't exactly dressed in your finest outfit, a simple hoodie with a picture of a cabbage with a pair sweats.

you havent been asleep either, so your eyes were a bit droopy and begging for rest.

your hair was slicked back into a puff ponytail. with a little hairclip in the front.

your face was completely bare, aside from some chapstick you slapped on to keep your lips from drying out.

saitama usually wasn't interested in women, but something about the simple woman standing in front of him begging for her cat back was drawing him in.

he retrieved your cat and gave her back in about 10 minutes or so.

you smiled, showing the gap in your teeth. "thanks"

saitama smiled back, giving you a thumbs up.

a few days pass and he's walking by the same area again. when he spots you. only this time you're wearing black leggings with a plain black hoodie. (and for some reason your socks were over the leggings) your hair was now in two afro puffs, and you were wearing many bracelets and jewelry.

you looked up at the same tree, same branch from last time, your cat was sitting on.

saitama wasted no time walking over and helping you once again.

"i'm in a bit of a rush sir" you clasped your hands together in a pleading motion. "please, please! if you could..."

"no worries." he placed his bag down, looked up at the cat and looked back at you. "could you stand back a bit?"

"oh-sorry!" you took a step back, before a force of wind almost knocked you off your feet. he soared into the air directly towards your cat, swiping the feline in one swoop and landing safely on his feet.

"there ya go", he stared with a simple look. you were in shock. never have you thought you would come across a man with such power. you took your kitty back into your arms a soft purr coming from her. "oh...wow...thanks er..?"

"saitama." he grabbed his bag, nodding towards you. "no problem"

you smiled, showing that cute gap off. "thank you so much saitama!"

you shook his hand. "i'm so sorry this is how we had to meet, i promise i'll make it up to you!" you pulled out your phone practically shoving it towards him. "i'm going to be busy this week, but please, call me if you ever need a favor" you gave him a warm, friendly smile.

saitama stared, was this happening? it's been so long. he entered his contact information and gave your phone back. "alright...uh..." he hadn't gotten your name. you were already halfway down the road before turning back to shout,

"it's y/n!" you waved goodbye and went on your way.

saitama went home, got settled in and almost forgot about the interaction, until...

ping! his phone rang out

"hey it's y/n! ; _ ; sorry i didnt txt earlier i was busy today! did you make it home safe?"

for the first time in a while, saitama smiled.

he was in the park with tareo and saw you cleaning up the trash.

your locs were tied back, showing off that beautiful face of yours. it felt like the sun was purposefully shining on you to enhance your beauty.

he caught himself staring before looking away and paying attention to tareo's hero book once again.

not only did he now have tareo as a reason to come to the park, he now had you.

he would get to the park purposefully early, in hopes to catch you there and it was a rare chance you were already there. you were either sitting and reading a book or cleaning trash.

soon enough he started approaching you. which was scary for you

a large, muscular, man dressed in all black was walking towards you with a devious smirk? maybe you should get your taser out

other than his appearance he was quite charming.

you both began sharing interests and soon found you both had VERY different views.

he had a cocky, mocking tone whenever you came up with a rebuttal for his claims.

but the way your full lips moved and glistened with every word made him really consider going to the other side.

your lashes fluttered, the jewelry in your nose shined, your angelic voice with your accent, and your face was breathtaking.

he knew you were worth the risk. he would fight a thousand bastards for a chance to see you smile. he would go back to the old man's dojo and clean that entire place with a toothbrush. his OWN toothbrush. just for a chance to smell your scent of coco butter and sunflowers forever.

your long locs passed your butt, but were in a ponytail, carefully wrapped and none slipping out of place.

"you talk alot." he smirked, looking at your lips and back to your eyes. you scrunched your nose. "not interested." he chuckles and wrapped an arm around your shoulder. his natural smell was strong. an expensive cologne laced your nostrils.

he leans in, "but i am." his smile widened. "keep talkin' with that voice of yours..."

you felt a warm feeling across your face. you suddenly felt small and shy, like a small kindergartener with stage fright during their class performance.

a deep breath, "...as...as i was saying..." now he's leaning in even more. "hm? I can't hear you?~" you had to turn this situation around. in no way was a man like him was going to make you feel so small and shy.

you looked up at him with half lidded eyes, your signature move. which caught him completely off guard. his cocky attitude was quickly shattered and replaced with the same small, shy feeling you had a while ago.

"ah-uh" he stuttered, backing up a bit. you kept your eyes on him, a small smirk coming across your face. "as I was saying. garou." you placed a manicured hand on his VERY muscular arm. "i think you should invest in therapy instead of fighting random heros." a cocky smirk on your face.

you both made eye contact. his eyes flickered between your lips and your eyes. you both leaned in...closer...closer..you felt his breath on your lips. you wanted to kiss him...you wanted to see him panting, covered in your lipgloss stains, your nails leaving marks in his back.

he suddenly grins and pulls back, holding up a middle finger. "as if!"

Yandere Genos Headcanons:

Genos is intelligent and calculative

I just also believe him to be a delusional yandere who just wants to keep you safe

It doesn’t matter what you refer to him as either. He just knows that you’re his and he’s yours.

Genos is always watching over you. He used some of Child Genius’s tech to give to Dr. Kuseno to have access to watch you all the time

He’s watches you all the time and you’re unaware of it

whether you find it overwhelming or charming doesn’t matter to him! he’s always going to be be your side

if you didn’t accept him as yours and still tried “seeing” other people. it’s not like you’d get the chance. Nobody wants to upset Demon Cyborg™️

nobody even understands why it’s such a big deal! and that can be more frustrating if you’re resisting him. You have the perfect “boyfriend” what more could you want?

Him constantly being around you. Pressure from the public who doesn’t understand he’s a stalker!

You do slowly accept your fate with him

Even though it was unsettling at first, having food be cooked for you all the time was slowly becoming a perk. How did he get in? it doesn’t matter (he has a copy)

Genos understands human relationships concepts and does his best accordingly. but his little yandere bug just messes with him sometimes

His grips gets a little too tight if somebody else is talking to you too long but he’ll softly let go if you say ouch

again your safety matters, so he never wants to harm you

It’s a good thing you didn’t force him to have to hurt you. It’s a good thing you accepted him early on

Yandere Garou Headcanons:

The hottest and coldest mf to have as your yandere

You can feel when he’s near just by the piercing gaze of his. You can’t see him but he sees you and you know it

You can’t escape him either

He comes and goes as he pleases with the “soft” reminder that you’re his

You helped him once not realizing who he was

ever since he decided you were his to keep and his keeper as well

You would try to report him but with him always being gone and no evidence of destruction, you’re waved off as boy who cried wolf

Now that nobody’s gonna help you. Garou feels inclined to do whatever

He’s not sleeping on the couch. He’s sleepin in your bed. (he’s gentleman and gives space while sleeping but you both always wake up in each others arms, much to your “displeasure”)

He’s a leech. doesn’t do anything around the house! what a bum

But when you do warm up to him, those nice little hugs from the behind and weird awkward compliments are a little charming

if he wasn’t a self proclaimed hero killer

it’s best to get use to him. Neither of you are leaving this “relationship” if ever.

Dudes awkward at first. Hasn't done this before but gets the hang of it in his own weird way. When it comes to hugs and cuddles, he is the same energy to you as Genos is to him.

Hugs are snug, to say the least. He can get a little carried away, of course entirely unintentional. So usually can end up being bear hugs

If you're shorter or tall he picks you up in hugs, he don't care. He's showing off.

PDA is a bit new to him. He worries he's going to get looks for being with you as it is (you're effortlessly good looking, and he's just bald. my boy insecure). He'll play along if you initiate but it might take a while for him to be comfortable doing the same

He can't go to bed without cuddles. If you're busy late in the night he'll sit in the futon pouting more and more until you come with him.

He wants to be squished. You get trapped in an embrace on top of him usually. He'll roll over on top of you if you try to escape and smush his face in your chest. And he likes being a little spoon sometimes!

He is just clingier than he will admit. Very precious baby

Genos

Cuddle monster fr he cannot get enough of you. Has zero problems with initiating physical contact in any way

Super careful considering how he's just solid metals and you're a tender, squishy baby. When it's safe he likes to lay more on you and have you play with his hair

And he's always hugging you. Clingy little mf. You get trapped with affection often. Can get smothering sometimes! He just needs your attention is all

He picks you up a little if you're shorter in a hug. If you're taller he wants to be picked up. He won't tell you that just do it

PDA is without a question. He doesn't see why it should be its own term. Is lost if he's not holding your hand. He doesn't want any surprise attacks to separate you two so it's mostly a paranoia thing

Like Saitama, he silently refuses to go to bed without cuddles. He will make the futon and sit in it, then stare. He will stare at you, eventually if you're taking a while he will start getting closer. You haven't learned what happens if he gets too close yet.

Best personal heater. Loves spooning you closely, or holding you to his chest. Nothing less than qualified Cuddles, pillows and blankets for you, babe

If you can dig having a second shadow, this the boy for you. Once he starts, he can't stop.

Sonic

The most baby of them all. Always all up on you, talking. Like he can't hold a single conversation without touching you

He likes putting his hands on your waist/tummy, so his hugs usually are with holding you there. Very gentle, unless he's messing around. He'll squeeze you tighter and tighter until you say stop

Your height makes a difference in how he hugs. He's more gentle if you're shorter and more playful if you're taller. Asserting dominance you could say

PDA can be weird for him. Light PDA. He doesn't like those couples in public that are overly on top of each other. That's a private sort of affection to him. He stares judgementally

Dudes a little spoon, no question about it. He likes you under an arm like a half hug. At times he has fallen asleep completely crooked with him laying his head on your stomach and holding one of your legs

He can and will go to bed without you just take your time. He fucking tired

Biggest hugger, loves the tummy

Garou

Has a hard time initiating any form of physical affection fr but he'll cave if he's needy. It's the asking part. He just sort of pushes himself into it and waits to see if you're not in the mood or reject it

Typically they're gentle and sweet unless he's fooling around, then he's bear hugging the life out of you

Assuming you're shorter he usually hunches into his hugs, like making a shield around you so no one else takes you away. If you're taller he likes hiding his face in you when hugging, and holds you tightly.

Actually doesn't mind PDA. People can mind their fucking business. You're his. So what? Cling to him he don't give a shit

He lays on top of you usually when you both aren't doing anything or going to bed. Sometimes you end up rolling around and changing positions but it's not uncommon he stays on top of you like that all night. Either he's on top or you are

You can't ever get out of cuddles. No way. Even if you're mad, or upset, eventually you're getting pulled to his chest and held like it's the last he ever will.

-He had always been on his own, not that there is anything wrong with him, but it had just always been that way. It let him be passionate about his drive to be a hero.

-While Genos knew a good amount about the basics of life since he was 15 when he was turned into a cyborg, he had only focused on his goals. He didn't pay any mind to things pop culture.

-So when he met you, the blonde often didn't understand the references you would make. What is...Spongebob? He honestly knew absolutely nothing and this had you absolutely dumbfounded.

-So this lead you to have a weekly session where you would tell him about certain happenings in popculture from fashion, memes, music etc. It gave you a space to vent about "meaningless" things while he sat fascinated, hanging on to every word.

-While it was a little funny when he would turn to you and say "This is like *insert reference* correct, Y/N?" it was pretty charming :)

-As for music, he wasn't exactly a music person therefore it allowed you to play whatever you want. Genos always asked you questions on the artist and was curious about your interests.

-No matter what you would talk about or play when you came to visit, Genos would always be open to it :)

Shy HCs(Genos)

He doesn’t really understand why you are so shy or quiet. Why you hate having attention on you.

You’ve never really said it out loud, but he can tell by the way you flinch when someone calls your name. Or when people look at you. You seem to shrink, as if to hide from the attention.

All you do is read or do your own thing in a corner. And for some reason, to him, you look comfortable. More relaxed.

He thinks maybe it’s because he isn’t as rowdy or loud as most people. He sits and takes notes from his master, and all you do is sit close to him, doing your own thing.

He likes this about you.

Knowing how much you dislike your name being called out of nowhere, he lightly taps your arm. A spot where you can easily see him approach. “What book are you reading?” He keeps his voice quiet. You glance up, a small smile adorning your face. “...It’s a book about heroes…” You tell him quietly. He hears you clearly, nodding with a smile. “I see. Mind if I read it when you’re done?” He asks. The way you smiled made the cogs in his stomach squeak. He wasn’t sure what that feeling was, but he’ll ask Saitama some other time.

He likes to spend time with you. Do things that you like to do in a quiet manner. 

When he notices your eyes slowly droop while you read a book, he gently pulls your head to his shoulder to allow you to sleep. 

He found out you liked flowers from a book he saw you read. Whenever he gets back home from hero work, he hands you flowers he found on the way home. He loves the way you smile and quietly thank him for the flowers.

Headcanon that when Genos first started his transition to becoming a cyborg his voice acted up real bad.

Like towards the beginning his voice was put together by pre-recordings or some crap like bumblebee (the transformer).

As he was given more features and such he probably had a phase where he had a normal voice but limited phrases or a funky voice that spasms every now and then.

His anxiety went from 0 to 100 real quick. He never realized how small infants were until he held the baby, it's whole head fitting just in his hand

He wants to hold the baby but is also afraid. It's made him almost cry. His strength is worse of a curse than he thought.

After a lot of reassurence he was able to get over it. If you carried the baby with a pregnancy he's always on it during recovery period. As much as it was a huge adjustment to him with the schedule changing, he never would dare to complain

He was anxious when you were Prego too, not even low key

Speaking of crying, a baby being in his life really brought back all those emotions he thought he once lost. So he's overwhelmed most of the time with them. Therefore crying if something exciting happens, or upsetting.

He was a mess when the baby had to get it's first shots

He hypes the baby up all the time it's hilarious to watch. For everything. Overly determined to get the baby crawling and walking

Yes, did cry from excitement from babies first steps

Never gets tired with playing, but he'll tire the fuck out of the baby. Sort of lies with the baby until it's awake to play again, looking a lil sad egg.

Always playing with the babies hair and does it all the time. The more there is, the happier he is

Loves feeding the baby. Accidentally got the baby hooked on ice cream, though. To the point the baby always starts looking around for him when it hears the freezer open

Now for Uncle Genos!

Couldn't have asked for a more devoted, protective uncle. Always around and gives you guys breaks when needed

My dude over analytical about the care of babies and their needs. Thinks too much into most things but it's been found helpful at times, as much Saitama would hate to admit

He keeps notes on how much the baby has grown and what stages of development the baby is in. Consistently doing body scans. If you guys can't figure out what's wrong if there's a problem, Genos will know.

Most of the babies toys are from Genos and he won't stop getting them. Says there's no way to spoil a baby with material objects because they don't even comprehend materialism

Him and Saitama will always get lost in baby clothing isles.

If the baby finds a favorite toy, like say a squishmallow, similar is going to be everywhere

Saitama's on hair duty, Genos is on outfit duty. Baby look cool as fuck always

Also has a panic button, super paranoid, and doesn't even want certain brands of baby gear in the house. Don't get him started on lawsuits

I would imagine Genos would have been the one to get the baby to laugh first, completely on accident, and Saitama was jealous for WEEKS

The baby room is always ridiculously clean if he's around

Very wary about you at first

The first time you two meet is around noon at the Ghost town of city Z when he returns from getting groceries for Saitama.

In an alleyway he hears a commotion and goes to check it out when he sees that there are two monsters getting into a fight.

Of course he immediately goes into combat mode thinking that you two could be a threat for the citizens.

But it’s when you save him from that other monster you were fighting with that he’s completely startled.

“So not all monsters are driven by malice…interesting..”

He feels a connection between the two of you and can relate very much as you two have had similar experiences before with not fitting in to society due to not being full humans.

is VERY intrigued and interested by you therefore he decides to stick by your side to analyze your art and nature for research purposes. Those hangout’s eventually turn into dates.

He likes you both in your human and monster form and encourages you to like every part about yourself too.

Will support you 100% in wanting to lead a normal life and fit in with the humans. Even though his knowledge about what humans his age do is very limited as well he tries to teach you what he knows.

“I have heard that it is quite popular around young people to visit crepe shops. Shall we try them?”

Honestly best bf to ever have. Will love you even if you’re a worm. (Doesn’t show it a lot though)

Saitama

I’m telling y’all this guy DOES NOT CARE wether you’re human or not.

He saved you in your human form once (some monsters attacked you because they could tell from your smell that you were a monster as well) and thought you were so attractive from the get-go.

He did have his suspicions as he could sense a different kind of aura from you but did not question it.

A week into dating it was that you came clear to him about your “true form”, already expecting that he’d immediately break up with you.

“Oh really? Yeah that’s calm.”

Doesn’t feel betrayed or alarmed because he’s known you for long enough to tell that you were a good person, monster or not.

He does ask you random questions sometimes though

“So like..do you eat human flesh? Monster flesh? No? Oh okay.”

“Is it true that you turn into your true form every full moon? You’re telling me only werewolves do that?? Geez I was just asking..”

Whenever you feel insecure he reassures you and comforts you.

Always takes you out to go grocery shopping with him because he can tell that you enjoy doing regular things such as these.

Gets judged big time by Genos for dating you but he doesn’t care.

Garou

Thought of you as his rival/opponent for the longest time.

Whenever he’d see you around in your human form he could sense this aura coming from you assuming that you were a strong fighter when not knowing that you simply were a monster.

He’d bother you every time and ask you for a fight and every time you’d have to kindly decline saying that you had no idea how to fight.

“Don’t lie to me I can sense that you’re powerful. One fight won’t hurt ya cmon..”

Around the 6th time you came across him you decided to just come straight with the truth.

“So you’re telling me..you’re a monster..but ya dont fight?”

Is hella confused but just rolls with it. He decides to stick by your side just for the sake of it. And he couldn’t deny that you were absolutely gorgeous at that.

Would ask you out in the most blunt and straightforward way.

You’d both be talking about how it was so hard for you to find any love interests because most of the human guys would get scared if they were to find out you’re a monster

Which he would straight up answer with “why dont you date me then?”

Very overprotective boyfriend. He prefers you in your monster form actually and encourages you to just be yourself but the moment ANYONE dares to give you a wrong look he’ll beat them to a pulp

Even when you’re in your human form he just assumes that people might stare at you because they know you’re a monster so he cusses at them (he isn’t the smartest guy out there)

Doesn’t really know what personal space is so he will be all up in your business as a monster and a human.
