💮 The ruler and his queen 💮

I made this drawing several months ago, before my love for Mirio returned. I had thought about not uploading it and leaving my "Soul of Yokai" stage behind, due to several inconsistencies and questionable actions from some people in the fandom 👎😕

However, at the end I said "what the heck", it was a very nice stage for me where I met a lot of nice people, so here I am, not back to 100 but returning to my AU with some changes that I decided to make over time 😊💝

First of all, here's my new MC. She no longer represents me, but she will be my main character in the story. Her name is Kokoa Sakurai, a young Japanese woman who arrives to Kyoto in search of peace after a painful breakup with her ex-boyfriend. With Yukio's help she is transported to the Yokai world, where she meets Hayato and the others. After the defeat of Onimaru and the Lost Kami, she stays in the Yokai world, becoming the wife of Hayato, the first Hanyō ruler, with whom she has a daughter named Hanako 👹👪🌸

💮 [#SoulOfYokai] The ruler's love 💮

Hayato, the half oni Hanyō from the otome game, "Soul of Yokai", carrying his wife, the human Maho Ishimori, my MC 👹🌸

It was almost a year ago when I drew this couple for the first time and, since then, many things have happened, some good, others not so much, but I feel very happy despite all 💕

Hayato has been my comfort character this last year, I really like his fiery and tough personality, as well as the initial conflict he has with being half human. Luckily, in the end he manages to overcome all this, accepting his nature, marrying a human and becoming the ruler of the Yokai 👑

Anyway, I wanted to make this drawing to compare with the first time I drew them and see how many changes there have been since then, maybe I haven't improved much, but I feel very happy with the result, as well as with Maho's new appearance 🥰💄

I did a complete redesign of Maho, not only in appearance but also in personality, adding new traits and changing others, that's why I couldn't upload this drawing before 😥

It was a bit difficult to work with the background haha, it was an epic fail with the Clip Studio but hey... at least I tried 😅

Well, some time ago I wanted to create the offspring of Hayato, the Hanyō from the otome game "Soul of Yokai" and my persona, Maho Ishinomori, being born this little girl named Hanako ❣️

Hanako is a half-breed, 75% human and 25% oni. That's the reason why she didn't inherit the horns and pointed teeth from her father. I thought that due the low percentage of oni blood that she got, it would be logical for her to look more human. However, she inherited several oni traits of her father such as her eye color, sharp pupils and pointed ears, as well as black fingernails and reddish markings on her eyes 👹

Another feature that can be seen a bit in this drawing is her fangs slightly sharper than those of a human 🦷

In terms of personality, she is a cheerful and self-confident girl, as well as quite mischievous 🤭

For now she is the only descendant of this couple, so here is their family portrait. However, I don't deny the possibility that more descendants will emerge in the future, you never know 😅

By the way, Hanako's kimono is a modified version of a beautiful outfit that I bought from Koshkart / Purruni some time ago 👗

[#SoulOfYokai] Halloween 2021: The Tiger and the Dragon

Well, well, well, my favorite holiday has arrived!!! 🎃👻

This time and after 4 long years, I have decided to change the characters for my commemorative drawing. So here are Hayato, the Hanyō, from the otome game "Soul of Yokai" with my MC, Maho Ishinomori, dressed up as tiger and dragon, animal representations of the Yin Yang 🐯🐉☯️

Originally, Maho was going to be a normal orange tiger, but I decided to change her to a white tiger, since Hayato had to be a red dragon yes or yes, so the costumes were going to be too similar in color. Plus Maho loves white tigers so it's a bonus 🤍🖤

And well, I don't know what else to say, this year I wasn't going to do any Halloween drawings due to lack of inspiration and ideas, besides personal issues, but at the last minute "the muse" visited me and here we are. Of all the years, this has been the most spooky and halloweeny in my house, thanks to my bro @skylightoficial and, honestly, I love it!!! 🥰🤩
