Update:

1. Charlie's overhaul design is now done!! I'm currently working on her reference sheet. She's alot more my canon compliant because feel like my original Charlie was missing that. Will post that soon cause I wanna lore dump about her. (I'm working on Charlie then working on my own oc stuff for a Lil bit. Go to the other blog if you care about that.)

2. Lets talk about Angel, Carmilla, and Isabella cause their family is sweet sweet angst material.

Carmilla:

Carmilla has been a exterminator for decades. She became one shortly after her death. Carmilla is trying to get out of being a exterminator. Once you become a exterminator your identity is almost erased. Your a exterminator through and through. Why Carmilla wants to get out of being a exterminator is because of Isabella. Carmilla didn't know Isabella was in heaven until recently. Because Carmilla is just a gear in the machine, her daughter was kept from her. Carmilla didn't know Isabella died at 10. (She had a absolute mental breakdown.)

Carmilla also wants to see Angel again, desperately. They were best friends when they were alive and she wants to see him and the family again. Honestly she doesn't even know why she's in heaven.

Angel:

Angel, while he doesn't believe in Charlie's redemption, is willing to try to get to heaven to see his daughter and wife. Angel keeps alot of reminders of Isabella and Carmilla so he doesn't forget them. Isabella is slowly slipping from his mind and he's losing his shit about it. A small part of him wants to believe he's good so he can see them again. It gets alot worse before it gets better.

Isabella:

Isabella has no memory of her mom and barely any memory of her dad. Considering she's so young and she died 80 years ago, her memory is horrible. Isabella knows she has a mom and dad, no matter what Emily says. She has a small photo of her dad and a dry flower from her mom's grave. She's forgetting them but she's fighting as hard as her little body can to remember them.

She's not allowed to be around Carmilla. At all. She's not supposed to know about her mother because her mother shouldn't even be a though in her head.

Okay that was alot but here's a paper copy of what Charlie will look like. She's a mix of her old design and sheep's. She's better looking now I think.

Don't mind the yellow paper. It's the lighting I swear.

Random things in my Hazbin Hotel rewrite that I added for lore, character, or because I think it's cool

(I might do this for my Helluva Boss rewrite because these take up alot of brain space and I wanna infodump so Tumblr is my bitc-)

Triggerwarning: Talks of death, suicide, murder, other nasty stuff.

Angel has a daughter named Isabella. (This is Angel Dust. I took the Dust out of his name because in my rewrite Angel is ashamed of his drug addiction. I wanna clarify incase someone gets confused.)

Angel and Husk were born in the same year, 1891. Angel died at 56 while Husk died at 86.

Husk and Valerie (Vaggie)are probably the most innocent at the Hotel.

Angel, Alastor, and Nifty have all killed people. Nifty has only killed one person, her husband.

Both Angel and Nifty were married when they were alive.

Sir Pentious is now a girl. She is now Madame Pentious.

Husk is Transgender.

Husk has a Russian background. He also knows Russian.

Angel and his family are not from America. His family are immigrants from Italy. They came to America when he was about 7.

Alastor is black. He's not mixed anymore.

Cherrie is almost deaf. She can hear somewhat but she is almost excessively deaf from being around explosions all her life.

Angel is blind in his right eye. Things... happened to it.

Since Cherrie is hard hearing and Angel has only one eye, they help each other alot. Angel learned sign language to talk to Cherrie if she's having a hard hearing day. Cherrie usually walks around with Angel if he's in a unfamiliar area.

Both Alastor and Angel are overlords. (I'm gonna have to work out what makes a overlord a overlord )

Charlie is a doll. Litteraly. Her parents made her with demonic magic. (More like a puppet but you get it.)

Charlie has a bad relationship with Lucifer. Lilith on the other hand is a loving an attentive mother.

Valerie even though she doesn't look like it, is very good with certain weapons. Not good with hands on though.

Mimzy and Angel are good friends.

Vox and Velvette don't like Valentino. They stick it out with him because their territories are objectively smaller than Valentinos. They are both weaker than Valentino.

Vox and Valerie have the biggest inferiority complex out if the main cast.

Tom Trench has had a crush on Katie Killjoy for about 20 years now. Katie is aware of it. She toys him along all the time.

Valerie can't speak.

Vox and Angel have a brother like relationship. Velvette shares the same thing with Angel. Only Velvette likes it.

Nifty was the youngest to die. She's 18.

Husk was the oldest to die.

Considering Nifty died so young she often can revert to a teenage life mindset. When someone (Mostly Angel) treats her like a child because that's what she is, she gets upset. Really upset. She doesn't understand why everyone treats her diffrently.

Nifty also tries to argue that she's grown up because she not only had a husband, she has to be bad like a adult because she's in hell.

Alastor shows blantent favoritism when it comes to the treatment of Husk and Nifty. (Hint: Husk ain't the favorite.)

Alastor is actually pretty nice. Despite how evil his is he is genuinely kind to most people. He was raised to be a gentlemen so he never really let that go as a adult.

When you die, after a significant amount of time, you can recive objects from your human life. There is two ways you can obtain objects from your human life. You either have it on you when you die or someone gives it to you as you die. Like being buried with a object or a object being set on your grave. This is how Angel has some memories of his family, someone set a scrap book on his grave. He has his necklace cause he was wearing it when he died.

Angel killed himself. He intentionally overdosed.

Charlie has biased when it comes to sinners. She's unaware of it but it's there. Charlie shows favoritism to younger sinners and to sinners who died from unnatural causes or to wronged sinners. This is demonstrated in the main cast. Charlie treats Nifty, Valerie, and Alastor better than Angel and Husk. She doesn't treat them hostility by any means but she gives alot more leeway to those three then Angel and Husk. She treats Angel objectively worse. If something bad happens and Angel has a part in it, then Angel will most likely take blame. She treats them worse for diffrent reasons. Angel because he killed himself and Husk because of how long he lived.

While Charlie doesn't like killing sinners, she will if pushed far enough.

Angel hides what he actually looks like. He didn't come down to hell looking as he does currently.

Valerie will do almost anything to get validation. Her self hatred is that big.

I have more but this is getting long.

YO GUESS WHOS HERE TO TALK ABOUT HAZBIN FANKID OCS BITCHES!

Yeah Ive been wanting to do this for a bit but been super fucking lazy. Got some other fandom ones too I wanna talk about but what with Hazbins first season ending wanna talk about mine with a few tweaks I've done plus one I forgot to add in the last one. I will put this one under spoilers sense the eps just came out and now I have to change shit around till season two for a few of them.

First I have Lucy(used to be Mara and cliche name I know but i like it). She is Charlie and Vaggies kid and named after her grandpa(who spoilers her fucking ROTTEN). Kinda got a design in my head for her that goes with a lamb/goat theme because she is half demon and half angel. Shes got charlies blond hair but more in Vaggies short style and its slightly curly. Shes also got the little hooves, sheep ears and eyes are that horizontal goat type. Like before she is still an absolute artist and loves doing bigger art installations around hell. She ends up dating Husks daughter Heather when they get older.

Second we have Isabella who is by blood Angel and Alastors daughter but her other dad is Husk and sister is Heather. Still got the same design for her that shes a bit more centaur deer like. Shes got the ears(and tail because I'm not giving that headcanon up) of Alastor but with Angels color scheme and fur and kinda a mix of spider claws/hooves(trying to picture her like head/hair in my mind has been a BITCH trying to not just think of it as a carbon copy of Angel). Recently she has become absolutely fucking unhinged as a child in discussions with Musekicker. She is 100% a cannibal and loves to take bites out of people out of pure curiosity of how they taste(leading to many many child leashes that she usually manages to chew her way out of). I like to think that she becomes popular on the hell version of tiktok with cottagecore vibes with a mix of her cannibalism. Dunno why but I like to think that if Alastor sheds his antlers she collects them and makes them into headbands she wears(also uses them to stab people).When older she ends up dating Moxxie and Millies daughter Mable.

Heather is just Huskys by blood and a one night stand but after becoming a couple with Angle and Alastor they become her parents too and Isabella her sister. Every time I think of her design all I can picture is something like Sawyer from Cats Dont Dance. Shes mostly white with a bit of her dads dark grey. Her face all around is just a pure resting bitch face even if she isnt mad or in a bad mood("its literally just my face" is something she has to say a lot). Her biggest secret is how much she LOVES to sing especially musicals and wants to be a stage performer but she thinks she could never make it. She does start to try out in school or any local theater productions thanks to Lucys encouragement. I like to think that after quitting Mammon that even Fizz sometimes does shows for fun and he kinda mentors her after seeing her talent.

Two more to go! Vea is Val and Voxs little accident that they just decide to keep around. She looks mostly like a moth demon but more bluish and sometimes has a little bit of electricity that goes between her antenna. Shes pretty powerful as she can sometimes match Voxs powers if he say fucks around and locks electronics or tv channels. She ends up not exactly running away from home but just kind of wandering away as her parents pay her little to no mind. She ends up at the hotel and kinda taken in by everyone after they learn her story. She ends up becoming the hotels electrician and is fucking terrified of Niffty.

Lastly is one I forgot on my last post who I am not sure what to do with her after the last episode. Her name is Pia and she is Pen and Arackniss kid. Body type she looks mostly like Niss with a little snake tail but she can go full naga like with extra arms/legs when she wants. She has a hood/hair like Pen and is insanely venomous(took me like ten tries to fucking spell that right) do to being half snake/spider. If Pen is in heaven whenever these kids are around she is raised by Niss who stays around the hotel more to take care of her/keep her from his father(who you know is a fucking prick). When he isnt around Angel takes care of his niece. Shes mostly quiet and keeps to herself but she loves weapons of all kinds, being an absolutely crack shot with most firearms.

Alright it's almost Hispanic Heritage month again yall. Here's a list of Animated characters that I, a Latina, cried over when I found out they were Latin American

For clarification, "Found out" means, having no previous knowledge of said characters and within the context of the show/movie they are confirmed Latin American.

(From the perspective of a Costa Rican 🇨🇷 specifically)

The entire Madgrial Family (Encanto)

The moment I saw the teaser trailer for Encanto I started crying. I was so BEYOND EXCITED to see real, true, positive beautiful Latin American representation in a Disney movie. I'm not even Colombian but seeing something like this become so popular made me so happy. Being able to fully understand "Dos Orugitas" in Spanish just hits so different, its not the same in English. It's such a beautiful step for Latin American representation, and I'm so excited to see what comes next for us. (Still holding out for my Latina Disney princess tho. And no, Elena doesn't count) I've also been told I look just like Mirabel and seeing a character that looks like me in a Disney movie just made my heart soar.

Luz Noceda (The Owl House)

Bruh a bisexual Latina with mommy issues AND she's bilingual??? She's just like me fr.

Lance McClain (V*ltron Legendary Defender)

He was my absolute favorite character in V*ltron and I will NEVER forgive them for ruining his arc and making him sad forever. He deserved a happy ending. He's NOT "just a boy from Cuba", he's so important and lovely.

Miles Morales (Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse)

I'm not a comic book reader, so Into the Spiderverse was the first time I met Miles. Finding out he was Afro Latino made me heart soar. He's a sweet boy, such a good character in the movie, and definitely deserved the Oscar. Can't wait for the sequel.

Claire Nuñez (Tales of Arcadia)

Claire is literally such a badass. She's amazing, an amazing character, her story with Jim is beautiful. Love it when she's speaks Spanish. 10/10 character (Watch Tales of Arcadia it's really good)

Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera (Ducktales 2017)

King of my heart. Wholesome dork. Voiced by Lin Manuel Miranda.

Gosalyn Mallard (Ducktales 2017)

What I literal icon. I really really REALLY hope that the rumored Darkwing Duck reboot uses the DT 2017 versions of the DW characters cause this Gosalyn is a QUEEN

Hector Nieves Aka: Hi-Five (Glitch Techs)

Glitch techs was such a cute show it deserved to keep running. Screw Nickelodeon for canceling it just as it was starting to get interesting. Anyway this dork is adorable. Bilingual gamer king.

I literally laugh my ass off whenever I watch the episode "Hidden City Job" and they do the whole Don Suave bit. Like it's so over the top yet accurate to telenovela characters that I can't help but laugh every time. When they first introduced Capitan Piel, I instantly laughed so hard before they even translated it because they did the whole Skin and Bones bit and I just thought it was so clever. 10/10 duo I'd love to see more of them. People were giving Vivziepop shit accusing her of making Vaggie the "angry Latina stereotype) and I couldn't disagree more. Vaggie is perfectly fine as a character, and I can't wait to see what they do with her in the official Hazbin Hotel series!!

• Isabella Garcia-Shapiro (Phineas and Ferb)

Phineas and Ferb was the first fandoms I was ever in, and Isabella holds such a special place in my heart. Love her to pieces

• Marco Diaz (Star vs. The Forces of Evil)

Svtfoe was also one of the first fandoms I was in, so seeing one of the leads be portrayed as Mexican made 12 year old me so happy.

• Miguel Rivera (Coco)

Coco is such a beautiful movie, and I ONLY watch it in Spanish. Miguel is such a sweet and special boy, he really brought the joy of music back into his family.

• Soos (Jesus) Alzamirano Ramirez

Gravity Falls was ALSO one of the first fandoms I was in (PnF, GF, and Svtfoe were my main 3 for a time), and finding out this loveable goof was Latino made me really happy

• Princess Elena Castillo Flores

Now she may not be an official Disney princess (she doesn't meet all the requirements to be part of the franchise) but that doesn't mean she isn't excellent representation for young children. Although the show doesn't represent one specific Latin American country/culture, the show does have bits and pieces of many different LatAm cultures, and even some indigenous inspiration here and there with all the mythology aspects. It isn't perfect, but I do still appreciate Elena's presence in Disney.

it’s a LONG LONG LIST. It’s usually conducive to what fandom I’m in, I’ll add the list at the bottom. But usually the default for when I’m maladaptive daydreaming is Wanda or Natasha from the MCU! Or Fluttershy or Charlie from All Dogs go to heaven.

first I want to point out, that even though I don't want these two drawings to be reblog without my permission...

I am going to use them as covers for the fan fics over at Quotev.

but it's okay that not everyone reads them, cause I know the stories that has to do with Spinel ending up working with I.M.P. and even the story that I had decided have a 23 year old Sari be a main character, might not be perfect but I'm trying my best and well the story that Sari is a main character, wasn't originally going to have Transformers or even Transformers Animated added to it, and the main character was going to be slightly different before I decided to change the idea and had decided to add Sari and change the summary a bit...

anyway, the Isabella in the drawing below the one with the three Imps...

is based off of the Original Isabella/Cherry-Bomb.

so if the two ended up as separate characters, even if only in the Fanon...

Isabella in this, wouldn't go by "Cherry-Bomb" but Cherri, Angel's best girl buddy would still go by that name.

so the Isabella in this drawing, is like a Fanon Timeline & AU version...

who I may add to the crossover story that has to do with 23 year old Sari, who in Cybertronian years is 23 hundred stellar cycles old.

so yeah, I plan to use both of these two drawings as Covers for chapters.

Rowan is 100% a OC, and if she ended up in the fan series that is called Arackniss by AxelGear.

(and the fan series has the same name as Angel's older brother.)

I think Rowan would be way taller than Monty and Sir Pentious.

Rowan is suppose to be Isabella's Mom.

even though Rowan is not canon and is fanon only, she could be like Angel's ex-wife in the fanon timeline, and they both could of been understanding about each other's feelings so in other words they divorced on good terms.

Rowan is suppose to be a muscular woman.

as for the three Imps holding the signs, well I don't think I gave them names even in the chapter they are suppose to appear in.

and yes the whole Spankageddon was a weird idea and is mentioned in the chapter in one of my stories...

it might be the Spinelluva Boss AU type story......I think I forgot...

I will have to check both "Spinelluva Boss: Home Is Where The Spinel Is" and "Falling For The Angel In Disguise." to see which one of them I put that Spankageddon and some Imps worshiping the Goddess ideas in.

others who are like those three Imps in the drawing on top, aren't taken seriously by the rest of the Hellborns or even the Sinners.

even if they talk about there being a Goddess and how she will send her angels to spank their butts, not many will believe them.

maybe Ozzie will get off the hook, along with Fizz...

so they both wont be punished by the Angels of The Goddess.

is it weird to view Ozzie and Fizz being adorkable sweet potatoes...?

even though I had felt not really happy before and I guess I still feel a bit not happy, because of certain reasons that I had talked about in the post before this one.

at least those two adorkable sweet potatoes make me feel a bit more happy, along with the art I'm checking out on here.

and in theory while in the Fanon Timeline, Ozzie has met King Solomon before.....it is very likely that in the canon timeline of Helluva Boss, Ozzie has never met King Solomon...

so the possibility of Ozzie mentioning King Solomon is very unlikely.

but in a Fanon Timeline where they have met...

King Solomon could be all like "stop seducing my granddaughter!"

to Ozzie, and Ozzie could be confused on what he is talking about.

I only have small crushes on Ozzie & Fizz.....

I mean some people can have more than one crush, but some can be small crushes and not really big crushes.

and yeah I'm technically King Solomon's Granddaughter....

well descendant granddaughter...

and who doesn't work at 100% like other Earth Angels.

anyway I hope some like these two drawings, plus no one has to take the idea of three Imps trying to tell others about Spankageddon, seriously....I mean some can view it as a bit funny.

I know I was being weird when that idea pop into my head...

later or maybe tomorrow, I will check which one of those two stories I had put that idea about those three Imps and Spankageddon...

so anyway don't have much else to say, other than if you look closely at the three Imps, you will see they have buttons.

and yes I know it is weird to ship the 23 year old Sari with Swindle...

but I think I can still have it be a semi-ship for now.

also I can't be the only one who figured out that Soundwave (the TFA version who I'm still gonna view as a Soundwave Jr. and being separate from the Other Soundwave...) and Sari, are not only technically siblings, they also share a birthday.

let's see, Sari is 23 years old in Human Years in the story I'm writing, but she is also 23 hundred stellar cycles in Cybertronian Years.

and I think I will have Soundwave Jr. be 15 years old in Earthling Years, but 15 Stellar Cycles in Cybertronian Years.

like the idea can be that Soundwave that appears in TFA, is based off of another Soundwave and could look like a Transformers Animated version of Soundwave from Transformers Prime.

and to not confuse the two, Soundwave Sr. will go by his other name which is Soundblaster. anyway hope some of you like these two drawings, which once again is for Fanon only.

even though the Isabella in the drawing with Rowan, is like alternate version and based off of the original Isabella.

so in the Fanon Timeline, Isabella and Cherri are two different people and Isabella is a anthropomorphic spider, either being a sinner demon or angel...so yeah in the Fanon Timeline, Angel still has a daughter named Isabella but it has been a very long time since he last saw her. and I guess in the Fanon Timeline, some could view Angel and Rowan having a Lavender Marriage, maybe...?

I need to look up more info about the Lavender Wedding.

not sure if they had those back during the time when Angel, Arackniss and Molly were still humans and alive on Earth.

I don't know when a Lavender Wedding first started, so I will need to look up more info about it when I find the time to do so.

anyway in the next post maybe I will either make a post about FNAF or Deltarune...or maybe even Transformers and talk about some fan theories about one of them. and maybe in a future post, I can talk about how Ozzie and Fizz are two adorkable sweet potatoes.

Writing in helluva boss

Helluva boss is an interesting show vizziepop made as a spin off for her main series, Hazbin hotel. The concept of the show is creative and the characters are lively, but the show is not without some issues. As an aspiring show writer I would like to point these issues out as well as showcase my opinions on these issues. Though before I start I want to give 2 additional pieces of information, the first one being that English is not my first language so my wording may come off as wonky, so I am apologising about this beforehand. Secondly, I was planning this before the season 2 episode, so I updated some of my opinions and added a focus on the new episode.

First off, let's talk about the pilot. Pilot episodes are used to give the audience a clear indicator of who are the main characters and what the show is going to be about, though recently many shows have this issue of cramming everything into their pilot episode, which ends up making things feel confusing, poorly paced, and cramped. Both Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel face this issue, Hazbin more so, but this is going to focus on Helluva boss. The pilot was all over the place, cutting through scene to scene and causing confusion on what is part of the ad and what isn't to the audience. We get introduced to almost all of the characters, even ones we could have learned about later like Stolas and his wife. It would have been better if the pilot focused on the main characters then slowly introduces the others, for example Phineas and Ferb doesn't introduce Baljeet, Buford, and Isabella until a few episodes into the show which allows us to get a feel of what Phineas, Ferb, and Vanessa (who barely shows up) are like while we get to have a side plot of Perry trying to stop Doofenshmirtz. Already there are a lot of characters in here, but imagine if there was no side plot and the other three were there, it would have been a confusing mess. However as I said before this is becoming a style to a lot of recent shows, which is mostly caused by limited time and possibly excitement from creators to present their world to everyone.

So with the pilot out of the way, let's talk about the comedy. Normally people will get annoyed by these types of sections since comedy is subjective, however this section is not about me saying whether the comedy is good or bad in this show, it is actually more or less me talking about the lack of variety in Helluva Boss. Similarly, Helluva Boss also falls under the same trap that most adult shoes have, shock humor. They clung onto it just as how kids' shows cling onto gross out humor, which is now something you expect in shows like these all the time. This isn't bad in itself, however when the humor is only just swear, gore, violence, and repeat it gets boring quickly. Seeing other types of humor in this show is pretty rare and the only times I can remember Helluva boss using other types of humor is from 2 episodes, episodes 5 and in my opinion the best episode 6. In episode 5 they use absurd humor twice in that episode, the first one being the shark slamming him on the obstacles course (9:07), which as funny as it is, also emphasizes how bad and unlucky Moxxie is when it comes to athletics, so much so that a shark can get out of the water, climy up a fence, and body slam him. It is ridiculous, funny, and smart. The other time was when Stella shows up (17:10), she goes on about how Stolas must be killed, and then it cuts to Stolas and Octavia eating with her on the dinner table, not even listening to her. Again it is funny because of how ridiculous it is. However, enough about episode 5, let's talk about the episode that uses humor in the best way possible, episode 6. When Moxxie and Blitzo gets captured by humans (2:21) we get this scene in which they get interrogated, the humor is not from the absurdity, or from the shock, but rather from the dynamic Blitzo and Moxxie have while they are messing around with the government officials who are just dumbfounded at this at first then later gets annoyed. Like when Blitzo ask for coffee and Moxxie starts listing off an impossible order to write down then said if they can't get that then they should get another drink in which he list off another impossible order until the government official just bursts out and yells that they aren't getting coffee for them, causing Blitzo to tell Moxxie that he is impressed by him. Then the roles swap where Moxxie asks what type of torture that they will be dealing with since they both will be counter-productive, and Blitzo goes off from that to say that there is a chance that they may also like the methods they use and when asked by what he means like that he said "I can work with stupid, daddy likey dummy" causing Moxxie to burst out in laughter even outside of this scene we have Blitzo having a heartfelt moment with Moxxie before being egotistical by saying "I am always right" before continuing this moment. These two work off of each other so well. This episode also uses a lot visual humor such as the company being called D.H.O.R.K.S, or the "haha gas" and "bitch juice", the password being 1111, Blitzo being dressed as if he is in the phantom of the opera in a Disney cartoon style, and Moxxie in a dress. Even with all of that it is still allowed to show the characters' insecurities and the gore isn't mostly displayed for laughs, but more so to show how strong and capable Millie and Luna are when it comes to fighting. Even as ridiculous as Blitzo playing the organ while calling Moxxie a bitch over and over again and telling him he is tripping balls, it does serve as a point where we see that Moxxie's insecurities lies with his relationship with Blitzo, while we go to Blitzo's horrifying landscape where we see that Blitzo have a fear of intimacy and being vulnerable. In my opinion I believe the show would have been amazing if they kept up with including a variety of humor instead of sticking to one type of humor while occasionally using other types.

Now let's talk about Vizziepop's lack of understanding on how episode types work. When season 2 was announced to be a filler episode people were enraged for a good reason. Filler episodes are meant to be a break from the show, a way to settle down after the chaos and in many cases just focus on the characters themselves and not the plot. What is the point of having a filler episode after a hiatus? Let alone having the first episode a filler episode? The fans after a long time want to see what is going on with the plot, like what are the characters doing now after what Blitzo has done. When writing it is best to know when to add a plot focused episode and where to add a filler episode, or else you will get Steven Universe. The show was good, but they had filler almost everywhere and the fan base during the show's production were unable to handle it, many left and the people who stayed had to deal with waiting for 6 months just to get 3 filler episodes and another long hiatus.

Now here is the completely subjective territory. Everything I say here is my opinions and nothing more.

Okay, so after all of this, let's talk about Millie and how she is underutilized in the show. By that I mean she gets no episodes, like none, 0. There were so many episodes that could have focused on her, but Millie never gets any which is insane considering she is not only a main character and the rest of the main cast had at least 2 episodes focused on them (except Luna who had 1), but Stolas; who is a side character by the way gets an entire episode to himself. What was the point of this? She have no depth, her character is only the "murderous wife of Moxxie who is optimistic" you know that episode with her family? That could have been an episode focused on her! But let's give it to Moxxie who already had an episode all for himself. At this rate I believe her episode will be in season 3. Every show that I have ever seen that refuses to focus on one of the main characters at least did so in the early stages before giving up entirely.

With season 2 now arriving I am going to rant about that episode because oh boy did it have issues. Let's talk about the things I find weird and make no sense, okay? First off let us talk about the divorce, in this episode Stolas divorced his wife immediately, but in season 1 they are clearly seen to still be in a relationship, though it is clearly unstable and corrupt. This makes the time-line of events confusing as it brings the question of why Stella is still here. Speaking of Stella I shall go on a whole rant about her. This episode attempted to remove the blame of cheating from Stolas, you heard me right. Look I am all for representation for male abuse victims and female abusers, but the way they went about it took away the complexity of who was in the wrong, as well as removing the blame from Stolas, and ultimately made Stella a completely 1 dimensional character. Although they try to paint her as scary and serious, she sounds like a joke and is kind of ridiculous. Like what abuser will say straight to your face that "I like torturing you" other than the ones you see in wattpad? She embodies a stereotype of what abusers are and the level of understanding of how abusers are like feels surface level, almost like how a child may envision them. Also it was never actually established earlier that she was abusive physically, if that was Vissiepop's intentions then why didn't she showcase the hitting in episode 2? If anything they just showed her being justifiably angry at Stolas for cheating on her, and not only that, but with an imp who destroyed her cake and told her straight to her face infront of her guests that he fucked her husband. Her husband basically embarrassed her in front of her guests, people tend to point out her wording during that fight, but it seemed to be more of an add on to the fact she was cheated on, in the classist world she lives in it would be as if Stolas cheated on her with a dog. It doesn't mean she was a saint either since she was fine with murdering him. Like no where have she ever seen to be abusive before until this point, at most she was extremely emotional and later on insane and vengeful (though they are in hell, so she can get away with that). Not only that, but in that episode she was portrayed to be born evil from the very beginning which again is meant to make Stolas look more sympathetic. Her entire purpose in that episode was to make Stolas look like he was justified in cheating because it "liberated him" or something like that. It takes away many of the nuances that the show had with their relationship by saying "Stolas is one of Vizziepop's soft abused demon collectables, he did nothing wrong". Again I will bring up that my issue is not that Stella is an abuser, my issue is that she is used to make Stolas look sympathetic. If they wanted to make her being an abuser work then they should have made it clear that they wanted to do this from the get go, not have her say cartoonishly evil things like "I love torturing you", and not use her as sympathy points for Stolas who wants to be the perfect little dad while Stella is an evil peice of garbage.
