Resurrection AU: Void
In this AU, Void has been reincarnated as a little white puffball. He has no memory of his life before he was sealed away by the Heroes of Yore.
His main goal is to figure out who he actually was in his previous life. Aiding in this effort is Magolor, who's agreed to help in exchange for some assistance with his theme park work. He happens to be working on an ancient history-themed area, and could use a hand in the research process.
Personality-wise, Void is driven and has a no-nonsense attitude. He's not super thrilled about all this silly wizard theme park nonsense, but will do what it takes to get what he wants. He has a tendency to overwork himself. He doesn't seem to have retained any powers from his time as Void Termina.

sakusa and atsumu are both horribly sore losers but for different reasons. sakusa is because he's the youngest sibling and his older siblings have a massive age gap to him - he never learned how to lose. But atsumu has a twin brother who he fights with for everything. He Needs to win.
I think what results from this is no one wanting to play boardgames with the two of them anymore. They try once only to realise, again, that skts are the worst and never play anything with them again

I love that Phoenix is so father figure coded in the main trilogy with Pearl. Like the official art where she's napping on his thigh or being held up by him to put up Christmas tree ornaments, and the whole vibe of him bringing her along to crime scenes, and in the stage play where she gets scared and freezes in place so he just picks her up like a stack of firewood. Even from the second game when he's only like 25 he's been irrefutably dad-shaped. It should've been the least surprising thing to happen when AJ first came out that Phoenix had become a dad. That's been an important part of his personality, he probably was born to be a girldad more than an attorney.
anyway it's also really funny to think about him lowkey adopting the half-sister of the woman who tried to kill him and her twin sister who tricked him into thinking that she was his girlfriend.

Resurrection AU: Elfilin
At present, Elfilin is staying in Dream Land with Kirby, who'd like to help him recover from all the stuff he just went through.
Now that he's no longer in constant danger, Elfilin's not quite sure what to do. He wants to move on with his life and feel normal, but how? What is feeling normal?
Elfilin is outgoing and excited to make new friends in Dream Land. Still, he finds himself a little overwhelmed by some of the big personalities he encounters. He has no problems asking for help, which he'll need to do to figure himself out.
There's one thing throwing a wrench into his plans, which is the presence of:
Resurrection AU: Fecto Forgo
After choosing to be with Elfilin at the end of KatFL, Fecto Forgo takes the form of a separate consciousness in Elfilin's mind. Only he can see and hear it.
While this is the good part of Forgo, it's still somewhat bitter about everything that happened to it, and excited to move forward from that. Like Elfilin, it wants to move on from its past. It's fascinated and a little anxious about the world, which it's getting to properly see for the first time.
Forgo speaks in a fragmented way and is very blunt, stating exactly how it feels. It's very introverted, but is still sometimes frustrated that it's limited to talking with Elfilin, wishing it were more independent. It struggles understanding the perspectives of others.
Needless to say, they get on each others' nerves some.
Now that these two are reunited, it seems like Elfilin might have some new powers, which is a big change for him. Maybe Forgo can help him figure them out?

Atop the highest peak
[TW mention of death, cremation, self depreciation]
“If one of us bites the dust…what should we do with your body?”
Here again. That question. You’ve heard him ask that question enough times, surely you have an answer by now, right? You’ve already memorized the voice he uses, little breaths he takes between “dust” and “when”, for the love of the universe. Wouldn’t it just be so silly to not have an answer at this point?
But you don’t.
You don’t have an answer. No matter how many times you mull it over during runs, you can’t figure it out.
You suppose you’ve never thought about what would happen because you never imagined being constantly surrounded by five other people. Stars, you figured you’d just collapse and die on the side of the road one day and be found by some poor, unfortunate traveler.
You can’t just…say that, though. They’ll get concerned! For you! As if you’re worth showing concern for, at this point. So you lie. Every time, you say something different or ridiculous. “Throw my body in the ocean”, or “Use me as tree fertilizer.” “Throw my ashes to the stars.” Sometimes, you even steal one of the other’s ideas. But it’s never anything meaningful. You don’t have a belief to fall back on, a tradition you can follow.
You hate it. It makes your skin crawl.
What will they do with your body, you wonder. If you collapse and die but somehow don’t come back? Leave you? You doubt it. Maybe they’ll donate you to science, or ask Siffrin for advice, since he’s the most similar to you out of everyone. Maybe they’ll keep the ashes in your memory.
That’d be nice.
“What about you, Renzo?” Isabeau asks, which startles you from your thoughts. You look up at him, at his eyes. They look so sad.
“…hmmm.” you drum your fingers against the ground, feeling your uneven nails clack against the cold concrete as you mull over the answer you’re giving this time. “I…I dunno. I guess…cremate me, and…do whatever with my ashes.”
They seem surprisingly content with that. A little sad, but…content. Huh. You thought they’d have more questions or concerns.
Maybe you’ll stick with that for now.
Next up is Siffrin. They say their usual. “Burry me atop the highest peak.”
You wonder why that is.
