How to Donate to the Domari Society of Gypsies in Jerusalem

As many of you may know, the Domari community in Palestine is suffering alongside native Palestinians in the genocidal campaign headed by Israel.

Though we do not know much of the Domari's struggles in detail, I can only imagine it is the same extent as the Palestinians' struggles.

The Domari Society was founded by director Amoun Sleem in 2000 and since then she and her staff have done incredible things for the Domari, including providing resources and education to women and children.

On the Domari Society website, there is information on how to send donations via bank transfer, but considering that their main avenue may not be the most accessible to share and donate, I am making this post providing a step-by-step guide on how to donate to the Domari Society of Gypsies in Jerusalem.

This method works only if you have a PayPal and/or Xoom account (Xoom is owned by PayPal so if you only have PP, you can still donate.)

Step-by-Step:

Click this [link] here. It will take you to Xoom's page for sending money to Israel (Jerusalem is occupied by Israel, so it must be through them). Make sure you are signed in to either Xoom or PayPal.

Enter a minimum amount of 35.66 shekels (minimum 10.01 USD) to send. Click (Send Now) to progress to the next page.

3. Confirm information on screen and click (Next).

4. Select (Bank Deposit) and click (Next).

5. When selecting a bank, click (Other) and it will bring you to a page where you must enter the IBAN number of the bank you want to send money to. The IBAN for the Domari Society's bank is IL040176380000002503877 (copy and paste this exactly). Confirm that the bank is Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd and click (Next).

6. Enter in contact information. It is as follows: First Name: Domari Last Name: Society Address 1: Shua'fat, Derech Shua'fat 10 City: Jerusalem Phone Number: [phone] Email: [email protected]

7. Enter any information required and choose your payment option. On the last page, confirm the information listed and if everything is correct, click (Send).

Bank transfer may take a few days, but congratulations! You just donated to the Domari Society of Gypsies in Jerusalem. Know that your contribution will go towards the betterment of the Domari in Palestine.

I got accepted onto long-term disability through my employer/the state, but that doesn’t take effect until August 1st because it’s based off of my resignation date with the district.

I’m making monthly $672.01 COBRA payments to keep my insurance until then, which I need for 100% of my nutrition and hydration through feeding tube and central line.

Im going in this week for a bunch of extensive dental work. Like. . .alot of work. And im not sure of how expensive it will be and may need a little bit of help.

Finally, I can make a post about commissions ! All of my main types, from sketches to animations and big illustrations

Sketches- 100 usd per character. No fixes or wips are included in the price. Can be done on stream if requested!

Character clean art - 200 for 1 character. + 120  usd additional character. Wips, changes and fixes are included. Basic BG with little details is included, for bigger price BG can be more detailed :3

Sketch lined reference - 200 usd. Includes one fullbody picture, one halfbody picture and a detail. Includes wips and fixes

Halfbody scene- 300 usd . Wips and fixes are included of course.

Scene - starts from 500 usd (3 characters max,every additional character + 70 usd), price depends on number of characters/details/background.Wips and fixes included!

Animations - colored ones are starting from 450 usd and goes up,depending on your idea. Non colored ones are starting from 200 usd. Basic info I take payment via Boosty (cards) or Hipolink(paypal) I draw sfw and nsfw art, human and anthro characters. Terms of service

general:

Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits.

The art is for personal use and cannot be used commercially, claimed as your own work, fed into an AI learning software, or turned into an NFT. 

I reserve the right to post the commission on social media (you can ask to be tagged or remain anonymous) or use the finished art in my portfolio.

The estimated completion time is roughly 1-4 weeks. 

Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done quickly or by a certain deadline, let me know and I’ll let you know if I can get it done in time.

Large revisions that add a lot of time to the commission work will up the price. (redoing finished sketch from scratch, changing up large details in the rendering stage)

Price can be upped depending on the complexity of the drawing.

General process:

Once I’ve accepted your commission and am ready to start drawing is when I’ll request the payment. once I have the payment I’ll start drawing. 

I’ll send the sketches for revisions, and for the flat colours+ updates if it is a longer process.

Once these things are to your liking I’ll finish the commission and send it to you. You can request a couple of changes to the finished art within 24 hours of my completing it.

Hi everyone! I wanted to do something for Pedro's upcoming birthday on April 2, so I'm auctioning off some sticky notes and pencils that I haven't put up for sale due to production defects. I have 5 sets of two sticky notes each (there are 2 of the Joel/Oberyn sets). These sticky notes have small defects such as imprints and creases, and honestly they're hard to see but I am a perfectionist who takes QC very seriously so haven't released them to the shop!
