hisoka needs...

- sex, excitement, and attention LMAO

- bro needs a round daily, he cant remember a day in his life where he hasn't came at least once

- except for maybe infancy and young childhood

- he's too horny for his own good

- needs to be your number one priority

- whether ur his number one doesn't matter

~ most of the time, though, i don’t think illumi’s insensitivity would be purposeful? he is literally incapable of empathy, so he can’t comprehend insecurity or really, any emotional issues.

~ however, this isn’t the case all the time. sometimes he will use your insecurity against you to make you feel bad or inadequate. he may think you’ll make him look bad

~ i do think most of this would be in the earlier stages rather than when he gets to know you more. not that illumi would just stop being illumi and suddenly become a huge teddy bear who only wants your happiness, because that will never happen. he will never totally understand or empathize with you, and he won’t know how to help you through your insecurities.

~ but- illumi can give you attention when you need it. he’s rich as a mf and runs on his own schedule- really, he bows to no one but his parents and grandfather. so if he needs to push something aside to be with you, he might. if illumi doesn’t have time, he’ll probably buy you something you like and hope that makes up for it.

~ illumi isn’t actually that great at personal attention, which is another reason he just settles for buying you things and being on his way most of the time. because he doesn’t quite know what to do for you, he’ll ask you, and he will actually accept most of your requests- if you need a hug, want to spend time with him, etc. i should say that his hugs are like a goddamn vice

~ illumi will definitely get better at being with you over time. he’ll go away less and make sure to take you with him if he has to, because daddy issues also tend to make you clingy. he doesn’t mind the clinginess, which might come as a surprise. it does stem from his desire to have someone be dependent on him, however- or i should say, someone he can manipulate easily.

This is actually a pretty helpful question, because they will be meeting with his family in the future!

Silva: sees this as an opportunity to use you to bring Killua home. when you don’t accept his gifts and money in exchange for convincing killua to come home, he gets a little pissed.

Kikyo: Oh she loathes you. Her precious baby is calling you mom, clinging to you for comfort!? If Silva would allow it, you would be dead already

Zeno: He’s one of the more normal people, and sees you a kind and nurturing person. He knows that killua loves you dearly, and would break if you were to get hurt

Rain pelted down onto the roof of the rundown house. You and Hisoka were out late looking for a certain person, but you guys had decided to keep going the next day even though Hisoka could have probably kept searching. It was extremely obvious that you were tired, and your feet were aching. Searching from 9am that morning, to 2 am at night took quite a toll. Hisoka knew about a slight run down house not far from the place you guys were scavenging through, so you guys decided to stake it out there. There had been a storm coming in also, so it just worked out anyways.

A strike of thunder hitting disturbingly close nearby, making you jump a bit. It was quite early in you and Hisoka’s relationship, not to the comfort level of sleeping in the same bed as eachother for extended periods of time. Hisoka mentioned sleeping in the same bed earlier, but you shut the thought down immediately. You just didn’t feel.. ready? At the time.

It was nearing about four am now, and the rain hadn’t let up. You hugged, swallowing your pride for a moment and stood up. You wrapped the scragged, thin blanket around yourself that had already been here when you and Hisoka had arrived. You slowly walked out of the room, soft steps making their way to the room next door. His room was only a door down, since it was a rather small little shelter in the middle of nowhere.

You creaked open the door to reveal the sleeping clown, shirtless. Your cheeks flushed red a tiny bit, as you opened the door more. You took soft steps towards the bed, him being groggily awake as you got to the edge of the bed.

“Hisoka…” You whispered, placing a soft hand on his shoulder. He turned to place his tired eyes on you, raising a brow. “What..? It's 4am.. what could you possibly need?” He said in a tired, deep voice. Another loud boom of thunder came over, and seemed like it shook the roof. “I see.” The magician grabbed you, wrapping you in his arms.

“I can't believe you woke me up at.. 4am to cuddle cause you were scared. Should I be scared?” Usually, it was Hisoka trying to cuddle you. “You should have just gotten in bed with me doll~ I wouldn’t have minded. ♥️” He said in a low voice in your ear. You could easily hear the tiredness seeping through this voice.

Your mouth twitched up slightly, feeling warm in his arms. You weren’t usually the one to cuddle. But maybe, you could get used to it if it was with Hisoka.

-got chewing gum all over ur side of the bed

-doesn’t know basic human things

-if you say something like “I’m dying😭✋” over text he will take it literally and be standing behind you in .3 seconds only for him to scold you about “lying”

hisoillus first hug ever was prompted by illumi while he was asleep. hisoka was already close and a sleeping illumi just wrapped his arms around him and pulled him close and hisoka froze the fuck up because he has NOT hugged anyone in.... decades

Illumi adores terms of endearment with his wife. Baby, Love, Beloved, My Girl. etc. Both in giving and receiving them. And he especially loves being called baby by his wife, it makes him so, so happy.

I'm imagining a scene with Illumi and Psyche, and Illumi hears her calling 'baby' and he immediately turns his head to her because that's him, he's baby, she couldn't be referring to anyone else BUT HIM. Psyche throws around cutesy words more than Illumi does while he uses them sparingly. I hate to say this, but I think he frequently dissociates, usually for very short periods of time, he doesn't even know it tbh, just thinks he is out of the element.

He is subconsciously under a lot of stress so his mind tries to flee from it by dissociating.

I think he likes potted plants, especially succulents. He is patient so I can see him take care of even the very difficult ones.
