♡ — hell, even sanemi tried it! ...we won't go over want kia said because we would be here for a long time but just know that sanemi and her butt heads more often than he does with giyuu.

♡ — giyuu never really questioned why kia protects him because it felt nice to be so fiercely protected...however, he did pull her out when it looked like she was heading to dangerous territories. the scene of giyuu carrying kia away from a near fight with sanemi happened more often than not and both kanae and giyuu had to apologize over it.

♡ — make no mistake tho, if giyuu asked her to stop, she would in a heartbeat. of course, that never happened because he found it slightly amusing and endearing over time. as long she isn't in threatening danger, he kind of sits back and lets her do her thing.

♡ — and most definitely, she is the type to tell the server to take the plate back if there is something wrong with it for giyuu...despite her anxiety which confuses him so much but hey, love is strange

- Totally your number one cheerleader. Black Maria finds it too endearing to watch you beat down any threats to Onigashima. She’s always reminded of how lucky she is to have someone so noble as her partner! Black Maria makes sure to prove that, with all the hefty praise she bellows. 

- Black Maria gives you lots of private performances, singing you her most cherished songs while you lay your head down on her lap. She probably has pages upon pages of lyrics she wrote about you, and she’s not embarrassed to sing every single character out to you in her chambers. 

- Black Maria may be an extremely forward woman but if you ever act flirty back, the poor woman melts! She’s used to being in the lead, being the more affectionate out of... everyone she knows. As you two have plans to one day go rogue, running away from Onigashima, you always need special moves in your back pocket. 

- You do Yamato’s hair for them, i just know thats how it would be. Yamato just has so much hair and struggles to take care of it... so, you always brush out each and every beautiful strand before pulling it back for Yamato, tying it up tightly. Such long hair would be nothing but a burden during fights, and you know that. You love their hair so much, often basking in their scent while you clean it, brush it, etc. 

- Yamato isn’t too familiar with romantic gestures, so their attempts of being romantic can fail quite often. They brought you flowers? The buds are bit off, They promised a cutesy date? They have you in a chokehold. Regardless, Yamato still tries their best to show you how much they love you! Even if it’s something mundane like holding hands, a kiss on the forehead... They try really hard, okay?

- Gets jealous sometimes of the other All-Stars or the Tobi Roppo, due to how often you’re around them all. Its totally not fair! Those morons don’t know the true Y/n, the one that loves Wano... They only know the Kaido fan Y/n! After your meetings with them, Yamato won’t let you out of their arms. You’re only theirs, none of those brainless losers can have you... Hmph!

I always rlly like the prop exploration stuff u do for ma mere it's so sweetly antique without giving too many time period hints!! I'm rlly curious what sort of references u pull from when approaching all that o__o?

(hehe Hi Sara) Hmmm usually I pull stuff from furniture/home decor catalogs, or historical repositories. There are a myriad of scans for this type of stuff on Pinterest, which can lead to the sites they're located. I use Pinterest for compiling references. I'm not consistent when I draw stuff though (teehee) so I might have a 1930's chair with a Georgian desk. It's all if I think it looks cohesive together. Ma Mere is loosely pooled of Georgian, Regency, and Victorian styles. But I rarely draw the actual fine detailing that would probably be the thing that dates it definitively (i.e. all the crazy shit on this gothic fireplace. I'm not doing all that!!!) This vv example is from a scan of Ackermann’s Repository series,  an illustrated British periodical published from 1809 to 1829 by Rudolph Ackermann

If you have any museums or collections that contain antiques I'd highly recommend them. To me, materials matter quite a bit when I think of "rustic" or "antique". Nothing that's being mass-produced today can boast a life of longer than a few months of heavy wear. Things that get old enough to be considered "antique" are probably built with really sturdy stuff. As far as props I'll also pull from Illustrated fashion catalogs, repositories, and museum collections (if they aren't behind a paywall). To be honest I probably draw a lot from my surroundings and the designs I grew up with. My hometown and family are very old. So things that were built to last have been handed down through families and ranchhands, and I've been around them since I was young. Also for props I really admire Marian Churchland and her "Hchom" book. It's very endearing and I like that everything has a little written blurb to go with it.

first of all the conversation between oc and her mom made me cry so hard- it hit home for me, as a girlie with mommy issues, that part felt so real to me. Oc's courage to stand up for herself like that and tell her how much she hurt her own daughter is something i dont have in me. It broke my fucking heart, that yearning feeling, i cant believe you put that specific feeling into words rid [are u part of the mommy issues community as well🧐 or are u just that amazing, a true fucking artist (i saw that anon calling you the beyonce of ff and i agree 100%)] idk how to describe my feelings rn, that part definitely left a mark in my heart, ill never forget it

IE: What’s it been like performing those songs without the other HIM guys?

VV: I’ve only done it a few times. It felt really weird. [Tavastia] where we performed was the club where HIM played their last gig. So, I’m hopping on that same stage and singing some of the same songs with a fresh bunch. Then again there were actually a lot of familiar faces in the audience. [Mikko Paananen] Mige the bass player of HIM was in the audience. He was throwing the horns and really going for it. I think it was weird for a lot of my mates because they thought that it was HIM. They knew it wasn’t, but it was hard for them to separate or realize it was a new thing. It’s quite endearing. It’s not a negative at all. A lot of weird emotions and the fact that I haven’t done any harder-hitting stuff in English since HIM disbanded. It was kind of like riding a bike, but I think I rode my bikes before electrical ones were invented (laughs).

I first read it before setting up my account actually and it stayed in my mind because you work very well with catching the readers attention and making them curious!! also, I loved your Jade characterization, how you describe his feelings of shock and his thought process, his opinions on humans, the way he tries to distance himself but can't, either due to his curious nature or the universe trying to play matchmaker (or both, who knows). I'm going to be honest and admit I don't like soulmate aus that much (dunno, the idea there's someone predetermined for u it's kinda suffocating ig) but this one got a GRIP on me. LITERALLY YOU MADE ME GET INTERESTED. I love love love how Jade tried to challenge that cliche within these types of aus of immediately throwing his things to the air to persue his soulmate, how he keeps his interests in mind first and foremost!! (although I did find very funny how Azul admited he would just abandon everything on spot)

at the end of the first chapter I was SHOCKED FLABBERGASTED STUNNED AT A LOSS FOR WORDS literally just stared at my phone for a while processing it because it was the LAST thing I'd have expected to happen. and immediately hurried to read the next part because I needed to know what would happen after that.

his inner thoughts on the beggining of chapter 2 made so much sense it was SO satisfactory!!! "A soulmate to him was this entirely new concept. He did not dream of someone filling him up with overflowing emotions. Jade wasn't empty." THIS THIS THIS it's soooo in accordance with his character.

The elective class made me curious to take it as well, honestly, Crowley please accept my enrollment letter I wanna be there too. The way he can't help but want to know the reader's name, so interested in them while they don't even know about him?? SOOO GOOD!!! the idea of him wanting to know reader's name is. so endearing. it's just an innocent interest you know?? him getting his hopes up about reader's beliefs and then being let down immediately WAS SO FUNNY, especially after they don't raise their hand on the soulmates one LMAO

him still thinking about reader's name makes me feel. some sort of way. imagine someone being so interested in you even your NAME becomes an object of interest??? I. I want it.

the opposites attract bit is SO TRUE that's what I think as well!! I'd love someone who compliments me well so we can share experiences and help each other grow! but I'd never be with someone whose core values are drastically different than mine.

also it's very funny that he thought of just. straight up telling the reader about what happened just to see their reaction. HIS HOPES GETTING UP AGAIN (even mine got up after the string reappeared) AND THEN HIM NOT WANTING THE STRING TO BE CUT? HIM STANDING TOO STUNNED TO SPEAK AFTER READER MENTIONS A BOYFRIEND?? chapter 4 was actually really cute!! finally some interactions between the two! I was kind of surprised about reader lying, but more so about Jade noticing the flowers enough to know the meaning of them, which was also pretty endearing, in it's own way.
