It seems that sanji has a very complex/complicated and nuanced relationship with reader given your hcs. Like at first he treats reader like every other guy, then it develops into something more where he actually favors him more than the guys and girls, to full blown feelings, which THEN develops to the point where he becomes super possessive and jealous if reader gives others attention to where even he stops his womanizing habits😭 it’s a pretty intriguing development when you put it like that since falling for a guy is completely new territory for a man like sanji and I’m all for it!!

it could either be, he's all in and he doesn't even know how he ended up like that. not to say that his mannerisms (really flirty) change overnight, but more like his mentality??? changes really fast. like before he even realizes he is emotionally invested in reader, he will most probably still be flirting w nami and robin, but internally being like "why am i flirting with them again..." and to him, it probably feels "right" - like a routine - to jus wake up and shower them with compliments, but overtime he starts thinking like why am i not complimenting him though because hes even more beautiful than they are...and before he realizes that he actually LIKES a man, he's already acting on it. like his heart and body know before his head doe. if that makes sense....I HOPE IT DOES.

SANJI IS A SUPER COMPLEX CHARACTER WHEN U PUT HIM IN MALE READER INSERTS AND THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS HE CAN REACT/ACT TO A MALE READER, but what the original headcanon + what you've added in (lovely anon tysm muah), and that ^ are my personal favorite ways of thinking about him <3 (which is very often)

blue beetle (2023) has what i can only describe as sharkboy & lavagirl swag if you’re wondering. it knows perfectly well that the sci-fi visual elements are hard to suspend disbelief on, so it embraces that fact with a rainbow of color gels, pearlescent luster finishes and blue lightning. it’s not “believable” by like, mcu standards, and it’s not trying to be, it embraces camp with open arms and looks so much better than if they’d tried to play it off straight.

I saw the new Blue Beetle today and it was a really great watch!! I'm really glad that DC managed to push out something that was actually really good considering its track record. It really felt like a COMIC BOOK movie that makes me really hopeful about DC being able to turn their live action movies around The fights were really great fun, the costumes and the blue beetle-tech wasn't over designed if anything I loved how unapologetically simple and comic-booky they looked (LIKE. THE BUG SHIP!! THE BEETLE COSTUMES!! screaming crying throwing up they look so good). I also stay geeking out about how Jaime's suit was practical. Also the colourful lights were a great touch and the soundtrack was super fun!! I'd recommend it!!

Such is the nature of GRRM's prose and plotting that I always feel as though I am trying to keep track of where and who everyone is and what they are doing, just in case they turn out to be important later. But I have, in A Clash of Kings, had what I think is the first instance of me encountering something that fandom opinions indicate will be important later that I would not have picked up on otherwise. This is the first encounter of Jaime Lannister and Brienne of Tarth.

Obviously I know where Brienne is during this significant interview between Jaime and Cat. I never lose track of people carrying swords during significant meetings (and also, I already love Brienne, my sweet sword-carrying gnc icon.) But I know, I know that there are people who ship Jaime and Brienne. And here we have, on the one hand, a young woman barely out of adolescence, gawky, in many ways still naive. She is fierce in her loyalties and loves, and good at fighting for what she wants. She is also still in mourning for the object of her first ardent, idealized attachment. On the other hand we have a man ruthless by habit who is chained, filthy, insolent, and incidentally drunk. Oh, and he also appears to be in the middle of a prolonged existential crisis.

In short, I have no idea how people's fevered imaginations (affectionate) have gotten these two characters from Point A (see above) to Point B, but I am deeply impressed.
