I am SO HAPPY that Better Call Saul won big at the HCA TV Awards. But at the same time I am also sad that Succession didn't win in certain categories where Better Call Saul did. And the thing is, I am not sad that Better Call Saul won over Succession. I just love both of these shows so much that if Succession had won in categories where BCS didn't, I would have been just as disappointed as I am now. I just... It's so hard for me to choose. I love Giancarlo Esposito and that award was 100 per cent well deserved but... I also wanted Matthew McFayden, Kieran Culkin, Michael Mando and Jonathan Banks to win. I love Bob Odenkirk and his performance was impeccable but I also wanted Jeremy Strong to win. If Succession sweeps the Emmys this year, I will be sad that BCS didn't, and vice-versa... I am just so conflicted that both of these shows can't win everything. I think it says a lot that I was the most satisfied with the Drama Series category, cause both of these shows tied for a win. And then there is Ozark which... don't even get me started there, I can't believe it wasn't even nominated for so many awards meanwhile fucking EUPHORIA got 5 nominations.
I just can't bring myself to choose cause these shows are so different in their tone and subject matter and both brilliant in their own ways and so good at doing what they wanna do and make the points they wanna make and just... So many great shows existing at the same time and I want them to get all the recognition in the world.

Lo ha conseguido en buena medida a una estética particular, donde la banda sonora juega un rol relevante; una construcción narrativa que parte de lo familiar para ir hacia lo comunitario; y un humor sumamente…
