I just realized I can't solve every love triangle with polyamory. It made me really sad.

being a bkg kinnie does crazy things like make you ship kirishinbaku <3

anyways YAAAA some more specific comments:

no designated driver bc none of them have their license and if any of them ever do get there it'd be bakugou easily

none of them have more relationship experience bc bkg has the social charm of a sardine, shinsou had that whole "villain quirk" bs going on growing up and kirishima has the self esteem of a roasted walnut so he can never even fathom somebody having a crush on him unless they like. spell it out for him. they start dating and experience firsts together hurrah!

as for arguments, bakugou starts a lot of pointless arguments over stuff like tv shows and video games and those are all brushed off as lighthearted but when it comes to serious arguments between the three of them they aren't very common, though bkg does usually start them and they're usually over things he feels very strongly about so it takes longer for them to settle it but if its like. an argument started by kirishima it's usually over in a day and if it's one started by shinsou it's usually a few days. obviously this can vary but overall the arguments for them don't pop up much anyways.

uhhh for the "would die protecting the others" thing, i actually saw a post the other day that kinda sparked a light bulb in my head about kiribaku but could also be applied to kirishinbaku: bakugou is an "id die for you" person because that's like giving up everything for him—everything he's worked for, everything he has planned for the future, etc—but kirishima and shinsou are "id kill for you" people because that would be like giving up their core morals for the others. that's not to say that i don't think bakugou would be okay with killing someone but i think he'd be able to cope with it easier if it was for people he loves than kirishima and shinsou which is why it holds more weight for those two, ya know?

Breaking my silence about this topic again:

ShinKami is cute but I’m sorry I just can’t get into it 😭😭😭 it’s like, Kami would flirt and Shinsou would regard him how Jirou regards him but platonic. I feel like Shinsou would think of him as an funny but sometimes annoying little brother (affectionate)

KiriShin on the other hand,,,, <333 (I prefer ShinBaku, KiriBaku, and KiriShinBaku, but KiriShin is also top tier)

Tbh I don’t like most popular Kami ships. I don’t ship him with anyone in the bakusquad, except maybe Jirou, but I prefer her with Momo

I’ve seen Kami/Ochako and Kami/Ojirou, and those are suuuper cute. Kami/Todo is also adorable

I’ll read fics with KamiSero and KamiShin if they’re not the focus, and I’ll read KamiBaku if the plot is good enough, but I don’t ship any of them together

For TodoDeku, it’s boring in theory, but in a lot of fics, I loooove the execution (those fics are usually when they’re best friends with Bakugou and the fic is Bakugou centric. The banter is top tier) I don’t like tddk fanart or short shipping posts though. It’s all cute, but the ship is too boring and not a vibe for me

I like seeing people enjoy them, though. They’re just not for me

On an unrelated note, Bakugou is an extremely shippable character

gonna leave out the ones that were in my "experimental phase" (there was like a month where i was just label hopping with a lot of less common ones and most of them i dont even remember which is why im skipping them + they barely had any impact on me bc they lasted so little time) buuuut in order from my first official "coming out" (i literally just casually mentioned it, as i have with most of my identities to date. i dont Do coming out) we have:

If you’re not cis, do you want HRT and/or surgery?

currently i want neither...? and maybe its just a bit of internalized transphobia on my part but im always worried that if i do ever decide to get surgery or HRT i will regret it/realize i was "faking it" or something? idk. im not a fan of my chest, especially bc its pretty noticeable and the binder i have does not actually make me flat but also there is a part of me that cant picture me without my chest and im not sure if getting surgery would actually make me happy or if my chest is just something i have to learn to love bc having it doesnt make me any less trans and im finally starting to learn that now that im older and not actively consuming harmful transmed content that made me miserable. as for HRT, the only thing id want out of it is a more masculine facial structure which isnt a guarentee + i wouldnt like any of the other shit that comes with it (specifically facial hair). my ideal self is feminine rat boy, but that is not easily achievable for me and i dont think surgery or HRT would get me closer to that, so tldr: no plans for it currently.

Désolé - the snippet above is from this work!! i started writing it literally like 7 or 8 months ago but i just started working on it again like last month!! is c!karlnapity hurt/comfort but im really struggling to write the comfort part bc i have very little experience in that department :] fun fact abt this tho: the title is snatched from the gorillaz song désolé (but the fic has nothing to do with it, i just think the vibe fits)

chat fics: i have 2 of em, one's IT, the other is bnha, the bnha one i have 2 chapters half drafted for update, the other i have not updated since may 2020 bc ive been too busy and it's an old hyperfixation so coming up with ideas is a bit of a Pain. im not planning on dropping either, it's just taking me forever to update em lmaooo

sweater stealer, sweater stealer: cute idea for a kiribaku fic but i didnt think far enough ahead for what i wanted to do with it so now it's just been sitting incomplete since sometime in early 2020,,, oops. again, i plan to finish it, i just have too many other things im writing to get back to this one rn ajsksjk

best friend: fruitily projecting onto matt from death note /hj but actually its a fic about matt/mello growing up together, begins before the events in death note, will probably end a little bit after they die bc i wanna write a chapter about near reminiscing. mostly planned out but i havent updated it in awhile despite the next chapter also being drafted bc i am literally The Worst and have too many wips for someone with very little motivation and not a whole lot of free time

south park series: i have 3 south park series technically, one's a bunch of soulmate oneshots, ones just an excuse for me to write about crenny being gay and also friends with the goths, the third i refuse to talk about bc i will be Shamed (its nothing nsfw or anything bad, it's just one of those aus that people usually give a side eye but im too deep into writing it now to drop the au)

cherry flavoured: a kirishinbaku series that's mostly shinsou centric (atm at least), the title is ripped from cherry flavoured by the neighbourhood, is mostly just short one shots about them becoming friends and then, eventually, dating

team 10 series: will this ever be updated again? probably not! its a naruto series about shikamaru/choji/ino and i started it in 2018 but i havent updated it once despite knowing what i wanna do bc im, once again, the literal fucking worst. im also just not super into naruto so idk why or how i even wrote this lmao
