So Labilia suddenly has a personality outside of being a bitch.

Her reasoning does make sense to me. A parasocial relationship is the one sided relationship between a fans and their perceived idea of a celebrity. When the celebrity acts differently than the fan expected the fan in question feels like a friend has betrayed them.

Labilia's relationship with Rebecca was something like that. A little more intense than your typical parasocial relationship since most fans don't really get to interact with their idols let alone become more accomplished in the same field as them.

Now that Rebecca is famous, Labilia can't really hate her. She doesn't think they can be friends either. Which brings us to whatever this is.

While I understand where Labilia's anger came from it still doesn't excuse her actions. This just made her look even more pathetic. If she was so disappointed why not just help her? Throughout the series she has always recived help but never give it.

Even now, even at her best she's being selfish. She's not being arrogant and I understand her reasoning but that doesn't change the fact that even her apology to Rebecca was for her own benefit not Rebecca's.

Just because she isn't acting arrogantly doesn't mean she's good. She looked up to Rebecca doesn't mean she cares about Rebecca. If she's going to be Redeemed this is not enough. If she's going to be redeemed she needs to stop being selfish. She needs to start activity caring about people other than herself.
