my favorite one piece outfits for each character and why: straw hat edition

by the way i just got to dressrosa, so i have not seen all of these characters’ outfits, so these are just my favorites so far !! i’m also not including dressrosa’s anime intro outfits, cus those are so good they would win be default.

luffy

impel down luffy’s outfit is so simple but i love his arm band and i think it’s really cool !! his color palette is also really refreshing compared to his usual pre time skip outfit.

zoro

he looks so cute 💀 this is first arc i was actually somewhat attracted to zoro, he just looks so good in this outfit and i love his goggles and armband !! all of these outfits so far are super simple but i promise there’s some wild ones in here

nami

thriller bark nami’s outfit goes so hard it’s insane. her blouse, skirt, and even her tiny earrings !! actually adorable. and her hairstyle ?!?? iconic. amazing. perfect.

usopp

ngl, his base post time skip outfit is fire. the color palette is perfect on him, i just wish they made his skin like. a normal color for a black man. his little facial hair is so silly and ngl i just noticed it 💀

sanji

all sanji’s outfits are very similar so the only one that really stands out to me is the dress. she honestly slays so hard, and the makeup is on point. it very much fuels my transfem sanji headcanon, and when i look at this image, i can only think of sanji as a woman and it feels like misgendering if i use he for her 💀 other times i usually just use he/him for sanji, but in this dress, transfem sanji is so real.

chopper

it looks like he’s on his way to school he’s so cute 🥹 there’s not a lot of standout chopper outfits so far but i chose this one cus it’s cute.

robin

miss all sunday. it’s so heavily miss all sunday, it’s not even close. okay maybe it is close. i love her enies lobby and thriller bark outfits, but this outfit just screams native to me. i love it so much, her armband !! luffy 🤝🏽 robin when it comes to looking fire asf with an armband. indigenous king and queen (luffy is canonically indigenous, robin isnt but i headcanon her to be)

franky

i know this is controversial. but this was everything. this was absolutely everything. honorable mention to thriller bark franky with the yellow shirt, but this franky is amazing. i really wish we could see more of this, or that they could have even explained it ?!?? like why he wears that mask ?? anyways, it looks super fucking cool !!

brook

similarly to chopper, he doesn’t have a lot of outfits, but i like this one !! it’s simple and cute and i like green on him !!

Jinbe

i love his egghead outfit, but i haven’t gotten that far, so his impel down/marineford outfit will have to do !! i really like the orange on him !!

so that’s it !! i’m so eepy so im going to bed now but i’ll probably make another one including buggy, law, and some other reoccurring characters !!

Deku: Hey! Has anyone seen the sixth season of my show?

Senku: No.

Eren: Meh.

Naruto: There's a sixth season?!

Deku: It's wayyyyy better now. There's action and everything!

Naruto: Did you break your arms?

Deku: Why does it matter?

Naruto: Did you break your arms?

Deku: …yes

Naruto: Then you're irrelevant.

Senku: Anyway…I have another season now.

Naruto: Your anime is boring!

Senku: Only to people who don't have the brain capacity to understand.

Sebastian: How immature.

Light: Make fun all you want, but my show is easily the best one to date.

Tanjiro: All that and you still lost to L.

Light: I didn't lose!

Saitama: You totally did.

Be still my beating heart, Wano is the gift that keeps on giving.

I love the minks, they're cool as fuck and I hope they wreck Jack. The battle looks fierce as fuck, on top a fucking skull, like that's so metal.

King is just on another level of cool, he's a villain I know, but how many villains look like they can be a part of Judas Priest? The black leather and spikes, the flames, the fact he's a pterodactyl, Kid must be popping a boner everytime he sees him, he's the embodiment of metal, I just need to know his silly trait and I know Oda won't disappoint. Shinobu is so strong, she took that hit and kept going, she was able to free Momo.

Now, Sanji, our favorite simp, I love when we can see this side of him, plus I don't think he was chasing after women, I think he was doing some of his prince shit fucking up the system like old times. The panel where he blocks King's kick, inspiring. Then he congratulates Momo on the way he stood his ground and declared himself as the son of Oden, he's telling him he's turning into the man he's meant to be, able to carry his father's will and his own. And Sanji is like "hey bro, can you just stop" I think he's just doing that on purpose, the magical girl uniform will protect him from the impact, after all it's Germa tech.

I love the fact that Yamato is just casually fighting Ulti, he's not even making an effort and is casually talking to Luffy, he's strong as fuck. And the fact he's like "can I protect him?" And then is "of course, he's my son", the whole wanting to be Oden thing is so funny to me because he sucks at it.

Big Mom is scary as fuck, nothing new there, Luffy just want to go fight on top of the skull because it's clearly the cool battle, but he's so considerate because he knows Big Mom will follow, she's like so obsessed with Luffy (say that in an obnoxious valley girl accent).

Nami just told Zeus it's all ogre now, it's also true that he's part of Big Mom's soul so he can't really disobey her.

Franky and Brook are so cool I died and came back to life 3 times, they just go around singing on a dope motorcycle, slaying any enemies that appear on their way. The older strawhats are everything I aspire to be, I'm sure Robin and Jinbe are also stirring shit somewhere.

Ok so, back to the last panel, I love you Franky, Brook you can see my panties, I died. When Franky said "oops, did I run over something?" Nami was all of us.

I think that this will make Big Mom lose her memory again which is great, because let's face it, she can destroy Luffy even after his Wano power up, as I've said before adults in one piece are scary as fuck, have you seen Garp? Tsuru? Sengoku? Whitebeard only lost to little shit Teach because he's a slimy piece of shit, and even so he was at his prime when he was like fucking 40 with Roger, Doffy was also strong as fuck it took team work to bring him down, Kaido left Luffy unconscious with one hit and he was on gear 4. So yeah, this will be super interesting and I will always love the fact that it's the ability of Luffy to make allies what makes him so strong, like Sanji told Usopp once "I'll do whatever you can't do and you do whatever I can't".

Back to things calming down for a bit and setting into the meet up with Amity (which I only have a partial idea of what I want to do with)

A short time after the attempted raid by the Emperor’s Coven, the three women found themselves back in the living room. Most of the mess that Luz had made while she was injured was cleaned off of the couch.

Lilith had come in with some drinks for them and Luz was now wearing a shirt lent to her by Eda. “You finally got these printed huh?” Luz asked with an amused tone as she looked down at the “Bad Girls Coven” shirt. “Of course, there was no way I was canceling that t-shirt order.” Eda shrugged before taking a sip of her drink. “Now, you have some explaining to do, what happened to you and how are you able to use magic that effectively? Did you somehow get a bile sack?”

Lilith took a seat next to her sister and nodded. “Yes, I’m curious about that myself, along with that glyph you used to heal yourself. I’ve never seen a spell quite like that before.”

Luz leaned back and nodded. “It’s one I came up with after a fight with a guy called Blackbeard, he had a power that allowed him to control darkness as well as absorb things into it and then cast them back out. Normally I use the Siphoning Glyph to take in attacks and reuse the energy right away, but if I want, I can combine a new one into it and have the energy used for that. It’s handy, and probably will be hell for the Witches around here.”

“Okay, guy controlling darkness, you making new glyphs… That’s all well and good, but you still haven’t actually explained what’s going on with you? What did the human world go nuts in the last seven years?” Eda asked, wanting to get to the meaty stuffy. Luz shrugged. “I wouldn’t know, I haven’t been there in the last seven years.” Both women looked at her incredulously. “No seriously.” She held up a hand. “I don’t know what happened with Belos’s machine, but it didn’t send me home. When I got pulled through it, I ended up on a completely different world. There were humans there, but along with them there were giants, fishmen, minks… All kinds of different races of people. Along with plenty of monsters and other strange things. See basically…” Luz began explaining the last few years of her as a pirate. The ups, the downs, and everything in between. Afterwards, Eda leaned back in her seat, looking like she was trying to even believe half of what Luz had told her. “Okay, so your power comes from this Devil Fruit thing? It gave you a bile sack?” “Well, I wouldn’t say it gave a bile sack, rather it gave me an actual magical core. A center of energy within myself that I can manipulate in anyway I want. Bella couldn’t find anything attached to my heart whenever she did a medical exam.” Luz did her best to explain, honestly even after all this time, she didn’t have a complete understanding of how her own devil fruit worked.

“Still, it’s hard to believe that such a power can be granted just by eating one of those fruits... “ Lilith stated, attempting to wrap her own mind around things. “There must be some kind of draw back to it though, correct?” Luz nodded. “Yeah, it probably won’t be a major problem around here, but eating one causes the sea to turn it’s back on you.” “And that means…?” Eda raised an eyebrow.

Luz giggled, waving her hand a bit. “Sorry, I have to remember that most people aren’t going to even know a small amount about them now. Basically it means I can’t swim anymore.” The sisters looked at her with widened eyes. “Wait, it made you forget how to swim!? I mean you could just learn how to again, right?” Eda asked, looking oddly at Luz as she laughed. “No, I remember how to swim, I just can’t. See, if I was to fall into any kind of standing water, a lake, the ocean, a tub of water... It would completely sap all my strength and keep me from using my powers, on top of that I’d start sinking like a rock.” “So we keep you away from large bodies of water, understood.” Lilith said with a nod, before noticing the young woman looking to her right hand every now and then. “Is there something wrong?” Luz jumped a bit, thinking she had been subtle about it and sighed. “Sort of, like I told you before, our crew was in the middle of a war just before I ended up back here.” She saw both nod and continued. “Well, I don’t know what’s happened to the others… If they’re alive, if they made it back to their own world and families. I’m worried.” “You cared about them.” Eda stated. “Of course!” Luz shot up, surprising them a bit. “They were like family to me, we went through hell and back together and I didn’t even get to say goodbye, again!” Luz was tearing up a bit thinking about the others. This wasn’t some little war like it had been with the Payback War or even like the war of Wano the Straw Hats had started against Kaido and Big Mom. This one had quite literally set the world on fire. The Straw Hats and those backing them taking on the world to make Luffy the King of the Pirates, their own flag thrown in with the Rubber Man as well, going up against the World Government and its own secrets. Add in the remains of the Beast Pirates and Big Mom Pirates, and you had yourself a war that was going to turn everything on its head, no matter who won. And the thought that she’d left her own behind was eating at her. That was, until she heard Eda speak up. “Hey Kiddo, what’s that on your arm?” She asked, pointing to Luz’s right hand. Said young woman blinked and looked down, only for her eyes to shoot wide as she fell back. There, forming on her arm was a marking that only looked familiar to herself. She felt her eyes well up as she traced a hand over it, hoping it wasn’t some fake. Her fingers traced over a dark purple dragon like design that started about her mid forearm and wrapped around till it’s head was on the back of her palm, mouth open and trying to bite down on a green gem like design. “Luz, Luz, Boiling Isles to Luz!” Eda called, snapping her fingers to get her attention. “Huh, wha!?” Luz blinked looking at her. “What is that?” She asked again. “Right right, sorry... “ She wiped some tears away and held up the arm. “It’s a Hoard Mark, something that my crewmate Spike gave all the commanders, and since it’s here… it means he’s got to be alive still!” She grinned and then got a look of realization. “Oh! This means I can change clothes! I know I put away some spares for sure…” Luz mumbled as she suddenly reached into her pocket and seemed to start digging around in it.

“Uh, Kid, I don’t think you’ll fi-” Eda started to try and reason with her former student, only to pause and eyes go wide as not only did Luz’s arm go deeper into her pocket, but she started pulling out large objects. “No… No… Not there…” She mumbled, pulling out a few large pieces of treasure, a massive anchor that shook the house when she set it down, there was a moment when an elephant's head popped out of her pocket and was shoved back in. “I swear, Spike would steal anything…” She mumbled before her eyes lit up. “There it is!” She called out, pulling out a large clothing trunk from her pocket, it was marked with her name. She set it to the side as both sisters looked curiously at the trunk, which she popped open, showing that the inside had a large number of clothes inside. “Okay… Um, how did you do that?” Even Eda’s hair couldn’t store that many things away, certainly not as large. “Huh? Isn’t this Adora’s…” Luz mumbled as she pulled out a red jacket, before shrugging and putting it away. “Like I said, it's the Hoard Mark. See, Spike ate the Hoard Hoard Fruit, which made him a hoarding person. He could take anything he wanted and store it away into a separate pocket dimension for his personal use later.” She explained while looking over a shirt that held the Crew’s Jolly Roger on it, it was a dark purple color. “Hmmm, maybe… Anyway, he was able to develop his powers to let him give other people a special mark that gave them access to the storage space as well, just have to have it active and reach into some kind of container. Can be a bag, a pocket, box… Anything like that and it always expands to fit whatever you’re getting.” She pulled out a dark purple dress shirt and held it over her chest. “Think I should go formal? I am planning on meeting up with Amity tonight.” She smirked, giving a bit of a mischievous look. “You’d slay her for sure kid.” Eda laughed. Lilith giggled a bit and nodded. “Yes, I’m sure she’d love it, but try not to get your hopes too high, it may not be the same now.” She tried to warn her.

Luz started getting a few other things, a pair of black dress pants, black tie, and a black blazer to go over everything else, and nodded. “Oh I’m sure, I know that I certainly had my fair share of relationships over the last seven years. At least two serious ones, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try and see if anyone is in the way.” She smirked, grabbing one last thing and closing up the trunk to put away. “Guess I’ll go get ready, it’s nearly time for our meet up.” She said, heading to go get a shower.

A/N: SLIGHT WANO SPOILERS!!! Nothing Major, I tried to Keep it spoiler free but I had to Mention one character from Wano

When somebody would´ve told you ten years ago that you would join a scrawny looking rubber kid and a nap loving, socially awkward swordsman on their journey to make the rubber kid pirate king, you would´ve been seriously concerned about the person´s mental stability.

But if the same person would´ve told you you would fall in love head over heels with said swordsman and find love within him as well as happiness?

Well, the hypothetical person would honestly deserve a gold medal for predicting the future so accurately.

You were a pirate yourself before you joined their crew, meeting them after a battle in the new world you just barely escaped.

Never in a million years would you have believed you´d actually survive the new world and end up in the east blue.

Your ship was about to sink when Luffy and Zoro took you in, saving you from drowning.

Luffy wanted to hear everything about your adventures, so you told them all there was to them. They told you about how they first met and Luffy´s dream.

It was nice sailing with them in safe waters, but eventually you had to stop at an island to get some food.

As you walked around town you started to really look at Zoro, he was handsome with his defined muscles, the way he seemed so cool. And yet, he was the most awkward person you ever met.

Whenever you gave him a compliment about his physique he blushed bright red and started stuttering in embarrassment.

This always made you laugh and think about how cute he was.

It wasn´t long before you started glancing over to him once in a while.

More people joined the crew, you two talked more and more, spent more time together.

And it came as it had to: you fell head over heels in love with him.

After all this time you still couldn´t grasp why, it just happened out of the blue and over time there were simply so many reasons you lost count.

Yes of course your first kiss was awkward, he was too embarrassed to hold your hand in public, not to mention the disaster of your first time. But all of that was normal, and it was Zoro.

He was worth everything, he was worth the waiting, the fights, the jealousy, all of it.

Nobody said it would be easy.

Yet, when he didn´t let go of your waist when you were out, your heart fluttered and you felt safe.

It was the way he looked and smiled at you that made you sure this was true love.

And it was the way he got jealous of any male eyeing you that made you know this would last.

You never knew it was possible to love someone as much as you loved Zoro, yet here you were.

You also never thought you´d be with someone this long, you always were afraid of falling out of love, but with Zoro you just kept falling in love, with every day you loved him more.

And then you arrived in Wano.

Nothing, literally nothing went like planned.

You ran into Luffy and met some residents of the country, after some very chaotic happenings the two of you ended up tagging along the most famous courtesan of Wano.

Well, she was tagging along you and your boyfriend, third-wheeling even, you´d say.

Of course you were mad, you had lost your captain and you doubted you´d find him again so soon, then a whole bunch of other avoidable things happened that led to your presence being known throughout the entire country.

But the woman who was known to give the best head in the country apparently only joined when you and Zoro were in trouble.

All you remembered was running, trying to drag Zoro with you.

How did you get into this situation? Why were you running from a bloodthirsty murderer? Well, Zoro managed to slay the wrong people and now the whole country was after him and with you being with him all the time, they were also after you.

Not having his Shusui made it harder for him to fight and he even got injured by the murderer.

As it turned out you weren´t the ones being chased by the man, it was in fact the priciest courtesan of Wano.

It was the first time you saw her and goddamn was she beautiful, you could never compete with that.

She asked Zoro for help and Zoro being Zoro in his weakened state agreed to fight the murderer.

After the rather unsuccessful fight she invited you for food.

She then proceeded to bandage his wounds, at this point you were fuming.

How could this stranger make your boyfriend undress like that? You didn´t like the way she eyed his toned body like that, you didn´t like the way she touched him the least bit.

But the worst thing was that he didn´t mind it at all.

“You´re overreacting, she just treated my wounds” he tried to calm you down, making you out to be the angry, crazy jealous girlfriend.

The more time you spent with her, you felt yourself drifting apart from Zoro more and more.

You felt as if you were the problem suddenly and kept to yourself in the next days.

Maybe Zoro was right and there was nothing to worry about, maybe you were just overreacting.

But then again, whenever Zoro was jealous, it was a different story. He was jealous way more often than you and very protective over you. Jealousy only ensured in something beautiful with him, but now that you were jealous the first time, it was like you were suddenly the fury from the legends.

It was unfair.

You were about to confront him about this, saying it was silly being jealous and apologizing, but when you entered the shed you stayed in you found Komurasaki snuggled up against Zoro the way you´d normally do it.

Perplexed you stood in the doorway, Zoro was still asleep like a baby, it didn´t even bother him.

“Did you like sleeping with me?” she cheekily asked him and glanced up to you with an innocent smile.

That. Fucking. Bitch.

Saying you were angry would be true at first, but then you saw how calm Zoro was when he was sleeping in her presence. You´ve never seen him so peaceful before.

And it broke your heart, it hurt seeing him like this, with her, knowing she was better than you in every way.

She was the most beautiful creature that ever blessed the earth with walking on it, she had an effect on Zoro in just the few days she knew him you couldn´t compete with.

Hell, she was everything Zoro ever wanted. She needed to be protected and Zoro loved protecting people. You could protect yourself.

Maybe it was you all along who pushed him to her, you were his first partner, showing him everything and now that he knew all that, he could find his true love.

And Komurasaki seemed to be just that.

The more you thought about it the more it all made sense.

When was the last time he said he loved you? You knew he was sick of you, especially now.

You decided you couldn´t stay with them and sought out Komurasaki.

“What´s the fastest way to the flower capital from here?” you asked her.

“Did something happen? Is it not safe here anymore?” she grabbed your arms and looked deeply in your eyes, she was scared, you could sense it.

Sighing you pushed her away softly. “You´re perfectly fine here, besides, shouldn´t you be happy I´m finally gone? Nothing´s in your way anymore… I´m sorry for being so rude to you before, I should´ve let you have him all along.” you apologized sincerely, but your heart weighed heavy in your chest and your lungs squeezed together.

“But...you´re not in my way, what are you talking about?” she tilted her head.

Anime has some interesting battles between good and evil. However, rule of thumb when creating a story, usually is “Good has to win.” This is true for anime, comics, video games, and almost everything. Because of this, when anime and manga are written, sometimes our lovable protagonists can become a little overpowered. Ok, way overpowered, but they still make for awesome fights and stories! So here I have my personal list of Top 10 Overpowered Anime Protagonists!

10.Kenshin Himura – Hitokiri Battousai

Kenshin is insanely overpowered even before the first episode. His title was “Battousai, the Manslayer”. He killed too many people to keep track of. Even after turning a new leaf and vowing to never kill again, he incapacitates almost any challenger in a matter of seconds. He is nearly invincible in battle because of his “godlike speed” as his opponents would say. He does struggle to win a few fights throughout the anime, but keep in mind he is always holding back because he won’t kill. He even carried a reverse blade sword which slows some of his techniques, though not by much. Kenshin is by far very overpowered in his respective anime, but keep reading to see more OP characters that defy laws of reason.

9.Inuyasha – Inuyasha

Inuyasha is a half demon, in a world filled with full-fledged demons enhanced with Shikon Jewel shards that multiply their powers exponentially. As bad of a disadvantage as that is, Inuyasha stills allows himself victory in almost impossible odds. He has the Tessaiga, a giant sword made from his father’s giant fang. This sword is huge, and Inuyasha swings it like its its bamboo. He also has amazing luck at mastering moves just in time to save the day. His choice attack is the “Wind Scar” it can slay 100 demons in one swing. Odds should be about even now. Now heres the nail in the coffin, Inuyasha’s sword is a seal that keeps his demon blood under control if you will, but once separated from his sword, he becomes a feral bloodthirsty demon that is near impossible to beat. He then fights with claws and uses his own blood as a weapon, to destroy all in his path and earning him the #9 spot on my list.

8.Natsu Dragneel – Fairy Tale

Natsu is a mage in Fairy Tail guild, one of the strongest guilds by the start of the show. He excels in Dragon Slayer magic and can replenish his power by eating his element, which happens to be fire. He has many moves that include engulfing himself in flames, spewing fire from his mouth, using fire to obtain flight abilities and even making himself take on qualities of a dragon as far as endurance and flame resistance. Having fire and dragon qualities make him almost invincible to explosions and heat, and speaking of heat, the angrier he gets, the hotter his flames get, thanks to the “Flames of Emotion” Natus literally is a dragon in human skin and thus can’t be hurt like a normal mage or wizard. This is what makes him OP, because in his respective anime, a wizard’s weakness is almost always his vulnerable body, while Natsu is pretty darn durable. This earns him a comfy spot in my countdown.

7.Kenshiro – Fist of the North Star

Kenshiro isn’t one of the most popular characters, but he is one of the best to define the term Over Powered. He can kill someone with one touch. Not one punch; but one touch. He is a God of Death, by title. All who Hokuto Shinken masters are. Kenshiro possesses superhuman strength, speed, durability, stamina, and longevity as far as lifespan is. He is capable of atom destruction with Muso Tensei, and can just about master any other martial art or fighting style. This is OP by definition, and not to mention he lives in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, he’s fighting against mortal normal human beings. I use “normal” very loosely, but the only reason Kenshiro is #7 is that he lacks true flight, and is still susceptible to human diseases and sickness. He is also limited to a very advanced melee range and a few ranged ki attacks.

6.Ichigo Kurosaki – Bleach

Ichigo is an adept martial artist through training professionally and with his father. Even before harnessing his immense spiritual powers, he was an amazing fighter. He has a phenomenal growth rate as far as learning curves and master new abilities and even achieved Bankai in two days! Something that typically takes 10 years. Ichigo is one of the few characters on this list with the ability to fly, and he even has a transformation that makes an already highly powered character, near invincible. Ichigo is a terrifyingly powerful character because one his power is under control, he is a force never seen before in his respective anime, and many others.

5.Kami Tenchi – Tenchi Muyo

Tenchi is already a decent level fighter, but once he has control and awareness of his Kami form, he is near god level in strength and power. He can create and destroy atoms, super strength, psychic prowess, and overall spiritual awareness and manipulation. He is the literal God of the Tenchi universe continuity. This may be a cheap addition to the list, but he isn’t number one because this entity is working through a seemingly normal human who hasn’t fully mastered or grasped all the powers and abilities at his disposal.

4.Monkey D. Luffy – One Piece

Luffy is nearly a god in his own right considering the extent of his powers and they are still growing. He can harden his body and stretch it, and prety much make his entire being a weapon. He has gears that he initiates in order to become stronger. These are more or less transformations. He has superhuman durability, elasticity, super agility and expert combat knowledge though not typically that genius outside of battle. He has a crew of powerful people who were once enemies at some point, so he has mastered the art of nonlethal harm, and yet can destroy almost anything and anyone at will if he so chose to. Only notable weaknesses are inability to swim, and extreme vulnerability to hypnosis and tricky battle tactics. However, through his incredible strength and resilient spirit he comes in at #4 with my list.

3.Naruto Uzumaki – Naruto/Shippuden

Naruto is a hyperactive ninja with a mastery of shadow clones, and one of the most devastating jutsu known to his village and surrounding villages. He refuses to give up, he has amazing battle knowledge and intuition, and he can take a beating and keep getting up. He mastered just about all his jutsu in fractions of the times his teachers did and made them stronger. If thats not enough, he has a demon that is feared by the entire ninja world inside of him and sealed through his stomach. If he loses his temper, he can harness that power as well. If he runs out of his own chakra, he can harness that chakra as well. You’re going to lose no matter what. You have got to be the number one character on this list, and even then you have to be ready for Naruto to get back up and show you why the entire ninja world respects him.

2.Saitama – One Punch Man

Through immense training and determination, Saitama has become the strongest person by far in his respective anime. He defeats everyone effortlessly and often is bored by his heroic tasks. He boasts superhuman strength, speed, durability, and extreme combat knowledge.His only downers are, he doesn’t take anything seriously initially, he doesn’t have any actual martial arts training and his stamina is unknown, he hasn’t exerted himself enough yet. It wouldn’t be fair to give this seemingly invincible character the number one spot because there is a character that is possibly just as strong as him, or stronger but happens to face stronger enemies.

1.Goku – Dragonball Z

Goku is surrounded by some of the best fighters in the universe and somehow outshines them every time. He is an alien and possesses the bloodline of Saiyans. Saiyans are born to fight and bred to conquer. They’re lifespan is longer so that they may fight longer, and their bodies are more durable so that they may outlast any opponent, and they are born with the instinct to fight for any and all costs. Couple all those genetic advantages with a training fanatic, and a spirit no one can break and you have the strongest character in anime. Period. Goku also possesses the ability to transform to multiple levels, just in case you’re having a really good day. Also if you somehow beat him and don’t kill him, he gets stronger just for surviving. Literally, what doesn’t kill him makes him stronger. Goku is number one for a reason. Most OP protagonist ever goes to Goku from Dragonball Z. If you feel anyone else is stronger, ask yourself could they beat any of Goku’s stronger enemies?

These sisters are princesses from the planet of Jurai, but due to extreme circumstances find themselves living in the household of the title character Tenchi as with other alien girls. Ayeka is a well-mannered princess who is in love with Tenchi, while her younger sister is the most responsible member of the family and group as a whole. In between normal life and space traveling adventures, these sisters helped keep the family dynamic intact, keeping everyone together.

8.Ayame and Yuki Sohma – Fruits Basket

The Sohmas are a family who is cursed with turning into animals from the Chinese Zodiac, with these two brothers representing the Snake and the Rat respectively. Their personalities are completely different with the younger brother Yuki being more reserved and Ayame being highly flamboyant. Because Yuki had health problems as a child, Ayame ignored him and a rift grew between them, however as they got older Ayame tries to repair their relationship. Although it takes a bit of work he is able to close the gap between them.

7.Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha – Naruto

Sasuke grew up without his family because his older brother Itachi killed everyone else in their clan. Not knowing the reason Sasuke dedicated his life to killing his brother, even turning his back on his village and friends. As it turns out Itachi did this to save his brother, as the Uchiha clan were traveling down a path of self-destruction that would have dragged Sasuke down with it. He became a pariah and waited for the day when Sasuke would surpass and kill him to atone for his actions. Maybe next time you guys could just talk things out? No? Right… Anime.

6.Speed Racer and Racer X – Speed Racer

Racing is dangerous enough without having to deal with the aggressive drivers and evil masterminds that Speed Racer has to deal with on a regular basis. Good thing Speed has his brother Rex looking after him under the guise of the mysterious Racer X. Despite being one of the best racers, Racer X willingly gives up wins to help his brother out. Due to his actions Speed Racer suspects that Racer X could be his older brother, but he is never entirely sure.

5.Urd, Skuld and Belldandy – Ah! My Goddess

When Keichi Morisato asked the beautiful goddess Belldandy to be his girlfriend he didn’t know that they would soon be joined by her troublesome sisters; the inventor Skuld and the self-proclaimed goddess of love Urd. While Belldandy is quiet and reserved her sisters like to cause trouble with Skuld’s inventions or Urd’s “love” potions placing Keichi and Belldandy in wacky situations. Even with their conflicting personalities these sisters are inseparable and have fought demons and the forces of heaven just to stay together.

4.Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin – Ouran High School Host Club

These twins brothers are members of their school’s host club, a cafe where male students entertain female clients by playing out various fantasy roles like the pretty boy or the silent type. Hikaru and Kaoru play the parts of twin brothers who suggestively play the twincest angle in a way that makes their clients fawn over them. They are also a bit mischievous with a love for playing games including one where they make characters guess which twin is which. Go on guess we bet you can’t figure it out.
