Reader receives Peggys nudes accidentally

Authors note: For Cap Carter specifically (Agent Carter is also hot, but this damn super soldier has me in a choke hold)

Technology is not her strong suit, she'd be the first one to tell you that too. So, it's hardly a surprise that she messed something up regarding her phone and its picture sending abilities. However, it is a surprise that she managed to accomplish sending you not just one, but two full frontal nudes that she had experimentally taken in the mirror after a shower while back. And she'd somehow done so just by shoving her phone in her pocket haphazardly after leaving a meeting. Great.

She has no idea what to do here, is there a way to unsend a photo? She hasn't a clue. Stark would know, and could probably do it too, but she would rather fist fight an alligator than explain this situation to the smug genius and have him see her pictures

“Oh, hell…” she mutters as she notices the read symbol showing up below the messages.

Knowing that you've now actually seen them, meaning you've seen her in full glory, has her face turning nearly as red as the stripes on her suit. Even though she's sure you're aware this was accidental, she wishes to apologize for her enormous blunder, but currently her hands just won't cooperate.

On your end, you really aren't fairing much better. You had been working on finishing up some after mission reports when your phone went off, twice. Now normally you would have ignored it, as you really did need to finish the paperwork for Hill. But from the drop-down notification you could see that it had been Peggy, and since you have a soft spot for the woman, and no it certainly wasn’t because you were crushing on her, you decided to let yourself be distracted

You come to regret that now though, because you're absolutely certain you were not meant to see those pictures of her. And you feel terrible, because even knowing that, you couldn't stop yourself from looking anyway. You knew the serum had bulked her up, afterall you'd gotten glimpses of some of that due to her workout apparel, but seeing her bare really drove the point home of just how fit she truly was. And the way the water droplets gathered in the recesses of her defined muscles, god was it attractive. But you do your best to shake those thoughts away. Now was not the time to ogle, as she was surely panicking. Now was the time to be casual, if at all possible.

She's not sure how long she sat there mentally berating herself for getting you both into this mess before her phone dings. She's all too aware that it was a message coming through and her stomach twists in knots with the anticipation that it's most likely you responding to her photos. She takes a deep breath before picking up the device to read your message

Jesus Peg, take a girl to dinner first

Her stomach twists again, but this time for an entirely different reason. You didn’t sound upset that you had gotten them, and you certainly weren’t disgusted by her accidental implication that you’d be into another woman. In fact, though you were trying to be comical about the ordeal, it almost seemed as though you liked them. And the thought alone had her heart pounding in her chest

Bloody device had a mind of its own, I am truly sorry

No harm done. Besides, I’d rather get your nudes than anyone else's

Oh my god, did you really just type that? And hit send?? You slam your head down against your desk with a groan and pray that it goes undelivered, or that somehow her phone spontaneously combusts before she can read it. However, you aren't that lucky.

Her eyebrows raise at your admission, and she finds herself chewing on her bottom lip in contemplation. Should she take a risk? Surely there'd be no harm in it, if you reacted this well to an unsolicited picture of her naked then your reaction to a date request wouldn’t be anything she couldn’t handle.

Well then, how about we grab that dinner? I can pick you up at 6

The moon was shining in the starry sky, illuminating the streets as you and Steve Rogers walked together, hand in hand. We were dressed in costumes for the Halloween party being held downtown. You kept telling him how you had made your witch costume, and he listened attentively.

However, you couldn't stop thinking about the nightmare that haunted you every night for the past few weeks. It was always the same nightmare: you were trapped in a dark forest, haunted by terrifying shadows that whispered my deepest fears. The nightmare seemed all too real.

That night, you began to distract yourself with the party, but you had a feeling that something wasn't right. The mirrors in the ballroom reflected strange, distorted images. Every time Steve approached one, he saw reflected faces he didn't recognize and places he had never visited. He knew something was wrong, but he didn't know how to explain it; maybe it was some kind of modern joke that he couldn't understand.

Until a moment came when Steve realized that it wasn't a joke; something really strange was happening. Every time he looked in a mirror, he saw people who had been in his past, some fallen friends and other enemies he thought he had left behind. The mirrors seemed to be playing with his mind, showing him images that could not be real.

The night continued, but the feeling of unease would not leave you. Without realizing you had lost Steve, you started walking, somehow ended up in a dimly lit area, suddenly startled when you felt a hand on your shoulder, but relaxed when you saw it was Steve.

“We should go back home, “Steve proposed. You nodded; you weren't finding it funny anymore.

Without realizing it, the road started to get darker. Suddenly, halfway through what was supposed to be one of the streets that took them home, that's when you saw Brock Rumlow; his eyes shone with malice, and his presence caused a shiver to run through your body.

“It can't be. How is it possible?" I muttered, staring at Steve in disbelief.

He squeezed my hand tightly.

“I don't know, but we're not going to let it ruin our night.

“I think we should run; I don't think he'll catch us.

They went into the shadows, but every corner we turned seemed to take us somewhere else, getting darker and darker.

After a while, they came back to find Rumlow in a dark alley; however, he was not alone; he was surrounded by shadows that writhed and contorted as if they were extensions of his own evil, his true self.

Before he could say anything, Brock began to approach. Your heart pounded as you tried to process what was happening.

“Who the hell are you?" Steve asked, and you could tell he was clenching his jaw in fury.

Brock smiled mischievously. “Oh, I’m just an old friend," he said, his eyes shining with a strange intensity. “Hasn't your lovely wife told you about our history? Don't you really remember me?

You knew you had to explain what had happened between you, even though it had been a long, long time before you met Steve, but the words were caught in your throat, and you had never told anyone the truth.

Steve clenched his fists angrily. “It doesn't matter what happened in the past. She's my wife now, and I won't let you near her.

Brock let out a low, menacing laugh. Then he disappeared into the darkness of the night, leaving them with the feeling that something sinister was coming. Steve took me in his arms, promising to protect you from any threat that got in his way.

After closing the door to the house, even though they had no idea how they had found their way there, you clung to Steve tightly, grateful to have him by your side.

But one question kept echoing: what kind of dark magic or supernatural force had brought Brock Rumlow back?

Steve hugged you tightly. The dawn was beginning to appear, the mirrors stopped distorting reality, and everything was back to normal, or so it seemed.

Team Supplemental - The Guardian of The Galaxy

The cosmic team of adventurers known as The Guardians of Galaxy is composed of various heroes from different planets, universes and realities, who have come together for the common purpose of guarding the galaxy from threats too large and dire to be taken on by any singular hero.

There have been many iterations of the Guardians. The original heralds from Earth 691, where the time-displaced earthly astronaut, Major Vance Astrovik helped to form a group of disparate alien heroes to take on the threat of The Badoon. A subsequent battle against Korvac resulted in The guardians being transported to the modern era of Earth 616, where they teamed up with the Avengers to ultimately defat Korvac.

Some years later, Star-Lord created a new version of the Guardians of The Galaxy in the midst of The Annihilation War where they freed the planet Hala from occupation by the villainous Phalanx. The team has continued on from there, with a regally shifting membership, battling all manner of cosmic threats, from Thanos the Mad Titan to the dreaded Black Vortex.

Primary member of the Guardians have included:

Star-Lord

Peter Quill, the son of lord J’Son and heir to the throne of the Spartax Empire. Peter has eschewed his royal title to fight for justice throughout the cosmos as the legendary Star-Lord.

Gamora

The adopted daughter of Thanos the Mad Titan who trained her from birth to become the most dangerous assassin in the universe. Although she betrayed her tyrannical father and ended up a member of The Guardians so to take on the so-called Church of The Universal Truth as vengeance for the churches genocide of her native people, the Zen-Whoberians.

Rocket Raccoon

a genetically and cybernetically enhanced raccoon turned freelance mercenary turned member of the Guardians. He is considered to have one of the best tactical minds in the galaxy.

Groot

A Flora colossi from Planet X, the capital of the branch worlds. Root was banished from his world for defending the life of a mammal. It wondered the cosmos for decades until it found itself in the service of Star-Lord first iteration of the Guardians. Fostering a close friendship with Rocket Raccoon, Groot has remained a staple member of each successive iteration of the squad.

Drax the Destroyer

The mind of a human named Arthur Douglass who was transplanted into an artificially developed superbly by the Eternals of Titan. Draw was originally designed as a weapon to bring down Thanos. He later ended up a member of the Guardians.

Nebula

A cyborg Luphomoid pirate who claimed to be the daughter of Thanos. More often than not Nebula has proven a frequent adversary of the Guardians and formed her own version of the team (called The Dark Guardians) to hunt down a resurrected Thanos. Her role as a member of the Guardians is more prominent in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Mantis

A former Avenger of Earth who was trained by the Priests of Parma to become the Celestial Madonna. She possesses near peerless fighting skills as well as an enhanced cosmic awareness. Mantis was part of Star-Lord’s initial band of Guardians and has served on a number of its subsequent iterations.

Adam Warlock

Designed by the scientists of The Enclave to be the ‘perfect being,’ the man called Warlock severed alongside the Guardians to defeat his future self, a malevolent being called The Magus who leads the Church of The Universal Truth.

Moondragon

The daughter of Arthur Douglas who cultivated powerful telepathic abilities whist care for by the Eternals of Titan. She has served as both an Avenger and a Defender and joined The Guardians to bring down Thanos.

Phyla-Vell

The genetically engineered daughter of the Kree hero Mar-Vell. She has operated under the monikers of Captain Marvel, Quasar and The Martyr. She and her lover Moondragon have served on multiple iterations of the Guardians.

Bug

A rengade from the Microverse, Bug was among the first recruits of Star-Lord’s initial band of Guardians tasked with taking on The Phalanx. Bug went on to serve with the Guardians for subsequent mission yet left the team to help form the Knowhere Corps.

Cosmo

An earthly dog who was sent into space as part of the space program of the former Soviet Union. Passing through a radiational field, Cosmo was bestowed psychic powers. He has acted as both the Chief of Security for Knowhere as well as a member of the Guardians.

Major Victory

Vance Astrovik, a time-displaced, older version of the earthly hero known as Justice who heralds from Earth 691. Possessing telekinetic abilities and quipped with a protective suite that bestowed greatly enhanced physical powers, The Major helped to for his realty’s version of The Guardians.

Yondu

A Centauri who can mentally control the arrows he fires. Yondu joined the Guardians to garner vengeance on the Badoon after the Empire had slaughtered his native peoples. The 616 version of Yondo became a pirate and was the captor-come-mentor of young Peter Quill.

Starhawk

Stakar of the House of Ogord was rescued from Earth during the Badoon invasion and brought to the monastery planet known as Vesper. Through his archeological research, Stakar became bonded with he being known as Aleta Ogord and the two became Starhawk. Often the two shared the body in unison although at times Starhawk would change from man to woman when Aleta’s consciousness gained greater control. Together they loaned their terrific powers to Major Victory’s iteration of The Guardians of The Galaxy.

Martinex

A sentient crystalline who heralds from the 691 Universe. He had been part of a scientific and research colony of his kind stationed on the planet Pluto. The colony was abandoned hen the Badoon Empire was taking over the Sol Solar System and Martinex volunteered to remain behind to destroy their research so that it would not fall into the Badoon’s hands. He succeeded in this end and afterward ended up joining Major Victory’s version of The Guardians.

Nikki

Nicholette ‘Nikki’ Gold, a humanoid modified to live on a colony on the planet Mercury. Her family were slaughter by the Badoon yet she managed to escape and ended up a member of Major Victory’s iteration of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Charlie 27

A hulking humanoid from a colony on Jupiter who possesses greatly enhanced strength and durability. When he discovered that his galaxy had been overrun by The Badoon, Charle agreed to join Major Victory’s and Martinex Guardians.

Captain Universe

Gabriel Vargas was an American army veteran who found himself possessed by the cosmic Uni-Force, transforming him into Captain Universe. After traversing the stars, Varga found himself recruited into Star-Lord initial team of Guardians sent to free Hala from The Phalanx. Vargas gave up his powers to help ensure victory and fell in battle soon thereafter.

Jack Flag

A one time partner to Captain America on Earth, Jack ended up allied with Star-Lord during a break out on the Negative Zone-stationed penitentiary, Prison 42. Jack escaped with Star-Lord to Knowhere and the young hero stuck around to act as a member of the then current iteration of The Guardians. He later returned to earth and was sadly killed during the set of the Secret Empire event.

Angela

An Asgardian warrior princess who came to join The Guardians whist scouring the cosmos in search of her lost love, Sera.

Cammi

A human adolescent who befriended Drax the Destroyer when he was marooned on Earth. She later joined him as a member of The Guardians in fighting in the Annihilation War. She later returned to earth and became embroiled in the gristly goings on of the Avengers Arena event.

Deathcry

A Shi’ar warrior who briefly served as a adjunct member of the Avengers. She ended up incarcerated by the Kree Empire and was conscripted to serve in Star-Lord’s initial team of Guardians. She sadly perished early in the adventure when she attacked Captain Universe for ‘robbing her of a kill’ and the Uni-Force reflexively atomized her.

Additional members of the Guardians of the Galaxy have included Hercules, Marvel Boy, Agent Venom, Captain Marvel, Doctor Doom, Kitty Pryde, Iron Man, Any Man, The Thing, Kl’rt The Super Skrull, Nova, Quasar, Hulkling, Wiccan, Kid Loki and The Cosmic Ghost Rider.

The Earth 691 version of The Guardians of The Galaxy first appeared in Marvel Super-Heroes #18 (1968); whereas the 616 iteration of the team first appeared in the pages of Annihilation: Conquest - Starlord #1 (2007).

Alphys wants to show Undyne something really cool.

“UNDYNE! Undyne, come on, we have to go outside, we might be able to see this really cool thing!”

Undyne looked up in surprise and bewilderment from the sandwich she was eating. “Uh, does it have to be right this second, Alph? Can I finish my—”

“Yes, it has to be right now or we might miss it! Come on, please!”

The sandwich lay abandoned on the kitchen table as Alphys pulled Undyne all the way out the front door. “Whoa, Alphys, okay! What really cool thing is it?” she asked hurriedly, trying to stay upright. When her girlfriend got really wound up like this, she had an odd strength that few could match.

“Hopefully you’ll see! Come on, out to this clearing over here!” Alphys was so excited, she wasn’t even stuttering like usual.

Undyne looked up at the clouds as they stopped in a small field. Light raindrops, almost too small to detect, tickled her face. “It’s just… wet out here, Alph. What are you looking for?” she asked again, confused.

Alphys’s eyes didn’t stop frantically searching the sky. “There—there’s this really cool weather phenomenon up here on the surface, when light refracts off water droplets in the clouds. It creates this fantastic optical effect, I’ll know it when I see it. I’ve read about it in books and seen it in movies from the surface and stuff. I’ve always wanted to be able to see it, but I never thought I would! Now’s my chance!”

Undyne watched Alphys bounce around impatiently. The little yellow monster’s clothes were mussed, her shoes were muddy, and her nose ran a little from the chill in the air, but Undyne didn’t care about that. She could only see Alphys’s passion, her wonder, her love for the scientific marvels of the world.

“Oh, come on, where is it? I wanted to show you so bad, it has to be so beautiful in real life…” Alphys wrung her hands.

“Hey, it’s okay.” Undyne put a hand on her shoulder. “If it doesn’t show up, we’ll try next time. And when that happens, I won’t get distracted by food,” she added half-jokingly.

Alphys didn’t answer. She just continued looking up at the sky in quiet anxiety.

Undyne helped her search. She didn’t really have any idea what she was looking for, but she figured if it was so obvious to Alphys, she’d probably be able to find it too.

“THERE!” Alphys grabbed Undyne’s hand and pointed upwards ecstatically.

Undyne’s eyes widened in awe as she took in the astounding sight.

A magnificent, well-defined arc of light stretched a great distance over the ground. Many different, distinct colors were arranged from red to purple in a perfect spectrum. The arc reached high into the sky, a spot of hued beauty against dull gray clouds.

“Wow.” Alphys’s gasp was breathless. “I-I can’t believe I’m really seeing this… a real rainbow…”

Undyne looked over at her. A rainbow? In her opinion, the name didn’t do the thing justice. It deserved something much more regal. But Alphys didn’t seem to care. Her eyes reflected the fullness of the rainbow, every bright color standing out against the dark, earthy brown of the iris. Now that she was looking at them, Undyne couldn’t look away.

That is, until the click of a phone camera snapped her out of her trance. Alphys had taken a picture.

“I wish I had my real camera. This little thing isn’t nearly good enough for it,” she sighed. “Undyne, isn’t it just… just lovely? I-I-I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so beautiful in my whole life.”

Undyne shrugged and gave a small smile. “Oh, I dunno… I think I’ve seen something even more beautiful than that.”

Alphys stared at her skeptically. “Like what?”

“Like you.”

Once she processed the words, Alphys turned deep red. “O-oh, Undyne. You’re t-t-too sweet…” She looked away shyly and started to cover her face with her hands.

Undyne took them down and pulled her close. “Come here, you.”

And in the mud and the rain, with the rainbow framing them like in a picturesque post card, she kissed her.

What I saw in the leaked Loki S2 D23 trailer

A close up of someone flicking through a small red book. It then refocuses to show Loki creeping up on them. They are in what looks like a normal room. He says "Hello" and then he glitches back and forth.

(sc) Loki is reading or looking at something we can't see and then looks over his right shoulder.

As they walk forward, someone (humanoid shape) jumps down onto a platform at the back of the room.

The shot flips to show Mobius' and Loki's reaction. Loki hesitates while Mobius walks forward.

The shot flips again to show Ke Huy Quan leaning over the desk to place something in front of them. Then he stands back and smiles proudly. Loki's voice says "This is about everything.."

(sc) Sylvie is lying on a brown sofa, her head resting against the back and her arms lying wide by her side. She is wearing headphones and staring up at the ceiling. There is a long table or display behind the sofa.

(sc) Casey is walking through a dark space. He gazes upwards. Loki's voice continues "when there's nothing to stand between this world..."

We see a damaged looking wide open space. There are lights in the background along the wall.

(sc) we see Hunter B-15 in her glorious yellow outfit.

Then we see Loki and Mobius standing outside a theatre wearing their tuxedos. There is a crowd and also a red car parked outside on the road where they are standing. The shot pans out. Loki's voice continues again, "and utter destruction"

(sc) Mobius stalking behind the theatre. It looks like someone is entering the theatre through a back entrance.

(sc) A door opens in a red room. The door is shaped like a submarine door.

Shot flips to show a concerned looking female character (Ravonna?). Loki's voice says "war is on its way"

Either scene changes or shot flipped to show Loki pointing behind him. If flipped, the walls look more ornate.

(sc) back to the curved roof area with Loki and a hunter fighting. Loki is wearing what looks like his tuxedo, so assume this is in the theatre. He blasts the hunter with green magic.

Once again thinking about this scene.

The look of adoration on Loki's face when he receives the daggers. How Mobius hands the daggers over so easily. How much it's like Mobius giving Loki a gift, but also giving part of himself to him. Making me think about why Mobius kept these daggers, what they meant to him. How much Mobius has been invested in Loki before even meeting him.

Also, that Mobius hands the daggers to Loki in the open. It's not something handed to Loki in secret. Mobius does something that the TVA (B-15 in this moment) doesn't approve of, and he does it again when they go to Pompeii without seeking permission. Mobius just wants to see Loki happy, to let him be himself. It's sweet.

So, yeah. The whole dagger thing is representative of Loki and love, but this is the other side. It's the side that is real and genuine, as Tom said so himself. It's not one that when he reaches for isn't real (it's just missing when he reaches in the end and that's not the same thing).

(And we could go on here, but this is all I have to say right now)

What I heard from the Loki S2 trailer audio (speech)

Loki: Hello?

Loki: This is gonna sound strange.

Loki: I've been pulled through time and I saw terrible, awful things.

Loki: This is about everything because nothing can stand between this world and utter destruction. War is on its way.

Mobius: A little over the top, don't ya think?

Loki: I thought it was spot on.

Loki: I cant be the problem anymore, Mobius.

Mobius: Who said you were?

Loki: I don't know. Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawk Eye, Agent Coulson, Thanos, Nick Fury, my father, my brother, Miss Minutes, you.

Mobius: Hmmm.

Edit note: The bit where they clap is not as easy to hear what Loki is saying. Originally I'd assumed it was what the Slash Film article had quoted for Loki ("I don't want you to think I'm the bad guy in all this" and then "Mobius") but on further listening, it sounds more like either the above (which I've edited) or "I can't be the problem any longer, Mobius". Or it's not that. If anyone knows, let me know.
