本日、PC入替え作業のため急遽休み〜

予定もないのであきる野さんぽ。

黒茶屋ランチツー決行！

ランチには早いので、二宮神社の御池を散策。

TVなどで「モネの池」と紹介されたみたいだけど…

モネねぇ〜(^^;;

Today, I took a sudden break due to PC replacement work.

I don't have any plans, so I'm going to walk in “Akiruno”.

It's early for lunch, so I strolled around the pond of Ninomiya Shrine.

Is this Monet?

お次は酒蔵探訪。

中村酒造。

千代鶴酒造り資料館も併設。

無料で古い道具や資料を見学できる。酒はもちろんちょっとしたツマミも買えます。

Next is a visit to a sake brewery.

Nakamura sake brewery.

There is also a Chiyotsuru Sake Brewing Museum.

You can see old tools and materials for free.

Of course, you can buy a little not only sake.

いい時間になったのでいざ黒茶屋へ！

テラスで食べられるということなので、持ち帰りメニューの　“だし巻き玉子サンド”　を注文！

少々時間がかかるらしいので庭を散策したりおやき買ったりお土産物色して暇つぶしw

玉子サンドを受け取り　“野外テラス水の音”　でランチタイム。

日当たりも良く少し暑かったんでドリンクはノンアルビール！

食べ終わると少し寒くなってきたんで早々に退却😅

I ordered a “ dashi-maki-tamago-sandwich” on the takeaway menu.

It took time, so I strolled around the garden and waited.

IIX. “Let me make this good for you,” Anna said, sprinkling in herbs and petals, her cheeks as red as the roses she’d stripped to their stems. Her hair was curling madly in the steamy air and if Kristoff’s back hadn’t ached so much from the day of demonstrating ice-harvesting to the delegation from Montebianco, he’d had taken her into his arms and kissed her with no uncertain intent. It seemed, however, that his relatively brief tenure as the Lord of Tyholmen, Queen Anna’s husband, had softened him up so that what would have been some unremarkable hours of work had nearly forced him into bed-rest; he’d argued with the palace physician that a hot bath would set him to rights and now he had to hope he hadn’t been lying. Or wrong.

“Anna, I just need to get in, don’t worry about the rest of this…folderol,” he said, trying to be patient and not cranky. She’d told him he shouldn’t actually chop the ice, that taking the delegation on a tour and explaining the process would be more than enough because you know it inside and out, it’s the authenticity in your voice she’d said and he’d told her talk was cheap and anyway, he missed the physical activity and no, vigorous bed-sport was not an equivalent, Anna.

“It’s not folderol,” she retorted, dumping in whole handfuls of the leafy mixture.

“I’m going to be a Kristoff dumpling in a bowl of steaming Vinterklossel soup if you add any more of that stuff,” he said.

“Is that supposed to make me stop?” she asked. “You know I have an abounding fondness for dumplings. Really, my preference of dumplings over noodles is well-known, renowned even, though arguably a minority position that only my coronation made tolerable to the kitchens.”

“Anna—”

“It’s not folderol, it’s medicinal. The trolls told me you needed this, that the plain hot water would be useless. Worse than useless, you’d turn all pruney and seize up after you got out of the tub,” Anna said.

“You went to the trolls? For this?” Kristoff sighed. He’d never hear the end of it now.

“Well, they possess a wealth of medical knowledge that the palace staff simply don’t,” she replied. “If you put to one side how they mishandled the situation with my parents and Elsa—”

“You can put that to one side?”

“It has very little in common with what happened to you today,” Anna went on. “And Dr. Stoker had this idea about sticking you with hundreds of tiny needles, all over your body, not even just your back, he said it was something he’d picked up when the Jiajing visited and really, isn’t this better than hundreds of needles, tiny or not, and now I’m done and you can get in.”

“Is there some incantation you’re going to recite after I’m submerged? That’s the trolls’ usual MO,” Kristoff said, shucking off his robe and climbing in the tub.

“I’m only a troll-by-marriage, I don’t think my incantation would carry any weight,” Anna said. “Anyway, they just said to keep an eye on you, because the hot water releases the power of the mixture and you could get a little loopy.”

“I’m never loopy,” Kristoff said, smiling as the pain began to recede and Anna was so pretty in her flowered flannel robe, she was like a little flower in a hidden mountain dell and only he got to pick her and bring her home in a bouquet to give to Anna and she probably wouldn’t sneeze but even if she did, she was adorable when she sneezed, she made a sound like one of the tugboats coming into the harbor crossed with a kazoo and now she was grinning at him and maybe, perhaps, possibly he’d uttered ever single thought he’d had since he got into the tub out loud and also done an impression of the sneeze and now she was laughing.

“I’ll keep that in mind,” she said. “All of it. As the water cools, the loopiness is set to go down, so you should be able to get out of the bath with only my help but no funny business tonight, you just let go of the belt on my robe, Kristoff. There’s plenty of time for that when you’re all better.”
