The first photo was sent to me by @74paris and it's a copy of one of the photos Lucita sent to her cousin Armando Gracia Sanfiel.

María trusted Lucita in taking care of her babygirl Tina when she was away working as she thought Lucita was the sweetest of the all sisters.

I hope one day we can get more details of this photoshot, who knows if there are more photos around!!

Y claro que te dare consejos para que mejoren un poco, pero por lo que veo dibujas bastante bien ^^

1. Lo primero que hay que dibujar despacio con el lapiz cuando estemos haciendo el boseto, se nos hara mas facil al momento de borrar.

2. Si pintas y quieres sombrado, aveces no es bueno agregar o cumular el color negro como sombreado.

3. Hay que empezar con los colores mas claros hacia lo oscuro

4. Hay que mirar bien el dibujo antes de pasar el tira lineas, ( para que no te pase lo que me suele suceder, al marcar lineas que no deben estar en el dibujo)

5. Aveces cuesta plasmar la idea pero de apoco saldran, en una hoja puedes hacer pequeños bocetos grandes o pequeños dibujos.

Pequeños consejos, si necesitan mas aqui estare para todo pero como dije antes, dibujas bastante lindo ^^🌸🌺🌸🌸 le envio un gran abrazo🌸🌸🌸

What’s your writing space look like?

I write mostly from my couch. I have one of those c-tables and I set up there with my laptop and my dog laying next to me. Usually the tv is on or I’m listening to music. My space isn’t huge so it’s an open space with my kitchen and living room area. Sometimes I’ll write from bed I have one of those desk trays from my very brief WFH time. And I’m hoping to write some on this flight!

2. Talk about a notable time a narrative or character has looked you dead in the eyes and said “fuck your plan, here’s what we’re actually doing.”

            Oh God, definitely Epithet. Writing Charity Dingle is like trying to pull out your own teeth most days. She’s such a challenging character and she fought against so many of my plans while creating that story. If I remember correctly, I think one chapter (ten, maybe?) took like three months to finally get through. I can’t wait to go back to that one and finally finish it. I know exactly where that story is headed and what plot points I’d like to make appear, so it’ll be interesting to go head-to-head with Charity again to reach the finish line.

13. Talk about a writing experience that has pleasantly surprised you.

            I always wanted to write a family!fic collection but I didn’t think I’d ever get to, nor that it would be well-received. Stumbling into Hygge Universe thanks to that silly lyric prompt game I started last spring has been such a great surprise. Especially since I never intended to create original characters – loving characters that came from my own mind as much as the characters on screen is such a weird thing to experience. Each time someone tells me they feel real or the stories make them feel warm or safe or comforted, that is my own hygge.

There’s also a story in my discarded WIPs that tells a narrative through second-person point of view. It was so ridiculously challenging to write, which is why I set it aside, but it was such a cool thing to explore. I had not been aware I was capable of something like that. I’d love to carry on with the idea someday, or just try something similar again.

Beyond the fanfiction realm, watching my script come to life over the weekend was… I don’t have words. They’re my characters and it’s my story, but I stepped back for the first time and let my partner direct the actors and reimagine some of the plot points to work better on camera. I absolutely cannot wait to see it all come together in his edit. Having the actors come in and hear how much thought they’d put into the motivation behind certain lines and their understanding of the character backstories was everything I’d ever dreamed of for storytelling in media.

            I’m probably gonna have to say Mise En Scene. Or Successive Approximation. Or i had all (and then most of you, some, and now none) of you.

            I’m a sucker for a one word or short phrase title. For fic, Extraordinary Measures, Somnolent, or Epithet. For screenwriting, Praeteritus or Dovetail.

85. What would be on a mood board for your current wip(s)?

            I don’t have anything actively in progress right now, as I really needed a mental break from writing fanfiction. Last thing I touched was about picky eaters, so the mood board would probably be covered with pictures of food. Ketchup, pasta, French fries, chicken nuggets.

100. What character do you like to write for more?

            I’m really biased right now, because I was still having a lot of fun writing older!Beatrice last time I was actively working on fic. For Station 19 fanfiction, I think Maya Bishop is the character I tend to like to write for more, as I see a lot of myself in her. But then, I really enjoyed the handful of times I’ve dived into Carina-centric stuff. I think as I branch into Lagom (the sequel collection to Hygge), writing the dynamic of Andrea and Beatrice as teenagers will be one of my favourite things.
