Idk who needs to hear this but unless you haven’t had caffeine recently and go in taking like 250-300mg+ all at once, your coffees, teas, and even sodas ABSOLUTELY are hydrating. They count as water.

The diuretic effect of caffeine is super freakin small when taken in small doses or if you drink it regularly. We’ve literally known this for two decades now but the myth that a coffee or tea is dehydrating due to diuretic effects is still well alive.

EVERYONE I wish to inform about a dream I have been stewing in my brain to understand better since I woke up!

So the dream starts with me going to a movie theatre? Idk what movie tho! but I went in to movie theatre and go to the like room that you go and sit in to watch the movie and there was a daycare?? Like right next to where you sit?? As in the room?? Probably for lil guys that are far too young to be in theatres but also cant be left home alone?? Idk but there was a daycare there, no kids in it and I was sitting right next to it, so there I was watching a movie? Idk and I see like Moon’s fucking head appear close to where I’m sitting, I think he was trying to watch the movie? But my dream brain decided to pat him on his head and he slinked back into from where he came and I kept watching the movie! I left and then came back the next day? It was light in there now and I was walking around the outside of the daycare walls and Sun I think was just watching me idk something happened to do with Sun, but I noticed hey the daycare is empty again let’s go ask to hang out with the robots! So I got in there asked human staff and they were like sure I guess and I asked where they were? And they were like idk and I think I looked and I think I found them stalking my face book or like all my social media? Idk they were just there! in a cubby house thing they made for themselves on a phone and there were so many photos of me like huhnihnihsndcjhenddc what?

And after that the dream became incomprehensible like hurts think too much about, ANYWAYS here’s me finding this movie theatre DCA’s weird cubby house thing enjoy!
