Dawn of the Dark Chapter 5 - Satogou mpreg fic

Chapter 5 – Built To Be Tough

“Sigh…” On his way out of the loo after a bout of morning sickness, Goh rubbed his belly. “Take it easy on me, would you?”

Chloe and her mother had finished preparing breakfast for everyone, and she was going to offer Goh some, until she saw his pallid face. Even though her car had broken down the other day and was still being repaired, she couldn’t bring herself to ask Goh for a ride. “Goodness! You look awful and you should stay home.”

“That’s right,” Talia added. “I don’t mind being late to work if it means you get to stay here and take care of yourself.”

“No, please don’t do that, Mrs. Cerise.” Goh frowned, feeling an appetite after offering last night’s dinner to the porcelain goddess. He gladly accepted Chloe’s offer of food. “I’ll just take my antiemetics, and I’ll be good for the day.”

“Goh…” Goh’s dedication moved Chloe. “If it’s okay with you, I can drive your car while you eat.”

“You’re okay with that?” Goh spoke with a mouthful of scrambled eggs. “In that case, knock yourself out!”

Chloe led Goh on the way to his car and spoke to him as they got in the front seats, “I just hope your baby doesn’t knock you out. Oh yeah, here’s some ginger tea.” Chloe gave Goh a thermos bottle full of cold tea. “You forgot it in the house.”

“Hey, thanks!” After the car took off, Goh took a grateful sip. “And don’t worry about it! Thanks to the antiemetics and your ginger tea, I’m only throwing up twice a week now – at most.”

“Still…” Chloe reached a stoplight and looked worriedly at her best friend. “How do you feel? Do you have any other symptoms besides morning sickness?”

“Tell me about it!” Goh held onto his now-empty dishes; it wasn’t much longer now before they were to reach the school. “I feel the need to sleep and use the bathroom every hour. In fact, I was sooooo close to catching a Shiny Beldum in Hoenn the other day, when a sudden urge to use the bathroom hit me! And I have fallen asleep at my desk a few times. I’m just lucky Professor Cerise has been nothing but supportive about it.”

“It sounds tough…” After hearing about Goh’s pregnancy woes, Chloe wasn’t entirely sure if she ever wanted to get pregnant herself.

“It is.” Goh caressed his lower stomach, even though he was far from showing yet. “But it will be worth it when I finally get to see the cute face of my son or daughter.”

“That’s… That’s adorable, Goh. Well, we’re here.” Chloe parked in her designated faculty parking spot. “Here’s the keys. Be safe driving home, okay?”

“Relax, Chloe.” Goh patted Chloe on the shoulder. “It’s only a few minutes of a drive.”

“Then take care!” Chloe waved, putting on a happy face as she walked through the courtyard of her school – the one she once attended as a student, and now worked at as a kindergarten teacher. She certainly enjoyed the praise she got from her much older colleagues, who admired her for becoming a full-time teacher at only 21 years old. Chloe hoped that when she reached their age, she too could make a difference in the lives of so many kids. No matter what she was going through, helping the students usually helped her forget her own problems. The little things her students did always amused her.

Even if they did occasionally pull nettlesome pranks, as one of her more notorious students did now. Said student decided to spit spitballs all over the corridor, along with a 17-year-old student. It was because situations like these that she didn’t wholeheartedly agree with the K-12 age range of this school.

To the misfortune of these two miscreants, Chloe knew exactly who they were. “Damian! Not again! This is the 10th prank you’ve pulled this year!”

“Uh-oh!” Damian froze at the sight of his teacher, dropping his spitball tube at her voice. “Ms. Cerise is here! We better run!”

Before Damian could make another step, Chloe caught up with him and gently grabbed him by the backpack. “You’re not going anywhere, young man. You are going to clean up after yourself along with the- Hey!” Chloe leered at the 17-year-old that Damian hung out with.

“Y-Yo!” The 17-year-old turned out to be none other than Parker.

“Parker…” Chloe would have chewed out her younger brother right then and there, had she not been on the clock. She would definitely read him the Riot Act when they got home, though. “Can you stop teaching Damian pranks? You’re being a bad influence on him!”

“Kk, sis!” Parker held up a thumb. “Then I’ll just teach him how to get the laaaaadies.”

“Ooh!” Damian beamed at Parker. “That sounds like fun!”

“Argh, that’s not what I meant!” Chloe was this close to ripping her hair out. “He’s only five, for crying out loud!”

“Aw, come on…” Parker pouted. “We just wanted to have fun!”

“Look, Parker.” Chloe put her hands on her hips. “I’m not saying you can’t hang out with Damian. I’m just saying that if you are, then you need to act like a good role model. He looks up to you, you know.”

“Hmph.” Parker began to relent. “Fine. I’ll try to work on that.”

“Then you can start by cleaning up the spitballs.” Chloe crossed her arms. “And I will be watching you the entire time. You will not be going anywhere until every single spitball is off this ground, understood?”

“Yes, ma’am.” Parker and Damian groaned in unison.

As the two boys began their chore, Chloe’s principal happened to be walking by, taking note of Chloe’s classroom management skills. He whispered, “Ms. Cerise, I have to hand it to you… Even though you just started with us this school year, you’ve already proven yourself as a teacher. Those two boys are some of the most difficult students in this school, but you’ve gotten them to listen to you. Not many teachers have been able to do that.”

“The pleasure is mine, sir.” Chloe bowed as the principal carried on his way.

“Ms. Cerise, we did it,” Damian spoke after about five minutes of cleaning. “The floor is clean.”

“Can I go to class now, ma’am?” Parker whined.

“You’re dismissed.” Chloe waved off Parker, then urged Damian to follow her. “So, how was your week-long vacation to Galar?”

“It was great!” Damian jumped up and down while spreading his arms. “I got to see all kinds of Pokemon and battles with Mommy and Daddy.”

“That’s great.” Chloe hated to interrupt this jovial talk with something gloomy, but knew it had to be done. “But Damian… Why is it that you pull pranks all the time?”

Damian shrugged. “I dunno, it looks fun. And I get really excited when I get to play with Parker!”

“But you’ve got the best grades in all of kindergarten.” Indeed, Chloe had watched as Damian could outscore even fifth graders on certain tests. Damian’s astuteness was so obvious that Chloe had petitioned the principal several times so he could skip to the fifth grade. “If you could just fix your attitude, you would get to learn right up there with those big fifth graders.”

“But I’m scared…” Damian suddenly stopped walking, clinging onto Chloe’s shoulder. “I don’t want to leave you, Ms. Cerise. Even if you’re mean, you’re a cool teacher!”

Her student’s words nearly moved Chloe to tears. But she wouldn’t let herself get emotional in front of a student. “Thank you, Damian, but you still gotta work hard. We can start by having a serious talk with your Mommy and Daddy. I haven’t gotten to do that this year, you know.”

“Um…” Damian tried to skirt his way around this parent-teacher conference, knowing full well that he could land in even hotter water if the school knew who his parents were. So, to distract Chloe from that topic, he pointed to the open classroom door. “Look, Ms. Cerise! Everyone’s waiting for us!”

“Ms. Cerise, good morning!” Chloe’s students greeted her when she and Damian entered the classroom.

“Good morning, class!” Chloe spoke as she pulled up a presentation on the smartboard. “Are we feeling good this morning?”

“Yeah!” the class replied excitedly.

“You guys ready for our ‘counting to 20’ test today?” When this question elicited much less enthusiasm, Chloe tried not to let her nervousness show.

“Thanks for asking.” Damian, rather than taking his seat, instead took center stage in the classroom. “I bet I can count higher than anyone in this class!”

“Nobody asked!” a girl from the back of the class hollered.

“Yeah!” a boy right next to this girl chimed in. “We already know you’re a smarty-pants like those fifth graders!”

“You better watch out!” A boy much taller than Damian got out of his seat and pointed at him. “Because I can count really high too!”

“Oh yeah?” Damian leered at the student who challenged him.

“Damian.” Chloe got out from behind her computer as she held a stack of papers. She couldn’t believe that Damian would cause a scene this early in the school day. “Please take your seat, sir.”

“Yes, ma’am…” Damian walked back to his desk, slowly getting a pencil from out of it.

And so started a typical day of learning, complete with its typical class interruptions, courtesy of Damian. Chloe didn’t like having to divert at least half of her attention to this misfit of a student alone. She breathed a sigh of relief when he was pulled for about 30 minutes to attend his daily gifted class, of which he was the only kindergartener. But right after he came back, the boy snuck a whoopie cushion onto Chloe’s seat the second she had her back turned. At this point, the kindergarten teacher was used to these sorts of pranks, and it didn’t faze her at all.

Still, it felt that Damian’s behaviour was gradually getting harder to control. After the school day ended, she resolved to give the boy’s parents a text when she got home – and if she got no response by the next day, she would call them before her work shift.

“Sigh…” Chloe dropped her happy face when the last student left her classroom. “That kid has so much potential… Why does he waste it on mischief? Oh well, that’s a question I can discuss with his parents when the time comes. But for now, it’s time to water those plants.”

The one activity that could refresh Chloe after a long day at work was an activity she had been doing for 11 years – taking care of the flowers in the school garden. With a watering can in hand and some fertilizer in her giant roller crate, she made way for thence. Immediately after leaving the building, her Sylveon greeted her at the exit. “Sylveon! Sylveon!”

“Hey, Sylveon!” Chloe smiled as Sylveon wrapped one of her ribbons around her arm. “Did you have fun playing in the park today?”

“Syl! Sylveon!” Sylveon nodded.

“That’s good to hear!” Chloe started walking with her Pokemon. “Why don’t we go hang out in the garden until Goh gets here?”

“Sylveon?” Before the pair could walk too far, Sylveon suddenly stopped, alerting her Trainer to the presence of none other than Damian.

“Damian is watering the plants? Who would have thought?” Still minding her distance, Chloe walked around the bush of flowers that Damian watered – and certainly didn’t expect to see him hanging out with a girl she had never seen before. The girl had a pair of Alcremie on her shoulders, and her indigo hair and dress resembled Alcremie. Chloe reckoned that this girl was a Fairy-type trainer, like her. In the short time that she saw this girl interacting with Damian, Chloe had never seen the boy so… kind-looking, so calm.

As Chloe watched this scene unfold, Damian soon noticed his teacher. “Hi, Ms. Cerise!” he walked up to her while the mystery girl continued to water the plants.

“Damian!” Chloe approached Damian. “I didn’t know that you liked plants!”

“They’re cool, all right! They can help me get the ladies.”

“Uh…” Chloe blinked. “Say again?”

“Parker told me that if I give a girl flowers, I can make her my girlfriend! And Lily is really cute and nice. I think I like her.”

“Wait, wait, wait. Slow down, Romeo.” Chloe knelt and placed two hands on Damian’s shoulders. “You’re learning naughty things from Parker again. You’re way too young to even think about getting a girlfriend. Besides, how can you expect to get more friends when you act up in class?”

“Because people think I’m funny, that’s why.” Damian held up a peace sign.

Chloe, however, wasn’t impressed that Damian would display his impishness like a badge of honour. “Anyway, you should go home. Your parents must be worried about you.”

“Okay, okay.” Damian called out for Morpeko, who still stood in the garden with the mystery girl. “Hey, Morpeko, we’re going home!”

“Morpeko!” Morpeko jumped onto Damian’s shoulder while eating a piece of cake.

“Smell ya later, Ms. Cerise!” Damian waved on his way out of school.

“That’s no appropriate way to tell your teacher goodbye…” Chloe turned her attention to a bush of flowers right next to the bush that the mystery girl was watering. She saw this as a good chance to get to know her. “So… I haven’t seen you around here before. Are you a student?”

“No, ma’am.” The girl rolled up the hose she was using to give her full attention to Chloe. “My name is Lilliana, but you can call me Lily. I’m 10 years old, and I’m from Hammerlocke City in the Galar region. I come here once in a while to water the garden plants, and to give yummy treats to the people of Kanto.”

“You’re very far from home! You come all the way to Kanto just for that?”

“You betcha!” Lilliana got a small gift bag out of a bigger bag she carried around. “Here, you can have some. It’s some cake I made with my Alcremie, and it’s reaaaaaally good!”

“Thank you.” Chloe smiled at Lily’s kind gesture, then said to the Alcremie, “I’m sure you two make the best cakes in all of Galar.”

“Alcremie!” The two Alcremie exclaimed happily.

“Is there a reason why you come to Kanto in particular?”

“Because I heard from Daddy that the Champion Ash lives in Kanto. I was hoping to meet him.”

“You know Ash?”

“Of course I do, he’s the Galarian Champion, silly!”

“But… But you know, he’s not exactly all the rage over there.”

“I know, but my mom and him were really good friends.” Lily’s face suddenly turned lugubrious. “Daddy tells me a lot about their adventures together when they were younger. So I know Ash is a really cool guy, even though people in my city don’t like him.”

“Oh…” Figuring that Lily’s mom was dead, Chloe tried to lighten the atmosphere. “I agree, Ash is one cool guy.”

“I second that notion,” a familiar voice cut in.

“What? Goh, you’re here earlier than usual.”

“Well, there’s a reason for that…” Goh had his hand on his stomach. “I wanted to go to the Poke Mart to get some Nanab Berry ice cream, pickles, and peanut butter. I’ve been craving them all day, but thanks to work, I have not been able to run to the store yet.”

“Ugh…” Chloe squirmed at yet another one of Goh’s gross pregnancy cravings. Turning to Lily, she spoke, “Lily, it was nice talking to you, but I gotta go.”

“I gotta go too, actually. But before I do…” Lily reached into her bag again, presenting a gift bag to Goh. “Here you go, Mister. Some Alcremie cream cake for you.”

“You’re really sweet, aren’t you?” Goh smiled.

“Indeed, she is. She came all the way from Hammerlocke just to make us Kantonians happy.”

Just then, Lily received a notification on her Rotom Phone. “Shoot, it’s from Daddy! I gotta fly, guys. Come on out!” Lily retrieved a Poke Ball out of her handbag, and out came a Flygon. Getting on the Flygon’s back, Lily ordered him, “Flygon, let’s go home, before we get in trouble with Daddy.”

And with one loud whistle, Flygon took to the sky, flying off into the distance.

“That’s way faster than any 10-year-old should ever fly…” Chloe let Goh lead her to his car, and offered to drive. “But you would know all about flying on dragons, wouldn’t you?”

“Hehehe, you know it.” Goh held up finger guns at Chloe before she started driving. “By the way, who was that?”

“Her name is Lily, and… well, she said that she’s here because her mom used to be good friends with Ash. In fact, Lily wanted to meet Mr. Champion himself. She seemed to really idolize him.”

“Oh? I wish I could pinpoint just who this mom is, but Ash has quite a few friends in Galar. Still, it’s nice to know that my boyfriend has some fans.” Goh spoke to his unborn child, “Your daddy is going to be the most popular man in all of Galar, you’ll see. Then we get to show the entire region what an awesome kid he has!”

Even though she was driving, and she could sense the light about to turn green, Chloe absentmindedly stared into the road in front of her and began to cry. “I’m… very happy for you guys.”

“Chloe…” Goh looked to his best friend with empathy. Not long after Ash and him became official, he found out that Chloe had been in love with him since they were kids. He felt horrible that he hadn’t noticed all those years ago, until it was too late for Chloe. He felt more horrible still that Chloe hadn’t fully gotten over him, even now. “I’m sorry that I couldn’t return your feelings. For what it’s worth, I’m very grateful that you’re still my friend. Not many people can do that with people for whom they have unrequited feelings.”

“I’ll be fine!” Chloe wiped her tears before driving through the newly green light. “I’m a teacher, so I’m built to be tough! And as your friend, it’s my duty to help you. So… Have you thought of a name for your baby yet?”

Goh couldn’t believe that he hadn’t thought about that topic until just now. “I… I think that’s just one of many things I need to discuss with Ash. I have a few names in mind, but I don’t want to settle on one before talking with him.”

“That’s a good idea. But if your dense boyfriend can’t think of anything, I can help.” Chloe winked.

“You’re right… Ash isn’t exactly the best at coming up with good names. Knowing him, he probably wants to name our child ‘Pikachu’ or something.” Goh shook his head at this silly thought.

Chloe let a few more seconds of silence pass before saying, “Besides your… interesting pregnancy foods, what else do we need?”

“Hmm… I know it’s a bit early, but I was thinking about going to Celadon to buy some maternity clothes from the department store. Since it’s Friday, I think it’s a good time to go shopping, yeah?”

“One trip to Celadon City, coming right up!”

What if there was a mall based episode of pokemon adventures?

Ps: im on limited juice on what exactly happened after the episode of "practically pikachu" so if anything seemed off, thats why. I can only have so much spoilers.

This is a really REALLY long post, i did my best and added some wholesome satogou moments cause why not. I hope you enjoy ^.^

!!!!!SPOILER WARNING BTW!!!!!!! If that wasn't obvious.

.....(I can't do the read more thing on mobile, so stick with me here.)

So the Professor finds out about some mysterious instances of this shopping district being haunted or constantly full of mischief. So of course he sends Gou and Ash to check it out. Of course Koharu/chloe ends up tagging along with her pokemon, out of curiostiy. Of course something is seemingly following them from behind, and you hear a cute little giggle.

At first, its all nice and fun. They go sight seeing, getting a bit distracted here and there. Gou and koharu do a bit of dress up, and Ash is stuck having to be refferee on who dressed up better. You get some cute satogou moments, and some wholesome koharu and gou rivalry. Before....

The lights start to flicker..

And things go south.

See, before they got to the mall, there was a warning the Professor gave them before the went on their journey. The mall had been abandoned not to long ago, as Pokemon have been infesting it and taking over. Poison types, gost types, what ever dangers you could think of. It used to be very popular, attracting all kinds of mons and trainers from across the globe. Sadly, it had to shut down.

He told them to be careful, and stay on their guard. They did the complete opposite of that, and got distracted.

The light shuts down, and their in complete darkness. Bit of twist, but Koharu brings out a flashlight, then makes a sly remark on how reckless the two are getting. Followed by a slightly agitated gou, though ash doesn't seem to mind. Instead he focuses on another thing.

Wheres.. Pikachu?

Actually... Where is all of their pokemon?

Ash makes a slightly panicked remark about this... Slightly... PanicKEd.. ReSpoNse.. Then everyone starts to freak out. Then the lights suddenly turn on and everywhere around them seems like a battle field. Clothing racks are rolled over, there's some string from some bug pokemon, lying around and some other attack residues from not only their pokemon, but possibly other poison, or dark types. if the situation couldn't get bad enough.

They call out their pokemon names to no evail. The mall is big, even with the 3 of them, they cant possibly cover all the ground. They've only explored basically half of the entire mall.. Or atleast half of what they thought was the entire mall.

Gou gets a bit pessimistic, worrying if they where taken by some baddies like team rocket, or hurt, mabye even kidnapped!! While ash is a bit optimistic, saying they probably got away, or are off fighting them now, and winning!

Koharu though.. Shes not focused on any of that. The patterns of pokemon attack residue.. Shows a winding trail leading off into the bigger part of the mall. Making her even more curious than before..

She turns around to she ash and gou sending out their pokemon from their pokeball, luckily, who ever this was didn't think to take those. Gou explains that the mall is big, and they need as much help as they can get.

So for awhile, we see interactions with their pokemon, looking around, in union or in chaos. Slowly exploring the rest of the mall.

But.. Never once, do we stop seeing all these things happen, in someone elses pov....

We see things from the ground floor, behind clothes, in the ceiling... Anywhere.

Every now and then, we get a faint giggle.. Usually when gou is on screen.

At this point they scaled almost the entire mall. Every now and then finding little things. Nothing to eventful. But no matter what, it all keeps leading then to the same point.

Some random door that says "Antiques" on it, in this freakishly terrifying place. The area is the most rusted, old, and overall creepy place. Inside theres smashed pots and this place has alot of scratch marks and decay. The mall may be abandoned, but not for a very long time. This place looks like it has been there for decades, as if it didn't belong there. You could see a lot of struggle, with some old scratch marks and some strangely.. Fresh ones.

Everyone's tired, and worried, and a bit frightened. Though koharu.. She seems more than excited, it wss her own little adventure. It was nice. Of course, she still worried for her poor yamper.. But she couldn't help but be a bit excited too.

During the whole montage, they'd find some fur from pickachu, yamper or eevee. Sometimes left over pokefood or some old remains of what looks to be pokemon battles. Sometimes they saw some old pokeball, abandoned or even smashed. And even noticed some of the Pokemon that had been watching them through cracks or corners, or under floorboards.

Ash and gou finally catch up to koharu, who has been waiting for them in this creepy antique store. Aimlessly wandering about, searching the place. With the whole gang reunited, they discuss what they found, with koharu piecing it togther.

It seems this antique store looked to be the meeting place for who ever stole their pokemon. They show koharu some of the pokeballs they found lying about, some customized, broken and old. None of them have no strange brandings like "R" on it. Meaning people had their pokemon taken, but not by our common baddies. They found some evidence of pokemon battles, some of the tracks still fresh. Meaning they just left recently, probably during when they got here. That would explain why they kept feeling like they where being followed. They're probably all hiding.

But that doesn't explain why they'd take their pokemon or why it lead them in the antique store of all places. Ash suggests that they should look around here too, find some secret lever or something. Goh agrees, but dismisses the thought that someone would have a secret lever in a antique portion of the mall, then again.. Who has an antique store in a mall??

While they're searching for hidden compartments,

They hear a quick "PIKAA!!" Following a loud bang noise. Sending them all to a panic. Ash locates the sound, and moves one of the shelves. Surprise, Surprise, its a secret compartment. Its pitch black and you can't see a thing. Before ash can jump head first into whatever is happening down there, gou catches him. Followed by koharu, taking out that trusty flashlight, and beaming the light on the creepy old stairs. Seemingly going no where but down.

They quickly and carefully descend the stairs, though their all trying to act brave to lift up on another, you can tell everyone is absolutely terrified.

Then they find a light, like an entrance to some room. The hallway was dim and you could see pipes and some garbage, puddles, e.c.t. Gou runs towards the persumed, but ash catches him. He almost fell into a hole, without Realizing it. Koharu goes infront of gou, with the flashlight beaming infront of her.

Cut to a scene of pikachu. He's charging up a weak electric attack, and looks pretty beaten up. So does the rest of the Pokemon. Though, he is doing his best. The basement is pretty big, but its old. Theres some steel pipes that are broken and bent, scratches and marks everywhere on the wall. Its dark, with only a few lights, struggling to illuminate the room.

You can't tell how many pokemon are there, but there are many glowing eyes all around. There are many different kinds of pokemon. Seemingly coming from all different regions too. They don't seem freindly.

Eevee starts to yell out, angered and fustreated. To their suprising, a quick "umberon~" came rom the darkness.

You can see its shiny yellow rings, glowing in the darkness. It yells back at eevee, hitting the ground over and over with its tiny paws. As if it was trying to prove a point, trying to get eevee to fight like their pikachu did. Taunting them.

The umberon wears some kingly robe it got from a costume part of the mall, presumably the halloween section. Category: medieval.

Yamper could see eevee's eagerness to fight, so he lets out a bark of concern. He's huddled next to pikachu, who still wants to keep going. Determined, to stop them.

Whenever eevee hesitates to attack, umberon lets out a disappointed purr, and attacks them with a weak attack, but it stings either way. It wants a fair fight afterrall.

This was an insult to them. A fellow umberon., using smaller pokemon to rank them up, forcing them to train with them, untill they tire out. All these pokemon henchmons had some kind of scar, or evidence of training. Even the umberon had one. Most of them evolved, seemingly living in the mall, as some are wearing human items like sunglasses, or badazzled items too look cooler.

Then they hear a quick "EEVEE! WHERE'D YOU GO?!" And "PIKACHU! ARE YOU GUYS ALRIGHT?!"

They look back to see its their trainers! And gou, all rushing towards them. Immediately going into the room to protect them. Along with their summoned pokemon charging up their attacks as well.

Seeing this, umberon is pissed. You can see an onslaught of pokemon, who look just as mad. They where crossing their turf, they had to get out.

Umberon curls into the darkness.. Slowly back away from them, in silence.

Untill a tiny, soft. "Umberon" comes out of its mouth and..

They all start to attack, left, right and center. The whole team is surronded. All the pokemon are uncoordinated, but tankish, so they're pretty easy to take down, but leaves you pretty damaged in the long run.

Eventually, they get rid of most of them. Leaving 5 remaining pokemon left. These five being the strongest out of every pokemon and the biggest. Seemingly been in charge for a long time. Basically, its the boss fight.

The pokemon tired them out, and theres not much they can do at this point. Of course they fight, but get taken down, one by one, with ease.

Leading to the grand finale. Everyones on their knees, but still staying strong.

Umberon and its team start to charge this giant attack, thats going blast them into bits and peices.

They charge the attack, for longer and longer and longer. Getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger untill it basically becomes a giant wall. Then they release it. Going full blast at not only the entire team, but the Pokemon behind them that attacked them as well.

The was no where to go.

Pokemon where behind them, and infront.

What do you do then?

Just take it?

Like that?

...

Everyone throws their hand infront of their faces. Away from this giant charge attack, heading towards them in what seems to be slow motion. Some pokemon are running away, others are just watching this happen.

Its a pretty big basement.

Pretty dangerous basement too.

....

Gou looks back for a split second.

And a familiar sound plays out.

A tiny..

little..

giggle.

And then it just stops.

The attack was stuck in place..

...

Then suddenly, behind them in the darkness...

From the entrance of where they came..

Glowing eyes emerge, with a silent.. "Mew!"

And the whole attack backfires onto the 5 pokemon with one, full, swoop.

The place collapses onto them. Knocking 4 pokemon unconscious, except for that..

That..

Umberon.

With the only expression on its face being absolute RAGE.

Everyone starts running out, a bunch of pokemon try to help move the 4 unconscious ones, and umberon runs in the opposite direction, into what might be their secret escape route. They look back, at the commotion.

The 3 little humans and their pokemon are running out, even picking up some of the pokemon, who attacked them, and helping them run away from the collapsing area.

Umberon sees this. But looks away. Muttering a "umber.." Before leaving. This wasn't the last of them.

Everyone safely makes it out of the mall, alive.

Everyone is tired, exhausted and hurt.

They look up to see the many battle scars of all the pokemon, who are just lying around, not knowing what to do anymore without a leader.

Some a bickering and arguing, some are confused and tired, others are just watching from afar.

Eeveee jumps out of koharu's hands, and onto some tall boxes and rocks lying about near he store. They yell out a "EEVEE!!" Which everyone quiets down immediately. They even stiffen up, as if they where trained to do that by the umberon. Which startles eevee and makes them feel uncomfortable.

Ash stands up, looking at his poor pikachu, for a bit. Its smiling, with its eyes closed. Ash gives them a concerned, but soft smile. He tells everyone that they should all go to a pokecenter, and get some rest. The pokemon try to argue, not wanting to go and to wait for their umberon, but they see eevee is following ash, and they end up following along.

Gou runs up to ash and softly pats ash's shoulder, and gives him a soft, but concerned look. Only followed by a smile. Then everyone starts following them to pokemon center.

It cuts to scene, where they show the pokemon center for a sky view. Its night time and everyone is tired. a bunch of the nurses and doctors are taking care of the many pokemon without question.

Ash is sitting there, next to his pikachu, with gou is standing right beside him, and koharu is somewhere off with her pokemon as well. They all have some bandages here and there, on their knees or hands, just watching as nurse joy takes care of pikachu.

She asks what the three of them had done to get not only so many injured pokemon, but get this pikachu in the state its in now.

They explained to the nurse about the whole incident, with this umberon and a giant battle in a basement, and a this abandoned pokemon infested mall. How the umberon acted and all the Pokemon who teamed up agasint them.

Nurse joy recognizes the umberon, to their suprise.

She explains its not the first time shes heard of this umberon. Apparently, its trainer had abandoned it when it was a little eevee. She said that they'd capture pokemon who they saw great potential and power in. One day, the eevee's win streak went away, losing many battles every single day. Thats when they abandoned them, or atleast, thats what they say.

Ash mutters a quick and angered response of why someone would do such a thing.

Nurse joy looks at ash and gou sadly, then returns back to what she was doing. She doesn't know why someone would do that. Though, she tells them she always used to see that same eevee in the pokecenter constantly. For some reason, the pokemon really loved their trainer, to the point of exhaustion. When it got abandoned, it probably took it personally. Who knows though, that umberon is quite the mystery. Some people even tried to catch it seeing how strong it was, but they'd never succeed.

She pauses what shes doing to ask if ash doesn't mind leaving his pikachu here for the night. Its pretty injured, and needs some rest. She wants to be able to take care of it, in case it needs extra care. She says he can see them tomorrow, as it might feel better by then.

He sadly agrees, and they go home for the night.

Here, we get a nice scene, just to calm things doen a bit. The 2 boys put on their cozy pajamas, and get ready to go to bed.

We see koharu in her bedroom, with her pjammas on, petting her yamper who has a cute little "get well soon!!" Sticker, stuck on his forehead, and he has his younger sticking out, as he sleeps. She doing one of those lo-fi girl poses, as she writes in her journal about her day, as a moonlight shines on her, through her window.

We see gou sleeping on the bottom bunk this time, since he's too tired to try to climb to the top. Ash isn't in bed though. He's looking out through the window of the room. With the moonlight coming through. He's tired and exhausted, but still worried for pikachu. Gou notices he's not in bed yet, asking if he's alright. Ash doesn't give a response, he just continues staring.

So gou walks up to him, and ash speaks a bit low. He wonders if pikachu is alright, and the umberon too. The umberon was hurt too, they could've helped it.

Gou looks at him, then out the window. "Sometimes you cant save everyone, and you cant help those that don't want to be helped."

He smiles brightly at ash. "Like catching pokemon!" Ash is confused, but he tries his best to understand. "Sometimes pokemon want to be caught, and some don't. All that matters is that you tried, right?"

Ash looks at gou, and smiles back. Then looks at the window, still smiling "Yeah, you're right.. Do you think pikachu will be okay though?"

Gou softly pats him on the back. He tries his best to comfort ash. "Yeah, i think so."

It goes quiet for a bit. And it zooms out as they both look out at the window.8

DST/LOSE CROSSOVER IDEA P2A: VOLTAR’S OUTFITS/SKINS

I FINALLY got Voltar’s set here done, and now I want to show them off! Ofc I still need to do the rest of the team, but hey. One character down, three more to go.

Now, if you want a text version of the descriptions (as well as what each of his outfits are based off, that sort of stuff) I will put them under the cut.

I was gonna add splash art for each of them to fill up the empty space, but I didn’t think that’s necessary, not to mention I didn’t want to take up even MORE time doing this. Especially since me and projects that take a long while don’t have the greatest relationship ever, and I didn’t want this to be one of those projects that sit in the backburner forever. Hope you don’t mind! :’(

THE TRIUMPHANT Shadow Collection Voltar seems to love the improvements the Throne has made on him. “I am the truest Master of Evil!”

I based his Triumphant skin off of Clone Voltar. In fact, he basically is Clone Voltar if instead of being a clone, Voltar just became that instead. I don’t even know if that made any sense.

THE ROSATE Rose Collection “Evil Mastermind” & “Roses” don’t mix well, at least according to Voltar. “This is the worst day of my life...”

Voltar’s Rosate skin shamelessly off of his laundry mishap look in the episode “Voltina”. I also made his attenae into roses for a nice added touch for his look.

THE GUEST OF HONOR Formal Collection An attention grabbing suit for the main man himself. “Lookin’ good enough to win an Eviley!” I based Voltar’s GoH Skin off of his suit he wears in the episode “And the Loser Is...”. The Eviley is also from that episode as well.

THE HEROIC Opposite Day Collection This isn’t right...This isn’t right at all. “The Great Voltar, Mightiest Hero in Metrotown!” For the first original skin concept, I decided to add a costume that serves as a what if: What if the League of Super Evil...Weren’t Evil? And after trying to come up with an idea of what a heroic Voltar would look like (which was pretty difficult ngl), I went with a joyous ice blue Voltar who’s a skeleton-based superhero. Unfortunately (or Fortunately, depending on who you are), since skins in DST are purely cosmetic, there won’t be any quote or ability changes for this version of Voltar.

THE REVAMPED Questionable Upgrade Collection Voltar looks more impish than usual. “Hey look! I can fly!!” *thuds* This one was part original, part not-so-much. Long story short, I basically sketched ideas of how I would make the LOSE characters look like if I was rebooting the show solely by myself for myself, and this skin is basically how my rebooted Voltar would look like. In my reboot, he’s an imp that is fully decked out in a motorcycle suit. Also yet again, since DST skins are purely cosmetic, you sadly cannot fly with his widdle wings. RIP.

THE GLADIATOR Forge Collection Smaller the height, the bigger the targets are. “Bring it on, puny worms!” If you had to ask me which one of these is my favorite, this skin would be up there next to the Gothic skin. I basically gathered what made the Gladiator skins...well, that way, and just threw it all on Voltar. Also there’s no tactical advantage for that big shiny V on his helmet that’s on his helmet (double helmet?). It’s there for ego reasons.

THE GOTHIC Moody Collection Voltar wouldn’t consider himself a Gothic person, but hey! It looks good on him! “Evil is dark...Right?” This is completely self-indulgent. I wanted a purple Voltar, so I gave myself one. I mean to be honest, everything about this crossover idea is self-indulgent, so I might as well add more indulgency as possible.

THE MAGMATIC Forge Collection Like the sun, Voltar is the star of the show. “Bow down to my Evil Glory!” This is a skin that only Voltar can have, meaning that Frogg, Red, and Doomy don’t have a Magmatic skin of their own. I based his magmatic look off of Elvis jumpsuits and admittedly Metro Man from Megamind, mostly because fame...starpower...ego? IDK I just thought it would fit him. Part of me wishes I had the light cream color replaced with black so I could turn him into a Guy Fierri Voltar but I’m too lazy lmao.

So that is all for Voltar’s skins in this DST/LOSE crossover. The next part, 2B, will be everyone’s favorite mad scientist: Doktor Frogg! So stay patient for that!!

Pikachu evolved during the Pokemon Tour.

After the 23 seasons aired on TV, we got along for a long time. The core duo of the Pokémon series is inseparable. The protagonist in the story met in 1997, and Pikachu decided to develop again in the first season of the difficult defeat with Vermillion City Gym, which is a decisive sign of their vitality since then. The game is back again, which is very happy for the nostalgic players. Veteran players will continue to choose Buy Shiny Pokemon from the MMOSO website. The latest news reports that Ash Ketchum's stubborn Pikachu may eventually evolve into Raichu in the upcoming anime TV show Pokémon Journey.

The Pokémon Journey spans the entire region of the Pokémon World, and the pair travels through familiar regions and strives to achieve their goals. TV has now returned to TV. But now it has changed a little. The established Pokémon has changed. For some fans, they have been uneasy about trivial things since the art style. It may be shocking to evolve Pikachu, who is known for stubbornness. Pikachu inspires groups of young people to refuse to use their personal in the game. The copy evolves.

Although I am a little skeptical that the word Thunderstone is in quotation marks, it is not too absurd to discover that the Pokémon journey eventually evolved into Xiaozhi's Pikachu. Compared with the previous animation iteration, the series has become a different direction, especially since the popularity of Xiaozhi's Pikachu these days has declined. Players will continue to choose Buy Shiny Pokemon for the role they have in mind. Between the detective Pikachu, the strange moment when Pikachu speaks in the movie Pokémon: I choose you! And the debut of Netflix's Super Dream Remake Super Dream Strikes Back is lackluster, and Xiaozhi's Pikachu may be renamed.

Suppose we find out that Goh will receive his or her own Pikachu, which will replace Ash's Pikachu as the Pikachu in the group. With considerable advantages, Pikachu is still the most popular and branded Pokémon in the series, and yes, it would be unwise for the animation to completely cancel this type of recognition. In addition, Thunderstone's prompts are fake or suspicious at best, which can be easily faked. In any case, some fans will be upset after the experience. If the hypothetical idea becomes a reality. The writer of Pokémon Journey may need to think about the harm caused by this.

All That Glitters

Hazard Ailaht | Present Night | The Set of If Loving You is Wrong (abbr)

(tw for transphobia, minor but still there)

The town’s lights are beautiful and it’s far less crowded than Temasek, and his shirt isn’t stuck to him with sweat either. A cool breeze ruffles the cerulean’s curly hair, bringing with it the distant salt smell of the ocean as he walks down the path to the trailers for the actors, grimacing.

If only he could stroll wherever he wanted, find a good spot and pull out the thriller he’s in the middle of. See if he’s right about who the legislacerator is going to frame for their corruption.

He sighs deeply, scratching idly at the stubble he knows he’ll have to trim soon before it starts becoming a real beard and getting in the way. Nothing for it.

He knocks on the door of the trailer he needs, the metal door cold against his knuckles, and immediately steps aside as the door bursts open and his shirtless ancestor steps out into the moonlight, grinning and flexing. His pants are shiny and dark blue, with - oh spirits - initials sewn on the pockets.

Goh Tat Ailaht is the most embarrassing troll Hazard’s ever met, and that includes everyone who checks out the bad porn novels he’s had to avoid eye contact with at the library.

“It’s mah booooooy!” says the older blueblood, singsong, throwing a well-muscled arm around his descendant’s shoulders. As always, it’s an effort to not shove him off, but it’d be no use - Goh Tat’s always been as clingy as he as a showoff.

“Sir.” He replies curtly, and with an excessive sigh, the taller troll releases his grip. He walks backwards away from the trailer to face his descendant, hands up in a gesture of faux-surrender.

“A’ight, a’ight, have it your way, little man. All business as always, such a drag. What’s got you so hot and bothered you marched all the way out here? You never come to visit.”

It’s said mock-mournfully, with a drooping lower lip, but Hazard knows it doesn’t matter how much he comes to visit, or if he visits at all.

“I want to hold an exploration contest in the library.” He says flatly. “With a reward offered if anyone finds anything hidden or that we didn’t know was there. Obviously they won’t, but I was thinking the publicity would be good. You could display some of your recent finds there instead of waiting for the next museum opening.”

Goh Tat strokes his own stubbly chin thoughtfully, the mocking glitter turned to something more calculating. He looks at Hazard with a more appraising eye, as if really seeing him now, and nods.

“Sure, make a party of it. Hey, we can show some of my latest episodes too! Liven the place up! But you, Haz...well, if you’re gonna do this, you better get your act together, y’know.”

Here it comes.

The elder Ailaht circles behind his descendant, placing his hands on the 12 sweep old’s shoulders, this time with a grip hard enough to hurt. Hazard knows better than to ask him to move, or to struggle. He grits his teeth inside his closed mouth, careful not to show any outward signs of discomfort.

“Look at you.” says the playful, soft voice, sliding into his ears like an oiled stiletto. One hand leaves his shoulder to poke his side, the finger jabbing in his stomach with force he knows from experience will leave a bruise. Blueblood resilience is useless against greater blueblood strength.

“Still so squishy. I thought you were gonna get yourself all fixed up this sweep, huh? I sent you those pills, the best diet mags I could find, hair products and horn creams. Why do you gotta ignore me, Haz? Looking like this, embarrassing us? You had it rough, starting off a girl - but damn, I didn’t think you’d stay this way forever.”

He hasn’t been a girl for six sweeps. That was a different person. An entirely other life.

“You know I can always have the caverns cook up another one for me.” He chides, waving a finger in front of his descendant’s face. “One who actually has our line’s psi.”

Goh Tat’s too lazy to fill out the paperwork for that, but a treacherous burst of anxiety still fills the librarian’s digestive sac.

“Do it, then.” mutters Hazard, staring at the grass. “I could use the help.”

Mercifully, the crushing grip is lifted as the muscular man laughs, crossing his arms instead and spinning back around so he stands in front of the shorter troll.

“You’re funny, Haz, that’s why I won’t do it...yet. And at least you’re not as stupid as Bohaai was.”

The name makes Hazard remember cheering, screaming crowds. Blood on his hands, dirt on his face.

Goh Tat smiling, smiling wide as his whole head, light glinting off his whitened fangs.

“No.” He states, flatter than ever, practically robotic in tone. “I’ll never be as stupid as Bohaai.”

His ancestor slaps him on the shoulder, smiling almost as wide he did in Hazard’s recollections. “Attaboy, there might be hope for you. Go do your quest bullshit or whatever it is. Ping my people about transporting the artifacts when it’s time, a’ight? I don’t want to hear about this ‘til it’s over - we have a lot of shooting to do.”

As if he would ever reach out unless it was absolutely necessary.

“Yes, sir.”

The older man winks at him and steps back into his trailer, slamming the door behind him.

As Hazard turns away, forcing his shoulders to stay down (he knows it’ll hurt if he hunches them), ignoring the pain in his side, he wishes he had a tenth of Bohaai’s foolish bravery.

He’d often argued with the other Ailaht. As a wriggler, he’d wished him gone countless times.

Then he had been, and the library had been so very, very empty.

Alternian law dictated the weak and stupid die, the strong and clever survive. Alternian custom glorified blueblood strength and will to kill, the aggressiveness that had taken the fleet into so many distant galaxies, conquering them world by world.

So why couldn’t he kill Goh Tat? It would be difficult, but hardly impossible. Why did the very idea make him sick?

Did his ancestor not replace him because he knew Hazard was too weak to strike back?

The librarian tried to push away the questions that had circled his mind many, many times before as he walked back down the path to his ship, shoving them down deep into his heart.

“Hello there! I’m Mew of the Expedition Society, well more like an honorary member. Ryan said that a human trainer named Goh was interested in Mews like me. So I thought I would give you a run down of my abilities and some my technical ‘pred–dee-censor’ used. For one thing, Past Mew was able to call Ryan—the human—that is to our world over a thousand years ago. ‘Cept they weren’t turned into Chespin just yet. They came here and helped battle a big bundle of Dark Matter alongside past Mew.

Dark Matter was a big puddle of sad-mad emotions from all the Pokémon in the world. So past Mew and Ryan couldn’t defeat it fully back then. My ancestor had to make some plans to safeguard the future which included sending his spirit into when Dark Matter would be active again… As a baby Mudkip who didn’t share any of the legendary’s memories.

She was named Lucky and became quite the troublemaker. Ryan, on the other hand, chose to have their memories erased so past mistakes were avoided. The world nearly ended three times before Ryan appeared. One was a meteor stopped by Team Gotcha on the Air Continent, two was the Planet being paralyzed in time by Team Frost Heart, and the third was a fraction of Darm Matter who became an evil snowflake that showed Kyurem a really bad future which the Hope (or Team Paradise) stopped.

Dark Matter came back and infected our worlds Tree of Life which represents the lifeblood of the entire planet. It’s also an actual tree with rainbow leaves rather than crystal. It semi-mind controlled a few Pokémon including Yveltal who all could turn Pokémon to stone to fuel strife. The negative blob uprooted the Tree trying to send us all into the sun. Lucky accepted Dark Matter, Ryan explained we Pokémon tend to have trouble working through negative feelings, so it stopped being a con-sense-ness.

So that’s time travel, spirit projection, also thousand year lasting barrier creation keyed into a specific person’s spirit…. I have the standard Mew abilities though I am apparently much stronger physically compared to past Mews. At least from what Xerneas tells me. Mister Nuzleaf and the Beheeyem got a taste of that when they took me to that weird spirit cave. (To get Lucky back when she completed Past Mew’s goal of getting rid of Dark Matter. She disappeared for a few months, which upset Ryan a bunch)

I’m still working out the turning invisible thing. I turn my eyes reflective and get blinded, at least that’s what Latias and Latios say I get stuck on. Also! If you ever need to be rescued or need help with something big, Ryan said you can use the iron Expedition Society Badge sent with this message to put a signal through to the Pokémon Nexus. It should get through since we tested this in Ultra Space with Solgaleo Nebby.

Lucky said she’s a full mudkip genetically so she kinda doesn’t count on your Pokédex things. And I am to ‘not let any sort of ball come in contact with my body’ if I visit you guys. I’m happy to provide my services as a move tutor if you want, transforming has its perks in this business.”

*There’s a grayish badge that looks like a pokeball with wings on the side. Six circle indents are along the Pokéball part. The middle seems to be able to press down.*

Ash: You guys have a Nebby, too? So cool! (though actually, it might be the same Nebby...)

Goh: Damn, I was itching to throw a pokéball at you I MEAN, HAHAHA, ignore that!

Well, regardless, I'm sure your services will come in handy when I catch my Mew or if I ever am badly in need of a move for some future mission!

Ash: ...I want to press the badge

Goh: Ash, no! What if we end up sent to that alternate, pokémon-only world?

Ash: Badge shiny

Goh: That's not a good reason to take unnecessary risks, Ash. Come on, now

Ash: Oh, fine 😔
