Headcanon Cavendish & Hakuba

Cavendish :

• is Pansexual

• secretly jealous and sad that Bartolomeo sees Luffy more as a star than him.

• can be a tsundere sometimes

• the fact Bartolomeo is not really fond of him making him special.

• Has a secretly crush on Bartolomeo.

• Bartolomeo saved him once while Hakuba tried to take over his body. He was half Cavendish and half Hakuba. He stabbed himself with his sword in their thight to get the focus but he lost control. Bartolomeo used his devil fruit powers and caged Hakuba. After Cavendish was in control he was weak and thanked him before he got unconscious. Bartolomeo carried him to his ship.

• he likes the concept of the fictional illness Hanahaki. He thinks it is absolutely dramatic and a very sorrowful romance.. He won't romanticize it but he finds it in every way very interesting. (That's why he eats Roses.. )

• He likes it when everthing is about him because of a childhood trauma of being not taking seriously or even get ignored by his parents.

• His Horse was his first and only friend as a child.

• Because of lacking love and safety from his parents he get a trauma and to safe himself his young teenage-self splited his personality. Hakuba was created to protect cavendish from everything that might hurt him. But Hakuba enjoyed to kill people so Cavendish was not okay with this. Since then both doesn't like each other anymore.

• even when he got so many fan girls who wants to date him Cavendish rejects them politely. He hadn't kissed someone before.

• Bartolomeo might be the only one who can stop Hakuba which would make them a good couple.

Hakuba:

• Is in someway asexual because he has no love interest in human beings. But he is a sadistic kinky.

• he is the endproduct of Cavendish's Trauma and became his splited personality.

• he has a blood kink and loves to play with his victims.

• He is not fond of Cavendish but since Cavendish is the main personality he accepted his fate and waits until he gets his chance to break through.

• he hates everyone mostly Bartolomeo.

• he does talk but not very often. He is the quite one.

• he seldom speaks with Cavendish in their head but Cavendish doesn't answer back. If so than only if there are enemy to handle.

• Hakuba is sadistic and masochistic.

• He has no interest in the one piece or in devil fruits in general. His only pleasure are hurting people. He is a hell of a dominant.

• even tho he doesn't care who his enemy is or what powers they have, he secretly hates Bartolomeo's devilfruitpower but also finds it interesting at the same time. (But he hates it very much when he can't cut through it)

• Hakuba is faster than Sonic the hedgehog.

Not my proudest thought, but when I first saw Cavendish/Hakuba I thought:

I'm surprised this isn't a thing (as far as I know) because I've been in many fandoms, and things get...

I wonder where Hakuba came from. If Cavendish was born with him, than that's concerning. That would also imply that either he didn't show himself until Cavendish was older or his parents covered up Hakuba's violent behavior.

However, as disturbing as the idea of Cavendish having a hyper-violent split-personality from birth is, in real life, people with dissociative identity disorder frequently report childhood physical and/or sexual abuse. With that in mind, I have even stronger concerns about what happened in Cavendish's childhood.

But, given that One Piece likes to include stuff that doesn't seem as bad as it could be until you think about it, I think that if more of Cavendish's past is revealed, he'll have been born with Hakuba. If Oda goes for the other thing I mentioned, then that's a place I wouldn't think that One Piece would openly go.

Cavendish feeling his heart break whenever his Darling asks why he never sleeps in bed with them if he's so obsessed with them, and why he rarely ever sleeps at all. He tries to explain that he can't let anything bad happen to his Darling, and that something ALWAYS happens whenever he's sleeping around others. Sometimes restraints don't even work to keep himself confined.

Unfortunately, Darling assumes he's just afraid of being vulnerable and risking their escape. When they manage to slip some pills into his tea and he collapses onto the bed, they see Hakuba for the first time and instantly realize Cavendish wasn't lying. And when Hakuba pins Darling to the nearest surface, grabbing and tearing their clothes, biting them harshly, panting with a manic grin as Darling cries for help...they regret ever thinking that Cavendish was anything but a gentleman, even after he'd kidnapped them
