K so a continuation of what I was saying about the whole thing of like Mickey never came back and epic Mickey 2 never really happened.
So Mickey left and wasteland was all good and well until the mad doctor came back with a new and improved blot known as the blotamatronic. This blot more powerful than ever almost unbeatable unless you had the ability to use paint and thinner to your will. Yet the only toon who could do that was Mickey and he’s gone for good. After months of refuge in ostown Oswald decides to go to his office/lab on Mickey junk mountain (it was never destroyed it just had sat dormant for a long while) to continue a project he was working on before Mickey came. After leaving the projector broke to ostown stranding Oswald away from his family and fellow toons. But he was still able to go to his tower a long lost home on Mickey junk mountain. He finished his experiment, an experiment that could change the flow of ink in a toon to create the ability to manipulate paint and thinner to their will. Oswald used this experiment on himself, turning him into an ink wastelander ( the thought that toons are made of a mix of paint and thinner (ink) and one can manipulate it). He travelled to mean street through one of the only working projectors to discover the max doctor and his blotworx waiting there for him (not including blotamatronic).
He threatens Oswald but Oswald used his newly found power on the mad doctor dissolving a little part of the outer layer of idk holding the doc together. The doc flees making it his mission to destroy Oswald and wasteland as it is seen. Oswald goes through more hardship than ever seeing kidnapped toons being used for the docs blotamatronic, he embarks on treacherous missions to save toons, wasteland and most importantly his family.
Hey ventures alone his thoughts haunting him wherever he goes, while rebuilding wasteland saving toons and endangering his own life for his world. Epic Oswald: the never told story.
Honestly I love this kind of AU that I thought up, but I did take inspiration from @owldart animatic of Oswald called upgrade I’ll link it so you guys can see it it’s pretty cool! So yeah I probably will develop the story more but right now I’m just going to work on some already existing projects so yeah. Btw if u have any cool ideas for this AU hit me up.

It's been nice seeing these guys again. : ) Even if one's getting reprimanded a Lot by everyone, lately. (dw Delta Deserves It. He's Fine. Wudlig has a doctorate in wrestling, too.)
Wudlig, Delta and the Engineer all played by @modmad
I'm opening up ko-fi commissions for sketches! These are five dollars each for a full figure with options for upgrades at a reduced rate for the holidays! Come take a look if you'd like.
After battles, Hunter gets patched up most of the time. But it seems he is not the only one this time. Kris had pushed Hunter out of the way of a nasty attack. Kris and Hunter thankfully got out of that one with only nicks. Cassidy is the medic for Hunter's group. She's probably saying something about how they are really alike like this.
Kris belongs to @owldart
If you want to know more about injuries and how Aberration like Hunter heals in this world go under the cut.
Ok, Aberrations are known to be made of magic. Hunter's situation at that moment is not good-but he will be ok-. The steam or smoke coming out from him is magic energy the thing that makes him, him. Aberrations -more specifically nutcrackers- have a crystal inside. It and them are magic, and it can store more magic than what they already have. That makes them have more power or helps them move around and exist. When a nutcracker loses the magic when they are cracked open badly or shattered they start to fade away.
Cassady finds Hunter in these situations too often. Which would be very bad Hunter should have faded by now leaving a husk that will fade away as well in time. But Hunter is around a lot of magic way more than most nutcrackers in the dome leaving him be more powerful and being able to take injuries that would have killed many others. But it has made Hunter more sensitive to magic changes and him relying on it too much even he doesn't know it. It also could corrupt him if he's not careful.
Healing- It depends on an Aberrations composition one that is similar to humans can be patched in sorta normal ways to humans but they will need more intake of magic if they lose a lot. But Aberrations that are similar to the nutcrackers- there is a lot that is kinda the same to them- needs magic intake almost right away depending on the injury. You repair them faster if you grab the pieces they lost -but if you can't find all of them get the bigger pieces, bigger pieces mean that they don't have to regenerate it. You can provide them costent magic and place item that is similar to what they are made of -like wood or stone or gems or water- can help them regenerate what they lots.
Feeling better- they just need magic and maybe food if they want to eat. Like nutcrackers don't need to eat or drink but they do for fun and comfort.
The reference sheet literally gives away who I'm animating-

So, I guess when I saw Kris on @owldart blog, for some damn reason, he reminded me of Benson from Regular Show. So I have decided to draw Kris with Benson's voice.
Did this a while back after whatchin’ @owldart stream a hat in time, so I decided to doodle this piece of our ocs, mainly because Kris is adorable when a chaotic good child and I love the time rift level’s aesthetics
