People make jokes about Nemona getting a Komo-o and Milotic while brainwashed and go 'haha, she evolved them went all the way across the mountain to loop back to the loyal three monument', without realizing what that means in terms of where Pecharunt went.

A pretty large portion of the Kitakami pokemon Nemona can get are ones either on the mountainside /or/ at the crystal pool. And a frankly concerning amount are, as a result uh... Really, really close to where Dreaded Den is.

So... Pecharunt very likely went to Dreaded Den because it uh. Didn't know where the masks were. So they... went to where Ogrepon lives, last time they checked. Because they assumed they'd be back there. Y'know. Because doing that re:the masks went so great last time. And they specifically went back there with Nemona Specifically in tow.

Larry has never seen an issue with your height, nor his, or the gap between those numbers. Sure he has to bend himself down just a little for his lips to meet yours, but really, he doesn't mind doing that with his posture already as it is.

And truthfully you don't mind it either. Sacrificing just a little of your nick's well-being is all deserved when the reward is a kiss from your beloved overworked partner.

Alternatively, Larry would often choose to kiss the top of your head or your forehead. Simple fleeting kisses, just how he often prefers it. With a hand placed firmly on your shoulder, he would lean in carefully, planting a firm kiss on your skin, before looking back at you giggling at his reddened cheek.

Although with kisses from you - you often have to force him down affectionately. Usually by his tie. He secretly loves it when you do it unexpectedly. Just tugging on his cloud-patterned tie and pulling him down to your level just to give him a kiss on the cheek - no, he already bent down this much, might as well get an actual kiss now, shouldn't he?

But lately Larry has a new favorite. It started when the two of you were out on a picnic in one of the open fields around Medali. When he was sitting peacefully, surrounded by one or two wild Komalas and Dudunsparce, you were out by the grass with your own pokemon being busy, as you said, telling him to stay right where he is while you fetch him his surprise.

When he was mindlessly petting the wild pokemon as his own, he didn't realize that his Staraptor -  who had perched their beak on his head from behind him - had moved away to the side as you approached him from the back.

He was then pleasantly surprised when a light ring fell and fit itself atop of his head, followed by your arms excitedly finding their way around his shoulders.

He chuckled. Quite the rare occasion, actually. To the point that you flustered yourself at the sound of his gleeful giggle. Finally looking up to you while keeping the flower crown in place, he pulled you down by your cheek tenderly to give you a reverse kiss.

"Thank you, darling," he muttered to your parted lips with just the slight hint of smile, caressing your cheek, somewhat enjoying the idea that his simple display of satisfaction can make your heart flutter so much. Then again, he also beats restlessly when you display such an adorable act towards him.

"Shall I give you another reward?"
