i’ve really been in a y2k era animation nostalgia kick for a while lately theres just something about the shapes and angles and colors that is just missing from present day designs. the artists were able to create such visually gripping and vibrant sets while also maintaining such simplistic styles and really appreciate the style for its ability to have such a high ratio of like. impact vs quantity of lines drawn or movements animated
