Breakfast: a piece of the pumpkin pie I baked (312 calories??) and coffee

3pm geocaching

7pm go to a birthday party

Oh my god I love but hate alcohol. I consumed so fucking many calories. I hate myself right now

Just because they show their are not worried bout your ED anymore. doesn’t mean THEY are NOT WORRIED bout your ED!!! KEEP GOING!!!!!! 99% they are worried in the back of their head!!!

they never stopped worrying they stop trying to force you!!! But they still can SEE what’s happening. people are not blind!!! just tried of going in circles & getting no where. but I promise if you get worse with time they will start to make lil comments!!!!
