listen i know sense8 ended a while ago but just imagine for a moment that you are rajan rasal. you have sent your wife away to paris, knowing that this may irreparably harm your relationship, because there are credible threats against you for cooperating in a corruption investigation. some time passes. you go to france to see your wife when you can, to hopefully work things out. you've been getting some weird communication from a medical organization looking for her, but she's a biochemist so that isn't that weird, right? you show up at the apartment you bought for her. first thing you see is another man walking down the hall in nothing but a towel. is she cheating on you? then you see a woman chopping something in the kitchen. is she super cheating on you + whoashesbisexualididntknowthat.jpg? next you see a large group of people with some intense computer set up and weird conspiracy board. a man comes up to you and addresses you by name and with a very friendly tone but he's speaking swahili (you don't speak swahili. does your wife speak swahili?) you mention the medical organization that contacted you about and one of the strangers pulls out a gun. you are given a microscope. your wife tells you that people are trying to kill her but they are different people than the ones trying to kill you. you are escaping across the rooftop when a couple of the group run back inside and the man your wife had been holding hostage escapes. you go back inside shortly thereafter to find a bunch of unconscious police. the rest of the group prepares to leave. no one has explained anything to you. this all happens in about ten minutes.

Wolfgang, loving you has opened my eyes to a world that I didn’t think existed outside of the movies.” She noticed Wolfgang’s amused smile. The blockers kicked in already and she couldn’t connect with his feelings, but Kala believed she didn’t need that connection to know exactly what he was thinking. “Which isn’t inherently a good thing either, so don’t get too cocky.

“And Rajan, loving you has been like an awakening: it was slow at first, then I felt it all at once.” Rajan was looking at her with the same look he gave her the day they got married, as if she’d hung the stars in the sky.

“But here’s where I am extremely conflicted, because what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to choose when all I can think is that choosing either of you would mean losing the other one forever? What’s the proper thing to do? To stay with my husband when the other man I love is on the other side of the world but still has a direct way to my thoughts and feelings? And what does it say about me that I am seriously considering a solution where no one has to go?”

i am a bit confused (surprise, it's Sense8) but - when Kala (mind)fucked Wolfgang was she physically fucking her husband irl? So when Wolfgang was fucking Kala was he actually fucking/ getting fucked by Rajan?

And also also - if i'm right about rajan-kala while kala is mindfucking wolfgang, then again, once again, kala is totally such a villain to poor rajan, who so far has not done a single thing wrong (other than accounting irregularities or whatever it was he was talking about, and having a shit dad, which is not his fault). the horror of this, of having someone mentally completely somewhere else, with someone else, while using your body doesn't seem less to me because the person being so used in this equation is a man.

it's so weird that this show is making me a rajan advocate, when he's exactly the kind of connected-and-smug dude i clash with all the time in my corner of asia.

Love this throuple. I'm just worried about Rajan tho, that he might feel out of place. 'Coz let's be honest, Wolfgang and Kala has this special connection. They experience the same thing the other is experiencing, they can mentally visit each other, something Rajan can never understand. Not to mention how Wolfgang and Kala were so madly in love with each other right on the get go. But it's also something good to note that Rajan's connection and relationship with Kala was built with patience and trust. Well, I can't speak anything much about his relationship with Wolfgang because we were robbed of 3 season worth of slow-burn love contents for that dynamic but all I can is that it is built with love but mostly, respect.
