Because Splinter was going through something horrific as his body was altered against his will (whether man to rat or rat to man depends on continuity) and he found four random turtles going through the same thing and went out of his way to car for them too. And then he lived in fear of humans because of what he thought they might do to his family and still accepted Casey and April despite that.

Okay so some of them are related yes but that doesnt stop the found family okay???? Draxum got a redemption arc and reaccepted into the family, April has been with the turtles and has been their big sister for like, 8 years or something meaning like half their lives cuz theyre teenagers, Cassandra changed sides to the people that showed her true love and care and loyalty, and Casey Jr. might not be blood related to the turtles but they think of him as family and they raised him. Leo is his apocolypse dad!

Concept: Michael gets revived by Jack but instead of going back to Earth, he stays in Heaven, thinking he has to. After having betrayed the Winchesters, he doesn't even contemplate that Jack would let him go. Besides, in his own mind, he betrayed Adam's memory by going back to Chuck, so he has no right to return to his side anyway.

He DOES check that Adam got revived, comforted by the knowledge that he now has a shot at a normal human life. (Which... oh buddy...)

Michael doesn't assume a leader position of course - Castiel's child is God now and would (so he thinks) probably strike him down if he tried to take a position of power. Besides, Michael has no such ambitions anymore. All he wants is to be with Adam - but he can't. Working as just another angel in Heaven is his punishment.

Gabriel gets, respectively takes, a leader role alongside Jack and Cas, which kind of reverses his and Michael's prior roles. Not that Gabriel was unimportant before, but he wasn't exactly the Prince of Heaven.

It's weird for everyone involved. For the regular angels, working alongside Michael is odd and slightly creepy. For Gabriel, seeing his older brother carry out his orders is... strange. There's a kind of vindication to it, but it also feels wrong.

Raphael is constantly trying to get Michael to be more pro-active. As the former Viceroy of Heaven, Michael knows how a lot of things works, or at least used to work. But Michael is mostly silent and while he's nowhere near lazy, he also doesn't do anything that wasn't mandated by Jack/Cas/Gabe.

Raphael doesn't push Michael to become a leader, exactly, but they're increasingly worried about how distant he seems. Michael was never the angel who smiled most, but he was emotional - his anger could flare up quite a bit. Now he just seems... dead inside.

Eventually, Raphael, though wary of the new God at first, brings these concerns up to Jack. (They tried going to Gabriel, but Gabriel is still too angry about all that happened before and just dismisses Raphael's worries, saying that Michael is fine, he's always been a dick. Meanwhile Gabriel himself is actually worried by Michael's behaviour, but he's not about to admit that.)

Anyway, Rapahael brings it up to Jack, who summons Michael to ask him about it. I'm not sure if Michael would be very forth coming about his feelings in that conversation, but EVENTUALLY, the cat gets out of the bag: That Michael sees being back in Heaven as a punishment. That he doesn't think he would be allowed back on Earth.

Jack DOES allow it though, it just never ocurred to them to make this explicit. (Cas and Gabe are both worried about Michael going to Earth, but they also know that Jack could just essentially snap him out of existence like Chuck did, so they don't put up too much of a fight.)

Puzzled and thinking it's a trap/a test at first, Michael is very hesitant. But perhaps he can just go see Adam and make sure he's doing alright? Yeah. Yeah, he's gonna do that.

Meanwhile, Adam has been having a TERRIBLE time without Michael. He's had to accept help from his brothers, the worst thing a 19-1,219 year old can be forced to do. He's tried to get back on his own feet, but it's hard when you keep spacing out and forget to eat for days at a time.

There was a point where Adam was almost sure that Michael was back - he felt something. But Sam and Dean say he's dead and how would he be back? Besides, if he WERE back, why wouldn't he have come back to Adam? (He's not sure if it's worse to think as Michael being out there, having abandoned him, or as dead.)

So when Michael DOES come back... There's a lot of tears and yelling involved. It both hurts Michael and soothes him, because on the one hand he hurt Adam! But on the other hand, Adam MISSED him. He didn't think anyone would. (Adam calls him stupid for that about a million times.)

Anyway. Big reunion. Adam says sayonara to Sam and Dean, now a grin on his face for the first time in weeks/months. (There are still tears in his eyes though.)

And off they go, Adam and Michael, flying to that one diner where the burgers were especially good. Maybe they'll go to Jupiter next. Who knows.

The whole universe is at their wingtips.

Been thinking all night about Felix Damery, my beloved previous Chat Noir OC based on the PV Felix.

He was Chat Noir in the late 90′s alongside his Ladybug (now long-term girlfriend) and a team of fellow teen superheroes with non-miraculous related powers.

Plagg cursed the ring to his hand because he did not want to be a superhero and it took years of growing pains before Felix actually accepted and began to enjoy his role as Chat Noir. By the time the curse was broken by True Love’s Kiss from his Ladybug, Felix was already a hero in his own right.

Felix’s father Raphael was a magical terrorist and the Butterfly Holder before Gabriel. Aside from having a Miraculous Raphael had a criminal empire on his own, and Felix’s final confrontation with his father was just bad.

Luckily Rapahael is in prison for life and this can never backfire on him.

After his father went to prison, Felix took his father’s weapons company (Damery Developmental) and essentially gutted it aside from a small division he kept open with the sole purpose of making gadgets for his superhero friends.

Felix’s main focus helping his long-term girlfriend expand her grandfather’s wedding dress company. He’s rich enough he doesn’t actually need to be working, but he cares about Bridget and wants to see her succeed.

Literally moved to New York and hasn’t returned since his father’s arrest.

Actually that’s a lie he and Bridget moved back to Paris after the Miraculous New York special cause they had some Concerns(tm) after Hawkmoth’s stunt with the NYC heroes.

Due to Plagg’s fuckery and his father’s fuckery, Felix kept a lot level version of some of his Chat Noir powers in his civilian identity. He never uses them, but they’re there if he needs them.

Felix has an ugly, deep scar on his right hand from where his finger was almost cut off in an attempt to get his miraculous.

Hello ~ hope u good :D I wanted to ask if you could describe how the vampires laugh. I'm currently in a bad down phase, but when someone really has to laugh, it always cheers me up a little ~

Aaron:

Aaron doesn't laugh much, but when he does, it's always very sincere and cute laughter. His nose crinkles and his voice gets a little higher given how deep it is. His laughter definitely reaches his eyes and if you said something to court him, he'll definitely hug you thigh and tell you how cute/funny you are. He's the type of person that glows a little after laughing. He laughs fully, no hands to cover his mouth or restraint. It's not obnoxious and it's very contagious too. If he laughs too much in a room, everyone will follow.

Beliath:

His laughter is charming when it's not something extremely funny. It's controlled, sincere and somewhat sexy, but if he's enjoying himself too much, he's gonna wheeze and slap his thigh. Boy laughs like a kettle and that's what we stan. Ethan often has to cover one ear because he bends to his side and laughs near his ear, his face becomes red and he gets teary eyes. His laughter is either EXTREMELY annoying or contagious, depends on how much of a meme lord you are. He laughs alone after the joke is over too. Giggles A LOT when gossiping.

Raphael:

He snickers and giggles most of the times. That's probably a habit he got from the restraints that come from being in a library constantly. He isn't noisy, and if he's actually reading, he'll cover his mouth with the book and close his eyes very tightly. When he's with someone he likes, he leans into them to giggle on their chest and hide his face. He isn't ashamed or anything, but anything that amuses him is just so funny that he can't help but try to avoid being extremely noisy (he's the one who giggles with Beliath and Vlad while gossiping, don't fall for his good boy traps!). He laughs fully sometimes too, it's a very pleasant, rhythmic laughter.

Vladimir:

10/10 times will try to stifle it, do a very pretty and joyful "HAHAP-hihihi!" Or a "HAAAAAA-hahahaha". It's kinda noisy at first, but if pretty was a laughter, it would definitely be Vladimir's. His eyes crinkle and he covers his mouth with his fingers, covering his pretty smile. If he's on his own with you, he's going to laugh and smile openly tho. He giggles when he's gossiping or when you flirt with him in am obnoxious manner just to make him laugh at your dumb antics. He also clutches his stomach if things get too amusing for him. His legs feel a Lil' weak too. He's a cutie. He blushes if you stare at his squishy cheeks!

Ethan:

His laughter is rather cute, really childish and with a good sprinkle of devilish mockery. His nose also crinkles and he's all over the place. If he's very close to you, might shake you around a little if you laughed too. He cries easily, and he doesn't ever giggle lowly unless it's because he's bring shy or flirty. The type to shake a lot when he laughs and if he notices you're paying attention to his cute smiling face, he's going to get back to his tsundere self.

Ivan:

His laughter is something only gremlins could muster up. He starts snickering with his mouth closed, nose crinkled and clutching his stomach, then he pauses in a breathless moment, pulls air in and laughs the most obnoxious, contagious and funny laughter you could ever hear. If you hear Ivan laugh for real, you're prone to laugh with him even if you hate him. His laugh turns pretty in the end and then it's over. He laughs quietly a lot and you have to shake him sometimes to remember him to bREATHE or else he's going to laugh silently and just shake without anyone noticing.

1. Sarethiel. So long as they do their thing and leave Gabriel alone, it’s okay. But never, ever trust them.

2. Auriel is a fairly neutral force. She’s loyal to Heaven and she does her job well, and helps Israfel mediate when necessary, but you don’t know her all that well.

3. Hanael. Why, why does she have so much energy? Seriously. Someone needs to tell her to tone down the religious fervor just a bit. She’s young and a bit naive.

4. Michael: Well, we all know how well they get along. House on fire with gasoline spraying all over.

5. Raphael. There’s a level of mutual respect, but to be fair, you don’t think Rapahael likes anyone much. Or thinks highly of anyone either.

6. Israfel. Well, he’s obviously the best. He supports you and loves you unconditionally, is always there for you and has your back.
