Heart String Marionette: Samhaine Tsuke Headcannons

(Thanks @cockysassy for helping me with this)

■ He likes to read fantasy stories/fairytales from time to time, though only goes for the original versions.

■ Samhaine like to meditate when he’s not slaying monsters or travelling the lands.

■ Samhaine is able to stand perfectly still for long periods of time. He can get mistaken for a statue at times.

■ If he manages to get drunk (which is extremely rare), he’ll become very sleepy and barely speak.

■ During conversations he would go completely quiet, self-absorbed and suddenly start to deliver LONG lectures on a topic that has nothing to do with the initial conversation. If someone were to interject and tell him that he’s going off topic, he’ll reply with a low hum or “…I see.” And stays quiet for a while.

■ He’s extremely hard to scare, he has killed monsters more bigger and intimidating than him. Nothing phases the man.

■ Very quick on his feet and can dodge attacks very quickly. It’s one of the perks of being a marionette.

■ Samhaine can put his hand up against an open flame and not flitch. He even accidentally burnt himself because he held his arm out to an open flame for too long without realising it.

■ He usually mediates in his free time when not writing or fighting anything. It usually involves finding somewhere secluded and just sitting somewhere.

■ Don’t stick your hand in his chest; he’ll grab it really hard, pull it away from his chest and slap you hard upside the head or forcefully shove you away from him defensively.

■ Is very patient, though he does have his limits that should not be tested. He’d either ignore everything or just leave.

■ It takes a long while for him to open up to someone physically and emotionally. When he does open up, he’ll talk more often and open up about himself but not much about his past, he’s very touchy on that.

Note

How do you think your characters sound like? Like what do you think the characters would officially sound like if they had voice acting? (Blight, Doux, Viola, Batter, etc.)

Doux would sound like how he does in-game, Blight would sound like Samhaine Tsuke from Heart String Marionette, and Viola would sound like either Hania Zdunek or Madame Macabre from youtube.

Those are the only the only ones I have headcanon voices for

Samhaine Tsuke Romantic Headcannons

🖤 Is terrible with hints. You could blatantly be flirting with him and he wouldn’t see it. Even if you or someone pointed it out, he wouldn't fully process it cause he hadn’t been flirted with before (besides SiouXsie).

🖤 He has trouble expressing romantic feelings, he spends a lot of time in denial of any crushes he has, but it will still be evident when you’re trying to get more closer/be attentive to him.

🖤 Loves holding your hands, both as a means of affection and not having you get lost.

🖤 Samhaine knows it wouldn't be very appealing to talk about demonic creatures, scary clowns or death, so outside of his philosophical ramblings he feels completely lost.

🖤 So you will have to get used to taking the lead when talking about stuff. You may have to encourage him to explore new things, it takes a lot of time to get him to talk more about himself, his tastes or his feelings, much more than his traumatic experiences.

🖤 It takes a LOT of time for him to be willing to receive signs of affection. At first you’ll think he is distant and indifferent to the feelings of others but you realize sooner rather than later that he is a puppet/person who still has feelings.

🖤 When Samhaine realizes that there is someone really willing to listen to what he has to say from in his heart, he expresses his most noble and loving feelings (though still has to keep his demeanour up).

🖤 He isn’t very social when it comes to going out, so you may have to some talking for him. He’s fine with going out and doing stuff with you, but does prefer to be alone (usually with you).

🖤 When it comes to dancing with you, he likes slow dancing specifically. Having you in his arms makes his heart skip a beat (more or less).

🖤 Is willing to give you a piggyback ride, just don’t ask for one too often cause he’ll say no.

🖤 If you give him a gift, he’ll definitely keep it with him. Mainly as a reminder of you.
