Anon from before, Poison Ivy is a DC character who controls plants and often uses extreme methods to try to protect the environment, she can be sympathetic , a psychopath and sometimes hero depending on who is writing her, all of those portrayals work because she is a complex character, I guess that might be why she reminds me of snape a little they are both complex.
Oooooo…yep, sounds Snapey to me

A few years ago I was asked to make a family tree and even write a paper about my ancestors. This led me to find out about one of my great great great grandma who apparently had a lot of mysteries and folklore around her. Many people called her a witch and many were convinced of it cause apparently one day she, an aunt and a friend were invited to a party. The aunt and the friend left before her and decided to walk to the party. While on their walk no body passed them and a wolf ran by them in the woods along the path. When they get to the place, there’s grandma waiting for them on the porch. They have no idea how she got there before them cause they took the quickest path and saw no body else their entire walk.
This made me both super excited and sad cause, Holy shit I have a shapeshifting witch ancestor!!?! But also I guess she never passed down the knowledge or if she did it was erased out cause you know witchcraft is dangerous I guess. But I wanna be able to shapeshift :(

HELP ME I FORGOT YOU’RE FROM THE SOUTH 🧍♀️🧍♀️🧍♀️ since i’m from the north, unless i memorised the voice, whenever i read things i’ll usually read it with that classic north american-sometimes-seems-canadian accent.
uncle b is so real for that, though.
but, yes, my mama is very cool. she used to be punk in the 80s 🤭🤭🤭
Well, hes from the south. I'm more midwest. I think Oklahoma would be considered midwest. But that accent? Tf does it sound like?
Honesrly, Uncle B is pretty cool.
YOUR MAMA USED TO BE A PUNK?!?! OML WHAT?! THATS SO COOL!
My moma was born in 1980. Dad was born in 1974. I got pictures of my moma somewhere in the 90s (I think) and she kinda looked like a hippie kinda not? And I got pictures of when my dad graduated highschool. I showed one of my irl friends and they said something along the lines of "really? THATS your dad?" (They said he was handsome.)

watching the sdcc panel and i am just very :) about how sweet their answers to “what are some of the micro moments from the game that have stuck with you the most over the years?” are. taliesin saying what the fuck is up with that which was the first like The Party Gets To Know Each Other moments of c3. travis saying asking his wife if he could kiss her in campaign. marisha going way back to the cannonball competition in campaign one. ashley choosing the beauyasha date but also just the silly goat noise matt made. liam adding onto that to compliment matt roleplaying grass so well and then saying his favourite moment was writing a story for laura and reading it to her as caleb for jester. and then matt saying that was his answer, and that his favourite moments of the game are when they find ways to give gifts to each other whether tangible or not. and sam saying his favourite moments have less to do with the story and is more so when he can just. see his friends across the table from him. when marisha perches and when laura and ashley are (badly) drawing dicks and liam saying he loves when sam sneezes and ashley tells him to stop it and just. yeah. they Are an extremely popular online powerhouse, but i’m so happy that they’re also friends building a world together out of gifts to and love for one another.
like i Am so enamoured with the characters and the world of exandria but the moments when you can feel the love that those people have for each other reach out from behind the stained glass of their performances (to steal a metaphor from brennan lee mulligan) are so extremely special and i am endlessly grateful that they decided to share their silly little home game with the world.

Since Fu and his methods have been kinda debated on in this fandom, I've just making sure. Is Marinette over-positiving her memories with Fu since she blames herself for him getting mind-wiped or would he be really scold her on recklessness and taking care of herself?
former. grieving his memory wipe is making any kindness he did seem to gleam like precious stars in her memory, which is making it hit that much harder. she's definitely spiraling around losing him right now, and not seeing the reality that he chose child soldiers to fight a supervillain. he really might've scolded her for being reckless, but nowhere near as lovingly as she's imagining he would - she's putting positive words in his phantom mouth because his loss hurts her more than she's willing to communicate, and its become the cornerstone of her isolation.

hello I saw your tags - can i ask about alectophant theory?!
Alectophant is my exhaustively researched and very serious theory that Alecto's problem with the body John made is not that it's a blonde barbie body, nor simply that it's a physical or human body at all, but:
Nona chortled. “Not one bit.” Nona hated having hands.
“Well, tell me your theories,” Nona demanded, feeling much better from sheer excitement. “Say them out loud. Am I nice? Am I good-looking? Do I have lots of friends? Does everyone listen to me? How many legs do I have?"
Nona made her body stand on its two feet. Two feet—the worst number for feet; not so many that they were ever useful, not so few that you didn’t have to think about them.
John had made her so ugly, so unbearably ugly. The terrible face, with the terrible arms and legs and the terrible middle part, and the terrible hair, and the terrible ears: the nose too short, the ears too brief.
her ideal body is an elephant.
Problems Nona has with human form:
hands are dumb
two is a dumb number of feet
(her only specifics about the body John made) nose too short, ears too brief
Features of an elephant:
zero hands (who needs them!)
four feet (a useful number!)
enormous (and practical!) ears
a VERY long nose that's way more useful than stupid hands
And, finally:
Nona looked down at the animal she had drawn, and thought perhaps she understood. She said, “No, I made it up. It does work, I promise. See these things? They’re its ears,” she said, in much the same tones as she would have explained to Kevin. “This thing is its nose, and you can’t see it because I didn’t draw it, but the mouth is under here. When first it was born it used to live in a river, but then it got cold so it had to get large. I know the legs can’t rotate, but you don’t think that’s stupid, do you?” She looked up at Camilla and the Angel, then said, “Am I in trouble?”
She draws one for the Angel.
In conclusion:
