Si hablamos de animación 2D viene a mi mente este clásico de Dreamworks 😌 Simbad es sin duda una de mis 3 películas favoritas del estudio, la esencia y la historia es realmente memorable. El que no la haya visto debería verla ahora mismo sin dudarlo. Las escenas te atrapan y uno siente que forma parte de su mágica aventura rumbo a Tártaro. El anuncio fue realizado en una rueda de prensa a su salida del Hospital Real, instalación en la cual estuvo convaleciente durante cinco meses tras ser rescatado por séptima vez consecutiva de un naufragio, del cual fue, al igual que en las anteriores oportunidades, el único sobreviviente.

👮‍♀ Sinbad, active in both clearnet and the darkweb, offered the opportunity to mix Bitcoins, ensuring transaction anonymity. However, suspicions of rebranding from another service, Blender.io, circulated among analysts and forum users, adding mystery to its true origins.

👮‍♀ According to a press release from the United States Department of the Treasury, Sinbad would have played a crucial role in laundering cryptocurrencies for the Lazarus Group, a state actor presumably linked to North Korea. The charges include laundering part of the $100 million stolen from Atomic Wallet users in June 2023, as well as funds from Axie Infinity and Horizon Bridge in 2022. A sinister connection between Sinbad and the stolen funds has now come to an end, but the implications of the operation reverberate throughout the cryptocurrency world.

👮‍♀ To understand the importance of Sinbad and BTC Mixer services, we must delve into the workings of the blockchain and the Bitcoin world. Bitcoin, known for its pseudonymity, uses unique alphanumeric wallets generated through various means, such as Electrum.

👮‍♀ However, pseudonymity means that transactions and addresses can be monitored by anyone through services like Blockchain.com's Explorer. By entering a Bitcoin address into a search engine, all associated transactions can be viewed, jeopardizing users' financial privacy.

👮‍♀ This is where BTC Mixers come into play. These services, in exchange for a fee, allow users to send Bitcoin to wallets specified by the service. These Bitcoins are then mixed with others from various sources and sent to one or more wallets specified by the user during the "mixing" phase. This process makes it extremely difficult to trace the real path of Bitcoins to their final destination, ensuring a higher level of privacy.

👮‍♀ In recent years, governments have sought to regulate the wild world of cryptocurrencies, a decentralized and borderless environment. The acronyms KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and SOF (Source of Funds) have become integral to this process.

🔍 - KYC (Know Your Customer): Used by official platforms and exchanges, it requires identity documents and selfies to associate transactions and wallets with individuals.

🔒 - AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Assigns a score to transactions and wallets, categorizing them into risk tiers. Official exchanges follow these classifications.

🌐 - SOF (Source of Funds): Required when converting cryptocurrencies to local currency. It uses the wallet's history and aims to discourage the sale of cryptocurrencies of dubious origin.

👮‍♀ The existence of these rules has led to the creation of BTC Mixers offering Bitcoin with a good AML score, bypassing official exchange checks. This subculture of mixers seeks to exploit the limited technical understanding of many exchange users, providing "clean" Bitcoins at the expense of victims' account security.

En árboles de luz de la serena almunia la carne de las frutas suda gotas de oro, y la inmensa Bagdad dormijosa desmaya bajo el cielo asfixiante que el gran río azula.

Son las dos de la siesta. Al fondo de las salas frescas y silenciosas se sirve el almuerzo y el marino Simbad, bajo recios tapices, con gesto taciturno pasa la alcarraza.

Comen cordero asado y pasteles de almendra, dejan correr la vida, oyendo salpicar cubos que tira un negro allende el umbral blanco. Los que pasan, curiosos, a preguntar paran.

Es Simbad el marino que a almorzar convida, el prudente Simbad, de famosa opulencia, y al que todos escuchan con silencio atento. ¡Su bajel era hermoso surcando lejano!

Siempre oliendo a alcanfor y otras raras esencias. Su pelo perfumado, la aguileña nariz apuntando con sorna a su barba de lino: tiene el conocimiento y saber de las gentes.

Habla, y el sesgo sol lanza sobre Bagdad inmensa fogarada en que las palmas duermen, y, en prudente sosiego, oyen los convidados con gran circunspección los dichos de Simbad.

C’est Sindbad le marin qui donne un grand repas C’est Sindbad, l’avisé marin dont l’opulence Est renommée et que l’on écoute en silence. Sa galère était belle et s’en allait là-bas !

Il sent très bon le camphre et les rares aromes. Sa tête est parfumée et son nez aquilin Tombe railleusement sur sa barbe de lin : Il a la connaissance et le savoir des hommes.

Il parle, et le soleil oblique sur Bagdad Jette une braise immense où s’endorment les palmes, Et les convives, tous judicieux et calmes, Écoutent gravement ce que leur dit Sindbad.
