3.18.2024.
Man, if my body could just hold itself together that would be just great. I have been going to Ortho appointments a handful of times each year to reset. I knew my hips were rotated and my mid-back was out so I booked an appt FOUR weeks ago. I've been rescheduled twice and finally have an appt tomorrow morning. BUT yesterday. . . . I threw out my SI-joint in the most stupid way. I hope this isn't a long recovery.
I don't have time for this.
Why can't I just have a good body?

I ate two plain scrambled eggs which was about 76-100 calories idk

I know it鈥檚 not a massive amount, but the rate of loosing is pretty fast imo. The crunches are really hard and it takes a while but it鈥檚 all worth it x
