Hi again! I've had this thought in terms of hxh meta that I personally have not seen discussed, so I'm gonna dump it here for you! There's an underlying theme I've noticed of characters throughout the series being one that lost their other halves. Like, most obvious, Leorio and Kurapika lost their childhood best friends. Melody lost her friend to the devil's music. We see Nobunaga lose Uvogin, and so on. So Killua saving Gon instead of letting him die after CAA seems to be a "breaking the cycle" so to speak, although I'm not sure what that would even mean! Nothing much to say besides those details I've noticed, but I wanted to know if you had thoughts? Or perhaps it's just an interesting background detail that is up in the air in terms of being significant?
Hello, thank you so much for sending an ask again! I've put some thought into this topic as well, so I'm happy you brought this up! How I'm answering this is both somewhat abstract and far-reaching in the series so it's a little difficult to summarize and express simply, but I hope you and others might get some meaning out of it!
I strongly believe that one of HxH's great overarching themes is the transformational power of love and how it grants people second chances in life. In this post I'm referring to love in a broader sense, not just romantic love, as of course many different types of love are portrayed and have deep importance in HxH. We see the theme of transformative love in so many different relationships and instances that it's difficult to even summarize them--a few examples are Gon and Killua, Meruem and Komugi, Meruem and his Royal Guard, Ging and Kite, Killua and Ikalgo, even in less major character pairs like Ging and Razor (Razor: "Ging taught me it took only one person, one person in the entire world who will trust you, to save you.") and Kite and Koala, but that's only scraping the surface. I reblogged a previous wonderful meta that pointed out the domino effect of Killua's act of kindness towards Ikalgo, which ended up changing the ultimate trajectory of humanity's war against the Chimera Ants. This is a great example of this theme in action!
But of course, while meeting and loving someone can transform that person's whole life, so also can losing someone significant. It can set someone on a completely different life track than they would have been on had they not lost them--Kurapika, Leorio, Senritsu, the Phantom Troupe (especially with their flashback in recent chapters), Gon and Kite, Kacho and Fugetsu (though this hasn't played out all the way yet) come to mind, but there are many more throughout the series as well. Not all of the losses that fit into this are someone losing their other half/most important person, but there's a solid enough percentage that it certainly seems to be a trend Togashi is establishing and exploring.
It's difficult to explore one of these themes in depth and with honesty without the other--love happens, loss of loved ones happens, both are deeply transformative, and both can ultimately be placed under the broader umbrella of the transformative power of love. After all, if losing a person causes someone's entire life path to change, chances are they loved them a great deal and the force behind the change that occurs in their life is the love and grief they still feel after the loss.
HxH has many tragic elements and Togashi certainly doesn't shy away from the heart-wrenching and long-lasting results of loss, but I think it's fair to say from the 400 chapters we have so far that HxH's themes are not ultimately tragic and hopeless on this topic by any means. In HxH:
Death is not always insurmountable, i.e., Kite, the Chimera Ants in general
The life path one ends up on after a major loss need not be a tragic one, i.e. Leorio deciding to be a doctor and help children in poverty as a result of losing his friend
Death in itself can be an act of love, i.e. Meruem and Komugi, Netero and humanity
Even if one ends up on a dark path as a result of loss, that doesn't mean they can't be saved by someone else's love for them, i.e., Gon and Killua, this could also end up being the trajectory for Kurapika and Leorio potentially?
With Gon and Killua, their whole relationship is based on them transforming each other and giving each other second chances:
Gon saving Killua simply by not judging him, befriending him, and showing him another life path
Gon retrieving Killua from the Zoldyck family when Killua's resolve broke down because of Illumi
Killua pulling the needle of out of his head out of sheer love for and desire to protect Gon
And of course Killua not allowing Gon to die, simultaneously saving him and transforming Alluka's life.
(And Killua's ability to save and help Alluka is of course, a direct result of the kindness Gon extended to Killua and the love Killua has for Gon.)
There's no way to know for certain what will happen in their future, but I definitely think their relationship has one more transformation in it at least, in the form of a reunion and reconciliation.
So, in summary, I think these themes of someone losing a person who was their other half and how one continues to live after that are another way of exploring the broader theme of what it means to love someone and be transformed by meeting them, which I see as a primary theme of HxH. I also think some of these relationships are intended to be comparisons to or foils of Gon and Killua's relationship in a sense (especially Kurapika and Pairo and Kacho and Fugetsu, but others as well), expanding on the themes of their relationship and how a love that deep affects people, both in beautiful and in deeply painful ways.

Hey there how are you? This literally just came to my mind how will the warlords react to an mc who sees ghosts / spirits and talks with them?
i’m doing fine, thanks for asking! honestly, this is a concept that i’m very interested in (in fact, i had an idea something along these lines, though not quite, that was one of the factors why i made this blog in the first place) cause of the three ikeseries games i know, ikesen is the one who handles death the most (at least in terms of many lives lost, with war and whatnot.)
and i wish i can expand more but also! i’m Lazy
(disclaimer that the uses of sixth senses and how spirits/spiritual “energy” works here are of my own creation, cause in all honesty i don’t know shit abt them)
—nobunaga:
the ability to see the spirits of the dead, in the modern times, was. . .interesting, to sum it up.
living with it since you were a child, you’ve a lot of experiences that range from dread and scary, to extremely fascinating. in the world of constant normality, to a fault even, it’s a sort of (sometimes morbid) curiosity to interact with those who have passed.
however,,, not many times did you tap into scenarios where you got that close to how that person died.
occasional car crashes, although the ones you were bystander to were strangers to you. those you know who did, never you got to see die in front of your eyes. and frankly, you didn’t want to see it,
however, now,,, the world seems to have different plans for you.
out of all the periods, you were flung back to a war-stricken one. even worst, being practically taken in by who’s known as the ruthless unifier of japan.
it all started from the second day, the first battle you were dragged into. while you tried to block out the death you saw around you,,, the way nobunaga slashed the enemy commander would never leave your mind.
doesn’t help that later on you already saw the fire-like spirit, one that would resemble the man standing near the burning castle. reality set in for you at that moment; you’ll be seeing a lot of these.
each battlefield you were dragged into, you could see the spirits that would wander around, in agony, anger or otherwise. either while the flames of battle were swishing, or afterwards when you patched up the injured soldiers.
and almost each time you sense that anger was the thing that tied their spirit to the physical world (from the enemies, of course), somehow, in any way, nobunaga was a part of it.
and you can see why. you’ve heard stories, from the dead and alive, of the supposed atrocities he’s committed, and if you were honest, it created much more a distance.
perhaps it was because you knew much more clearer, the wishes the passed enemy soldiers would curse him for laying upon whatever damage he had. perhaps that was what would always haunt you, how they described his actions, that made you as tense as you were each time you visited the tenshu.
yet,, you always showed a level of care for him, that was clear the first night you went up to his tenshu to thank him for saving your life.
and slowly, you begin to see the truth of his actions. maybe there was more to him, you thought.
it made you believe much more in non-violence, which was why when the lord presented you with a gun or a sword to take his or your life,
you refused both outcomes.
you wanted to live, a burning desire to survive just like everyone else. but it goes without saying that you don’t want nobunaga to die either. not only rooted in the strong feelings you’ve grown regarding violence, but also. . .
“i don’t think i could bear to see your spirit lingering. i - i just don’t want—”
you let out a shuddering breath as the weigh of the wishes, regrets, stories, anger of the dead wash over you. so many lives have been lost—you feel like you’re simply a bearer, a messenger, for those who have passed.
you can’t even begin to imagine the ghost of nobunaga, whatever weigh he held even after death, and especially if you were the one to take his life.
“. . .what do you mean by that?”
you snap back as you look up at him, and realize that you’ve never really told him of your sixth sense. with a heaving breath, you look down to the gun and katana as you begin to explain.
explaining how you’re able to see soldiers, citizens, everyone, who was caught in the crossfire. both enemies and allies. stories of those who they’d lost, or those who’d lose them. unsaid goodbyes, sworn revenge, all of which were burnt into your mind.
their families, friends, who’ve waited for them, all of those haunt your mind until you feel like you live to tell the tale of the passed. countless nights, as you wonder if you’ll ever meet any of them, and if you’ll ever tell them how they’d felt. all the unsaid words.
slowly, he begins to understand clearer. your want for peace, your absolute disdain for death. the clear suffering you heaved, to honor each spirit.
and maybe, it’d lead to a change in him.
—kenshin:
you always found something. . .interesting about kenshin. you’d learn later that he’s the god of war, the ruthless dragon of echigo that took thrill in the most dangerous battles, but. . .something more to it.
it started when you two where alone in the field, where the fireflies rose as if the stars itself descended down to your presences. such was a sight to behold, kenshin standing amidst it all, having a thousand mile stare, to something lost. no words were said, you were all too mesmerized by the sight.
until, just as the luminescent bugs seem to flicker for just a moment, you see it. someone beside him, faded and clouded, and just as you blinked with a slight gasp, it disappears.
kenshin looks at you, the slight glow shining on his face, the moonlight and fireflies clashing together, “what is it?”
you look into his eyes, solemn and stern. “nothing.” you say, and so, it passes. but it wouldn’t be the last time.
it’s never happened when others are around, you took note. the next time was the night he put you in prison, your distraught was caught off guard last minute.
you see the flickers of a figure again, and this time, it lingers longer. you can see it clearer now. a girl, at around a teenager’s age with long hair. wordlessly, she looks at you with vacant, yet sad eyes, and walks away in the direction of kenshin.
you lean forward against the bars to look more, but. . .she’s gone.
and you keep seeing her, mainly whenever you and kenshin were alone together. hell, you’ve tried to talk to her when the man went away and she lingered, but. . .not even a single word was ever uttered.
as you grew closer and closer to the bunny lord, you’d see clearer his,, overbearing nature towards you, to an extreme needless to say. and soon, you’d learn why.
you listened to the tale and story from shingen, and silently, all the things clicked. that girl,,, it must be isehime then.
returning back to kenshin’s room, once you set eyes, you immediately notice the ghostly figure sitting in the middle. you take a breath, and step in. despite it not facing you, you know it can see you.
“. . .isehime, isn’t it?” you ask, and her head turns to you. with eyes delicately shining, you’d almost see them as if they were alive.
“so you’ve heard.” she answers, a soft whisper.
your eyes land on the ground, thinking, before they rise up to meet hers again, “. . .what is it that bounds your spirit to the living world?” such was a question you’d ask before, and you figured, now that you knew the story, you’ll get an answer.
she gazes at you with deep thought, then turns her eyes to the floor, “i just want to see him move on from what happened that day.”
everything was silent apart from her soft, echo-ish voice. “i know he’d eventually move on from the crush had i lived. and i too, i no longer like him when i was alive. however,” she looks at the clan crest with the same look kenshin had on the night of the fireflies field, “it hurts to see that it haunts him to this day. it hurts—and i can do nothing but watch. he holds a weigh of trauma, and i just—”
her head turns to you, “i just want him to move on. from the pain, the past, all of it.”
and the way she looks at you,,, it’s a look you’re familiar with. as you feel your own weight sink onto your shoulders, you knew, she’s relying on you.
and so it leads us here, now, by a small isolated place in the middle of the woods. you had this night, this one night, to convince kenshin to stop his war against the oda caused by an incident inflicted on you.
in the end, you do. with a promise that you’d stay by his side no matter how dark the road becomes, along with a ripped kimono. . .you hope for a better future for him, with you accompanying him on the rough journey.
through the trees, the faint figure of isehime begins to fade, and with a soft smile on her face, a melancholic look, she whispers to the night, “thank you. i’ll leave him in your hands.”

Hi!! I know this story is finished and old already but is it ok if you make a ending where the reader ends up with Nobunaga? I kinda want angst in it.. That would be all TY and have a great day. (The story that I'm talking about is "All For Her")
All For Her - Kennyo X Reader X Yandere!Nobunaga [ALT]
PART 1, ACTUAL ENDING
I think I got carried away, but I basically got a wheel to choose some events of this story. This is my personal characterisation of Nobunaga from IkeSen as a Yandere. Actual Nobunaga would not do this; this is my take on how Nobunaga acts as a Yandere.
Warnings: Tragedy, Character Death, Yandere Content and Emotional Manipulation
"You defiled her!" Kennyo roared, unsheathing his staff. He blocked the rampant parries of the Devil King. "And you think that's love."
"Of course," Nobunaga said smugly, dodging Kennyo's swing. "This war…
It's all for her."
~○~
"This will be the last time you hold her, Kennyo."
He roared, howling at the pain of the sword. Kennyo fell to the ground, the stab to his shoulder numbing all of his senses as the blade cuts deep into his flesh.
"Perhaps YN would cast you away if I scar your face once again… Oh… How adorable she'd look to you in horror with the new scars I give you," Nobunaga teased, his menacing tone only edging his sword. "Or, I should kill you right here, and your head should be my bride's present…"
"KENNYO!"
You had come out to the battlefield since more of the injured soldiers could barely make it to the base. Despite of the fact of being on opposite sides, you still treated some of the Oda's soldiers that couldn't reach their own healers. Those with you moved their troops away as you ran to your lover.
Nobunaga pressed the blade further into Kennyo's neck, taunting you to come closer. You kept your distance, but you were horrified at Nobunaga's antics, as his words froze you on the spot. Your body and mind shut down at the thought of Kennyo being harmed. Your blood went cold, and before you knew it you had thrown yourself on top of Kennyo, protecting him from Nobunaga's swinging sword.
"How endearing," Nobunaga smiled at you, his gaze suddenly soft at seeing you. "It's been quite long, my fireball. I knew you'd come running to me."
All the strength left your body as Nobunaga ripped you away from your lover. Your will never left you, but your fear overcame it to the point you couldn't fight against the crazed man that desired you.
The Oda, as usual were efficient in wrapping up the war. Kennyo was arrested and it was claimed as a win for the Oda. The soldiers retreated and Ieyasu cared for the wounded. You'd usually see Hideyoshi and Masamune with grins on their faces, but Hideyoshi was practically expressionless and Masamune's eye only held rage but you weren't sure who it was directed to.
The Oda celebrated their grand victory with a banquet, and the Demon King kept you by his side, pampered and decorated for his eyes only. He kept you in his lap, as your being shifted to the automatic machine it used to be, pouring sake for your obsessed captor.
What sickened you to the stomach was how he announced the banquet.
"With the capture of Kennyo, I sentence him to continuous torture!"
Oh how you wanted to throw up at whoever cheered Nobunaga on...
Eventually, once Nobunaga had gotten drunk, Hideyoshi and Masamune flanked each side of Nobunaga, as Mitsuhide and Mitsunari guarded you. You made no effort to make conversation with the other warlords, for you feared what they might spill to Nobunaga, with the exception of Mitsuhide.
With how everyone was acting, you could only assume Mitsuhide messed with the sake as he was so bold to engage in conversation with you. "Princess, you must be prepared tomorrow."
"Is there something that I missed when I return?"
His voice lowered to a hush, as he explained his intentions. "Nobunaga will find my involvement with your escape. He'd execute me, but it will give you a chance to freedom."
You almost lost your stiff conduct, a drop of sake spilling onto your kimono. Yes, it was true that Mitsuhide was involved in convincing Nobunaga to let you roam to where you were taken by Kennyo, but even by then you weren't sure of his intentions. "Mitsuhide… Why?"
His hushed voiced tickled your ear as he revealed his one intention to you.
"For the woman I love. Even if I don't have your heart, I want you to bask in freedom."
~○~
The next morning's war council came, and there and then, another lower vassal accused Mitsuhide as the traitor that led their beloved Princess to Kennyo's army. The war council this time took a casual turn, as Nobunaga deemed it fit for the ladies of the court to witness the accusation from your balcony. Behind your veil, you shed a tear, sending a venomous gaze to Nobunaga.
You excused yourself from your maids, making your way out of your personal bedroom. Mitsunari should be waiting for you, as he authorised all the guards to be positioned else where. From your knowledge, Ieyasu, Masamune and Hideyoshi were in on Mitsuhide's plan too. Masamune and Ieyasu were to take charge of Kennyo's 'daily torture', while Hiedyoshi was to cause a scene by his natural rage at Mitsuhide betraying his Lord Nobunaga.
Nobunaga raised his fan, quelling the arguments amongst his vassals. "Ah… but wait, Akechi Mitsuhide isn't the only traitor amongst the Oda."
"W-What do you mean Lord Nobunaga?" Hideyoshi, who delivered slightly fake punches to Mitsuhide in his 'anger', stopped as he questioned Nobunaga. "Mitsuhide is always one to do things on his own!"
You raced through every corridor near the tenshu, trying to find Mitsunari in the hallways. Anywhere. Where could he be? Did he get-
The roars of shock from the Oda vassals rang as two guards brought none other that Ishida Mitsunari to the podium of Nobunaga, clearly bruised and beaten.
"A report from the guards came about suspicions of your vassal here to change the guards around the palace," Nobunaga said, as he ordered the guards to drop Mitsunari. "How could I not assume he was acting under your orders, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, you monkey?"
Mitsuhide and Hideyoshi were both apprehended at the hands of their own friends. They were brought to their knees in front of their long time lord, as their heads were pushed down to hang in shame.
"To honour your execution, since you both are great friends," He announced, drawing his pistol from his kimono. "I shall have you both shoot each other until your bodies fall. I'll allow your families to bury your bodies and your next brothers shall carry on your clan's lines."
"Any last words?"
Hideyoshi walked up to his lord he once respected, snatching the gun into his hand. "I thank you for letting me die by the hands of an honorable warlord unlike yourself."
Nobunaga did not hold back his anger as he struck Hideyoshi across the face with his iron-ribbed fan.
"I wouldn't have done this if you returned to the Lord Nobunaga I used to serve," Hideyoshi retorted, taking his stance with the gun pointed at Mitsuhide.
Mitsuhide had nothing to say to Nobunaga, except the silent nod to receive his gun. He raised it to Hideyoshi, saying his last to an old friend.
"Sorry for being a good shot."
"Don't be."
BANG!
You couldn't hold back your tears for Hideyoshi and Mitsuhide. You sobbed into your kimono, your mind being invaded by negative thoughts of your doings being the cause of their deaths. You didn't want this. You didn't want this. If only you had-
"The other two traitors are here!"
The crowd shifted as Ieyasu and Masamune made their way through the crowd, having heard the gunshots. From what you could discern, they were brought there by the jail guards by the orders of Nobunaga's messengers.
"This audience has had enough execution for the day," Nobunaga decided, looking over the three captured warlords under his hand. "However, I might as well give out the sentences now."
Ieyasu and Masamune were not bounded to any guards, but it was clear that they had long accepted their deaths. You wanted at least one of them to abandon you, to give you a sign that you weren't worth the trouble but none of them did. Those three stood their ground, as they face the Devil King himself.
"Ishida Mitsunari, under influence of Toyotomi Hideyoshi shall have a beheading for all to see," He commanded. The scribes were rapid to jot everything down, their parchment wet from the ink and not from the blood seeping into the paper. "Tokugawa Ieyasu and Date Masamune, for assisting the traitors, from this moment our alliance in dissolved. The Oda shall act on their own without your help."
"You shall be sent away. Unfortunately my authority does not reach you."
Masamune scoffed, "I wouldn't want to serve such a stupid warlord anyway."
Nobunaga shrugged it off. "May I meet you two on the battlefield, where I shall have your heads."
"May we have our revenge," Ieyasu said, walking away from the crowd, Masamune behind him.
~○~
Months had passed. Months of staying in this empty shell of yours, made to serve only Nobunaga. Before the last of his days, Mitsunari had requested to play Go with you. You apologised immensely for causing such tragedy, but Mitsunari welcomed you wholesomely. There was no hard feelings as his execution neared, and he advised you to not attend or witness it. You shed tears for Mitsunari, the handkerchief used to catch your tears delivered to Mitsunari's grave.
The day Nobunaga returned from his umpteenth war was as normal as any other day to you. You were sewing mindlessly, as you had no will to greet Nobunaga. He understood that, instead barging into your shared bedroom with familiar cloths around his arm.
He grinned as he noticed you recognise the band of cloth around his arm. "Ah, a parting gift from Ieyasu and Masamune before I took their heads. They consented to it as well, but you're not allowed to bring it around-"
"I hate you. I hate you, I HATE YOU!" You screamed into his arms, sobbing uncontrollably.
"I don’t mind firecracker," He said, his grip starting to feel painful at your wrist. "You see, I didn't care if those five were traitors or not. It was my luck that they fit into the narrative."
He continued, soothing your cries. "I was only getting rid of anyone who held your attention. I was drunk at that banquet but I still loathed how they befriended you so easily… I did it for you…
It's all for you."

Digimon idea - Digidestined and thier partners ( Please give me ideas)
@cosmic-orchaid
So In Addition to having thier Intial one’s The digidestined get two other ones ( So the MC Gets 4 cause she had two initially ) Signature mechanic of this idea Combo Evolution needed 3 digimon to actually work . Despite me putting down Names of Character , It established every partner Digimon is based on a Non digimon property So it basically just the characters the Digimon are based off of
MC - Philip and Shotaro( Kamen Rider Double )
- I orignally Was going to all her digimon be in pairs but that would’ve meant MC would have 6 digimon
- So I said Well The other opinon is Birds , the sky or things that fly/ glide
- She likes Tokutatsu ,BL and alot of Anime
so Now Her Choices for the two additional partners are
Kaito( Zenkaigier) but As sugar glider or Flying squirrel. If we go the bird route I think It’s obvious what bird Katio would be based on.
Stacy ( Zenkaiger) Hes more than than likely a Bat if I don’t decide to go Bird Route
Zox - Dancing Pirate Parrot its the only option for him
Eiji( Kamen Rider OOO ) - He’d be Part bird and Dinosaurs are ancestors of birds so
Ankh - …. hes Iiterally a bird chimera
Gentaro - So like Imagine , Space Cat That the Rookie design Fourze but its a cat
Nobunaga( FGO) - MC says She’s her favorite servant and wishes she could‘ve hat the chance to get her
and think eles you see Fit( Just don’t Suggest Saber or Revice character )
Lan Jingyi and Lan Suzhui— if we going with the pair idea
——-—
Wangxian stan - Jiang Cheng
- An Obivous choice for Theme is MXTX But I‘m not ready to touch SSVSS or Heaven‘s official blessing .
- So other Suggestions could be
Just give Jin Guangyao for the lolz cause thats another character that the Anti JC tend to gripe on And about
Give her Sento and Banjou so like a literally Smartass Who literally disagrees her on everything, Banjo being Banjou and Jiang Cheng
Im giving Wei Wuxian and Wangji to other People so no to that
Jin Ling is an obvious pick too .
- Maybe her theme would be Flower ,Fairy or Chinese Aesthetics
- Maybe other BLs Like Yuri On ice , Dramatical Murder
- Otome games liked Shall we Date or Twisted Wonderland
Suggestions needed for her
—————————-
Older Lady- Mami , Bruno , Possibly A cure from Pretty cure ala mode ( Probably Custard or Gelato )
- So her Suggestion was Magical girl ala Precure but I went With Mami as her first digimon instead reflecting her issues with her Marriage just like Mami desperatly wanted Friends to be magical girls with . Also I like the Idea of the rookie Being based Mamis witch and The Whole line is the reverse of what happens in. Madoka a Witch becoming a Magical Girl
- So Bruno is an odd choice until I tell you Jojo is one of her Husband’s favorite mangas and wanting to bond to with him and her stepchild more Watched the show .
- I plann for them to have Kid so the third could be something the kid likes so like a girl about the age of most canon digidestined( 10- 14) interested in Precure .
______
Edgy tryhard- Cloud , Lan Zhan
- Again It was Changed to Squall to Cloud cause It Fit better with Lan Zhan . Cloud whole story was about his Identity slowly being ripped apart and questioned , Lan Zhan was about his Sexual idenity and to express his love to Wei Wuxian
- Again Sento is an option so is Ryuga
- So I guess another Character whose Confident in thier Identity or just has Idenity Issues would work.
-Sanji due looking Egdy and also having Family issues that made him less confident in his Idenity
______________
Recluse - Sonic , Aphmau , Axol
- They’re theme was Childhood mascots
Aphmau is minecraft youtuber many People know and have watched
Sonic is self explanatory
Axol is from SMG4 who has also been making videos for longer than people think and You know Axol recently was youn know
I would be Willing to Replace Aphmau if you have better idea
————————-—
Trust issues - Kal’sit , Wei Wuxian
Kal’sit Is known in the Arknights community for not Trusting the Doctor after an Incident ( Doctor Assassinated someone)
Wei Wuxian is rather trusting of Everyone so he would contrastand clash with Kal’sit and Trust issues
Since Trust Issues Theme is Phone Games I was thinking FGO like Tristian/Baobahn Sith -Since Tristian is Depressed and Baobahn sith was only praises when harming people .
—————————
Starving artist Reimu ,Marisa
-Reimu in Fanon down bad for money since she hasnt been seen get donates for her shrine
- Her theme is Bullet Hell but mostly touhou
- here thrid could possibly be Sakuya ,Youmu or Sanae the Often Third Playable characters in the game.
- Alternately I can make it A Len’en character a Series made by someone who used remake old Touhou levels
- I could make her theme Videos games in general since shes a co worker with MC and have Ex aid digimon

IkePri characters and who they remind me of so far~~
Okie so Ikemen Prince is finally out and even though I’m certainly confused as heck relying on a translator to get me by, I’m really enjoying it so far and seeing the absolute chaos between the characters. I wanted to compile a little thingy where I went in on each of the characters and talked about who they remind me of (so far) compared to other cybird characters. Since we don’t have any of the character notes yet, I was thinking about the “recommended if you like” bit when I put this together.
I will note though, this is just how I see them so far and I’m definitely not insisting these are the only characters they’re similar too, or that they’re completely similar to any which one- merely just an opinion ive gathered so far from reading and it could always change as I get further in and we learn more about them :D. So here’s my initial thoughts on each prince, and I put it in age order (the numbers they’re given) and then followed with Sariel and Rio. ~ enjoy!
Jin- Ayooo, this is a total mash up of all the other “mature adult” characters cybird has given us so far. He’s got some Sirius, Shingen, and Leonardo all rolled up in him and it’s certainly interesting. Now, the most obvious comparison to draw just from face alone is to Sirius of course, because they literally look like they could be twins. Aside from that, Jin has that same “smh these kids” part of him even when the Mc first meets him and he tells her to ignore their antics. Unlike Sirius though, this man is a complete FLIRT and is always chasing the ladies, which makes him a lot like ol’ man Shingen with his skanky wisdom. Jin is also known to be pretty close to Luke, and it seems they’re a good example of having a solid friendship out of the princes and that’s not totally unlike Shingen and Yukimura. Their relationship is probably more of just getting along well and maybe a little bit of mentoring instead of Yuki and Shingen’s constant mothering of one another, but the two of them are still a good example of a strong relationship with loyalty and understanding like Shingen and Yuki have, especially when a lot of the others seem to be more sporadic or lone wolves in regards to one another. Now then, let’s not forget Papi Leonardo!! Despite being the oldest and the “adult” of the group, Jin cannot whatsoever be bothered to be part of court life and taking his responsibility seriously, a lot like Leonardo who doesn’t care for being part of the upper clsss social circle in Paris or following what his family expects him to do. I don’t think this makes him unreliable or totally aloof (and Leonardo certainly isn’t either) it’s just more so that the thought of being in a formal position like that doesn’t appeal to him, and he’s more likely to be helpful and wise in a more casual sense.
Chevalier- Chevalier reminds me of a mix of Lancelot, Kenshin, and Nobunaga. He’s got the ambition and insistance that he’ll prevail in his goal (to be king) similar to how Nobunaga is in his quest for unification. He’s also cold and harsh like Nobunaga and the others, but maybe as time goes on he’ll be a bit softer around Mc when they’re alone similar to the other guys. The two of them also view people based on their utility; Whether thats a form of showing affection or simply stating how they judge people for worth, the two of them certainly talk about who is good for what purposes and keeping them around because of it. Now for his similarities to Lancelot- Like Lance, Chevalier openly calls himself a monster/beast and believes it, and continues to keep people at a distance to where thats how they see him. Also like Lancelot, he tells everybody that he needs/ will be the king in the end; and I’m curious of what his reasoning and ambition for wanting to o badly will be? Maybe like Lancelot he also wants to do it because he’s secretly trying to protect everybody and use himself as the bad guy to keep the others safe from some enemy. And finally, much like Kenshin, Chevalier is a STABBY boy- he’s quick to draw his sword on people and is infamous for being on the battlefield and cutting down his enemies. Not to mention, he’s also a bit of a grump when it comes to people. I hope he also shares some of Kenshin’s oblivious innocence to certain social trends too, because it’s always funny to see some big scary domineering guy adorably clueless when it comes to little things. Like all of these three, Chevalier is definitely domineering and intimidating, but I do also think he’ll be more sadistic than them- since the others don’t usually go too far in that direction with Mc other than being possessive, and Kenshin definitely doesn’t since he hates the thought of hurting Mc. To be honest, I’m most of all excited to just see Cheva’s soft moments and figure out what his surprising secret is 👀
Clavis-hohohoho THE problem child of the court, of course! I’m sure it’s very easy to imagine that the first person that Clavis is similar to is Mitsuhide. Both are sneaky and like doing things to get a rise out of people, especially the ones who are prone to mothering or managing the others- for Mitsuhide, he’ll do anything to piss off Hideyoshi and Clavis is much the same when it comes to Sariel. Neither of them ever seem to be very fourth coming and always seem to say something vague, misleading, or to stir up trouble and watch it unfold. Also like Mitsuhide, Clavis seems to be working beside somebody else and willing to often cause trouble on their behalf and serve as a left hand. What’s more fitting is that the person they’re working beside or for also happen to have some similarities as well, since Chevalier has a little bit in common with Nobunaga personality-wise. Even though they’re working beside another character, it’s not really evident that either are doing it out of loyalty, so it’s plausible to say (especially in Mitsuhide’s case since we know it’s true) that they may not be doing it strictly out of loyalty; but maybe out of a different reason such as their own personal motives/goals, obligation, or convenience. Clavis’s encyclopedia addresses the fact that it’s like he’s being “hunted” by Chevalier and brings up that maybe his beliefs or will to do Chevalier’s bidding is changing, so it could very well have been out of intimidation from or belief in Chevalier that got him in that position in the first place. Like Mitsuhide, it’s safe to say Clavis has a complicated and unique relationship with who he’s working with and neither have trouble being openly tricky and confusing towards them. I also see a tiny bit of Arthur in Clavis because of how they like to tease people (also like Mitsu). Honestly they’re both resident shithead of the house and that’s where my comparison of them stems from and I have no doubt there’s going to be a lot of inapropriate 👀 teasing to be seen in the future
Leon- Ngl at first I was going to glance past Leon because I figured he’s just another cybird poster boy oresama that they’re going to push to the top any chance they get, and I figured he’d be just like the other Oresama’s, but so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised in him!! Even though he definitely is still the oresama; which I’m not against, he’s a bit different than the others. Out of the ones we know already, he’s definitely the most like Napoleon in the sense that he’s down to earth and likes to engage with people without regard to title or past, he talks with people on equal stance, including the Mc. Ray is also like this and very like able and cool, but overall I think Leon is a lot friendlier from the get go; he doesn’t have the same brisk or elusive personality the other oresama boys have at first, he’s more of a friendly face from the first time you meet him and I do like that about him. Because of that, he also reminds me in a few ways of Kyle. Kyle tends to see people and situations as it is and is making sure everybody is alright regardless of who they are. He comes off as pretty passive and relatively easy going and is an solid candidate to the Mc to befriend because he’s usually not overly harsh or hard to approach. Leon has a good amount of this in him as well and even though he is of course much more imposing and intimidating energy-wise, (and isn’t an infamous drunk) he still has that “normal guy” charm that’s agreeable and level headed like Kyle does. Leon is a mix of everything you want to see in a solid guy, but also something exciting as well and I do think he fits his role pretty well.
Yves- If I had to sum up Yves with other cybird characters he reminds me of so far, I’d probably have to say Jonah and Louie. From the get go it’s obvious Yves has a side of him that’s drawn to aesthetic; he’s very posh and fashionable like Jonah in that regard, and like Jonah he’s initially shocked and irritated that somebody could ever not know who he is. At first, both also uphold a standard of formality and expecting the Mc to do the same, taking their positions seriously. Now whether or not Yves will follow one Jonah’s stead and learn as time goes on how to accept and address his faults I can’t say, but they are both very tsun and a little bit snooty upon introduction. Yves also reminds me of Louie since Louie is also very insistent on keeping up an aristocratic air and remaining cold towards the Mc when they first come to the castle. They both looked down on the Mc for being a commoner in such a position, and have a fair amount of doubt in her capability to perform it. I also see Louie in Yves because it seems like both of them, after you make it past the cold and snobby exterior, are really sweet but have to upkeep that personality because of the position they’re in, which they most likely both (cant say for Yves quite yet but it seems that way) have some amount of resentment for. Since they’re both considered royalty and held up to high standard, it makes sense that the amount of pressure and expectations people have for them would lead to adopting such a icy outwards appearance~
Licht- Tbh for being such an “I don’t like people” person, Licht has the most people I draw similarities from. I see a Licht as a mashup of Luka, Isaac, Yoshitsune, and Ieyasu tbh, and it all comes together to make him a pretty unique character. Like Luka and Isaac, Licht doesn’t really socialize well with others, and isn’t really willing to do so often. I think Licht’s reluctance to socialize is more like Isaac in the sense that he doesn’t trust people and less like Luka’s reluctance due to being shy, but it’s still there regardless. Licht’s encyclopedia also talks about him being an innocent and sensitive boy before something happened and changed him; and I think that also makes him like Isaac and Luka who are both pretty wholesome and innocent and definitely very sensitive and soft. They both also have parts where, what people did to them or how they treated them, played a big role in making them the awkward socializers that they are. Since something happened to Licht in the past that changed him, I feel like this also falls along those lines. Next, I see a bit of Yoshitsune in Licht’s personality as well as they both have a strange vibe about them that the Mc comments on. They’re both lone wolves regardless of having allies and people that care for them whether they realize it or not , and the unique energy that seems to captivate people is certainly noteworthy :D. Finally, there are a few things about Ieyasu that I see in Licht as well, starting off with something silly and amusing between the two of them is that both have somebody who just absolutely adores them that they could not be bothered with whatsoever haha. As much as I feel for Yves and Mitsunari and their adorable admiration of them, Licht and Yasu can’t stand the attention. In a similar light, both are pretty brisk and avoidant of getting attention from people in general; though Yasu tends to be a bit grouchier about it than Licht, who really just wants to get away from people. All in all, Licht seems to have a little bit of a lot of things in him and it’ll certainly be interesting to watch him progress in the story
Nokto- I feel like this one has a very very obvious comparison and we all know it. Of course Nokto is a lot like Arthur, and they’re both THORSTY boys through and through. Nokto isn’t the Shingen type flirt at all, he’s definitely the type to take it much further and be much more suggestive and dirty when it comes to flirting and teasing what he does with girls. Aside from the very obvious comparison between him and Arthur because of this, Nokto also reminds me of Leo. Not only are they both flirts and twins, but Nokto is also like Leo since he seems to be more willing and aware to play the political game at court and be involved, especially compared to his brother, who doesn’t really want to socialize or be involved in the social circle of the castle. That makes Nokto’s relationship to Licht a bit like Leo’s relationship to Alyn, but I don’t really know so far if their relationship is much similar beyond that. There might be some exasperation between the two since one twin is social and likes to tease and the other does not, but I’ll have to see more of the two interacting to see if it’s also like the Crawford twins in that way. Regardless, I expect in the future to see a lot more teasing and flirting from Nokto, which he’ll probably use to his advantage to find out something interesting.
Luke- An absolute UNIT through and through, this dude is a giant and carries a little teddy bear keychain and if that isn’t the most wholesome thing I’ve ever seen idk what is. AHEM, ANYWAYS, Luke is a little bit different in my eyes so far since he’s not too much like any one person from what I’ve gotten from him, but still does have some traits that I see are like other characters we’ve seen. The first small bit of information we’ve received about Luke is that he treats Mc like a little sister, which uhhh TRIGGERS a few flashbacks in my brain from getting the sister treatment from Hideyoshi. While I don’t think Luke is the mothering type at all, I do get the vibe that he’ll treat the Mc like this and dote on her to cover up his own feelings for a while similar to Hideyoshi. Hideyoshi also comes from a humble background and not one of power or prestige, and since Luke is known to be very friendly and in touch with the life of the towns people, I can tell that both of them are good at understanding and sticking up for the common folk, probably more so than the other princes since he shows a disinterest in court life. While I don’t see Luke too similar to Hideyoshi, I do think share those few traits that don’t make them totally different. Since Luke is very commoner-oriented(?) idk it that’s the right word for it but you get the point, I also see some Shingen in him as well. Shingen is very caring towards his people and sees standing up for them and doing things for them as the main driving factor of his goals. While Luke’s situation is less precarious then Shingen’s in that regard, he still in a way goes for protecting the little guys- also they both have the big burly bear thing going for them so there’s that.
Sariel- This man is a god tier shit stirrer and it’s absolutely chaotic since he’s supposed to be the guy in charge while the new king is picked. Sariel is a mix of Mitsuhide, Giles, and Sebastian in my eyes and I already know he’s going to cause a lot of drama. Aside from the evident scheme-y vagueness that he has in common with Mitsuhide, Sariel seems to be very intimidating and willing to go to scary levels to achieve his means, similar to how a Mitsu gets information out of people. Since he’s the court official in charge for now and is responsible for deciding that the Mc is the right candidate for the job, he’s a lot like Giles when he subtly (and sometimes not so subtly) intimidates the Mc into accepting the role. While Giles is a lot more genuinely friendly and willing to listen to the Mc and let her decide, both of them have the same I’m-smiling-but-actually-I’ll-kill-you-if-you-mess-this-up-for-the-castle vibe. Despite being LOWKEY scary sometimes, both had the same intuition and insight to see the Mc as the right person to make the decision and become the belle/princess elect (let’s ignore the fact that Sariel thought kidnapping her was the right way to do it tho lol). As for Sebastian, well these two love to instigate when it comes to petty little things and watch how it unfolds, and no doubt as court official and the only person left to really uphold the former kings position until the new one is picked, Sariel has all the tea on the princes and pulls some strings behind the scenes. Lowkey this dude is a lil scary but it’s okay I guess, it’s not like the mc’s life is in his hands or anything... Oh f*ck
Rio- ayeee we got a Yandere here folks, calling it now!!! Our newly lamented butler is a mash up of Loki and Nico in my eyes and I’m curious to see if he ever gets his memories back to see how it might change how he acts. As far as comparisons go I really see a lot of Loki in him when it comes to enthusiasm and being very attached to the Mc, as well as the whole pet vibe he’s got going. While Loki acts and refers to himself a lot in a cat like manner, Rio does the same but as a dog, going as far to try calling the Mc master (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) and pledging very strong loyalty towards her for saving him when he lost his memory. When it comes to Nico, I also see the same enthusiasm and friendliness yet again, as well as mischievous possessiveness over Mc. Both have their loyalties more closely aligned to the Mc herself and not the court/side she’s on, and both are her new butlers. Since Rio lost his memories I can imagine there will be some angst or confusion from him the future as he either regains his memories and probably remembers something significant; or him struggling to come to terms with himself due to that loss of memory. That might also be another comparison to Nico, since it’s a personal conflict with who they are and trying to navigate that confusing road. If that’s the case, his cheery sweetness makes him a bit more like Ranmaru as well, who also has moments where he struggled with who he is despite remaining caring and loyal/allies with the Mc. Either way, Rio definitely keeps his playful and intense loyalty towards Mc through and through which isn’t too unlike any of these boys.

Matchup O.O
I hope it’s okay if I could ask be match up with an IkeSen character cause I’m curious to know 👉👈
People often judge a book by its cover about me due to my reserved/private, quiet nature. Though I’m that too, I can be energetic. I try to balance being energetic and calm when needed.  I’m an INFJ type and they say INFJ are creative nurturers, have a strong sense of personal integrity, like to help others realize their potential, and have a sixth sense of intuiting others’ emotions. I stick and believe in my personal values, though I’m open-minded to listen to other opinions.  I’m an empathic and loyal person, willing to defend people whether I’m close to that person or not because it’s the right thing to do.  I’m also selective about sharing personal thoughts and feelings. Overall, I think I’m quite a complex person 😅
Hey, there dear! First of all sorry for taking forever to write this lol. ^0^ I spend long and hard thinking about this and kept going between two potential matches. I honestly wrote a whole thing with Mitsunari but then changed my mind lol. Anyways hope you enjoy<3
So I match you with……………… Kenshin
Tumblr media
The first time you see Kenshin other than that time, you saw him briefly when Yuki saved you from the cliff, was at a tea house. You had decided that the castle was getting a bit stuffy, and you needed some time to yourself. Since the troublesome trio would constantly tease you day in and day out. You decided to get some nice fresh are and read your book. You often used to go to coffee shops to people watch and read. Not only that, but something was tugging at your heart into going out. Even your selection of teahouse seemed to be guided by fate or some sort of intuition feeling. You entered into the teahouse, and boy was it busy. You were lucky enough to find an empty table next to the window. You ordered your tea and snacks and started to read. As the day progressed, you notice a beautiful blond man sitting a few tables down across from you. He definitely stood out in a crowd. You watched as he gracefully brought a cup of sake to his lips. He looked up and saw you staring, you gave him a small smile and looked back down to your book. When you looked up a few moments later, you locked eyes with him again, and it was now his turn to look down and smile.
Kenshin walked into an incredibly busy teahouse. Both Sasuke and Shingen had recommended it multiple times to him for their excellent smooth sake. He glanced around the room in hopes of finding a seat when he finally spotted one. He sat down and ordered himself a drink. Kenshin never really would ever look around, but today for some reason, he felt compelled to look up, and when he did, he saw a pair of the most beautiful eyes staring into his. The second he locked eyes with the woman, she looked back down. The two of you played this little game all afternoon. Kenshin couldn’t help but feel slightly amused. However, you weren’t the only one who noticed Kenshin’s unusual presence. A few other women had spotted him as well, and even though they had arrived with dates of their own, they couldn’t help but be drawn to him. This proved quite troublesome when the male companions of these women decided to gang up and try and get Kenshin kicked out. The next time you looked up, you saw Kenshin being surrounded by a group of men. You couldn’t stand the thought of them bullying him into leaving for something completely out of his control. You channeled your inner Nobunaga and went to stand right beside Kenshin. You started standing up for the bunny lords calling all the men out for their rude behaviors. Kenshin was shook, no woman has ever stood up for him before. The men started to get a little violent, and this was when he decided to intervene. He gracefully drew his sword, grabbed your hand, paid for both your bills, and pulled you along with him as he left. The two of you walked in silence for a while, until you told him it was getting late and you needed to go home. He walked you back to the main road and said his goodbyes. You were definitely messing with Kenshin’s head.
The two of you had coincidentally kept running into each other, a few times since the teahouse incident. You were curious about Kenshin, so you asked Sasuke to tell you a little bit about his lord, and that’s when you find out he basically lived of sake. After that, every time the two of you had a run-in, you would insist on going to a teahouse together for some food and a drink. As you can imagine, Kenshin was reluctant at first, but after the 3rd time, he started to anticipate your little tea date. Every time he saw you, he found himself strangely excited, wearing a soft smile. The two of you would sometime just sit in silence while other times you could chat with him for hours.
One day he had randomly brought up that he was actually your enemy and that he was planning to go to war with all your Oda friends. TBH you were a little shook, but you never treated him any differently for it. Kenshin really admires your openminded accepting nature. He really had started to fall in love with you.
You had a keen sense of picking up others’ emotions, and today was no different. Kenshin’s whole vibe had felt off to you. After a few minutes of probing, he finally confessed and said that Shingen had sent news that the war preparation had been complete and that he would be leaving that evening. Your face instantly dropped into the same miserable expression as his. All of a sudden, he had this bright look in his eyes. “Come with me,” you were confused by his unexpected statement. “Come with me, i’ll set up a room in my palace for you, and then we can have tea whenever you want; you won’t have to sneak around anymore’.
You were still busy processing what was happening. Before you knew it, you were on a horse on your way to Kasugayama castle. Once you arrived, Kenshin excitedly showed you to your room. It was definitely a room fit for a princess, it legit had everything in it. That night they held a big banquet to boost morel for the army. You nervously sat next to Kenshin while sipping on some sake. The two of you might not have straight out said it, but you both really loved each other. You couldn’t help but overhear a few comments being made about in what a good mood Kenshin seemed to be in, and you definitely noticed the way the maids had gossiped about the only woman Kenshin has ever called by name. Kenshin could see you were feeling a bit nervous and self-conscious, He gently took your hand in his and intertwined his fingers with your, all while giving you the most beautiful smile. The rest of the banquet you and Kenshin spent ignoring everyone around you. This act alone shocked everyone in the room they all thought Kenshin hated woman!
From the moment you saw Kenshin, you saw a man chained down by fear and anxiety. You could see his potential for kindness and freedom from the chains. You had since helped him slowly heal and reach that potential of growth where he no longer is haunted by his past. The two of you had many conversations about your feelings and personal thoughts. He loved that you were open-minded. He was drawn to your nurturing personality. THB, you were now the only one in the castle that could bring Kenshin out of his fighty moods. It helped that you had a really good emotional intuition. You would also feel when Kenshin was going through a dark time and when the demons in his mind were busy tormenting him. You would gently wrap him in a warm embrace, holding his head against your chest. You would draw soothing circles on his back or caress his hair and neck. You would ask him to tell you what was going on in his mind and then gently reassure him.
He truly loved you and would go to the ends of the earth to see your beautiful smile. Whenever you feel down, he would have his army of fluff balls attack you with cuddles. He would join in and start tickling you until that beautiful smile was back on your face. He loved spending time with you, whether it is you just sitting on his lap while reading or playing with the cute lil buns in his room. He can’t help but want to be near you. You had helped this bunny lord heal his heart, and in return, he gave you his life. The two of you love spending time together, whether it’s going out to the market for tea or snack or just spending a quiet night in each other arms. Kenshin’s absolute favorite is when you drank slightly too much at the banquet and fall asleep in his lap with your head on his chest. This just makes bunny boy melt into a puddle
Other potential Match……………Mitsunari
I hope you enjoyed love! And thanx so much for the request @otome-ikemen ! ^o^

Shingen Takeda x Nobunaga Oda - Taming the Devil King
Title: Taming the Devil King

Warnings: intershipping of warlords, sex (if you dont like, dont read)
Kinks: masturbation, handjob, blowjob, (anal) sex, aftercare
Word Count: 2885 words
Other comments: this happens on an alternate route where mai never goes back to the past and shingen ends up saving nobunaga. as a result, the oda forces and the uesugi-takeda forces unite n shit idk go with it
Extra Notes: This was originally a smut for my ocs, but I combed through it and changed the names + other details to make it fit better for the characters!
Nobunaga was thankful for the extra tent – it meant that he could sleep alone and away from Shingen. Despite this, dirty thoughts ran rampant in his mind. Whenever he would try to suppress his urges, they fought back, but with added ferocity.
He imagined Shingen’s sly smirk paired with that irresistible wink. Nobunaga remembered every time that Shingen said something borderline suggestive, and that coupled with his own imagination – it was a dangerous combination.
But then again, how dare he feel this way? Shingen, on one hand, was a man, and on the other hand, was a complete brute and flirted with anything that moved. It was rather repulsive, but the alliance was necessary in order to save Japan. Nobunaga decided that he would use Shingen and then end the alliance and absorb them.
A pit formed in the bottom of Nobunaga’s stomach.
Could he really do that to Shingen?
Underneath the flirtatious facade and the careless air, Shingen really cared about his people and those around him. And he didn’t have to save Nobunaga at the fire in the tenshu, either. He could have left Nobunaga to die, allowing him to become shogun and take over.
Nobunaga inhaled sharply and turned over, his hand brushing over his member.
Shingen also always considered everyone’s opinions and how each party would benefit from a situation. When he proposed the alliance, he did so with confidence and determination in his eyes, even though they could have been convicted of starting the fire in the first place. Despite this, he held his ground and did not waver.
Nobunaga’s fingers rested on the waistband of his pants, and pondered what to do.
The more he thought about it, the more dark thoughts consumed his mind. He suddenly wondered how Shingen was in bed – would he reveal more of his gentle side, or would he be completely dominant? Perhaps he would be more commanding like he is when he has to fight.
         Suddenly, Nobunaga stopped himself.
If he were going to give into his desires, he would not let himself think of Shingen. Nobunaga tried to conjure images of women he had been with in the past. His fingers were wrapped around the base of his cock, and he grinded desperately against the seam in his pants. The pressure felt so good, and soon, lust overcame him.
Precum wept from the tip of his cock, so he pressed his index finger to the small slit, applying gradual force to it until he could not hold his moans back anymore. As he continued to pump his shaft, he let the moans drip from his tongue.
“T-Take-!” he called out suddenly. He clamped his hand over his mouth before the word could leave his lips. But he could not stop there. He had to keep going. The nerves in his cock tensed, and Nobunaga flexed his hand, rubbing the palm of his other hand against his scrotum, coaxing more pleasure to envelop him.
Then, he spit into his hand, and sent it directly to his cock – it wasn’t long before he was completely tied up in his own fantasy. He was too desperate to care that Shingen was at the forefront of his mind. He just hoped that this would never happen again.
A cramp formed in his upper thigh, but Nobunaga did not care for it. He only wished to find his release – and quickly. He remembered that the camp was rather small, and if he was too loud, then someone might hear him.
As Nobunaga was about to fall over the edge, the tent flap flew open, exposing him to the world. He looked up, his hand still wrapped around his blushing cock, and met Shingen’s dark eyes. They glinted in the moonlight, and if it wasn’t bad enough already, Nobunaga could see Shingen’s dangerous smile.
“I thought I heard someone” he purrs, leaning down as the flap closes behind him. His movements were fluid, like he had experience catching people masturbating to him. Within a few moments, Shingen was crouching directly in front of Nobunaga, his face so very close.
Nobunaga didn’t know how to reply – his voice was locked in the back of his throat and he struggled to communicate his feelings. How could he explain that he had just been getting off to Shingen?
Shingen reached for Nobunaga’s cock, and his fingers brushed against the side. Surprised by his actions, Nobunaga released a pained moan, but then jolted back into reality. He sat up and closed his legs, trying to cover himself the best he could. “No! Get out! You should not even be awake!”
To this, Shingen raised an eyebrow. “No?” He ran his hand over Nobunaga’s thighs, but never broke eye contact with him. “But you’ve been moaning for the past fifteen minutes. Surely that must mean something.”
“No,” Nobunaga said again, more firmly. He tried to muster all of his conviction, but still, he faltered.
Shingen leaned forward, his thumb hooking under Nobunaga’s chin. He forced Nobunaga to meet his gaze once more before kissing him deeply. Sparks went off – Shingen tasted so good. His tongue invaded Nobunaga’s mouth, bringing the scent of pine and burnt wood into Nobunaga’s nose. Nobunaga kissed back desperately, trying to get more of him, but Shingen stood back. He licked his lips, breaking the string of saliva that lingered between the two of them.
He wore a victorious smirk, like he had won Nobunaga at a festival.
Nobunaga hated that expression, but he found it strangely attractive at the same time.
         “Did that feel wrong?”
Why do you have to be such a damn flirt, Tiger of Kai? Nobunaga asked himself, shutting his eyes tightly. He knew that if he looked into Shingen’s eyes, everything would be over and he would confess everything within moments.
Shingen slid his hand up Nobunaga’s thigh, the rough pads of his fingertips sending Nobunaga’s thoughts into the gutter.
         “Tell me~” Shingen growled.
         I refuse.
Shingen nipped at Nobunaga’s ear, making him blush.
         No.
Nobunaga opened his eyes and mewled. “I-I-”
        “You…?”
A moment of silence pressed between the two of them – the only sound that lingered was the thundering beats of Nobunaga’s heart in his chest. Even the cicadas outside had paused their song, waiting for Nobunaga’s response.
“For fuck’s sake, just fuck me already–”
Shingen smirked happily, gripping Nobunaga’s ankle before yanking his leg forward. “Gladly,” he replied, slapping Nobunaga’s hands away to reveal the stiff erection. As Nobunaga shifted to sit up, Shingen leaned down.
        “W-Wait, what are you doing-?”
Shingen gripped the base of Nobunaga’s member and ran his thumb against his scrotum. Extending his fingers, Shingen managed to press his pinkie firmly against Nobunaga’s tip. “Oh, I’m just getting started, my lord.” Nobunaga grunted in protest, but quickly silenced himself to watch. Shingen ran his tongue against Nobunaga’s cock, allowing his saliva to coat the skin and act as a lubricant.
Nobunaga squirmed around, not used to the feeling of someone else touching his member like this, but Shingen pressed his free hand down on his abdomen, keeping him in place. Too bashful to say anything, Nobunaga swallowed his pride and watched.
His tongue was a blur – wrapping around Nobunaga’s length, sucking and nibbling all within minutes of having heard Nobunaga’s consent. Shingen teethed slightly on the tip of Nobunaga’s cock, causing him to throw his head back and whine. He looked up slightly, his hair curling over his eyes, making him look dangerously seductive.
Shingen lifted his head and smirked. He didn’t even need to speak to tease Nobunaga – the carnal glint in his eyes was more than enough.
Nobunaga could only blush in response, and he hated it. He trembled under Shingen’s grip, and shook his head back and forth.
“Angel, you are so cute~” Shingen commented, lapping at Nobunaga’s excessive precum.
“I’m not an ang-ahh!” Shingen’s hot breath further stimulated Nobunaga, making him grunt suddenly and release. His semen jumped from the tip of his cock and onto Shingen’s face. He had opened his mouth just in time to catch some of the milky fluid on his tongue.
Nobunaga was at a loss for words – a string of incoherent words babbled from his lips as Shingen’s tongue shot out and licked at the semen hanging from the corner of his lips. His canines glinted in the dim light as he smiled, happy with his actions.
Shingen sat up to disrobe himself without saying anything. He let the haori slip from his shoulders and onto the floor of the tent; soon after that, he had removed his white tank and pants as well. With every layer that came off, Nobunaga was found himself admiring Shingen’s toned abdomen.
“Like what you see?” Shingen inquired, peeling off the last scrap of fabric that made him decent. “I’ve caught you stealing glances at me while we were riding on the horses. Wandering eyes, Lord Nobunaga?”
Nobunaga froze and choked on his words. He had not realized that he had been so obvious about it, and now he was paying the price for it.
Shingen pressed a surprisingly gentle kiss to Nobunaga’s jaw, bringing him back into the moment. “Don’t worry too much about it.”
The Devil King nodded slowly, but didn’t notice that Shingen’s hand was inching up his thigh. Despite being a large man, Shingen managed to flip Nobunaga over onto his stomach. He leaned over Nobunaga and tucked his arm around him. Nobunaga braced himself on the mat and waited for what was to come. Instead, Shingen kissed the shell of his ear and soothed him.
“Steady your breathing. It will hurt, but not for long. If you don’t like it, tell me.”
Nobunaga swallowed. If anything, he would likely hate the fact that he enjoyed it. But he doesn’t voice this, and simply nodded. He could feel Shingen’s cock rubbing against him, and honestly, it was exhilarating. Shingen was so warm, unlike any woman Nobunaga had been with.
A few moments later, Shingen pressed the tip of his cock into Nobunaga, who hissed out in pain. Fuck, it did hurt, Nobunaga screamed at himself internally.
Shingen moans, and the sound makes the hairs on the back of Nobunaga’s neck stand up. It was a beautiful round moan that only Shingen could make. He dragged his hand down Nobunaga’s back before kissing his spine. “I’m going to start moving. Is that alright?”
“Just do it, Tiger,” Nobunaga hissed back.
And so he did. Shingen moved his hips back and forth, pushing his cock deeper into Nobuaga. The Devil King could only grip the futon and hold on for dear life. Pleasure racked his limbs and they felt weak every time Shingen’s tip hit a deep spot. Despite having cum earlier, Nobunaga felt like he was going to release again – and without being touched.
In the moment, Nobunaga only thought about how embarrassing it will be for Shingen Takeda to parade around, pompously bragging about he took Nobunaga Oda, unifier of Japan, and made him cum without even touching his cock.
As Shingen began to pick up his pace, he bent over Nobunaga and wrapped his hand around Nobunaga’s cock once more. The doggy style allowed Shingen a full range of motion, while keeping Nobunaga pinned beneath him. Shingen dominated the situation, pressing sloppy kisses along Nobunaga’s spine before he reached his exposed neck. There, he sucked happily on the unmarked skin.
His teeth sunk into Nobunaga’s flesh, and he rubbed his tongue against the spot when Nobunaga cried out.
       “What are you doing, Tiger?!”
Shingen chuckled before kissing the spot. “I got carried away. Apologies.”
Nobunaga very well knew that Shingen had left a hickey there, but part of him was alright with it. He felt a sense of calmness wash over him for a split second before he drowned in white hot pleasure. Shingen groaned as Nobunaga arched his back and cupped his hand over Shingen’s hair. The slight change in position allowed Shingen to drag his tongue across Nobunaga’s neck. Nobunaga opened his mouth to say something, but the words are lost in the moment.
Just as he promised, Shingen had a lot of stamina, leading him to shift his posture nearly every other minute. It was driving Nobunaga insane – at one point, Shingen held Nobunaga’s let up in the air and pumped his cock rapidly, the next moment, Shingen had sat up straight and pushed Nobunaga down from the small of his back (putting him in a downward dog position), and after that, Shingen’s fingers coiled around Nobunaga’s neck, coaxing him to sit up as well. Nobunaga could not help but moan enthusiastically and craned his neck around to kiss Shingen deeply.
Shingen rubbed one of his hands over Nobunaga’s nipples, tugging and twisting at them until the kiss ended. Nobunaga let out a sudden whine. His eyes flashed open, but Shingen only laughed again. “I told you not to worry… I am happy that you listened to me,” he whispered in that deep voice of his.
They both craved release, so desperation got the better of them. Shingen’s thrusts quickly became more sloppy, as did his flirtatious talk and kisses.
Nobunaga was exhausted and lost all of his shame, and when he pushed his leg outwards to relieve the cramp in his leg, the added stress on Shingen’s cock sent off the edge. He squeezed Nobunaga’s ass, leading them to ejaculate at the same time; Nobunaga’s seed landed on the blanket below him, but Shingen filled Nobunaga up completely.
They remained like that for a moment, panting heavily and wondering if that had really happened, or if it was a dream. Shingen pulled out slowly, causing his semen to dribble down Nobunaga’s thighs. He shivered at the sensation and quickly sat down to keep Shingen from seeing it.
The warlord closed his eyes tightly and lay down, to embarrassed to say anything. However, when Shingen took a spot next to Nobunaga, he snapped. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing, warming up to me now like I am some common whore of yours?!”
“Surely, if I leave, someone will notice. Do you care to explain to them what has just transpired?” Shingen asked, tipping his head to the side. Of course Shingen knew how to sell it to Nobunaga.
“You leave when the guards change at dawn. Not a moment later, understand me?”
Shingen smirked and settled against the pillow, broad arms extending outwards. Nobunaga realized that he wished to hold him, and he was not having this. Instead, Nobunaga scooted over to the far side of the tent, trying to put as much space between them as possible.
An awkward silence passed between them before Shingen cleared his throat. “How do you feel?”
       “Dirty.”
Shingen laughed a little too loudly. “You did cum on yourself earlier.”
Nobunaga burned a bright red. “Shut up, Tiger of Kai, or else I might be inclined to cut off your tongue. Better yet, I do it now so you don’t go telling anyone about this.”
       “Why would I share?”
Nobunaga turned over to glance at Shingen. “To ruin me. A warlord sleeping with another man? And moreover, you? No one will take me seriously ever again.”
Shingen shook his head. “I never had, nor do I have, plans to tell anyone. Sex is an intimate act.”
“...Really? And yet, you’re notorious because the number of people you’ve fornicated with is greater than the number of people you’ve killed.”
“Is that what you think of me?!” Shingen laughed heartily. “You have much to learn about, Lord Nobunaga.”
“There won’t be anything else to learn after this,” Nobunaga snapped back in response.
Shingen shrugged. “If you insist.” He turned over and went to sleep without saying anything else, and, for a split second, Nobunaga felt hurt. Nobunaga was not sure if he actually meant it, but he suddenly worried that he had spoken too harshly – after all, if Shingen was telling the truth, he really did value intimate moments.
Sighing to himself, Nobunaga knew he would regret this at a later date, but he forced himself closer to Shingen. He stopped while there was still about a foot of space between the two of them. Despite the distance, Nobunaga could clearly see all the scars and old war injuries Shingen had suffered from in the past.
Without thinking, Nobunaga reached out ever so slowly and brushed his fingers over a large scar. This caused Shingen to turn and look over his shoulder. “Spear.”
       “Hm?”
“Someone came at me with a spear.”
“Oh,” Nobunaga whispered. He put his hand back under his pillow and closed his eyes, deciding it was time to go to sleep. Just as he began to drift off, Nobunaga felt a weight on him. He panicked slightly, but then realized that Shingen had thrown his arm over him.
Again, Nobunaga melted into the Tiger’s warmth and let sleep take him.
Shingen on the other hand, watched Nobunaga with a strangely endearing glint in his eyes. Whatever the future would hold for their relationship, Shingen was too tired to think, so he nuzzled slightly into Nobunaga’s damp hair, pressing the softest of kisses to his head before falling asleep as well.

An Oblivious Genius
Requested by: @foreverendeavour
Writer: @xathia-89
Prompt: MC and her warlord have fallen out of love. Nothing dramatic, just routine. What does he do about it?
It was a strange feeling, constantly seeing Mai with his Lord. Her smiles were so broad and so caring as he ruffled her hair before Mai spotted him. It was still a caring look, but one of routine. How long had it been like this? That spark was missing, and he had only just noticed.
“Hey,” her kiss was soft but held none of the passion that had absorbed them like in the tent on the battlefield. For someone who was meant to be a genius, he was feeling heavy hearted and thick at this moment in time as his hand cupped her cheek and stroked it gently. She always cared for him, always made sure that he ate and drank whilst absorbed in his texts and made certain that he wouldn’t be constantly sat in the library and would get some sleep and exercise.
“How is your work going?” He asked, trying to recall the last time they did something spontaneous. Or least he did something for her.
“The seamstresses are buried under,” her laugh was lilting. “So it’s tiring.”
“You should remember to rest as much as you wish me to,” he lifted her hands to his lips and kissed the back of them. It had been a while since he had caught her off guard from the blush on her face.
“I’ll try,” her voice was hitched in her throat before Nobunaga was calling for him. “You should go and see what he wants,” her smile was automated before she used the distraction to slip away. Was it all a lost cause already?
“Mitsunari?” His Lord’s voice broke him from the trance.
“Yes, Lord Hideyoshi?” His voice was far away, his amethyst eyes focused on the retreating chatelaine who was heading towards the seamstresses room.
A hand on his shoulder brought the silver-haired male’s attention back to the older man. “We need to have a talk with Lord Nobunaga.”
“Of course,” he smiled, trying to pass everything off as normal.
He was surprised to find Mitsuhide and Masamune present in the tenshu, it would be a cosy meeting at least as he took the last cushion available. He was sat opposite Lord Nobunaga, who had a slight frown on his face as he watched the younger man carefully.
“You have been lax in your duties, Mitsunari,” the sentence taking Ishida off guard completely. The other four men in the room were also now frowning at him. “Hideyoshi and Mitsuhide have been finding out from the staff that things are not as secure in your relationship as we were led to believe.”
“I had only just noticed, and that is a failing milord,” Mitsunari was already trying to work out a strategy. He should have noticed sooner. Her smiles weren’t as bright, her eyes didn’t sparkle like they used to, she wasn’t even staying in his futon as much. She was citing various reasons, and he had just accepted them. He believed every word from her without a challenge, such was the nature of his character. “I was just trying to recall the last time I did something special for Mai, and my memory is telling me it was far too long ago,” he paused, as the room eased a little.
“I need a scouting of an onsen that I may require the use of in the future,” Nobunaga smirked. “I believe a few nights there may suffice to ascertain if they are of standards for me.”
“And I think the lass is getting stiff muscles from all the sewing she’s doing lately,” Masamune laughed.
Mitsunari was frowning, surely they weren’t telling him to go and take Mai under the guise of checking out somewhere for Lord Nobunaga? Hideyoshi sighed and seemed to take pity on the vassal.
“Take Mai, I’ll get the maids to pack her things for a few nights for you both,” he instructed.
Mai had been more than a little shocked when Mitsuhide had fetched her from the middle of seamstress gossip and found that Mitsunari was already on a horse and waiting for her. And the horse was just being double checked to make sure that the load she was carrying wasn’t going anywhere. Nobunaga was in the middle of instructing Mitsunari what he was after from an onsen should it meet his standards and then smirked as the Chatelaine wasn’t expecting Mitsuhide to simply lift her up and seat her in Mitsunari’s arms.
“You’ve been working too hard,” Nobunaga scolded them both, a light blush peppering their cheeks as the two were trying to avoid looking anyone in the eye. “I need this onsen assessing for future use. I expect a report no sooner than several days time.”
“Of course, milord,” Mitsunari was automatically bowing as Hideyoshi made his last check of the saddlebags.
Then the horse was off before Hideyoshi could give his ‘safety first’ speech. Leaving Masamune and Nobunaga in roaring fits of laughter, and the kitsune of the forces with a deviant smile on his face which Hideyoshi immediately began to tear into.
“Relax, it might be the thing they need to get some blood pumping around them both,” Mitsuhide smirked, and taking his chance to leave before there was a retort.
The journey to the onsen was in silence and slight discomfort between them both. Neither of them knew what to say, and it seemed they were both at a loss for words on their situation. The onsen owner was more than thrilled to host a young couple and kept telling them what fertile properties the waters were meant to encourage. Mitsunari saw the flickering expression on Mai’s face at the mention of pregnancy and quickly cut through the woman’s incessant mouth with the excuse that they were tired from travelling.
Food was being prepared for them as they were shown to their room. A private onsen off the back of course, as the owner was still chattering on about pregnancy and the like. Mai was avoiding looking at Mitsunari. His heart sank. Just how long had it been since they’d done anything like this. He recalled the days when he wasn’t able to resist taking her in a tent on the battlefield, she was constantly fighting to stay quiet because those moans and oh so delightful noises were just for him. Now, they were alone, and she was trying to focus on everything but him.
“Mai?” His voice made her head snap up to him, an automated smile, but nothing special. “How long have I been ignoring this?” He was holding her in his arms, she was so precious to him as his hand was stroking her cheek as his voice was now barely a whisper. “What happened to us?”
“Time and life happened,” she sighed. “We both have jobs and obligations. They come first.”
Mitsunari didn’t know what happened, but his mouth was claiming hers. Red hot in anger at himself, as he became determined to show Mai that nothing came before she did. It wasn’t going to be a band-aid solution, but he was going to make the changes. She had made the choice to stay in the past, he was now going to make sure that she didn’t regret it.
The journey back was more snuggly than the outward journey. It had been a lot of talking, and a lack of clothing. They had been bearing their problems to each other, things had become routine, and it had taken Mitsunari far too long to notice when the other warlords had gotten involved. Mai agreed it wasn’t the best way, but she was the one always trying, Mitsunari was going to work on that. He had a lot of things to work on, but putting the spark back into the relationship was the key right now. As his mind began to map out Azuchi castle, and all those little spaces that would be able to hide them both from everyone as he nipped her ear to break her out of a trance, and then began to describe the sorts of things he would love to do to her against a passing tree.
Before deciding that the princess needed to be shown rather than told.
It was going to take a little longer to get back than initially thought. Mitsunari had to be thorough in his discoveries of course.

Mafia AU Part 5
True to his word, the press were more than a little relentless. And to keep the whole image up, Shingen was taking me to his work now most days, and surrounded by bodyguards of course. All I was really doing was playing 'dutiful fiancée' and using my tablet to plan the wedding of course.
Then an article popped up that made me pause as I was looking through a trashy media website for some glitzy ideas.
"Shingen?" I was hesitant to disturb him during his work, but I wasn't entirely sure that he wouldn't want to wait.
"What?" He frowned, though his tone wasn't harsh. It was firm and gave me an opening. I chose to say nothing and handed my tablet over with the article displayed. It was making the claims that it wasn't a true engagement, neither of us had ever been seen sharing a kiss or a moment of passion, and it was most certainly boosting Shingen's image alone. Then a line about my 'possible connections' to the well-known mob boss, Nobunaga Oda, since I shared a similar appearance with one of his top people and a surname as well. "We'll address that," he abruptly said, his mood souring after handing me the tablet back. "Yuki will take you home, I am going to be late now."
For once, his tone wasn't directed at me. He had softened almost, and I certainly wasn't allowed anywhere alone. It was the press that were starting to irritate me more than my fiancé, they simply wanted to see everything all the time, and would turn up at any appointment we made. I felt as though I had lost every right to privacy since coming back the second I started to step outside of the manor.
Yukimura was as salty as ever it felt like. The bodyguards were always focused on my movements rather than Shingen's. He lived for the spotlight, where it terrified me. I needed the shield and protection, and at least Takeda seemed to understand that about me as he ordered them to block me from the cameras.
"Miss Toyotomi!" Was all that was being shouted as we left the building. I kept my head down, and let the guys do their jobs. Not that it stopped them from yelling things at me as I got into the car.
"Apparently some people have nothing better to do," Yukimura scoffed once we had pulled away.
"Someone wrote an accusatory article that the engagement is a fraud because we've never been caught kissing," I brought up. I wasn't sure why as I glanced out of the tinted window to watch the world go by. "He didn't look very impressed when he gave me my tablet back."
"Wait, he's staying because of an article you found?" Sanada did a double take before I brought the article up for him to read over. "Witchcraft," he spat, thrusting it back at me after glancing it over. "That would never warrant a response from Shingen," he glared at me accusingly.
"All I did was show it to him, and he decided that I was going back and he was staying late," I scoffed, narrowing my eyes at the man.
"Coincidence," Yukimura was determined to stay on his current path. "He would never do all this for a woman," I heard him mutter under his breath but gave no signs to indicate that I had heard him.
A buzz on the intercom made me jump but got my attention in the middle of the mindless internet scrolling I was doing.
"Natsuki, are you decent?" I was surprised to hear Shingen asking before entering for once.
"Yeah," I replied after a short pause and then heard my door being opened.
Shingen let himself in and sat down on the armchair that had now been installed in my 'room'. He had taken note that I appreciated the two-seater sofa, and had made a measure to incorporate some boundaries it seemed after my brief reunion with my brother. I could see he wasn't looking as calm and collected as usual, and decided that maybe giving him a slighter easier time would get me some answers as I walked over from the office space and dropped my weight into the sofa.
"Because of that lovely article you found, it's forced my hand a little," he started. "I'm not angry at you for finding it, it would have caused a lot more of a problem for us both if you hadn't really. But the press are more than a little thirsty for us; it seems," Shingen didn't seem entirely comfortable with the whole idea. "I've had to arrange a glitzy interview because otherwise, it will simply be all rumours. Someone will be attending in a few hours because it has to move fast. I believe there should be a trouser suit that you haven't been photographed in yet in the wardrobe, and I would like you to wear that, and get your hair and makeup sorted for it, please," the manners and requests instead of ordering me around were taking me off guard. "I will get Yuki to fetch you when she's due to arrive, but if you could get sorted now, I would appreciate it."
"Only because you asked nicely and told me what was going on," I replied, tilting my head slightly before the redhead stood up, and then bowed politely before leaving. The complete turn around in character was a change, it was as though he'd realised I was a person instead of a pawn before I realised that I had just agreed to attend a press interview and now had to get myself ready and presentable.
She wasn't what I was expecting in a reporter. She offered her hand only to the renown playboy, a dark brunette shade of carefully styled hair, and minimalistic make-up, paired with conservative attire. It wasn't just about how she looked was my impression, and I narrowed my eyes a little.
"Don't look so disappointed they didn't send the intern Mr Takeda," she dazzled. "Ms Yushi at your service," she politely introduced herself to me, offering the same hand and smile as I lightly shook it. "Seeing as it took this long to secure the interview, then I wasn't trusting any of my staff to complete it for me," she smiled, taking the gestured seat opposite us as her photographer carefully set up the equipment. He was a little stiff, making sure to point all of the cameras at us and then he kept adjusting the angles as though trying to account for something. "We agreed that you'd see the interview before publication," she rambled off, as I suddenly tugged Takeda down as a bullet hit the wall where his head had been moments ago.
I had ‘Ms Yushi' pinned to the floor, my legs straddling her hips while my hands were over her wrists. Kenshin was restraining the photographer, the man in a headlock before he had managed to get too far. She was a feisty one and far too much energy as I was resisted the urge to clobber her across the back of the head.
Yukimura silently took over from me, and the pair were escorted to Kenshin's part of his mansion, and I sunk back into one of the armchairs slowly. Sasuke was in command of confirming that the house was safe as Shingen ran his fingers through his hair.
"You could have let that go through straight me princess," the man broke me from my trance, an uncomfortable look on his face as he fidgeted with his tie and loosened it off. "No one would have questioned it," he frowned and leant against the ornate fireplace that took up most of the living room.
"Yeah, well," I muttered, not quite believing it myself.  I kept refusing any offer of alcohol while the redhead was tipping back several shots of whiskey, trying to figure out what had tipped me off. "The camera," I said out of nowhere, "Where's Sasuke?" I demanded, snapping and jumping out of my seat at the returning Kenshin from showing our 'guests' to their new rooms.
"He's checking the base," Shingen tried to calm me, slinging an arm around my shoulders, and trying to pull me back from the other man.
"No, he needs to be here and checking the equipment," I argued. "That bullet trajectory isn't from either of them, and it's impossible to have been shot from anywhere else without glass breaking."
Kenshin hated my instinct and logic but left to go and find the scientist as I couldn't stop the pacing I was doing out of fret. Sasuke was the calm needed as he approached the equipment with a gentleness I'd never seen before.
After what felt like an age, a cough attracted everyone's attention. The room was so tense that it could have been used to cut glaciers in half. Uesugi moved around the back of the third camera, where Sasuke had carefully disassembled the device. It was a false fit and had a single shotgun built into the flash device.
"Blind the room and kill you," I murmured to Shingen. "That's not a signature I know," I said, looking up at the intended victim.
"Someone's sending a message, did they say anything downstairs?" Shingen frowned.
"Nothing, but I haven't brought out all the big stops yet," it was the first time I'd seen a smile grace Kenshin's lips. And it chilled me to the bone as the man disappeared.
"Let's get you somewhere safe," Takeda said, patting my shoulder to bring my attention back from its current rampage in imagination land.
I wasn't sure who was more surprised when the van door opened, and Mitsunari and Nobunaga were there with Shingen. Ishida's amethyst eyes had a look of BSOD, while Nobunaga was trying to work out what this was going to cost him.
"I said I'd make it worth your time," Shingen calmly said, and gestured for me to get out of the van.
"Hideyoshi will be relieved," Oda commented as I clambered down to the floor, looking me over in the trouser suit that I hadn't been given a chance to change out of.
I was nearly toppled over and encased in the warmth that I hadn't felt or smelt in what had seemed like a lifetime. My brother had forgone all formalities and appearances, rubbing his hands up and down my back as he was muttering something about wringing someone's neck and how happy he was to see me.
Then a cough made him freeze and reluctantly let me go. Nobunaga was smirking at his subordinate's behaviour, and Takeda had a flash of something that was hidden the second he realised I was looking. We were shown through to the living room where any guests were greeted and torn to shreds.
Masamune was looking ruffled, while Mitsuhide and Ieyasu were wearing masks of stoic. Though I detected the slightest expressions of being annoyed in their eyes. All of them were studying me for any signs of harm, and my brother was definitely torn about how close to sit next to me. Technically, I was the enemy for now and tried to make things easier as I sat on the 'foreigners' seat with Shingen. The man would have passed as not being bothered, but it was the slightest crinkle of his eyes and the way that he was surveying the scenery that told me he was just as on edge as the rest of the men.
"So, what's the pleasure of this? I've seen all of the photos and reports, and a few are even claiming it's all false," Nobunaga was trying to assert his dominance.
"I came across a new signature this morning, and I'm surprised you haven't been utilising Princess to her full extent of abilities," Takeda's front was going to start cracking. "Since she saved me from an assassination this morning anyway," he shrugged as though it was nothing, while I was blushing furiously and staring at the floor to avoid the surprised expressions all around. "A single shotgun, disguised as a camera flash-"
"As if we would stoop to that level," Hideyoshi immediately interjected. "We don't use those techniques."
"He's asking because we found the backups were designed to take me out," I softly spoke. "Kenshin got the information out, that should the bullet and gun fail to go off, then I was to be taken out by a sniper when the interview was over."
The atmosphere was frozen. Shingen was gripping my hand tightly, and I realised that I had laced our fingers together in support.
"So why are you here?" Ieyasu snapped, breaking the image of an aloof man.
"Because if I didn't recognise it, and they were willing to target me, then it means that someone is looking to create a vacuum and take over for themselves," I pointed out. "It might be the time to pool resources maybe and keep an eye out for the mutual threat before you go back to trying to destroy each other." I scoffed.
The whole room was plunged into an ice age. No one wanted to move for fear of breaking the illusion that they didn't want to do this before my temper was about to get the better of me. Shingen was getting better at reading me and finally suggested to Nobunaga they go and discuss the finer terms of an agreement somewhere a little more private. Mitsunari tagged along as usual for the legal protection of Oda, before the room seemed to breathe again.
I was then the focus of several overbearing brothers it seemed, Hideyoshi on one side of me, and Masamune on the other. It was a big hug, and even Ieyasu had a slight smile on his face as he watched us from the other sofa.
"I'm fine," I laughed, one arm hooked around either male. Mitsuhide was sat with a knowing look on his face before sliding in from behind and hugging me from over the back of the sofa. "I'm fine, I promise."
"You're a clever little girl at times," it was rare to hear direct praise from Akechi as I tilted my head back. "You took my lessons about disappearing off the grid to heart at least. Even when I'm struggling to find you, then you've done very well for yourself."
"I was only found because of photographed ID cards," I weakly smiled. "And even then, it took several months, in which I managed a promotion."
Hideyoshi was sighing and resting his head on top of mine. "I never wanted you to get this involved," he muttered.
"Well, I did, and I am," I firmly replied. "I'm also an adult fully capable of making my own decisions," I reminded him. "With enough of a knack for reading people that I can pull mob lords out of the range of travelling bullets," I paused.
Masamune ruffled my hair, breaking my silent trance. "You haven't had the chance for some of my delicacies in a while, so we should head there!"
No one stood a chance of stopping the cooking fanatic and promptly lifted me off the sofa in one swift moment. My brother, Mitsuhide and Ieyasu followed because they claimed to not be able to trust Masamune to not keep his hands off me between cooking things. Nothing to do with wanting to taste his food of course.
Nobunaga tapped his fingers against the desk. Shingen was a hardened man, he had to give his opponent the credit he deserved in that respect, but that was going to make him a challenging adversary to remove later on.
"What's the plan with Princess?" He asked before he could even stop himself and then spotted the crack in the mask of the redhead. A weak spot?
"She stays with me," Takeda stated, the mask settled back into place. "The media and all social circles know her as my fiancée, it would become more than a little suspicious if she suddenly appeared with you," Oda was frowning now.
"She stays here, in exchange, you can use my right-hand man," Hideyoshi was going to be furious, but it kept his sister out of the grasps of Takeda. "If all goes well, we will swap them back."
"Fine, but any media stunt stating that she's not my fiancée or is suddenly now engaged to you then everything becomes null and void and it's a two-front war," Shingen was getting a little heated under the collar.
"I don't control Natsuki," Nobunaga calmly stated. "But I won't influence her to do anything of the sort."
"Neither you or any of your men will do anything to influence her to do anything like that," Shingen was pressing hard to close the loopholes.
Oda smirked. "I'm not you, Shingen, I will come charging straight for you after this, Natsuki has nothing to do with it."

Ikemen Sengoku Zodiac Personalities/Traits
I have not seen this done, so I wanted to do a quick synopsis of each of the character’s personalities based on their zodiac signs.
Nobunaga -May 12th Taurus, the Bull.  They are brave and see themselves as protectors. They have remarkable will power, can seem stubborn, but they also have very agile minds. They are known for being very determined.
Mitsunari -November 6th Scorpio, the Scorpion. They are truth seekers and are very intuitive. They often see what others cannot, and they do live for love and believe it is important. They do have a sting though! (Would Mitsunari really sting?)
Mitsuhide-  October 4th Libra, the Scales. They can be charming and sociable. They are often peacemakers (really Mitsuhide? Perhaps in his own way?), they have amazing ability to gain harmony with people and in situations. Usually, extremely intelligent, and often see the big picture in situations.
Ieyasu – Jan 31st and Kenshin - February 18th Two! Aquarius, the Water Bearer. Often humanitarians, they are honest, loyal, and independent. They are true visionaries, with adventurous spirits and desire and inspire freedom. They are forward thinking dreamers and doers. They are often known as rebels with a cause.
Hideyoshi – March 17th Pisces, the Fish. They are often altruistic (to a fault, seems like Hideyoshi), sensitive, and selfless. They can be delicate and sensitive, and often love unconditionally. They spend their lives trying to make the world a better place.
Yukimura - July 7th Cancer, the Crab.  They can be emotional and loving, as well as cautious. They can go with change fairly well and remain unscathed. Others sometimes turn to them for advice, they conquer the world with a sense of humor.
Shingen-  December 1st Sagittarius, the Archer. They are often optimists, and they have a lot of enthusiasm for life. They are good humored and often honest and straightforward. They love adventure and activity. They think big, act big, and spend big. Maybe that’s why Shingen is such a big flirt.
Sasuke - April 10th Aries, the Ram. The fighters of injustice. They are pioneering, adventurous, quick-witted. They can often fit into places where others dare not go, and put on a candid persona (this sort of sounds like Sasuke’s situation). They don’t avoid issues or problems, they will often get to the point and push through.
Kennyo-  January 7th Capricorn, the Sea-Goat. They are old souls, and often have wisdom and unstoppable ambition (maybe why Kennyo can’t stop when it comes to revenge). They often will not act without a carefully calculated plan and are very disciplined.
Masamune - September 5th  Virgo, the Maiden. They are practical and diligent, and incredibly strong and independent. They are wise and make good decisions, and can be trusted (I suppose in certain instances this describes Masamune, even though Hideyoshi may not feel that way when it comes to Masamune and MC ಠ_ಠ).

Casualties of War, ch. 4
Rating: M Characters: Oichi/Katsuie Tagging: @sengokugenkigirl, @yoolee, @dear-mrs-otome, @frywen-babbles All that’s left I suppose! Thank you for indulging me in this little journey of sads and shit nobody asked for :D
Ch. 1, Ch. 2, Ch. 3
She lets out a deep breath as she eases into sleep, releasing the ties on her heart and to her past.
Kiyosu castle is empty without her.
No matter how many bodies fill the walls and how many voices rise in War Council, there is a distinct emptiness without her light, her laughter, her pointed looks and barbed words sliding between men who thought themselves great enough to be by her side. The silence of a castle full of men weighs on him, deafens him. He tries not to think about it, about her. No, it has nothing to do with her. It was his fault, he is the only one to blame for her absence in his life. A voice inside him wiggles into his brain and whispers to him late at night when no voice are around to drown it out that he made a mistake. It is all his fault. If only, if only.
He lost his chance.
Preposterous, he never had a chance to begin with, he is the demon of Nobunaga’s army and nowhere near the level of Oich--of Lady Azai. Foolish thoughts need to be banished from his mind and he thrusts himself full-force into War Council planning and execution. He prepares for war with grim light in his eyes, such that even his men notice his disquiet. He rides into battle, taking foolish chances and unbeatable odds. The “Oni” Shibata gives no quarter as he bears down on enemies of the Oda without  mercy, leaving death in his wake across the battlefield.
Until. Until he is too far in and he doesn’t realize where he is, until he turns and on all sides cannot make out the banner for his liege lord--he has been surrounded.
It does not end well for Shibata Katsuie.
Maeda rides in desperately when he sees the purple goose fall and the horde of enemy soldiers surge forward--a cry rings out, staking claim to the demon’s head--and his spear booms through the air and scatters those who would feast upon Katsuie’s fall. He practically tumbles from his horse in his haste, there is far too much blood and he pales as he approaches the still figure on the battlefield. After a tense moment of fear he calls for some of his men to hoist Katsuie’s battered form onto a horse to get him back to camp for treatment--for he is alive, but only just.
Months pass, battles pass, wars pass as Katsuie languishes in recovery. He cannot bear to be in Kiyosu castle, shadows and echoes of her memory haunt him in empty hallways as the armies fight on the front, hs loneliness mocking him. He curses his own stupidity, his own voice that drove him to risk so much for so little, only to leave him weak and suffering with nothing to show for his foolishness.
With Oda’s armies absent, Katsuie devotes himself to arts, to writing and song, to strengthening his weakened body, to anything he can do to get his mind away from her memory. Sweat and screaming muscles distract him, and he brutalizes his body to keep his thoughts at bay. For a time he is able to put her from his mind when his body is weary and beaten, exhaustion sapping his ability to care as he lands face down in his futon night after night, alone, still dressed, and his retainers whisper in concern.
Word arrives that the Oda have declared war on the Asakura. Worry takes seed in his mind, tendrils of concern creeping across his thoughts throughout the day, choking his attempts at constant optimism. And when Nobunaga declares they will march on the Asakura, whether the Azai are with them or not, Katusie demands attendance to this war.
Even if he has to face Lord Azai himself, Katusie will not allow this to touch her.
Years of battle wear on her husband, and Oichi is concerned. The Asakura demand the generations-old Azai allegiance be proven, and her own ties to her brother pull at Nagamasa’s heart and at his mind. She feels his tension when he makes love to her, as he lays beside her restless in bed, and even when his shallow sleep does not afford him escape from this torture. When morning comes and he cannot look into her eyes, Oichi knows he made the decision he did not want to make.
She takes his hand and coaxes his eyes to her, cups his cheeks and leans toward him, pulls his forehead to hers and closes her eyes. She smiles, wan and tired, but understanding for the decision he had to make. Oichi is a samurai wife, a samurai daughter, and she knows his burdens and forgives him for them. She loves him still for it, in spite of it, because of it. His kind heart causes his hands to shake as he touches her face in reverence, as he cups her neck and pulls her to him for a long, deep, searching kiss. She whispers her affection to him in between breaths, allowing him to pull her back to the floor and pull off her robes and find his connection to her again.
The day of Nobunaga’s invasion is on the horizon--the whole castle knows and is on edge. Retainers eye Oichi warily, unsure of her motivations and loyalties. She remains at Nagamasa’s side, steadfast and eyes clear. The arrival of her kind friend from Kyoto provides brief respite in a castle full of suspicion towards her, until the name Katsuie passes her friend’s lips as easily as a letter from her brother passes to her hands.
Her heart stops. She tries to hide her shock at the mention of his name, at the abrupt churn of her stomach, by opening the letter to read Nobunaga’s greetings. But angry tears well up in her eyes at her brother’s demand for her departure--he did not raise a samurai bride who would leave her husband at this juncture, and she refuses to abandon the man she loves. She fights with her dearest friend, whose tears are not so well hidden that Oichi does not see them. Oichi understands her concern, but will not herself to be swayed. Her strength is here, at the side of the man she swore herself to, not running back to her big brother on a whim and a letter. She knows she must send her friend back before the battle begins, but she is given so little reprieve. Selfishly she takes as much time as the universe allows her to remain with someone she cares about, at least someone who will stay with her.
Lord Nagamasa informs Oichi that he will be preparing to defend against Nobunaga’s siege, and that she is to stay in the inner sanctum. Oichi does not cry. She assists her husband into his armour. Oichi does not cry. She prays over the omamori she painstakingly ties to Nagamasa’s the sheath of his katana. Oichi does not cry. She stands tall and proud as she sends him off to defend their castle. She is the Lady Azai, and Oichi does not cry.
Instead she sends a bag of beans, tied at both ends, with her dearest friend to return to her brother and Katsuie (no, not to him, just to Nobunaga). Then, Oichi cries. As her body shudders in fits and gasps in the solitude of the Lady’s chambers, her heart breaks. Tears pour down her face as physical pain wracks her body. No matter her love for her lord husband, has her love for Katsuie bound her to betrayal?
Nobunaga’s chef arrives at camp the night before the siege begins, a whirlwind of activity following as it always does. Katsuie had just finished his report to Nobunaga when the tent flap bursts open and a message is thrust upon his Lord’s hands and a breathless voice says the only word Katsuie can hear--Oichi. Oichi. Lady Oichi is here. There. In the castle. Just through the forest, the closest she has been in years.
At the site of their pending siege.
Lord Nagamasa commits seppuku and Oichi is whisked back to Owari with her brother and his troops. Her husband died with honor, but that does not change the fact that the man she loves is gone. Now she is back where she started: as a pawn of the Oda, without love, without life, without choice. Worse than when she started, for now she is seen as a snake in the midst of her own clan, her own family. She is the serpent who shared a bed with the man who betrayed the Oda--retainers whisper behind their hands that she would betray her own brother again if given the chance. Their words slash at her wounded heart; she did not choose the Azai to begin with, but now it was her burden to bear the consequences of a choice she did not make. Through it all, she witnesses Katsuie’s joyful and boisterous attitude around the castle. It hurts more than she could have imagined.
Oichi thought her time away, a new life, a new love would heal that wound.
Instead, her heart breaks anew at fresh evidence that Shibata Katsuie never loved her at all and she contributed to the death of the one man who did.
Oichi keeps to her chambers in Kiyosu. On rare occasion he spots her, en route to the baths or the privies. She loses weight over the weeks that pass, her figure growing wispy and frail and he hurts. He tries to keep his own cheer, to encourage his men and laughter and to keep himself together because every time he sees her, his heart shatters again at the sight.
Her gaunt face haunts him. Her empty eyes. Where there once was steel, now there is only water. The light of Kiyosu fades.
Then she begins to refuse meals altogether.
Even her friend from Kyoto returns to the main hall once again, spurned from Oichi’s room, laden with a full tray and hopeless eyes and Nobunaga huffs his irritation at his sister. Katsuie’s heart is seized by panic--he almost allowed himself to let her go once, but not again. He will never allow the Great Lady Oichi to waste away to nothing from this suffering.
Oichi does not want to see anyone, and she snaps at the knocking on her door. She is not hungry and she will not take an audience. But when a deep voice rumbles through the shoji to announce himself, she panics. Least of all does she want to see Shibata Katsuie, the man who stole her heart and held it close all these years and yet still, still worries for her as a father worries for his daughter. She tells him to leave, and he opens her door instead. She tells him to die, to give her peace, and he steps inside and slides the door shut instead. But she won’t turn around. He will force his paternal feelings on her, fine, but she will not give him anything in return. Oichi refuses Katsuie the satisfaction of her tears, of knowing her pain. She won’t let him know her heart still belongs to him.
Why else would he be here than to make her suffer more when he knows she has been broken by him before?
Moments pass in silence, the atmosphere between them growing thick and aged and strained. Years of silence stretch between them, words unsaid and hearts sealed from one another for so long. Inaction, foolish behavior, pain, their shared history and individual suffering twists in the still air between them. Finally, voice thick with his own tears, Katsuie creaks open the shutters on his heart and lays himself bare.
“Oichi...my Lady Oichi. I know you are suffering, and I know you don’t want to see me. But I am here. You can rely on me. Or you can turn away from me. But I will always be here for you, and I will always wait for you as I have all these years. My heart will always be yours. Even if you choose to go somewhere else, even if Lord Nobunaga asks you to bind the Oda to another in support of his pursuit of Divine Rule. If you need me...I am here.”
Tears threaten Oichi silently she listens to him speak. Dumbstruck at his words, she turns halfway around to see him standing in front of the paper doors, his broad shoulders framed by the mid-afternoon sun.
For him, there is and never will be anyone but her. He pulls from his pocket a small silver kanzashi, tiny bira-bira strips tinkling in the afternoon sun and the Shibata goose stamped upon its fan and holds it out to her. His hands shake as he awaits her response. Her lashes tremble as she takes in a shaky breath, allowing his words to sink into her skin and her mind and her heart. Then, fat teardrops surge past wide eyes as she turns fully towards him and throws herself into his arms, finally.
Finally.

Hi Aria! It's Nene~ Thank you for taking my matchup request! Here we go~
Hey sorry this is so late, I thought I did this one, but I think tumblr ate it. Something about the picture I used not being the right format, but anyway, here’s the matchup. Things are going to be a little out of order.
The whole cast can be eligible for the matchup!I
I would not like an inconsiderate, arrogant partner.
Constant unwanted teasing and disrespect would cross the line for me.
I’m going to start here by cutting a few of the suitors, not because they aren’t good characters or that you wouldn’t enjoy their routes for the sake of finding the best fit, there are a few that already won’t make the cut against other characters.
mitsuhide, nobunaga, and kenshin are marked off the list for crossing the line (or likely coming close)
yukimura, and iyasu can come accross as inconsiderate
and lastly I’m taking sasuke off the list simply because I’m not comfortable enough with his character to write something nice at the end of the matchup, but for what it’s worth he does seem like a good fit
The remaining suitors are Hideyoshi, masamune, mitsunari, and shingen
I like patience and devotion in a partner. (Humor would be great too, although it's not needed!)
wasn't sure exactly what you meant by relationship dynamic (sorry bout that), but I'd say I highly treasure familial bonds! My family is very important to me.
I was talking about shipping dynamics like, but this is still useful
Masamune: (++)
Mitsunari: (++)
Hideyoshi: (+++)
Shingen: (+++)
Disposition: I'm generally quiet! I usually don't speak unless spoken to. I like to smile a lot though, just to show my good-will towards others :)
Masamune: (+)
Mitsunari: (+++)
Hideyoshi: (+++)
Shingen: (++)
Self-improvement motivates me.
Life philosophy: No pain, no gain
Masamune: (+++)
Mitsunari: (+)
Hideyoshi: (+)
Shingen: (++)
I'm afraid of letting myself be overly emotional in front of others. I feel vulnerable and embarrassed :'(
Masamune: (/)
Mitsunari: (/)
Hideyoshi: (+)
Shingen: (+)
Positive traits: Polite, appreciative, understanding
Masamune: (+)
Mitsunari: (+++)
Hideyoshi: (+++)
Shingen: (++)
Negative traits: Stubborn, short-tempered, naive
(/same issue, +balancing traits -source of conflict)
Masamune: (/+-) (/)
Mitsunari: (+-/) (/)
Hideyoshi: (+-+) (+)
Shingen: (+++)
Hobby: singing and drawing!
Masamune: (+)
Mitsunari: (+++)
Hideyoshi: (++)
Shingen: (+)
Quirks: I can sing opera and I have a red birthmark shaped like Alaska on my arm lol!
Masamune: (+++)
Mitsunari: (+)
Hideyoshi: (+)
Shingen: (++)
Insecurity: My self-confidence
Masamune: (++)
Mitsunari: (+)
Hideyoshi: (++++)
Shingen: (+++)
Whew! Sorry it was kinda long. Hope this is enough to work with! Excited to see how your blog grows~ Thank you again! 😊💕
thank you and, well, same on the “kinda longe” part. Here are the results
Tumblr media
13 points masamune
Tumblr media
14 points mitsunari
Tumblr media
19 points Hideyoshi
Tumblr media
19 points (DAMMIT it’s a tie, I did not do this on purpose I swear, and no I’m not going to retroactivly change it.)
I’m going to go with,
Tumblr media
Hideyoshi, and here’s why:
You and Shingen have are a really good fit, but the idea that your philosophy “no pain no gain” would do hideyoshi psychic damage, is very funny to me, so based solely on sadistic amusement he gets one extra point and breaks the tie.
Now, to be clear this is also a really good fit. You disposition would be very endearing to him, and he is practically the epetome of patience and devotion. (and humor according to mitsuhide, but what does he know). he admires your work ethic, but often insists you not push yourself so much, if not as much for your sake as for his. he certainly wishes that you were more open with your emotions, but he gives you space when you ask for it as much as he wants you to be close. He’s very easy to open up to though, and when you do he remembers your insecurities, the things that frustrait and overwhelm you and tries to subtly protect you from them. While your temper may at times cause conflict he is very patient and keeps a level head. he’s just as stubborn as you are... maybe, and he’s good at watching your back, when others may try to take advantage, you may need to tell him to lay off every once in a while. sing for him pretty please, he would love it, especially opera, he is very impressed. He would also love it if while he does paperwork you just sit there with him and draw, maybe even sit back to back and lean on each other. when he’s tired, sometimes he gently traces the birthmark on your arm, it’s very grounding for him, you're you, you're here, you’re safe, and in that moment that’s all he needs to know. you should both work on your self confidence, your both wonderful. He won’t let you think poorly of yourself, or at least he’ll try his very best.
hope that was nice, and agian I’m sorry this took so long.

Ikemen Sengoku: Masamune X MC - Sleepless Nights (NSFW)
I’m so happy with how this turned out! I freaking LOVE Masamune! Mmmm!
Ahem.... anyways, please enjoy! ^_^
“Welcome back, Lord Masamune,” Kojuro greeted his master as he closed the sliding door behind him. Nodding in response, the warlord immediately headed towards the back of the manor to his room. The war council he just left lasted late into the night as they attempted to plan another strategy to deflect the enemy forces. He normally enjoyed these meetings, but there was once person missing. The chatelaine of Azuchi castle, Manami.
He had grown accustomed to seeing her frequently about the castle, but it had been a couple days since he had seen her, being busy with Nobunaga’s many meetings, all which she was unable to attend. Constantly thinking of her gorgeous smile, he worried he would soon forget it.
Parchment lied scattered around Manami along the floor as she sketched away, the flame from the lantern next to her burning what little light it could offer. Her mind had been running rampant these last few days with any poisonous thought. ‘Can I survive in this time long enough? Will Sasuke survive? What if I don’t want to go back? What am I saying?! I have to go back! But, what about... can I leave him knowing I’m falling in love with him..’
She accomplished her work requested by Nobunaga to keep her mind busy, but when she was left with an empty check list, she locked herself up in her room, drawing away her worries and bad thoughts, the best therapy she had access to in this time. She pushed out anything from completed works to rough sketches, fashion designs to animals, even people, especially one in particular, the one person who kept lingering in mind, intruding her thoughts.
Her current sketch was another fashion design, inspired by the clothes she had seen since she arrived here. Ever since the day she received one of her own designs made by the request of Masamune as a gift for her, her imagination sparked with infinite ideas! The thought of transforming a modern outfit to one which would fit this period was amazing and inspiring.
As her brush effortlessly applied ink to her parchment, her head snapped towards her door that suddenly flew open without warning. Masamune entered, nearly slamming the door behind him as he hastily closed the distance between them, kneeling down to her level on the floor.
“Masamune?” Manami felt her fingers tremble with his sudden, unexpected appearance as he peered into her eyes with his own. His face was so close, tempting her to nudge close enough to him, to feel his lips. Before she could act on her thoughts, he rested his forehead in the crook of her neck, his ear firmly pressed against her neck, breathing in her scent. With her heart thundering in her chest, she had no doubt he could hear it.
What felt like hours were mere seconds before he finally pulled away, his face relaxing into a smile, hoping she would be generous enough to return the gesture. How could she not? It was impossible for her to resist his charm. Whether it was from joy or surprise, she giggled, allowing him to see what he wanted most, her gorgeous smile.
“That’s right, kitten,” Masamune chuckled as he reached up to grab her chin, “smile for me.” Her giggles faded, but her smile refused to leave as his thumb stroked her chin, teasing the edge of her bottom lip. ‘I want to hear you purr for me.’
“I thought you were going to be stuck in war councils for the rest of your life,” she teased, her eyes shooting off to the side as she felt her cheeks flare up from his closeness. “I tried to visit every chance I could, but you were never there.”
“Nothing can keep me away from you for too long,” his husky tone sent chills down her spine as she attempted to hold in a sigh, afraid it would release the predator onto its prey, but it was too late. He leaned in close, her eyes started to close with anticipation. Having their faces so close, he was able to examine  her features, including her tired eyes. Concern suddenly took over. “You haven’t been worrying too much about me, have you?”
“What?” Manami whispered, disappointed to not feel him against her. “I always worry about you, but there have been other things on my mind. I guess I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately.” Her smiled faded away, tears forming at the edges of her eyes as they darted over to the mosaic of paper on the floor. Following her gaze, he took notice to her art which he adored so much.
“I don’t understand what there is to be upset about,” he reached out and grabbed one of her rough sketches, “you’re surrounded by such stunning art.” Turning to her, he kissed away the tears at the corners of her eyes, licking the salty sweetness from his lips.
“Do you really think so?” she knew he liked her work, but it still filled her with pride every time he praised it. “I guess you’re right. I’ve been drawing to make me forget my troubles.” Gathering up all her drawings from the floor, he lied down directly behind her, his pelvis and thighs cradling her lower back as he propped himself up on his elbow.
“I want to keep all these,” he said as he began to examine each one, “Keep going, I want to see you smile again.” Blushing at his compliment, she grabbed her brush and parchment and continued where she left off before the one-eyed dragon burst into her room.
The room fell silent, only the sound of her brush and shuffling papers filled the room. Her heart pounded in her chest, her eyes straying from her paper to his face every few minutes, often catching him staring back at her. When their eyes did meet, he smirked, burning her cheeks red as she darted back to her drawing.
‘Stay calm, girl! No need to get carried away, just finish this and let him look through-’ Then, the thought of her other drawings popped into her mind. “OH, NO!’
Cold electricity shot through her body as she turned back towards him, ready to snatch the papers from his hands, but it was too late. He was eyeing a drawing of two figures, a male and female. This particular paper had multiple poses featuring the same characters who had a uncanny resemblance to her and Masamune. One pose was him holding her from behind, the one below was a sweet kiss. The last one, the one he kept his gaze on, was Masamune’s figure pinning her to a wall or the floor, his lips against her neck as her face expressed pleasure. Embarrassed, she happened to glance over to the pile he had already gone through, and right on top was a similar drawing. He had seen them all.
Frozen in fear, she waited for his response, but he stared at the drawing for a short eternity before finally looking up to her, his once gentle gaze now full of desire and passion.
“Very creative,” his knee-weakening husky tone had returned as he sat up, “If I knew you were thinking about me this much, I would’ve skipped every war council to be with you.” Shifting his body towards her, she reacted with shuffling away from him, instigating his play mode.
“M-Masamune,” Manami’s voice squeaked as she crawled backwards from him, each crawl she made away from him, he made two towards her. She couldn’t deny her want for him, her need, but she wasn’t expecting it to happen like this. “It’s not what it looks like!”
“Oh?” her knees nearly hit his chest as he gained up on her, “the message is clear, lass. It’s good to know some things in the future haven’t changed much from this time.” The drumming of her heart seemed to take every ounce of her energy as her pace slowed, her arms growing weak. A piece of her wanted to be caught, his strong arms holding her close to him as he ripped her kimono to pieces, while the other part wanted to continue the chase, building up the anticipation.
At last, his hands were one either side of her hips, yet she kept shuffling away from him, a girly squeal escaping her lips as he growled after her. She wasn’t letting him catch her just yet. Wanting his kitten in his grasps now, he sped up his pace, catching her off guard.
The sudden burst in speed messed with her own pace, causing her wrist to catch the sleeve of her kimono, pulling it down passed her shoulder. The two stopped, the empty silence filling the room as their eyes gaped. Her now bare skin glowed in the flickering lantern light. His eye shifted from her shocked face to her bare chest, the collar of her kimono stopping at the very edge of her breast. Her eyes glanced down to his almost bare chest. All that shuffling loosed the top of his kimono as well, exposing his tone muscles.
Meeting his eyes with hers once again, she realized how close he was to her. Her leaping heart was almost too much to bare. ‘He’s so close!’ Her body decided for her. Grabbing onto the edge of his collar, she pulled him to her, locking her lips with his. She wanted him more than anything, more than returning back to her own time.
Feeling his smile curl against her kiss, he adjusted and lowered himself and her to the floor, his hungry kiss consuming her as his forceful lips moved against her mouth. Longing for this moment, he tasted every bit of her kiss, tugging on her bottom lip with his teeth. It didn’t take long for her tongue to greet his as he slipped his inside, dancing with each other.
“Ma-Masamune!” she panted heavily between breaths, her fingers entangling themselves in his wild, chestnut hair. He moaned at the call of his name, exciting her more. Once again, her body acted for her and bucked her hips into his.
“Easy, kitten,” Masamune breathed in her ear, his lips ticking her earlobe. Reaching up to her face, he gently stroked her cheeks with the back of his fingers. Although his knuckles were rough against her soft skin, she loved it. Pulling away from her neck, his eye found hers, drowning in them as he smiled at her. Drawn in by his gorgeous face, she reached up and cupped his cheek.
“I love you,” Manami whispered, tears forming in her eyes again, her smile hurting her cheeks. He grabbed her hand and pulled it away from his face, kissing the tender skin of her wrist, keeping their gaze locked together. His teeth carefully grazed her skin, sending goosebumps all over her arm.
“There has been no one in the world to make me feel this way,” he whispered, his smiling growing softer, “You must be a special lass to do this to me.” She accepted this as a confession of his love; no better words could have left his lips.
Not even giving her a chance to retort, his mouth quickly found her collarbone, releasing a gasp from her lips as the the tip of his tongue ran along her skin. Freeing her hand from his grasp, he used it to slid his fingers underneath the loose cloth of her kimono, sliding it over her shoulders, leaving her torso completely naked. As her back arched into him, he was able to swiftly untie her obi, the kimono leaving her completely exposed.
Sitting up from her, he quickly removed his own clothing, throwing it as far as he could. Manami gazed at his body, covered in random scars. His tone muscles stood out in what light the lantern offered. Running the tips of her fingers across his skin, touching his scars, he licked his lips at the sweet sensation. Her knees locked together, finally noticing that they were both completely naked before each other. He frowned at this little action.
Hovering over her, he divided her knees, letting her legs rub up his sides. Finding her wrists, he pinned them above her head. He watched her breasts move with her heavy panting as she awaited what was to come.
‘Am I... frightening her?’
“I want to be the only man who can see you like this,” Masamune boasted, his hands tightening around her wrists, feeling her skin move against him as she writhed beneath him. “I’m going to make you mine.”
“Take me,” she hoarsely called out, her eyes overflowing with desire. His teeth found her nipples and softly grazed them before suckling on them, alternating between rough and soft. “Aaah! Masamune!” He got exactly what he wanted; his kitten purring for him; begging for him to continue.
Shifting himself around, he was easily able to slide himself inside her; the excitement and build up made her soaking wet. Sharply inhaling at the sudden heat he felt around his member, he slowly moved into her, to be sure he wasn’t causing her any pain. Her legs squeezed at his sides and her back arched into him, bouncing her supple breasts into his face. This was everything she ever wanted; her man to herself.
His thrusts gradually became harder, rougher. Her body moved with his, trying to free her wrists from his locking grasp, but he wasn’t planning on setting her free just yet. Her head thrust back against the floor, her body arched up as high as it could go.
“Aaa-mmm!” He captured her blissful moans with his lips and tongue, the heat he felt now incinerating! Moaning with her, his body quivered with the rush of pleasure. Breaking their kiss, he peered at her face, beaded with sweat as she panted heavily. Her eyes held raw passion as she gazed at him.
“I’m- I’m sorry,” Manami panted. With her body still shaking beneath him, he placed his lips on the crook of her neck and started to suck hard. Still sensitive to any pleasure or touch, she moaned in his ear and nearly felt another eruption of pleasure in her core.
“Playtime’s not done yet, kitten,” Masamune growled in her ear, sending more chills down her sweat-covered body. Keeping a strong hold onto her wrists, he pulled her up with him. Adjusting himself once again, he guided her body to straddle him as he placed his hands on the floor behind him for support.
“Masamune,” she purred his name, stroking his lips with her delicate fingers. Snapping his teeth, he caught one of her fingers, gently biting down one it. “Oooh!” He loved hearing her moan. Escaping from his toothy trap, she placed her hands on his shoulders and her knees on either side of his hips.
She got a little too excited, now it was her turn see his lips twist with pleasure, his eye beg for more. With no warning, she began to move herself into him. It took a few bounces, but she found the sweet spot. His face contorted at her mercy, his muscles tensing with easy movement of her hips, the squeeze of her hands on his shoulders, the bouncing of her breasts in front his face, just far enough he couldn’t reach them.
“Nnn!” Masamune’s growl was softer than before, almost as if he was attempting to match her purr. Her hot fluid was starting to glide down his hips, exciting him more. He began to match her thrust with his own, intensifying the pleasure.
“Oh!” Manami gasped at the new development. “Masa-mmmune! Don’t stop!” Only able to deliver a few more thrusts, he had no choice. His muscles hardened as he grit his teeth, feeling her tight core become even tighter around him as he ejected himself deep inside her. His body collapsed against the floor, her hands landing on his chest, surprised that he would just fall like that.
“Manami,” he panted, feeling her head move up and down with his chest as she relaxed against his body. Their fluids ran down her inner thigh, mixing together, as she slid off of him, but he stopped her, pulling her back to him. Their sweaty bodies felt cold against the night air. His breath sent a wave of cool air down her back as he held her close, never wanting to let her go.
“Masamune,” she purred, bringing her face up to his ear, tugging at his earlobe with her teeth before trailing kisses down his neck. She could almost hear his smirk appear on his face. “Kitten still wants to play.” Her hands traveled down his tone chest to his torso, feeling every inch of his muscles and scars. Shifting up, keeping her knees tight against his hips, she could still feel how hard he still was inside her.
Dawn was nearly approaching and Masamune was needed at another war council meeting. It was difficult getting ready with Manami clinging to him, but it was just as fair to say that he clung to her like glue. Getting dressed was a drawn out task for he showered each piece of her bare skin in kisses and nips. By the time she was able to properly put on her kimono, her skin was blessed with various red marks on her neck, breasts, and even her navel. He was leaving with a few new battle scars, himself.
Finally allowing him to finishing getting ready, she quickly grabbed another piece of paper and sketched out another picture, this one just for him. Having some time to make it look presentable, she wanted him to leave with it. Just as he finished getting ready, leapt up to him before he could see the drawing. Stealing another kiss, or two or three, Masamune headed towards the door.
“Here,” Manami handed him a folded up piece of parchment. “In case we can’t see each other for a little while because of all these war councils.” He smiled as he accepted her gifted, placing in the breast of his kimono before pulling her into one last embrace.
“I’ll make sure I’m not gone too long,” he brought his lips to her ear, squeezing her his arms, “I can’t let my kitten get lonely.” She giggled at his teasing, looking up to meet his eye only to be greeted by his lips. “I need to get going. I’ll be sure to find you once everything’s done.”
“I believe this should finally get things going,” Nobunaga announced. “Rest up.” All the warlords were exhausted from the constant meetings, and all were looking forward to a much needed vacation from this room and each other.
“Poor Manami,” Hideyoshi teased as he came up to Masamune, “I hope she hasn’t forgotten you in all this time.”
“She could’ve fallen for another man, at this point,” Mitsuhide chimed in, “a less reckless man.”
“All I hear is the chattering of hungry monkeys,” Masamune laughed. Once the other warlords were out of sight, he pulled out the piece of paper Manami had given him before he left; he had yet to even see what she drew for him. The instant the folds exposed the ink, his face burned red.
The contents of the paper held a drawing of Manami, riding Masamune as she did the night before. Though this was what she considered a ‘rough sketch,’ she made sure to put the details of his muscles and their expressions. His heart nearly burst through his armor as he quickly folded it back up before bolting down the hallway. His lips licking his devilish smirk as he flew back to Manami’s room.
‘I love this woman!’ he screamed in his mind.

Summer 2019 First Impressions
Hoo boy, three in a row, I think that’s a new record. Let’s just get right into it then.
Tumblr media
Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-dono yo. (Maidens of the Savage Season): A high school literature club that actually reads literature, that’s a twist. The one issue with this is that a lot of literature has sex, and not all the girls of the club are particularly comfortable with sex yet. Those readings then cause those girls to become hypersensitive to sex and innuendos in the world and it looks like the show will be dealing with how they all deal with this.
Tumblr media
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou (Arifureta: From Commonplace to the World’s Strongest): Watching the descent into madness of a character generally takes a while, but in this show the main character snapped minutes after the point in time the show starts at, excluding a few flashback ranging from 10 minutes to 10 days back. Part of this included him eating monsters in the dungeon he was trapped in, which luckily granted him a bunch of strength and abilities. There was a lot going on, but overall I am cautiously putting this in the “so dumb it’s funny” category.
Tumblr media
Bem: After getting sent to the seedier half of a city due to not getting along with her superiors, the main character proceeds to keep annoying her superiors with her dedication to justice, just in a more corrupt place. While trying to do her job, a water monster that’d been killing people throughout the episode appears before her. In addition a man who had helped her previously also shows up, and it turns out he’s a monster too. This looks like it will be two forms of justice, neither fitting in with the world, working together to protect humanity.
Tumblr media
Cop Craft: If you’re expecting a buddy cop style show just based off the name, you’d be about right. It’s in a fantasy setting, with aliens and fairies, but the main character loses his partner while they attempt to arrest fairy traffickers, and his replacement is an alien knight who has come to the city to save the fairy. Since the main character wants revenge on whoever took out his partner, their goals would seem to align, but a young girl who doesn’t know the world too well isn’t his ideal for a new partner in the job.
Tumblr media
Dr. Stone: What starts out as a normal day of school ends with all of humanity petrified for millennia. After all the achievements of man crumble to the sands of time, two friends break out of their petrification and start working to rebuild all that had been lost. A lot of scientific processes are explained as the characters do them in the new world so there’s a decent amount of educational tidbits in addition to the plot.
Tumblr media
Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru? (How Heavy are Your Dumbbells? / How Many Kilograms are the Dumbbells that You Lift?): Edutainment anime have hit many topics, but this time we’re learning about working out, mainly focused on weightlifting. The main character joins a gym due to putting on a bit of weight and is joined by a muscle obsessed classmate and they are taught various lifting techniques by one of the trainers of the gym, who has the face of a prince and a body of unparalleled strength. It looks even better than I expected, with a lot of detail put into the workouts.
Tumblr media
Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka II (Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? / Is it Wrong That I Want to Meet You in a Dungeon 2?): Oh god the blue ribbon dress is gonna be all over the internet again.
Tumblr media
Enen no Shouboutai (Fire Force): In a world where immolation has risen to the top cause of death, fire fighters play an even more important role in saving lives than usual. The only problem is that many of these deaths are caused by Spontaneous Human Combustion, which sends the afflicted into a berserk state while being on fire. That’s where the Fire Force comes into play, a specialized hybrid of fire fighters and the military, laying these afflicted souls to rest, often with unique fire abilities of their own. This first episode introduces the main character and the company he just joined with a trial by fire.
Tumblr media
Ensemble Stars!: It’s an adaption of a male idol mobile game, so as expected the “main character” is supposed to be the player / viewer, which means she doesn’t get many opportunities to speak while all the other characters speak at her. The actual plot of the show looks to be an underdog uprising at a school with a fairly strict hierarchy system. As usual for mobile game adaptions, there’s a ton of characters, with a main unit of about 4 guys that the show will probably follow.
Tumblr media
given: While trying to get to his favorite nap spot, the main character finds another guy with a broken guitar. After fixing it with the tools he had due to also being a guitarist, this other guy ends up following him around asking for guitar lessons, and while it never happened in the first episode, I’m willing to bet those lessons are coming soon. The background music is especially noticeable in this show, and it’s pretty good too, if not always fitting for the scene in my opinion.
Tumblr media
Granbelm: When a high school girl gets sucked into another world for a monthly mecha fight for a yet explained title, she’s a little confused. She ends up teaming up with another girl in this world, since a lot of the other pilots tried to capture her since she got here. After an explanation and a quick mecha summoning scene, she’s ready to fight, and fight she does. The first episode eschewed a major exposition dump, instead showing off a decent amount of fighting, which looked pretty good overall, so I’m definitely checking into at least one more episode to figure out what’s going on.
Tumblr media
Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan (Hakata Pollock Roe! Pirikarako): It’s a short for young kids, and it’s about food fairies, which is about all I got from the 3 minutes of the first episode.
Tumblr media
Isekai Cheat Majutsushi (Isekai Cheat Magician): The premise is pretty standard for the isekai genre but this time it’s two friends who are brought to another world together. This episode was just exposition and a quick look to the future, both explaining how overpowered the main characters’ magic abilities are (almost like they’re cheating, hahah). In addition it just looks pretty bad, the animation generally looks to be missing a few frames of animation and tries to not have multiple things moving at any given time.
Tumblr media
Joshikousei no Mudazukai (Wasteful Days of High School Girls): It’s just a class of high school kids, at an all girls school, trying to live their lives. Most of the characters seemed pretty unique, only a couple that seemed to rely heavily on tropes so far, and the comedy hit hard a couple times. A solid start, and I’ll be testing at least another episode to see how well it keeps up.
Tumblr media
Kanata no Astra (Astra Lost in Space): What starts out as a sci-fi high school field trip / challenge turns into a full fledged survival disaster when the group gets warped from a deserted planet near civilization to just offworld of another planet months away from where they should be. Survival in space isn’t as common as I’d like it to be, and this is giving off some Apollo 13 vibes, which I love, and I trust Studio Lerche to make it look good, as it has through this first double length episode.
Tumblr media
Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san 2 (Skilled Teaser Takagi-san 2): I wasn’t really a fan of the master of teasing in the first season, so that carries through to this season.
Tumblr media
Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e (To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts): During a civil war, the losing side turns to human experimentation to create super soldiers, and is successful. These soldiers are turned into hybrids with supernatural strengths and abilities, and using these powers, force the civil war to an end. The downside of these powers unfortunately has been manifesting in the soldiers throughout the war, eroding the minds of the soldiers and causing them to lose control of their abilities. The anime and manga start off completely differently, with the former showing all of the above and the latter briefly describing it, which kinda changes the monster of the week format by introducing all the “monsters” as friends of one of the main characters before starting the main plot, as episode 2 looks like it will start where chapter 1 did.
Tumblr media
Kawaiikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasu ka? (Would You Love a Pervert as Long as She’s Cute?): First off, I have mixed feelings with the title, as it kind of spoils the main plot twist of the first episode. The main plot so far is that the main character has received an anonymous love letter from one of his clubmates, with a pair of panties attached, and is trying to figure out who sent it. The show already is hurtling towards a harem of girls with mid-level fetishes, with petplay already on the list. In general the lighting of a lot of the scenes also felt weird, a bit too bright a lot of the time, with some odd splotches of color.
Tumblr media
Kochouki: Wakaki Nobunaga (Gorgeous Butterfly: Young Nobunaga): Nobunaga is a popular main character choice for anime, and not always for the historical setting. Though this show looks like it will be focusing on a younger Nobunaga, before many of his military accomplishments, starting during his childhood and getting to his 14th birthday, by the end of the episode. I want to say this is going to be historical fiction, but since they put a time skip right at the end of the episode, I can’t tell if this one was just for character introductions, or was also tone setting.
Tumblr media
Lord El-Melloi II no Jikenbo: “Rail Zeppelin” Grace Note (Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files: “Rail Zeppelin” Grace Note): Another side story of the Fate/ series that follows one of the characters from Fate/Zero after the events of that series. There’s an episode 0 for this that I feel embodies more of what the show will be about than the episode 1, which gives the viewer context of how the main character got from the end of his role in Zero to the beginning of this series. The magic system of the series is pretty interesting, and exploring it in a more mystery fashion than action is promising. I think this will be a lot like other Fate/ spin-offs, where you can watch it without prior knowledge of the series, but it helps to know when certain events are referenced.
Tumblr media
Machikado Mazoku (Demon Girl on the Street Corner): This is the opposite of a magical girl show, where we follow a girl who has just gained the powers of a demons, who needs to sacrifice a magical girl to become stronger. The main issue is that she is overwhelmingly unfit to do so, and the local magical girl has significantly more experience doing her job. The show is overloaded with sound effects and onomatopoeias on screen which can get a bit confusing depending on how it’s subtitled.
Tumblr media
Maou-sama, Retry! (Demon Lord, Retry!): Pretty much the only creative thing I noticed while watching this was the protagonist’s facial structure, everything else feels like it could be traced to some other isekai show. Guy gets sent into game world that he made as his character, saves a girl from a demon, girl joins party, guy heads off to major city, episode ends. The OP and ED hint at modern technology involved with some shots of guns, but the bog standard plot so far and sub-par animation prevent me from spending any more time on this.
Tumblr media
Naka no Hito Genome [Jikkyouchuu] (The Ones Within [Now Streaming]): A group of video game Let’s Players get kidnapped to an unknown location and are forced to participate in random events while being live streamed to somewhere. They’ve been told that they can’t leave until their game has gotten 100,000,000 views and have been indirectly threatened with death upon failure to do so, and as a possibility of the events. There’s some awkward visual and sound effects so far, but I’m intrigued enough by the premise to continue watching.
Tumblr media
Odoru Mowai-kun (Dance, Mowai): A short about a Moai head that gains arms and starts dancing, which is difficult to find online.
Tumblr media
Re:Stage! Dream Days♪: The show plowed through a significant a significant tropes so far, with a transfer student living in the shadow of her sister saving a dying school club by joining, and all of this as one character’s reason and conflicts for joining an idol club. On the other hand, the rock band showcased and non-CGI dance routine tell me that the team behind it are willing to put in effort towards making the show good.
Tumblr media
SD Gundam World: Sangoku Souketsuden (Chibi Gundam World: Three Kingdoms Origins): It’s related to another SD Gundam series, and will be out soon. I’m not sure it’s worth updating this entry when it comes out, being a sequel.
Tumblr media
Senki Zesshou Symphogear XV: I actually want to watch Symphogear but there’s just so many anime always.
Tumblr media
Sounan Desu Ka? (Is that So? / Are You Lost?): 4 high school girls, stuck together on an island with only the shirts on their backs and various fields of knowledge and expertise. Fortunately one of them grew up with a survival nut father, so their chances of not dying is higher than your average group. It got a little lewd at points, but overall I liked the practical approach taken so far for surviving together.
Tumblr media
Star Mu 3: Season 3? Of a boy band anime? HA.
Tumblr media
Tejina-senpai (Upperclassman Magician / Magical Sempai): Due to his school requiring students to join at least one club, the point of view character finds himself checking out the magic club. The only member there is practicing, but as soon as she notices that she’s got a visitor, she goes through a short routine, flubbing every trick spectacularly. The anime seemed to downplay an important fact a bit in the first episode, which is that the upperclassman is actually great at magic tricks, as long as the audience isn’t larger than 0.
Tumblr media
Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator (A Certain Scientific Accelerator): I have read some of the A Certain series, I have watched some of it, I know the main character of this series. I don’t think that’s enough to be able to watch this and understand what’s going on.
Tumblr media
Tsujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de Ni-kai Kougeki no Okaa-san Desu ka? (Do you Like Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks?): The most inspired isekai of the season in my opinion, as it’s not the main character who’s overpowered, it’s his mom, who got brought into a video game world with him. There’s a decent amount of jokes about video games and the betas for them and going on an adventure with a parent is pretty rare. I’m just worried about how it’ll be handled, given that the OP and ED didn’t have any other guys besides the main character and that’s usually a red flag for harem business.
Tumblr media
Try Knights: There’s still two more weeks until this starts, so this entry will be updated then.
Tumblr media
Uchi no Ko no Tame Naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru Kamo Shirenai (If it’s for My Daughter, I‘d Even Defeat a Demon Lord): While working on a quest in the forest, an adventurer happens upon a child all alone, and finds out that she’s a demon exile, thrown out with her dead father. Not wanting to leave a defenseless child to fend for herself in the forest, he brings her back to the tavern where he lives, and cares for her a bit, and they end up getting attached to each other. By the end of the episode, he decides to adopt her and raise her with the help of the tavern owners, leading the show to be a cute show about raising a child, probably.
Tumblr media
Vinland Saga: The episode hooks you with a bit of action, and then transitions into daily viking life in Iceland. . It looks pretty slick overall, and from what I remember from the manga is that a lot of the future content will be leaning towards the action side of that.
Tumblr media
Waresho! Warera! Shodobutsu AIgo Iinkai (I am! We are! Small Animal Protection Committee): Something about aliens traveling to Earth to save endangered animals. Unfortunately I can’t find any way to watch it, subbed or raw.
Tumblr media
Yama Shibai 7 (Theater of Darkness 7): It’s still about Japanese ghost stories.

match-up request?
hi! i hope this finds you in good health and i hope you are having a wonderful day so far! i would like an ikemen sengoku match-up, if that is okay? if not, then i apologise and ignore me, haha… this might get long, i don’t know?
alright, so i am a female gemini with isfp personality. in terms of appearance, i am pretty average — brown hair, brown eyes, average height, so i wouldn’t put much attention into that, haha.
now, in terms of personality… well, it gets kind of tricky. it really depends on who i am with — some people could describe me as a silent, straightforward type who doesn’t say much and acts pretty mature ( which is usually in formal situations or when i am feeling threatened by someone ) while others can describe as total opposite; playful, loud and outspoken ( usually in front of friends and family ).
in any way, most of the time i give off this very confident and ‘i don’t give a damn’ vibe, and as such, many would say i am very chill and don’t bother myself with problems and stress, which is very wrong but that’s the impression i leave. i do tend to behave like that, though, as i am not a fan of opening up to everyone and anyone about my true emotions. that being said, i will probably tease people and behave superior in terms of 'not feeling anything’, as i dislike appearing 'weak’ and giving others the advantage. either that, or i just really have something i’d call 'trust issues’. it’s not that serious though — honestly, i am just really playful, sarcastic, playfully flirty and throwing around dark humour and philosophical tales about conspiracy theories. or i am playfully ( or seriously, if i am riled up ) argumentative and up for debates!
though, i do like openness in relationships! be it platonic or romantic. i am a communicative type, and no matter how passive i might be at times, i always prefer to talk things out or am willing to hear people out. i may not be the best listener and comforter ( awkward person alert ), but i do try to give advice and be there for someone as i feel satisfied with my own existence if i feel useful. one of the ways i weigh my self-worth actually is in being capable of making people smile or laugh, or just feel better. i’d say my love language is a mix of physical touch and giving gifts?
i have many interests, going from medicine to botany, astrology, astronomy, writing, art, photography, languages, spirituality — honestly anything that sparks curiosity within me. though, i am also very likely to procrastinate and leave all those interests on hold. though i like to consider myself open-minded, i am also extremely stubborn. my opinion is right ( i am very well aware that it may not be, but that’s just how stubborn i am 😂 ) and it takes a lot of convincing to make me change my mind ( remember when i said debates? ). though, lately i have been tending not to get so riled up over everything, and will not argue unless it really ticks the nerve.
i am, however, willing to apologise if i feel or notice i was at wrong. my sense of guilt is rather big and if i feel guilty or bad, i will seek to fix it. forgiveness is a big thing for me.
along with stubbornness, i’d say some of my flaws could be that hidden sensitivity and lack of emotion towards people or situations, at times — for i can behave rather coldly. i also have minor mood-swings — i had late night situations where i cried my heart out after laughing at stuff, or when i was pretty cheery at school but then just got quiet. oh, yeah, if i am mad, i will probably be silent and not talk to someone! i am a walking contradictory.
i am very affectionate, though. even if one may never guess, i adore hugs and physical contact and am very likely to annoy someone with either giving attention or seeking attention. honestly, it just takes to become a bit closer to me and i will be silly, affectionate and fluffy.
not going to try to describe any of the ikemen sengoku characters, i don’t want anything to be biased, haha, but i will say that i don’t like people who don’t know what they want and who are not serious about things that require seriousness and maturity. and honestly, that goes in both platonic and romantic waters.
ah, that ended up being long and messy, i wonder if it is even understandable? it’s pretty hard to describe yourself as objectively and as shortly as possible, at least for me…
i hope that this is alright with you? again, i sincerely, really apologise if you aren’t taking these requests at the moment or just aren’t feeling up for these, which i understand completely! i hope you will have a wonderful day or night nevertheless, and i pray you are or soon will be in a good mood and with happy thoughts! stay safe!!
Hi, there love! Thank you so much @viaervi for the request! You are always more than welcome to submit a request for anything, lol! <3 I hope you enjoy it! hehe, don’t forget I’m new to writing so it might be shit ^0^
So I match you with............... Masamune
Tumblr media
The first interaction the two of you have, you realized Masamune has absolutely no boundaries. He just waltzes into your room while you were writing, looked down at your journal, smiled, and plucked it away from you. You tried to grab the book back because you had your whole life there, art, writing, doodles, and your photos. He was wearing that daring grin of his while holding the book above your head, ever so out of reach. He was definitely taking advantage of your average height, you jumped up and down trying to grab it to but to no avail. Eventually, Masa placed his elbow on your head to keep you from moving and started going through your book. He found a particularly lovely photograph that you had taken a while back. You dabbled in photography, and the photo he now held was one of the first pictures you ever took, so it held a significant amount of sentimental value. He was absolutely amazed at the beauty of it. “did you paint this lass”. “No, obviously not, it’s called a photograph”. You had to explain your whole backstory for the second time with the hopes that he wouldn't think you crazy like Nobunaga and Mitsunari did. Then you proceeded to explain the concept of photography best you could. He just gave you the brightest smile you had ever seen and said he believed you. He then welcomed you to the past, and before you could say another word, he left with the photo. You were shocked. Felt like you were just hit by a hurricane.
You were a pretty quiet person more so cause everything was so unfamiliar, but that seemed to have lasted all but 1-minute cause Masamune would just appear out of nowhere and start pestering you. He would poke your cheek continually until you would say something to him. He knew there was more to you than the quiet straightforward expression you wore. You felt that you could truly let your guard down with him, so you showed him your loud, playful side, which he loved btw. Both of you became instant besties for the resties. Flinging playful jokes and comments at each other. Physical contact wasn’t a problem for any of you, so you guys would playfully nudge each other and occasionally roughhouse a little. Especially if Masamune was being a bit cheeky.
Masa enjoyed the fact that you had so many different freaken hobbies. Every day with you was like an adventure on its own, and you were so knowledgeable about the most random things. One night you were chilling in the garden looking at a super moon when Masamune appeared out of nowhere with his hands covering your eyes “guess who?”. “Could it be a pirate? or captain hook?” He couldn’t help but smile at your strange references. He didn’t understand, just what it was about him that reminded you of a pirate. What a strange little kitten you were. He just chuckled and announced himself. The two of you laid on the grass, looking up at the clear night sky. You told Masamune all about astronomy, and then to his surprise, you told him about astrology. He was so amused by the sheer amount of knowledge you had about this vast universe. He was amazed at the concept of astrology and how it could give you a glimpse of a person’s basic characteristics, preferences, and flaws. You even managed to tell him his star signs and the personality traits that went with it. He was shook, darn that is so accurate. Since then, the two of you made it a kind of inside joke. Like how whenever Nobunaga was super extra and dramatic the two of you would look at each other with a knowing smile and say, “wow Nobunaga is being such a Leo right now” “Classic”, followed by a fit of laughter.
Not only that but Masa also loved hearing his kitten’s conspiracy theories! You had even made up a few about Mitsuhide and what he could be up to when he would sneak out during the day. One day the two of you also placed bet to see whose conspiracy theory of Mitsuhide’s whereabouts was more accurate. The bet was on! The two of you trailed him all afternoon, watching him to figure out what his deal was. Unfortunately, the two of you couldn’t prove any of your theories correct, cause the sneaky snek could sense the two of you following him from a mile away and just lead you around in circles all day. After a while, the two of you lost interest and decided to visit a new teahouse for some tea and dumplings instead.
To your surprise you discovered Masa could actually cook. He insisted on giving you a cooking lesson to repay you for all the random little things you had taught him. He decided the easiest thing to teach you would be, bread. So, both of you started by making a sourdough starter and leaving it to proof while you drank some tea. Then you continued to make the bread dough. When it came to kneading the bread, you were so lost in thought that, when you threw the flour down to flour the workbench, you threw a bit too much a little too hard, and it went *poof* all over your face and body. Masa turned to see how you were coming along when he saw you covered in flour. Cue masa howling in laughter while teasing you about looking like a ghost. Oh, he thinks this is funny does he, let’s see how funny it is when he is covered in flour. You grabbed a handful of flour and playfully flung it at him. Within a few minutes, the kitchen was covered top to toe in flour. Hideyoshi went to the kitchen to get a drink of water at just the wrong moment cause just as the last of the flour was being thrown, it landed straight in his face. The two of you looked at each other for a moment in silence and then bust out laughing once more and started teasing Hideyoshi. Both of you had no regrets when, after a long scolding, you had to clean the kitchen.
The two of you had been besties for quite some time, and Masa was starting to get serious about you. He spent no time confessing his feelings for you. The both of you were a very affectionate, physical couple. You would run up to him when he would come back from the war and give him the tightest hug. He would pick you up, kiss you all over your face, and twirl you around in circles.
Good thing you dabbled in medicine cause after that very war, you discovered that Masa had gotten hurt. You carefully cleaned and redressed his shoulder wound. You were a little mad cause he just shrugged of his injury like it was no big deal. You were also feeling extra sensitive cause on that day, you had crazy mood swings. Everything was so overwhelming that u suddenly just burst out into tears. He felt a sharp pain in his chest from seeing his beloved kitten cry. He held you tight in his arms, whispering reassuring words in your ears. He even threw in a few dark jokes about the war, just to bring that smile back on his face. Darn, your dark sense of humor. And darn Masamune for having hilarious jokes. You couldn’t help but laugh and cry at the same time. Gosh, you loved this big idiot, and his ability to put a big smile on your face even in the midst of one of your crying fits. This had become a kind of a tradition for whenever he would find you upset or mad.
You and Masa are two chilled peas in a pod. Just having fun, living in the moment, and not stressing about minor things you can’t control. And like I said before, you two are all over each other lol. Masa will have no shame in pulling you in for a quick make-out session right in the middle of the hallway. One-time, Ieyasu caught the two of you exchanging a quick kiss, and man, this boy, was as red as a tomato. You could have sworn he had never seen someone kiss before. Ieyasu dropped his books in shock and just turned around and walked away. Guess who teased the porcupine since that day! Your favorite is, after a long day to just come home and cuddle with Masa. He will just sit there with you in his arms and listen to you vent about everything and anything. The two of you can often be found snuggled up together under a fluffy blankie looking at the stars in the night sky.
Other potential matches……………Ieyasu
I hope you enjoyed! Also, it seems the more of these I write the longer they get ^o^
