What is some good vampire media i. Like just came to the realization that I don’t know much. Finishing Dracula and watching the movie soon, watched the Netflix castlevania and i wanna watch iwtv soon (both of them)! I ask because I trust ur taste :-]

I hope you enjoy Interviw with The Vampire and whichever Dracula movie youre watching! There is certainly no shortage of Dracula movies out there for one, both actual attempts at adapting the book and otherwise. There is literally (at least) one for every year from 1969-1979 lol so if you dig 70s stuff that’s certainly something to explore.

Obviously there’s vampire stuff out there in a range of aesthetics and subgenres, so I’m gonna try to cover a little variety of vibes off the top of my head, and hopefully one of these things is in your preferred flavor of vampire :)

As for serious vampire series the only thing that comes to mind rn are some anime/manga. Vampire Hunter D is a light novel series with two anime film adaptations. The newer one, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (2000) is like an all-time favorite animated movie for mine. D is an angsty half-vampire vampire hunter, and it’s also set in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi/fantasy world. Really good mix of more traditional vampire lore with science fiction elements. Vampirism is implied to be the effects of a plague that swept earth as well as like a magical affliction in this.

Trinity Blood is a similar post-apocalyptic hard sci-fi/fantasy mix. Leaning more on the gothic fantasy side. It’s set in a world where we’ve gone back to the Catholic church being the dominate like governing force, so the main character Abel is (again an angsty half-vampire vampire hunter) a funny little priest man. The vampires are like really demon/angel vibes in this, but are also implied to be the result of intermingling with an alien species that humanity fought pre-apocalypse, if I remember correctly. I havn’t read or watched any of this since high school so it might suck now lol

The Hellsing manga/Hellsing Ultimate OVA. An all time fav of mine, but I also havnt reread any since high school so, again, it may suck now lol. This one is more modern than anything traditional fantasy. It’s set in the 90s and centered around Abraham Van Helsing’s (great?) granddaughter, Integra, running a vampire-hunting organization, with thee Dracula now calling himself Alucard (lol) as her weird devoted man-slave. The villains are undead nazis who have come back to take over the world after scientifically achieving vampirism in the pursuit of immortality. So it’s basically like Dracula and his cool lesbian boss fight vampire nazis … with guns. It’s good stupid fun. And Alucard is a really good example of vampire character who is both a gleeful killing machine and a miserable “I regret the loss of my humanity and the fact that I can never die” poor little meow meow type.

And in non-serious and non-anime (lol) there’s also the What We Do in The Shadows TV show which I’ve seen best described as “what if vampires were gay and stupid”, pokes good fun a lot of common vampire media tropes. And the characters are great. The 2014 movie is the same premise, but different characters.

Some other movies I might recommend are Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter (1974) cheesy 70s movie but has some really great exploration of lesser-discussed vampire lore; the main vampire antagonist doesn’t drink blood but drains youth with a kiss, can have their hypnotic power projected back at them with a reflected surface, and causes dead animals to come back to life when passing over them in the ground, etc. It’s also got fantasic sword fighting scenes, and really fun characters. Kronos in particular is definitely supposed to be a mysterious badass type, but he really just comes off as a socially awkward loveable weirdo. He’s super strange and he smokes weed lol. Set in like a mid-19th century fantasy germanic country.

Lost Boys (1987) or Blade (1998) for more edgy modern vampires. Both movies are stupid. Lost Boys is fun for the vamp characters which are southern Californian teenage biker gang members (gay). and Blade is fun because it’s just so bad it’s good, it’s a movie to be watched for laughs, with vampires who are just like goths that go to blood raves and sit around in suits in fancy rooms. Blade himself is also another angsty half-vampire vampire hunter (I’m realizing I’m fond of this type of character lol).

And finally if you’re looking for something more similar to the Dracula novel, I think I can only recommend Le Fanu’s Carmilla. Older and shorter than Dracula and perhaps a little less exciting, but a solid classic in vampire literature (and lesbian literature), and has a lot of its own adaptations ranging from serious to silly as well.

#I confess I actually havnt seen the netflix Castlevania! I should change that. I saw maybe like two and half random episodes in college #also integra van helsing is not canonically a lesbian btw. but she is in my heart <3 #ANYWAY. this is by no means an exhaustive list of vamp stuff I've seen/read and would recommend. so do feel free to let me know if there's #a specific vibe/era/subgenre you're seeking and I can totally give you more :)#asks

👍 Favorite thing about him:

Everything. If I'm honest, the thing I like most is the arc of his character development, so dramatic but also so powerful. I like that he is seemingly a self-centered menialist and then turns out to be a heart of gold, I like that he is protective and so absolute in his feelings, that he has half a problem admitting his limitations and defeats. Linearity and clarity: what you see is what you get. [ What you see is also very pleasant to see, let's face it].

👎 My least favorite thing about him:

A character trait that I also hate about myself and that is that when we get to the edge, we tend to shut everything out and store up discomfort. Come here Daiki, let's take a nap.

🗣 Favorite line:

Nobody says 'Tetsu' like him.

🤝 brOTP: I like very much the dynamic with Kise and Taiga, i think he gives is best when provoked. And obvs Kuroko, but to me it's more a crush than a bromance.

🫶 OTP: me. In order: Taiga, Kise ad Kuroko.

🤌 nOTP: Contrary to the issue of replace plus, and Akashi's remark (sorry Sei!) I don't think he and Momoi could have a flirt, first of all because he doesn't decide. Satsuki is certainly not a stupid that gets dragged around. I believe, from personal experience, that when you spend so much time taking care of someone you see them as asexual, even if it's Aomine. He knows her well and cherishes her for sure, but again, he has some difficulties in proper love language and even if he realizes he has feelings i don't think he'd ever put himself between Momoi and Kuroko.

🫣 Random headcanon:

This big boy wants so much attention and so many compliments to get he is your one and only! He enjoys annoy you by telling you how many beautiful girls have been eyeing him. Not only on the basketball court, but he is so sly that he has to show you social media notifications, too. Do you go out? Surely he will downplay it, waiting for you to point it out just to remind you your luck.

THIS! I recently got a cis female friend into KP and when we were discussing it, everything came back to the sex and how “hot” it was. I at first didn’t think too much on it because, yeah, some of the love scenes were pretty hot and that’s just a fact. That’s fine. As we kept talking, one thing I noticed was that she was a big fan of a certain ship -you know- and I was confused by that initially because I’m sorry to say it but, I don’t get the draw. There was no chemistry, no real buildup that made sense to them having an actual relationship, and I didn’t feel anything during their specific (and uncomfortable) love scene. Every time I tried to get her perspective on why she loved them so much it was just comments about how hot and kinky their nc scene was. That was it. I genuinely thought she’d have a lot more to say about it but I was just further confused because… that scene wasn’t even kinky but to each their own I guess.

We then discussed Ep 7 and why it’s my favorite. Before I could explain why, she brought up the bathroom mirror love scene and thought that was my reason. I told her I loved that scene because so much passed between Kinn and Porsche and I love that you could see how well the actors translated that love, intimacy, and connection on screen. How it was the start to a more honest and solid relationship because they bared themselves to each other. I explained to her that I specifically loved the way porsche was observing Kinn and I especially loved the way Kinn broke down at the end and they just held each other through the emotions. I thought it was beautiful but, my reasons for loving the episode had a little to do with that specific part. My fav scene was actually KP on the balcony at the minor family home. She didn’t seem interested in discussing that aspect and in a way it was like she disregarded alllll of the character development and relationship development because it held no interest for her. After that I stopped wanting to talk about it and she got kind of annoyed with me. That’s when I told her to just watch porn at that point because that’s all she was after.

She then said something like “you think they’re hot too so I don’t know why you’re being so condescending” and I again explained that yes, the actors are attractive and the scenes are sexy but my love for the show and the ship had so much more to do with everything and not JUST the sex. I mean, she’ll lose her shit over the the romance in a Jane Austin book/movie but any BL or LGBT piece of media, she acts like that doesn’t exist within it. That’s the moment I knew I didn’t want to be friends with her anymore because that mindset is so disgusting, and it also showed me that she wouldn’t ever respect my own personal relationships if I was in one with a partner of a certain gender.

Don’t get me wrong about all of this, I’m aegosexual so I’m down with sex scenes but those scenes, especially in this show, add so much to the dynamic of the relationship and I actually think it’s really sad that these actors put so much into their characters and people who fetishize just really… disregard, downplay and honestly l intentionally ignore all of it for three minutes of “hot guys” simulating sex. I find it extremely weird. Anyway sorry for the long rant but that sentence popped out at me and I was like OMG I just experienced this one on one with someone!

And this is why I said there needs to be a happy balance and a happy medium. Cishet people already think the way we live, love, and fuck is centered around sex and just sex. Cishet people don't see the humanity in people who are in the LGBT+ community, even if they're not consciously aware of it. We live in a society that already demonizes us, so it's not enough for cishet people to believe we're human beings with the same hopes, dreams, and desires they have. They have to actively unlearn and unpack the homophobia that's embedded in the very fabric of our society. That's not the job of the media we consume, but it is important that people realize that just because they're not actively lobbing slurs at other people that they're not bigoted. You have to actively unlearn those beliefs that you've been conditioned and socialized to internalize.

This is why some people would believe and claim that a ship that had no true relationship/romantic development and a shoddily directed (and acted) BDSM-esque scene "stole the show." They believe that because they care about the sexual aspect of it. Anyone who says that can't tell you how this ship "stole" the show without mentioning that one extremely weak, "kinky", BDSM sex scene. That was a scene made palatable for people who aren't truly into BDSM and cishet people. But it's funny that's the only thing they can use to justify this statement. They can't tell you anything else other than that, and that's why I say there needs to be more. Just more of everything. We don't have enough representation for mlm/wlw ships to be centered around sex and just sex. We don't have enough representation in the media for that to be a thing that we can get away with. Again, I don't see the issue with these characters having sex. Get as downright freaky and nasty as you want! But I do have an issue when the narrative reinforces homophobic ideals that are harbored by an already homophobic audience. The BL fandom is homophobic and misogynistic and these shows continue to reinforce both belief systems in many different ways.

No offense to your former friend, but that's what I mean when I bring up fetishization. I won't proclaim to know her sexual orientation, but that's what I mean. The only thing she brought up was their sex scene. What about the rest of it? What about their actual relationship? Granted, there wasn't any real relationship development so I can't completely blame her for her perspective. Even though there was another alternative to that ship that actually had both, she still couldn't be bothered. However, you're right, anon. If that's the only thing that comes to your mind and nothing else, then you may as well watch porn. It's the same thing. You don't have to worry about getting emotionally invested in a complex plot that you're not interested in anyway. Just watch porn. It gets you to the finish line much quicker!

ok! it is morningtime i’m going to answer this

i feel half called out by this question cuz val and peter are both names of characters from my rp (i play val and peter is AU Vampire Version of damian’s dad). incidentally, valentine collins (my character) has absolutely nothing to do with valentine wiggin.

now here i go for both:

why i like them: i’m no longer drunk enough to be as soul-bearingly honest as i was about the kids last night, but long story short, peter wiggin was insecure and jealous and angry, and he was told that he was a Bad Kid so he had to be Careful or he’d be Bad For Life. he put so much WORK and EFFORT into being Good and making people think he was Good when to him he thought this whole entire thing was a facade, he thought he was Bad Bad Bad on the inside. i love peter cuz he taught me it’s ok to do the right thing for the wrong reasons; it’s ok to have all that anger inside of you for so long, stewing. he thought his loneliness was absolutely his own self because that’s the way he’s Made. he was self-loathing but also like. ok. i gotta get the fuck up and do this. and of course when JP and theresa eventually broke the news to him about the REAL reason he didn’t get into battle school, it was like the floor dropped out from under his feet. and he had to scramble to remake his sense of self, cuz for so long he’d centered his ego around the careful knowledge that if he pushes too far he’d be too BAD too AGGRESSIVE too EVIL - but that wasn’t it at all. he finds out he’s not fundamentally bad, and keeps going, tho that damage is already done.

as for val, i love val cuz she’s some great sneaky characterization. most of EG the front she puts up is that peter manipulated her and cornered her into doing this and frightened her, but the reality is that val, as i say in this fic, “liked playing the game, but didn’t like getting played by [peter].” she enjoyed the Power of playing his lil game, demosthenes and locke, but always made it sound like it was about her fear of peter and love of ender. val was more complex than that. i also like how she grows in the enderseries and her sort of fun relationship with ender much much later on - and how offended she is when soul!val shows up lmao, cuz that’s a fair reason to be offended tbh, cuz ender had somehow created this Perfect Canonized version of her in his heart. she wasn’t as perfect as ender imagined, and she knew that, and i think she was injured by that reminder.

why i don’t: the parts i don’t like about peter are that he’s a skinny lame ass white boy from the US but tbh i’ve always thought that’s why he rends me to the bone more than, say, damian, who is hypercompetent and a Trained Killer/Superhero. peter’s physical weakness and general shitty lameness is like #me ha ha. i guess i have some beef with how he unites the world cuz again it’s the White Guy ruling over the entire world then somehow reaching world peace in such a way that ends the need for a hegemon ever again but [shrug emoji]

as for val, i guess i always wished she would be more of a Player in the game and not so passive. i blame orson scott card’s raging misogyny for that, though.

favorite scene: i have two fav peter scenes; one is in shadow of the hegemon, when he’s in the library with an apology letter from the admiral of the IF and his hands are shaking and he wants to SCREAM cuz he’s just some dumbass college kid and he has enough clout and power to get a groveling APOLOGY letter from the highest ranking officer in the IF and he can’t stand keeping it to himself but he also of course can’t tell anyone. i also love the scene in, shadow puppets i think? when he’s been forced to evacuate the brazilian compound cuz achilles infiltrated it and he’s in the hotel room and briefly considers #suicide but in a very matter-of-fact way, and comes to the conclusion that would just be way too embarrassing. then he goes out and dutifully makes the announcement for the media. a sort of watershed moment for young lucy tbh. i think it’s also the moment when JP and theresa come in and tell him they’re proud of him, and “nobody mentioned ender’s name at all,” which hits peter like a ton of bricks.

honorable mention: when he insists on going in with bean and the Soldiers for the final confrontation with achilles in the compound. like peter you are a skinny kid with no field experience don’t do this!!!!!! but he feels so Responsible so he does anyway.

fav val scene is probably…………..well she gets fewer breakout scenes overall but i do love all her banter with peter cuz she’s pretending to hate him but really she Enjoys the game they’re playing. i was glancing thru children of the mind/xenocide and she admittedly has some funny moments with jakt, AND i love her bonding with miro (tho that gets weird when soul!val shows up). i’m not a huge fan of her scenes with ender cuz she always treats him with kid gloves. i think i really do like the Sharpness she had with peter. i think of that one particular conversation right after the bunnies thing? where val seems to be very performatively like “ugh peter’s scary” but in practice she’s really Into the power working with him is giving her

favorite book: my fav peter book is…… god this is hard lmao. i love him in shadow of the hegemon i LOVE him in shadow puppets and i love him in shadow of the giant. he has some of the best scenes in shadow puppets but his characterization in shadow of the giant is so fun and has Moved so much, but shadow of the hegemon is also super duper fun cuz it’s just when he’s gaining steam. idk lmao.

my fav val book is arguably EG itself because that has her moments with peter

favorite line: i have so many with peter but probably after he sees bean and petra (or maybe JP and theresa) share a kiss: “i’ll have that one day. someone who’ll kiss me goodbye. or maybe just someone who’ll tie a blindfold over my eyes before the execution.” he’s such a #romantic. oh also? the “i love you” after reading bean’s letter cuz it’s a gut punch every fucking time

fav val line? that’s hard. i love the “funny as a one-legged rabbit, val” / “of which there are no doubt several in the woods” / “hopping around in neat little circles” exchange, which has val’s iconic “peter, you’re twelve” in it lmao. so some of that fun banter probably

i looked up the locke and demosthenes chapter and am dying cuz i forgot how much i loved them both

otp: peter/petra/bean for sure, and for val, well, val should be a lesbian, even tho her husband’s ok. val/virlomi would’ve been dope as hell. ps peter’s first kiss was on the boat with virlomi pass it on

brotp: YALL peter and val are their OWN brotp, despite the way val demonized peter as soon as she was away from them. they loved playin the game together

headcanon: oh man uhhhhh. they’re both bi as hell. val started regular correspondence with peter when he was Older and she was still young cuz of space flight but it was too weird and peter was too kind and forgiving and unlike the sharp and dangerous peter she remembered, so she got weirded out and quit it. val loved peter more than ender but hated herself for it and could never bring herself to admit it, and spent her whole life trying to convince herself it’s not true

Gorillaz was what the professionals feared, the teen heart adored and what (Y/N) called a challenge. When offered a position simply starting as an assistant, she took no hesitation to take it up. Well, that job started nearly 10 years ago. It had been quite the bumpy ride. Through-out the band’s adventures on Plastic Beach, she was the one who held all promotions. She was also the one who booked the tour with the amazingly talented Damon Albarn, who was one of the sweetest men she had ever met, while Murdoc did god knows what with god knows who on the secret location. She worked on editing on their radio interviews, created websites, kept fans updated via social media, you name it, she most likely did it. For her first 3 years, she never had a free day. Until the day she received the call from Murdoc. A hiatus? For the long, long break, she was told to keep watch on everyone. Make sure no one died, basic things like so.

She stayed within North Korea, keeping a close eye on Russel’s conditions in his exhibit. After a few weeks of that, she was off to Japan. She sat next to the demon as Noodle sliced his head off. A soft laugh even parted her lips while she watched with limited emotion. Her personal favorite was the partying in Guadalupe while 2D ate at whale blubber. In the end, she planned and set up the groups reunion under Murdoc’s orders.

She also was the one who set their campaign with ‘Converse’, worked along with the filming for ‘DoYaThing’, and created most of the fashion for the band throughout the past years, along with their upcoming performances, videos and photoshoots for their latest album, 'Humanz’.

It had been a very fun filled 10 years, 10 years she wouldn’t trade for the world. Thinking of her past seemed to distract her from her current task.

“Wow.” A loud voice boomed out, followed by a chuckle. The female jumped a bit, holding her hand over her chest while trying to slow her rapid heart rate. “(Y/N) isn’t doing work for once? Is the sky green too?!”

She let out a small laugh, turning to face the male, “good evening to you as well, Mr. Hobbs.”

Russel sent a small wave, leaning against her doorframe. “Listen,” he spoke out, his usual flirtatious tone ringing out, “I think you need a break. Why not go out? Maybe get a bite to eat? My treat!”

Russel was very dedicated. Ever since he returned from the abnormalities of Plastic Beach, he spoke to (Y/N) in a very cocky yet smooth tone. You’d think after 3 years he’d get the idea that an assistant cannot 'go out’ with one of her bosses. Wrong.

Everyday, he’d do something to keep up a conversation with her. Her favorite day became Friday because of Russ. He’d stop by to drop her off dinner. The main course would always be chinese, followed by a large (fav. flavor) custard. It always lit her heart up. He was a big sweetheart.

“I don’t know if that would be a professional option, Mr. Hobbs,” she hummed out, “and besides, Mr. Niccals would not approve of me leaving when so much has to be done.”

Russ smiled at her dedication. She was so cute. “I’ll give ol’ Mudz a talk. We can make it a business date if it’ll make you happy.”

(Y/N) sighed happily. Seeing as how he yet again wouldn’t give up, she nodded her head in agreement. This caused Russ to stand at the door, completely frozen. His blank, white eyes widened, his lips parting as no words came out. (Y/N) chuckled, turning back to face her computer. She quickly saved her needed documents and pre-typed emails. After that, she shut it down, closing it and grabbing onto her drink. “I’ll join you in asking Mr. Niccals. Perhaps if I offer assistance for a full twenty four hours, I can get off for the night.”

Russ snapped out of his frozen state, letting out a laugh. “Hell no! He’ll let you off. No extra time needed, gorgeous.”

His compliment did cause her to giggle out a bit, a soft blush gracing her beautiful facial features. “Thank you, Mr. Hobbs.”

“No more Mr. Hobbs. It makes me feel old.. Just call me Russ.”

She remained silent, a simple smile gracing her perfect lips as the two walked out the office.

“Alright, Russ.”

All around it was an odd situation. A woman dressed in a black pencil skirt, matching black top, white heels, and a perfect ballet bun out with a male in his comfort clothing of a yellow hoodie and baggy white jeans find themselves dining at some type of Korean barbecue. They sat at a small table, bowls filled with the desired ingredients.

“I know it’s not your usual Chinese,” Russ spoke out, “but I figured I’d change it up a little. Thought it might impress ya.”

(Y/N) let out a laugh, her hand coyly covering over her mouth while doing so. “It is very delicious,” she responded, “thank you very much, Russel.” Her hand reached into her purse, pulling out a small slip of paper. She handed it over to Russ, brightly smiling while doing so. “Since this is a business date.. Next week, you and the others are needed for a photoshoot as a promotion for Pandora again. And Spotify is asking if tonight you can update your G-Mix. You can stop by my office if you require any additional assistance.” Russel could lie and say he listened to every word. But again, that would be lying. He just couldn’t stop looking at her, at how absolutely beautiful she was. The way her eyes seemed to gleam with joy. Her eyes were beautiful. A perfect shade of (e/c). Her lips looked so soft, so kissable. God, he just wanted her so badly.

“Russel?”

He quickly shot his positioning straight, trying to appear as interested as possible within her work. “Yeah, yeah, business 'n shit!”

(Y/N) couldn’t hold in the loud bolt of laughter ringing past her lips. “It’s alright, I suppose work talk can wait till after we finish.”

Russel let out a soft 'yes’ in victory, smiling to himself before looking back up at her. “So, since you are now officially off,” Russel called out, “here are two options for the after dinner fun. Option A, movie, maybe a little clubbing? Or B, get Noodle to make us a little surprise? A little more fun but not out and about.”

“Noodle always was bright and fun. Let us see what she has planned.”

Russ nodded in agreement and looked down, quickly messaging the guitarist.

Noodle gazed about her closet, tapping a finger against her chin as she scanned about the various outfits. A vigorous ringing and the beat to her song 'DARE’ blared throughout the room. She flopped onto her bed, grabbing her phone and opening the unread message.

'BIG OX ‼️💘🥁 : She said yes. And she chose plan B. Go crazy, kid.’

Noodle’s eye widened, a cheerful squeal rushing past her lips. After a small victorious dance to herself, she responded she instantly went to work with the preparations.

Russel kept small talk up with (Y/N), feeling his heart beat rapidly with each word she spoke.

A light vibration buzzed within his packet. He quickly apologized, but (Y/N) simply smiled and patiently waited for him to do whatever he needed. She took this as the time to continue to eat her meal, still with all the poise in the world.

'Noodle : yes yes‼️ 😄💕 it will be perfect! enjoy dinner, dad 💘’

He chuckled softly, putting his phone back in his pocket before continuing their conversation.

“So, let me get to know you better,” he spoke out,“no backstory, just you. Favorite color, candy flavor, dessert? Any hobbies, y'know, besides work?”

(Y/N) chuckled again, humming softly at the questions. “I do enjoy the color (f/c). I don’t have a large preference on sweets or desserts. You already know I love (fav. flavor) custard.” She let out a dazed sigh thinking of the treat, “as for hobbies, I haven’t been able to do much exploring due to always working. I went cloud watching once. Very relaxing!”

Russel happily sighed, his eyes never once moving from looking at her. God, he was in love. No matter what she would do to push him away, he would always feel the same way towards her. No one could change how he felt. He had never felt this way. He never thought he could feel true happiness again.

“Now your turn.” She spoke out.

“Me?” Russ asked, stupidly knowing the answer.

“Of course. What are your hobbies? What makes you most happy? And what toppings do you enjoy on a pizza?”

He took a second to think. Obviously, the first two could be answered in a heartbeat. He just tried so many pizzas in his life, he couldn’t pick just one.

“Hobbies would be drumming and cooking. I can cook up a mean eel.” His comment had the two both cracking into a fit of laughter. “Happiness.. Originally, it was music and my best friend, Del.. He isn’t around anymore..”

(Y/N)’s smile dropped into a saddened frown. “Russel.. I apologize.. I can’t-”

He held a hand up, smiling at his date. “No, no. He’s in a better place now.. And besides, he brought me someone to make me even happier.”

“And who would that be?”

“You.”

Her heart slammed against her chest. Heat rose to her cheeks. Her lips curled into a smile. He was so sweet, and he made her so happy. The feeling was to die for.

“As for pizza.. I’d have to stick with a classic cheese. You can never go wrong with cheese pizza, right?”

(Y/N) let out a little laugh, “right..”

After dinner, Russel and (Y/N) arrived at the current Gorillaz HQ. The area around them was silent, only things in sight were signs taped to the wall as directions. Soon enough, the two had been lead to Noodle’s garage. All of the infamous cars rested within. From Noodle’s famous tricycle displayed on the ground to Stylo crashed at the rooftop, it truly looked amazing and brought back so many memories. Along the large wall, a projection screen hung down, a bit musty, but still in perfect working condition.

“Y��koso! (Welcome!)” Noodle popped up from inside the Geep, letting out a soft 'awe’ at the sight of the two. She hummed a bit, jumping out from car. “Take a seat! The movie is about to begin!”

“In the Geep?” The two asked simultaneously. Noodle nodded and proceded to leave the garage. As she did so, music from the movie began to blare from the speakers set up. Russel held onto (Y/N)’s hand, helping her into her seat. Quickly, he followed, seating himself next to her.

(Y/N) smiled, leaning her head against Russel’s shoulder. He smiled softly, resting his head on top of hers. At this point, the movie just played to be played. (Y/N) took this time to inspect every detail of him. Specific scents, how he looked, how warm he was. She took in a deep breath through her nose, picking up how he smelt of strawberries and cigars. It was only soothing.

Russ oddly did the same, occasionally breathing in her sweet scent. Like fresh vanilla and rain. He watched her movements carefully, smiling a bit when she’d let out a faint yawn or sigh in comfort. The situation was so heavenly. It made him wonder if he was passing into the light.

“'Ello! Special delivery!”

The voice made the two jump, both looking over at the new voice. Smiling brightly was 2D. He held onto two bags, one in each hand. “Personal gif’s!” The two each grabbed what Stuart offered to them, “I helped Noodle get 'em togetha’!”

“Aye, thanks ’D!” Russel exclaimed.

“Thank you very much, Mr. Pot!”

He cheerfully grinned before heading back up stairs. Russel was the first to dig into his bag. Inside was a yellow fleece blanket, one plastic spoon, and a pint of his favorite strawberry ice cream.
