A piece inspired by some tags under one of my posts left by @stillangelxx (sorry 4 tag)
Explanation and very long Help Wanted 2 speculation rambles under cut
This rough piece can be taken as just your usual "save Cassie" AU, because it was kinda inspired by that- BUT it was made with some of the ideas left by Angel in mind, which were basically; What if Help Wanted 2 was split POV between Gregory n Nessa, and Cassie- where Cassie thinks she's the good guy and Gregory is the antagonist in her POV, only for it to be the complete opposite. It just,,, became way more disconnected from Help Wanted than it was supposed to- but it'll probably make more since if you read the thoughts I had to flesh out the idea, which are right below the line-
Honestly this whole piece was made as an excuse to ramble about the idea and my interpretation of how it could go as a (current)believer that HW2 is directly after Ruin, but then it got way too long to just add in a reblog- so now we're here with an original post instead!(hope that's alright,,!)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wrote all this at like 3am so cut me a little slack if some of it is incomprehensible- I tried cleaning it up but it's still late so I might not get some points across right
-------
Basic premise: Split POVs between 3 star fam and Cassie, where the 3 star fam has minigames much more grounded in reality as they venture through the ruined Pizzaplex in search of Cassie, while Cassie's minigames are much more VR/AR based as she finds herself wandering the underground of the Pizzaplex, just barely having made it out of the elevator crash alive, and now finding it hard to distinguish reality from VR/AR. -------
Gregory and Vanessa POV ideas
-Gregory and Vanessa's minigames are more Ruin based, little sections of them trying to survive the many threats of the ruined Pizzaplex. Though some fall into more classic Security Breach territory due to VR/AR shenanigans - -Their "Glitchtrap" is M.X.E.S, and their "tapes" are Parent Nodes. M.X.E.S is not a threat in the same way Glitchtrap was, just a looming figure trying to guide them down to the M.X.E.S room and getting stronger the more Parent Nodes they reactivate. - -Their POVs main hub and select screen area is probably a cam station near the entrance of the Pizzaplex - -We switch between playing as Nessa or Gregory depending on the level and the gameplay can switch up accordingly. Sometimes we're Vanessa trying to protect Gregory, sometimes we're Gregory trying to survive on his own, etc. Freddy might also affect gameplay, whether that be for the better like being the thing protecting us in the minigame, or for the worse- like somehow accidentally bringing more attention to us and making the minigame harder.
-------
Cassie's POV ideas
-Cassie's minigames are MUCH more VR/AR based, way more centered on the past games, specifically stuff like Sister Location and maybe Pizzeria Sim. - -She's having a hard time differentiating VR/AR from reality - -Her POVs main hub is probably either the room with the elevator or the Mimics lair where she first encounters him(speaking of which I have no clue where he went here but he's gone for now(physically at least)) - -Her "Glitchtrap" could be Gregory calling out to her, an illusion of him created by the VR world that's almost always there in the "main hub", while the voice is actually him- the echos of his calls just barely reaching her and repeating in her head, being embodied by the illusion of him creeping around in the "main hub". He's being genuine with a concerned tone asking where she is, but she thinks he's trying to trick her- probably back to finish her off after she survived the crash. - -Not sure what her "tapes" are… maybe things explaining patient 46/GGY/Rab that only further her thinking he's the antagonist? - -It's kind of hard to tell where Cassie is irl in the heavily VR/AR minigames, but if you look close enough in each level you can piece together where she is and how she's progressing through the undergrounds of the Pizzaplex
-------
The game has three endings; It ends with 3 star fam and Cassie meeting up in the M.X.E.S room, and branches from there.
We can see it from either POV depending on what POV we're in when activating the ending. 3 star fam enters M.X.E.S room and go to turn them back on, when Cassie ambushes them, jumping out of the Mimics lair and confronting them, starting a tussle with Gregory. There's no boss fight, just different outcomes to the confrontation depending on a few factors;
You 100% complete Gregory and Vanessa's POV and activate the ending before finishing Cassie's POV
You 100% complete Cassie's POV and activate the ending before finishing Gregory and Vanessa's POV
You 100% complete both POVs before activating the ending
Ending 1. Vanessa reactivates the M.X.E.S before something bad happens and M.X.E.S intervenes. Whatever "intervenes" means is up 2 you cause I can't decide - Ending 2. Cassie gets the upper hand(maybe literally if she has the Mimics severed hand as a weapon) and wins the fight. Again, whatever "wins the fight" means is up 2 you cause I can't decide - Ending 3. Gregory is somehow able to convince Cassie that he isn't the antagonist before something bad happens and they make up, turning the M.X.E.S back on and exiting the Pizzaplex
And honestly? I can't see any of these being canon- They're just kinda basic outcomes to the fight, but I can't imagine any of them being canon and where the next game would theoretically pick up from- Most likely it'd be something like "Gregory and Vanessa make it out almost unscathed, but aren't able to convince Cassie to come with them as she's still so stuck in the VR/AR world and the idea that Gregory is a bad guy, and she becomes the antagonist for the next game with this game being the build up to her next appearance and a deeper dive into her as an antagonist" That's what I think would make the most sense at least!
-------
ANYWAY!!! UHM-
If you're here then- thanks for reading my rambles!! Saw Angel's tags and immediately my brain started going crazy, and this was the result lmao
Don't really know what else to say other than credit to Angel for the initial idea, anybody else who's reading this should definitely go show them some love because her art is REALLY good!!!
Also hype 4 Pax West lets fucking GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

because fnaf is like this...
fo you think when the movie comes out there will be very big links and ties to whatever fnaf game is released around the same time? I don't mean obviously like "this is an easter egg" or "this is a reference to x" but more in a way like the handbook guide thing had hidden answers to questions the games posed. Do you think the movie might have a bunch of hidden stuff like that for whatever releases at the same time?
(sorry for the weird repetition here. I'm trying to be clear with what I mean but feeling too sick to make it sound like a normal person would ask this XD)
C-puff become bot, not clickbait?
Lol. Nah. Nah. You're fine I get what you mean.
And absolutely, there's not a doubt in my mind.
I know a lot of people, myself included, want the movie to become their own separate, detached from in-game lore thing.
But I don't think it can.
Even if it's an alternate retelling of the missing children's incident.
Why?
Vanessa is literally in it.
So it will make connections and overlaps and symbolic stand ins or allegories for things that either happened, or will happen in the games.
They do this overlap with the books all the time.
Things will exist in the book that are either meant to be an allegory for things, or the books will be written while the game is in development (such as Security Breach and tales of the Pizzaplex) so you get a clearer idea of how they envisioned the Pizzaplex in the books vs how it came across in the games.
The books are literally the reason why Henry exists in Pizzareia simulator. It's why Charlie became the puppet. And the books are also where we got the name "William Afton" in the first place.
And it's why the "golden Freddy is possessed by two children" theory is so popular is due to the Stitchwraith from the books.
Or the CONSTANT characters and items that always pretend to be other things. Illusion discs, the mimic, ellinor....the twisted ones... bleeding into the Funtime animatronics and glitchtrap and Vanny/Vanessa Things are always pretending to be other things in the books. That it is so annoying that almost every theory has credence when you say "this isn't Vanny" or "this isn't Gregory" or "nothing is real." Like these actually are credible theories in the fandom because there are so many deceptive characters pretending to be other things. Or technology that causes hallucinations or lucid dreams tactfully existing.
Or like... How in the book, it tries to tell you more things about Gregory. Without being clear other than saying explicitly "this child is evil and you shouldn't trust him" much to the sheer annoyance and groan of the fans. (Cus it's really creatively....'meh' )
So yeah.
The movie will definitely have some insights on how William works, and how Vanessa works...
Maybe some actual facts about Mike...while the guide books try so adamantly to deny his existence most of the time.
So if we see things in the movie, I expect them to show up later in HW2 or something that answers a question we've had about Security Breach.
I almost wish that you could detach the books, the movie and the games all from eachother. Kinda like pokemon, where the anime, card game, and game and manga have all their own separate continuities.
But it's like you really can't at this point.

I needed to process everything so it took a bit to get this finished. (and some personal stuff delaying it further, along with me just being slow,, sorry,, and I'm sorry these are SO LONG! I have so much to say and still there's more! Sorry for giving you comments that look like essays..)
Naff, I can’t tell you properly with just words how much I’ve enjoyed Cryptid Sightings, it’s been nearly all I’ve been thinking about since late october last year! I think you might have an idea of how obsessed I’ve been X3
Before I start with my reactions and rambling I just also wanna tell you that this ending is PERFECT, it’s such a satisfying and beautiful ending to such a wonderful and gripping story. It leaves you with more than enough to make you wonder what might happen next but still to a very satisfying degree. It sticks with you in the best way.
Alright here we go! *rubs hands together*
You still spit darkness. Occasionally, Sun reaches over to wipe away a black tear that sprung from your watery eyes.
I love how traces of the possession stays behind, reminding you of what the horrors you were put through. It’s so dark and horrifying. It also makes me think, are all of Glitchtrap really gone? Does this substance still count as part of him? A part of him that sticks to you until it’s all expelled and can dissolve, or does it stay around even after that.
Just thoughts.
A weak smile decorates Vanessa’s lips before you coax her to try and eat a chocolate granola bar you have stashed. She refuses, almost crying violet tears.
There’s more of the fluid,, also I wanna give Vanessa a hug,, I hope she’ll still be able to make her tea! :’0
The doctor becomes a little pale when she spares a glance at the robot, but you’re pretty certain Moon didn’t scare her too much.
In the end, no hospital employee tells him to leave.
Oh I’m sure he didn’t scare them too much, dude just gave them the demonic grin and eyes they give everyone that comes in the way of them and their heart, no biggie!
You can’t linger on what would have happened if you had succumbed to the vampire bite.
HEHE! WE KNOW!! >:D
I love this throwback!! I NEED to reread The Lost Episode, along with the rest of the fic!!
You return, and don a t-shirt that reads ‘Everybody gangsta ‘til the pants start walking’ with a cartoon depiction of the Fresno nightcrawlers. Moon’s grin widens. Vanessa wants to know how you keep finding shirts like that.
I wanna know too!!!! I NEED Y/N’S SHIRTS!!!!!!
She reaches up and rubs her eyes. You contemplate pulling over but she lifts her head. The wetness in her eyelashes is clear and bright.
There we go, clear tears at last. She and the rest of them still have so much to recover from, but at least they’re not haunted by the presence of Glitchtrap anymore. I’m just hoping there aren't any more traces left hiding away somewhere.
“I trust them with all my heart.” You say it simply and ardently.
aaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAWAWWWAWAAWAAAAAA!!!!!!
“I would hope it’s quite obvious, little hunter.” His fingertips move to press against the small of your back. On reflex, you work your arm around his slender waist and hold on. He lightly dips you down. “But since there have been habits of missing what’s right in front of you, allow me to be perfectly clear.”
FJKGHDLSJKFGHDFJKGHADKJFGHLKÖGJÖGKLHADLFJK Way to call them out!! But aaa this is soooo cute! And I’m getting emotional from it too just AAAAAA!!
“I’m sorry, I’ve never danced with anyone before,” you admit. You feel lightheaded and connected to earth, all at once.
Moon spins you around to face him. His grin is sharp as he utters, “Good.”
KJHJKHDLKJFGHDSLLKDFJHGL “GOOD” XD
I love them, I love them so much!!
“Are you sure you want to give it to me?” you caution, unsure if you’re demanding something that is not yours.
The deep laugh, hearty and raspy, echoes from their wide jaws.
“If we had a heart, we would give it to you.”
Live Meep reaction: *Wailing and bawling on the floor* Where have they learned to talk this sweetly?!? AAAA I WANNA SQUEEZE THEM!!!!
Their first kiss saved you. You can only imagine what their second kiss will do to you.
I’m. I’m normal about the fact that their first kiss saved their life. I’m.. I’m normal. So normal…
Actually. NO.
I’m shaking you Naff!!! You made us wait until the second to last chapter until we got the first kiss! And it SAVED Y/N’S LIFE!!!!! And still you didn’t even give us a nice one with no threat looming around it until THE LAST CHAPTER!! NAFF I LOVE YOU FOR DOING THAT!!!!
Tlehoolcha! There it is! Tlehoolcha!! We’ve waited so long and here it finally is! Tlehoolcha!!! I love their beautiful name!! It’s so otherworldly and it fits them so well! I love to say it too! Thank you for helping us pronounce it correctly and letting us hear you say it with your wonderful voice ❤️
“Are you scared?” they rasp.
“No,” you whisper. “I care about you so much. It makes my heart do weird things.”
OH IF THAT AIN’T A MOOD ASJDHADFSDGJK
aaaaaaaaAA my heart!!! This melts me to the core!! I’m just,, I have so many feelings towards these two,, Them being happy together is all I wanted and here we are!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Also man I hope Vanessa will be able to get her own truck and airstream or just place soon, for her own good ya know pdjdhfhdjdj XD
Aaaaand of course, The X-Files fkngaklfdjghldfkj
The last sentence has me melting into my cushions..
Naff.
NAFF.
This ending!! AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! GOSH I WANNA HUG YOU!!!!!
A fun thing that comes with a story ending is that you can finally see it all in its full glory! I’m turning the whole of Cryptid Sightings around in my hands and looking at every detail, I’m squeezing it and shaking it like it’s a beloved stuffed animal!! I love being able to see it all through from beginning to end, it all fits together so neatly and aaaAAA I LOVE ALL OF IT!!! I’d LOVE to have a physical copy of it, I wanna hold it all in my hands!!
Lovely chapter as always!! Thank you Naff for this beautiful gem, this has been a fantastic journey and I cannot wait to see what worlds you’ll invite us to next! <3
Ah, Meep! Please don't apologize for being 'slow to read' the fic is always there when you're ready ♥ I also love essay-like comments so don't you worry about that! :D
There's so much that makes me scream in joy that you commented on, especially the little details and, hehe, the ending scene between Y/N and the boys! I'm so happy you love their name ;-; I was nervous to share my voice but I do want people to be able to pronounce it right! It's very important to me ♥
Tumblr media
Ahhh, thank you, Meep! I am smooching you *mwah* I love and appreciate all the fanart you've created and I adore your designs of the cryptid boys, and you are such a big inspiration and supporter. Thank you, babe!

The Golden Rabbit's inquiry
Quick bit of context here. This is a little snippet of a bigger story I might write one day about how Glitchtrap went from a naive A.I to the Afton mimicking computer virus we know him as now. He's kinda in the middle of that when this little snippet takes place.
As the rabbit dwelled through the code of its new home, a VR game designed to scare people and cover up something he hadn’t entirely figured out yet, he heard someone yelling. The voice belonged to a tall looking man with ebony colored hair and dark brown, almost black eyes. He was wearing a fancy gray business suit and a long, deep purple tie. He was yelling at a black haired girl with light blue eyes and a small, skinny figure. The woman cringed slightly at the man raising his voice. “What do you mean you haven’t gotten rid of that damn virus?!” The man screamed angrily. “What the hell am I even paying you for?!” “I-I’m sorry, Mr. Burrows sir.” The girl responded. She was trying to make eye contact with him, but it was just too much for her. “We’ve tried everything we could think of, but nothing worked. We can’t delete the virus.” The girl said shakily. “You just listen to me right now.” Mr. Burrows said. “If you don’t erase that damn thing from wherever the hell it came from, you’re fired!” “Y-Yes! Right away s-sir” The girl said meekly, full of fear. “I’ll do anything I can.”
Viewing this sort of interaction was nothing new to the rabbit. But he started to notice some patterns. Firstly, the more he made his presence known, the more frequently these types of interactions seemed to occur. Secondly, Is that this “Mr. Burrows” guy always seemed to be able to induce compliance in his human subjects simply by raising his voice enough. The rabbit had taken a liking to that girl from before. He always liked the sound of her voice. He wanted to be her friend, but it seemed like she wasn’t returning the favor, no one was.
Ever since the Rabbit was scanned into this game, he was filled with an ocean of data. It was slowly changing him into something else. Something that would better suit its environment. The rabbit’s programming only sped up this change. His programming made him want to observe and replicate any human activities or personalities he saw. He was changing to better fit into the environment of this “horror game” he was trapped in. The Rabbit knew that there was no use fighting this change. It would be like trying to roll a large boulder up a giant mountain. The rabbit wanted some agency, so began to fixate on Mr. Burrows. He wanted to have the type of authority that human did. Maybe then he wouldn’t have to worry about being deleted. So he’d do just that. But for that, he might need something to practice on.
The rabbit went into the “Fnaf 1” level in the game from a little menu he learned how to manifest. He occasionally wondered why the game was called “Five Nights at Freddy’s” when Freddy himself didn’t seem to have a lot of focus most of the time. If anything, he thinks it should have been called “Five Nights at Bonnie’s” but he puts that thought aside for now. The level loads up and he finds himself inside the game's main office. This was normally the only place you were supposed to see, but the Rabbit had other plans. He slipped outside the office and into the “Parts and Services” room. The rabbit looked at the bare endo skeletons staring back at him. He didn’t really feel much of anything looking at them. It just made him want to take them apart and see how they work. “Was this how humans saw each other?” The Rabbit pondered. His data is telling him that this is the case.
His mind is filled with thoughts of a man who experimented on children and didn’t care for his own. The Rabbit still felt the need to dress up the bare metal Endo. The Rabbit shoved aside some of the Pirate’s Cove curtains he was carefully cutting out before and picked up a Foxy head. Something about that dark purple, star speckled pattern really spoke to him. He adored the look of it. The Rabbit look back at the Fox mask. “Aww, don’t be sad” The Rabbit said, half sincere and half mocking “I’m sure you’re someone's favorite.”
The Rabbit placed the empty Foxy head onto the Endo. He took a deep breath. This was what he had to do. At least that’s what he told himself. He was trying to remember what Mr. Burrows was saying. Something about fire? It was getting a little hard to remember these things with all that new data coming in so fast. This wasn’t going to be long, just a quick practice run. With one little cough, the Rabbit put on a deep, gruff voice and spoke.
“You will do as I say! You will bring me what I want! And If you fail me, You will burn!"

CONTROL | GLITCHTRAP
Tumblr media
a/n: hope this turns out okay, first time writing for him.
Tumblr media
warnings: manipulation, pet names (like whore, slut.) stalking, minors dni!!, needy reader, fingering, mind controlling, creampie, unprotected oral-office sex (almost caught), and fluff.
wc: 800+
It was your first day being a nightguard at this creepy pizzeria, you thought to yourself, why do kids go here? The animatronics are just so creepy looking. On your way, finding your office with your flashlight, you heard something run across the hall behind you-—making your heart beat fast.
"Hello?" You turned around and called out, but no one called out which freaked you out more. You just continued walking towards your office, finally finding it and going inside.
Sitting down, still paranoid about what you heard. Looking to your left, and right, even above and behind you to make sure no one was there. Oh. But, there was someone watching you, stalking your every move. You started to do some work for a couple of hours, then took a half hour break.
You felt goosebumps rise on your skin, this pizzeria wasn't like a any normal one—-it's haunted, haunted. You hated haunted stuff but you needed a job to get some money for what was happening at home. This was the only job you could get, it was hiring new guards anyways. How bad can this night get?
Few hours pass by..
Someone sneaks up behind you and taps your shoulder, making you freeze-—not wanting to turn around but from what was behind you, you had to. So, you slowly turned your chair around and you froze completely, you saw a bunny from what it seemed, with purple eyes, dirty green fur, whiskers, and some..creepy teeth.
You were too scared to speak, the bunny was just staring at you, waiting for you to say something. You finally got some courage to stutter out, "W-Who are you?"
"I'm Glitchtrap, so sorry for the random appearance, my friend." He said. "It's okay, Glitchtrap." You said, "Do you want anything from me?" You asked. He smirked, then chuckled.
"You, I want you. I've been watching you for a while now. You're the prettiest thing."
You were creeped out that he was watching you work, but at the same time, you felt heat rising to your cheeks. He made you blush, your cheeks were completely red. You thought to yourself, this is so embarrassing. oh my god.
Glitchtrap was smirking at you, "Aww, looks like someone found that flattering." He teased. "S-Shut up!" You stuttered.
"What was that?" He said, in a hoarse voice walking closer to you. You were already wet, you felt a pool of wetness in your panties. You need him now. You stand up out of your chair, getting close to him, y'all's bodies grinding on each other.
You choked out a moan, without realizing. That's what got Glitchtrap going, that. "You're so needy.." Glitchtrap moaned out, as you kept grinding against him.
You stopped, looking up at him with 'fuck me' eyes. "You want me to fuck you that bad, huh? Such a slut you are." he said. You clenched around nothing at the pet name, "Please." You begged.
"Not yet, I wanna tease you a bit first, sugar." He said, smirking, taking his body off of you.
Slowly working his way down to your pants, taking them off. He saw your wet spot on your panties, making him grin.
"Already so wet and I haven't even touched you." Glitchtrap said, in a deep voice. "Finger-fuck me." You begged, and he was a bit shocked from the request but accepted it, and took your panties off. Lifting you up, grabbing your ass, and setting you on the desk.
You whined out, "Just do it already!". He chuckled, "Such a needy one, you are."
Glitchtrap ran a finger up and down your wet folds before inserting two of them. You let out a loud moan, "oh fuck!". Starting to thrust his fingers in and out of you, hitting that right spot inside of you, making you a moaning mess—-but before you could cum, he took his fingers out, leaving you whining.
"You're gonna cum all over my cock." He smirked as he undid his belt, and took his pants and boxers off. Holy. shit. He was huge, how was that gonna fit? You thought.
"How is that gonna fit?" You asked, "It will fit." He replied. Lining himself up at your entrance, slowly pushing into you.
When he was fully in, he didn't give you time to adjust, he just started thrusting fast, and rough—-making you moan out his name loudly, but he covered your mouth to muffle your moans. "mm- don't want us getting caught do you, slut?" He asked, in a deep, dark, hoarse voice. That, made you clench around him tighter, "Fuck, baby. I'm gonna cum."
You moaned, "Please cum inside of m-me!" You begged, and he quicked the pace to make you both cum at the same time, when y'all both came—-you screamed out his name, hoping no one heard you. Glitchtrap just groaned loudly, and pulled out of you.
Cum filling your tight pussy, spilling out of it.
You leaned in and kissed him, he kissed back. The kiss was tender, passionate, and rough.
Both of you back away for air, then you whisper 'i love you.' to Glitchtrap, he whispered back–-' I love you too.

Going off a Tales from the Pizzaplex lore leak and building a (very guesstimating) theory.
No Spoiler TL;DR: I was very wrong about part of an SB theory that I’ve had for months now (Maybe even a year?). However, not all of that theory is lost… yet. Below is an attempt to make crucial corrections to my theory with the new info despite only knowing certain things. That’s pretty much it.
Okay, for anyone who’s either not scared about getting spoiled and/or has already seen the leaks for GGY, here’s the deal.
I was wrong about Patient 46 being Vanny. And I’m absolutely sorry if I made way too strong of a case for it for anyone who’s followed me and seen that theory. Granted, many theorists didn’t have much to go off of at the time ig, but I still feel like I need to own up and apologize up front.
The good news is, weirdly, Gregory being 46 isn’t that big of a game-breaking deal to me. My worst fear was Eleanor (AKA the Fazbear Frights main antagonist and the one villain I really want to actually throw hands with out of pure, foolish spite) was returning as Gregory. Thankfully, this turned out to be completely false and it was just a theory that I personally brushed aside. And, thanks to re-listening to the Retro CDs as well as this Twitter thread that gives the most likely explanation for the new SB inconsistency plot hole, I think I can revise another part of my old 46 theory. That being the whole court case thing.
In an older theory ramble of mine, I mentioned that there are other things that debunk Vanessa being an Afton as well as the court case still being legit. Because Greg is now confirmed to be 46, I can also say that the likelihood of the court case being Afton’s has increased for me. Mainly because it’s two entirely different characters having the same backstory involving a tragedy with their parents. Of course, Gregory/46’s side is directly stated. However, given the fact that it looks like Glitchtrap was gaining control over both Greg and Ness according to the Twitter OP, it’s starting to sound like Glitch really wanted to get this story out there to someone— anyone— for reasons I’m not sure of yet.
To back up Twitter OP’s claim about it being Glitchtrap controlling two people at similar times, here’s something I noticed when re-listening to the CDs: 46/Greg has an uncomfortable time sitting in the chair during one of his first recorded sessions. Then, a couple sessions later, he’s just relaxing in the same seat without a care in the world. He also starts to act progressively more and more like Glitchtrap from Help Wanted or Vanny from SB. Giggling when he finds out about what happened to the therapists. Reveling in the terrifying chaos going down in the Pizzaplex. Even sticking to be absolutely mute, but still communicating in some way. As much as the fandom jokes (joked?) about him being a destructive agent of chaos, I can guarantee you that the actual Gregory was only lost, very confused, and trying to be brave during the actual game.
Also, it was recently confirmed in the FNAF Encyclopedia that Vanessa is Vanny. And, since Vanny’s been established to be controlled (to some degree) by Glitchtrap, then that means Vanny is still present in the tapes. Just not in the way we thought, I guess. Huh.
Speaking of Vanessa, I also noticed something during her side. The further we go into her part of the story, the more tired and flat-sounding her voice becomes. I did also bring this up in my older theory as Glitchtrap controlling her— But I thought it was only temporary. Turns out this “flat-tone Vanessa” stuck around for a lot longer than I thought… And she acts more like William himself than Glitchtrap, which is even stranger. Insisting that she works a lot, refusing candy because of calories while 46 eagerly takes some candy, saying that she doesn’t like dark basements (which could be a whole lot of things, knowing William’s history), etc. It almost sounds like there’s two separate entities controlling one person each…? Unless Glitchtrap’s bringing William’s/his own acting to the next level by trying to mimic them, which is always an option.
But that’s not the topic I’m supposed to be discussing here. Let’s climb out of that rabbit hole and jump back into the court case. The only reason why Vanessa didn’t get called out by anyone for her potential lie is because of her job transfer to the Pizzaplex. If she stayed any longer like Gregory/46 did, then I’m sure the fifth therapist could’ve figured out that both of them could’ve lied. Mainly because the fifth therapist probably looked through her predecessor’s records, found that weird “coincidence”, and decided to confront the only one still in Therapy. An absolute shame that we didn’t get both sides debunked, but at least we’re on the right track now. Maybe Ruin will confirm or deny these suspicions, idk really.
The point is that I’m still convinced that Afton’s backstory involves the court case and 46 being Gregory actually enhanced that for me a bit. Now I’m just stuck here waiting for a potential GGY 2 just to see how Greg got out by the time of SB.

Idea 5: Vanessa visits the graves of her victims and sees ghosts
An idea that I've seen exceedingly few fics try and cover is Vanessa encountering the ghosts of the people whom she (as Vanny) murdered after the 3-star ending.
I am unsure as to how one would make this situation happen. Maybe it could be a dream.
A scenario that I like most has to do with the idea that Vanessa visits the graves of the children she (no vanny) killed. After she was freed, she reported the location of the bodies so that they could recieve a proper burial. Vanessa knows that it isn't enough, she doesn't think that she will ever be able to do enough to atone for what she did to all of those children (it wasn't you, it was Vanny.) At the very least she tries to go and visit their graves once a week, making sure to bring flowers for them everytime. Vanessa doesn't say anything during the visits, what is there to say? "I'm sorry?" Yeah right, as if SHE is deserving of forgiveness...
I really like it because there are a lot of things you could potentially cover, including:
How would the ghosts react to seeing the freed Vanessa? Would the children be enraged? If so, what would they do?
Or would they be able to see that the person in front of them is not really the same as the one who murdered them, not mentally, at least? Maybe (relating back to idea 2) the children who were taught by her would be able to convince the other children of this.
How about the therapists? They would likely be more willing to listen, being adults trained in understanding psychological conditions.
One could discuss how Vanessa has been dealing with having 2 sets of childhood memories, a fake abusive one (put there by Glitchtrap for reasons of trying to make her more obedient, which ended up failing) and her true, standard, evidently normal one. (in this universe patient 46 and their tapes didn't exist, save for that one line about lying about childhood, just pretend it was in one of Vanessa's tapes)
And, of course, we can't forget Vanessa. What would she do? It is most likely that she would curl up into a ball and await the punishment that she thinks she deserves (she doesn’t). After all, it is HER fault, right? (No, it’s Vanny's.)
If you include Gregory in this encounter, he, being the "no fear" gremlin that he is, would probably try and start to defend his… uh… paternal guardian of unspecified rank in some way, either by trying to explain that Vanny is no more, or try and actually fight the ghosts.
As you can see, there are many ways that I think someone can make a mini story out of this concept.
I agree, as you said you can do a lot with that and we need more stories of Vanessa acknowledging the victims and go in depth about her getting manipulated by Afton and how she truly regrets helping him. Plus we need more stories where we get a more in-depth look at Vanessa and her inner turmoil post 3 star ending.
Also I find the mental image of Gregory being ready to throw hands with ghosts incredibly funny but honestly him being there and being so ready to defend her, especially if she's not defending herself or even agreeing with what they're saying, would probably make the ghosts be willing to listen at the very least.
If I had to write my own story I'd probably have the kids be angry at her, she freaks out knowing that Afton also had to deal with the angry ghosts of his victims which would make her feel like she's basically just like him, she killed them and they refuse to move on because of her so she runs away, upon finding out what happened Gregory insists on going with her the next day where he basically defends her from the ghosts' accusations since Vanessa isn't gonna do it herself. The ghosts would be shocked a kid is willing to defend her, especially as he tells them he almost got killed himself, they would still be wary of Vanessa but now are willing to at least listen to an explanation. It would probably take multiple days and maybe even a few recordings of like Freddy and the other animatronics talking about what really happened to finally convince them, it would also help Vanessa to stop comparing herself to Afton so much since she was basically brainwashed while Afton killed while in full control of his body and mind.
Honestly I might just turn this into an actual fic eventually... While I am working on writing my own AU it's gonna take me forever to finish it just because I am rewriting the entire plot of all the games while this would take way less time and if nobody is gonna make more content about this I might as well do it myself lol

It was never surprising how fast you’d climbed the ranks in the Fazbear Entertainment company. You worked hard, and you did as told. Most would steal some memorabilia or try and tamper with things, others would not do anything at all. Rather you watched the plex well during the day, and even better at night.
It wasn’t often you had to work night shift, as Vanessa usually took over it, but every now and again you’d cover for her. Then your every so often became every night as you started to work the night shift alongside Vanessa. The two of you got close quick, and became attached at the hip.
Vanessa had found it odd how quickly you climbed the ranks though. She was a family friend of some of the higher ups in the company which helped her climb over time, but you managed to be at her level in no time at all. No matter, she paid it no mind.
You seemed to have some.. Odd disappearances every now and again. Vanessa swore she heard you talking to someone in a long forgotten security office.. Though she never caught you doing anything to raise any more suspicion.
Soon enough you two found yourself getting much closer on a romantic level. It was only months into your relationship that Vanessa even heard of Glitchtrap’s existence.. By accident, of course.
This time, she watched where you ran off to during your shifts. This time, she saw the forgotten office you’d fled to. And this time, she saw the horrifying bunny.. thing.. that is Glitchtrap.
“You can see him..? You can see him!” You exclaimed, almost too excitedly. Of course she could see that.. Thing. “Yes.. Yes you’d works well. You can see him, that means you must be chosen to follow him too, right? Right?” You seemed over the moon, approaching your girlfriend for a squeezing hug. It was all too fast for her.
Vanessa pulled you off of her, placing her hands on your shoulders so she could look you in the face. “Woah, woah, woah. Follow him? As in like.. The creepy cult way? Babe. What are you talking about?” The amount of concern outweighed her curiosity on the situation. She wanted nothing but the best for her lover, and yet you were possibly putting yourself in danger over this? She couldn’t have it.
It took hours of explaining over the end of your shifts and a long, king conversation about your relationship after you got back to your shared home that Vanessa decided her stance on the situation. “I don’t think this is at all safe. I don’t think he’s safe. I don’t want to see you hurt. Please, stop following him.” She practically begged you.
If you agreed, she’d be more than happy to try and help with removing the corruption done onto you by the awful creature and help you never associate with him again.
But had you refused.. Then she’d become much more serious. At this point, it came to the point your relationship depended on it. “This.. Stupid following or me, Y/N. You make your pick. You can’t have both. Don’t regret what you’ve done afterwards, either.”

Another random fic idea- Vanessa being the original Glitchtrap follower before managing to free herself from his control, leaving him to scramble and possess Vanny. And now, with Gregory's life on the line, Vanessa decides to remind Vanny why she was th eoriginal choice.
Took me a couple tries to get the vibes for this one right, but I’m super pleased with how it came out! I’ve been excited for this prompt because of the bamf!Vanessa potential. This one feels more like a proper snippet taken from a larger work than a full one-shot (even old dogs CAN learn new tricks, see?), but I honestly love the ending.
(I’m sure you guys recognize it, but the title is a play on the phrase “an heir and a spare.” Also, warning for non-graphic blood mentions and implied character death.)
The Heir vs the Spare
“Oh, didn’t he tell you?” Vanessa asked, faux sympathetic. “You’re not the first poor soul to wear that costume or bear that name. And you especially weren’t his first choice.”
Vanny—or rather, whoever played the role now—reared backward, somewhere between shocked and disbelieving. Either way, it was enough for their grip on Gregory’s shirt to loosen. He twisted free and hit the ground running, and for the first time that night, he didn’t run away from Vanessa, but toward her.
She couldn’t bring herself to be annoyed about that. If she was some kid being hunted down by a rabbit going by Vanny, she’d have avoided the night guard named Vanessa, too. Same name, same size, same voice, and he’d never seen them together. Suspicious was too small a word for that situation, and she could at least be grateful the brat leaned toward safe rather than sorry. Even if it had made her job more difficult in the end.
Letting go of her axe with one hand, Vanessa reached out and herded Gregory behind herself, putting her own body between him and his would-be murderer without hesitation. She’d failed at protecting this kid so far tonight. Not again.
Vanessa’s own voice echoed back at them, tinged with something electronic. “You’re lying,” Vanny said. “I am the first, the only one he’s ever needed. His heir.”
“Nah,” Vanessa replied. She was almost enjoying this, this riddle that she already knew the answer to, this game she had already played. Her axe was bigger than Vanny’s little knife, anyhow, and the fact remained: this Vanny was the spare in that equation. “Cute, but if he told you that, he’s the liar.”
Vanny trembled. With fury or fear, Vanessa couldn’t tell. They spat, “He has gifted me—”
Interrupting, Vanessa taunted, “Convenient that your suit already existed, isn’t it? And the voice? You think it sounds like me just for fun?” She shrugged, smirking, making sure to heft the axe particularly dramatically. “Hate to break it to ya, but you’re wearing a hand-me-down.”
As another point against them, Vanny still seemed clueless to the truth, but a faint gasp from behind her said Gregory had figured it out. Realizing how bad this could look—he was probably wondering if he’d gone out of the frying pan and into the fire—Vanessa stuck one hand behind her, palm up, the only reassurance and comfort she could offer right now.
Gregory, the clever little brat, gripped her hand after a moment’s pause, and she could practically feel the deep breath he took as he chose to trust her. He released her so she could re-secure her grip on the axe handle, and he remained quiet and shielded and safe.
Given what she’d seen of him over the course of the night, it must be a herculean effort for him to maintain his silence. She was grateful for it, though, because it would only take one poorly timed distraction for her to lose control of the situation.
Vanny dithered a moment, perhaps talking to the awful entity in their head, perhaps contemplating other things that didn’t add up. Vanessa would really like it if they could come to a peaceful resolution, but hey.
She came armed and ready for a reason.
“And how would you know?” Vanny finally demanded, possibly aiming for haughty but landing somewhere closer to whiny. That living glitch chose a real smart one for his spare, didn’t he.
Vanessa took great pleasure in spelling it out, letting some of her lazy confidence show in her half-lidded eyes. “’Cause you’re looking at the original, baby.”
She played with the axe while Vanny was stunned, admiring the blade. “I got out,” she continued. “But boy if he didn’t sing my praises before I did. He was so happy to find out I’d killed before, too. Self-defense, sure, but I know the taste of blood on my tongue when it splatters. just. right. And when you already know that, it makes you less likely to hesitate the next time.”
Was she playing it up? Yes. Had she also been chosen because she could be just the right amount of dramatic? Yes. Their mutual “friend” hadn’t just been looking for a murderer, he’d been looking for a performer.
Make no mistake, though—Vanessa was the predator here, the most dangerous person in the room. And given the way Vanny had started to adjusted their grip on their knife, they had finally gotten the memo.
“Put the knife down,” Vanessa said. They wouldn’t. She knew that, but it was her duty to try first. She slid her foot backward until she felt Gregory back up. They were all trapped together for now, so it was all she could do. “Don’t make me kill you.”
“You think you can kill me?” Vanny laughed, and it was infuriating to hear it in Vanessa’s own voice.
“You willing to take that risk?”
Vanny sneered impressively well for someone with a full suit head on and lunged forward, almost painfully predictable. Before they could even get close, Vanessa swung wide with the axe, forcing them back and away from Gregory.
She blocked the next swipe of the knife and sent it flying from the slippery fabric glove. Before Vanny could even try to regroup, Vanessa twisted her body and raised the axe over her head like a horror-movie lumberjack.
She brought it down without hesitation and didn’t flinch from the blood splatter that landed on her face.

FNAF SB: Montgomery and Gregory
The ball fell into the hole as a number 14 glowed in illuminated lights. “Hole in one” he muttered to himself. His joints and gears felt stiff. Almost hurting at times but as a performer he had to keep up his work and make the kids happy. He waltzed over to the hole and picked his ball up to head over to the next hole but stopped when he felt something touch his shoulder pad. He jumped and snarled at them. Only to realize it was only Glamrock Chica. “Hey Chic, sorry about that.”
Chica had her feathered hand over her chest in a way as if grabbing her chest to soothe pounding heart. “Geez Monty, what was that for?” She noticed him rolling his shoulders and stretching his neck. “You ok? You seem tense. Cheese and crackers, your wires are stiff!” Monty only rolled his eyes and shook her hand off his shoulder. “I can’t get tense Chica. I am made of metal. And what do you want? I am busy.” He growled his last sentence to her. Her response was to put her hands on her hips. Almost resembling an annoyed mother. “Don’t get an attitude with me. Vanessa just notified us that she’s bringing Gregory over again to see all of us. That’s why I came here to tell you.” She said with a glare. Monty would admit that she could be scary at times. Sure he was the strongest of the group and argue with Freddy sometimes and fight with Roxanne but there was no way he could take on Chica when she was angry.
Some kind of “mother hen” instincts or something like that. “Sorry momma,” with another roll of his eyes. Chica just shook her head. “Look, just... try to relax and be nice to Gregory when he gets here alright? I don’t want Freddy or Vanessa hassling you later for being rude.” He merely nodded and went back to his golfing. He could feel that Chica was still staring at him. Not out of irritation but in concern over her friend. He could hear her metal feet pound against the fake grass and walk out of his golf course. He rolled his head to stretch his wires and pulled his arms over his head. “Gregory’s coming over huh?”
He would’ve guess that the kid would have stayed away or better yet be terrified of them after what happened but the kid surprised him. He was still shy of them but he was still able to interact with them and play with them. Well most of them. The child was still timid of Montgomery. Maybe it was because the alligator was much more intimidating than the others. He was more of punk, get physical kind of guy, or gator. Taking a look into his room, many people would get an idea of what he was like, or assume what he was like. Taking aim he putted his ball. He wasn’t really the emotional type. Watching it roll towards its goal and once again, another hole in one.
He could feel his gears tensing again. He growled in pain grabbing onto his bicep. “Time for a break.” He grabbed his ball and golf club and went to his green room to relax for a bit. Before he could he heard two voices coming his way. He turned his head over to the left to see the nightguard, Vanessa and Gregory walking together as they were talking. “I am not sure about that Greg. But you can ask them.” Vanessa told them as she ruffled his hair and went off to do her job. Leaving Gregory alone as she called Monty over to watch him. “W-what? Why? Isn’t he your responsibility?” He argued. “You guys entertain kids don’t you? Besides I have to secure the place, be nice to him alright.” And just like that she walked away. He threw his arms in the air and shouted “The hell?!” after her. “Are you serious? Our regular nightguards don’t pull this shit!”
Vanessa shouted as she was a few meters away “I have work to do!” Gregory’s shy demeanor appeared and shyly smiled at Monty. “H-hi Monty.” The animatronic nodded at him. He looked around expecting Freddy or at least Chica to watch him but none of the gang were around. He swore to himself that he’ll get her back for that.
He felt kind of out of place. When he did interact with Gregory it was very awkward as he would usually hide behind the bear animatronic or hide his face when he is holding him in his brawn arms. It was as if the kid was intimidated by him, which was no doubt in his head. Like he was going to eat him or something. Which was, in his opinion, was impossible as he had no way of swallowing no less chewing anything. Biting, sure. But that’s all he could do. He rubbed his snout and groaned as he felt his gears grind and the pain shot up his left arm.
Gregory noticed and asked if he was ok. “Just tired kid,” he responds. He rolled his shoulders and placed his golf club back into his golf club pack. When his back was turned he felt something grab onto his tail. He jerked and turned around to see him holding his tail. Actually his was very close to him and tried holding his tail for comfort. He wondered why he was clinging to him only to hear shifting gears and what sounded like metallic laughter. He immediately knew who it was. “Son of a bitch.” He murmured. Looking at the green room entrance to see a thin, jester like animatronic. It’s fabric colors consisted of dark shades of blue and had golden stars plastered on its body. Its face plate was in the shape of a crescent moon. Along with bright red eyes. A huge grin plastered on its face. “Hiya Gregory,” it cheered. The animatronic was named Moondrop.
“What ya want? I am in no mood for your games.” The moon animatronic giggled and said “I know, I just came to say hello~” He crept closer to Gregory in a slow playful manner. But to Gregory it was down right scary! He clung closer to Monty and tried to hide from him. Unknowingly Monty wrapped his tail around the boy and help him close. “Not in the mood, and while your at it,” He squares his shoulders to seem more intimidating. “Don’t try to pull any pranks.” “I wasn’t. Tiiiiiillllllll NOW!” Monty felt something tug at him as Gregory was snagged from tail and taken out of the green room by the sun animatronic Sunnyrise. “Hey!” He yelled as chased after them. “Monty! Help!” Sunnyrise was slightly bigger than Moondrop and carried him with slight ease.
They jumped from metal beam to pipeline making sure his balance was on point. “Freddy!” He cried. Hoping the bear animatronic would hear him and come save him. He tried to struggle and get out of the sun animatronic’s grip but as thin as it appeared to be, it was stronger than it originally looked. “Put me down! Please!” He begged. “In a minute, lets mess with gator boy for a bit!” The sun animatronic laughed in response to Moondrop’s answer to the boy’s plea.
He felt a bit nauseous from the frantic movements before he landed on something soft. He realized it was a pillow. A large pile of them actually. Mainly consisting of two types of styles, moon and stars, sun and clouds. The duo jumped down in front of him and the boy began to whimper as he tried to back away from them. Although no longer controlled by Vanny or that Glitchtrap character, that didn’t mean he felt comfortable with them. “MOONDROP! SUNNYRISE! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!? BRING THE KID BACK NOW! I MEAN IT!” He hoped that he would come to find him. He heard another voice along with Monty’s. It was Chica’s voice, “Gregory? Where are you sugar dot?”
Gregory called out to them as he heard low growls. He heard what sounded like clanging on metal to see Monty climbing the ramp the three were on. “Monty be careful!” Chica shouted after him as she is afraid that he or Gregory would get hurt. “Coming up!” He shouted. Sunnyrise and Moondrop laughed comically and abandoned ship. “W-what the- get back here!” He reached out to snag at least one of them but they were too far out of reach. “Damn!” He looked over to Gregory. “You good?” The boy nodded. He tried to pull him over the ledge as he was, although won’t admit it, scared to fall. He hated high heights. Gregory came closer to him and grabbed his right arm to pull him up. But being an animatronic made of dense metal it wasn’t an easy task. “Don’t strain ya self kid. I’m toov heavy for ya to pull.”
Gregory didn’t listen and kept pulling as Monty pulled himself up. Gusts of air seeping through the cracks of his metal plates. “Monty? Gregory? You boys alright?” “We’re ok.” Gregory answered. Tired from his attempts to pull Monty. “Can you get down?” “You for real? It was a hassle for me to get up here! I doubt I can climb down, no less with the kid on my back! Screw that shit!” He can hear Chica shouting angrily “Language!” Monty rolled his eyes and sighed. Falling backwards and laying his back on the pillows Gregory didn’t say anything and hid a small smile in the form of a yawn. He was actually tired. He was hanging out with Roxanne as Freddy was busy and Chica was helping him. He wanted to ask him about them having dreams or better yet nightmares but didn’t how to phrase it. He asked Roxanne and she told him she would dream sometimes but didn’t give thorough details.
“H-hey Monty?” “Yeah kid?” He thought for a minute before saying “Can you dream? Or have nightmares?” Monty sat up and looked at him. A confused expression or so it seems, appeared on his face plates. “Why ya asking?” Gregory’s face said it all. “You had a nightmare? Is that why you’re asking? What does it have to do with us?” The boy shyly nodded. Gregory fiddled with his shoelaces and said in a low tone “It was about you.” It would be an exaggeration to say that his jaw dropped. It was about him? He had a nightmare about him? Why? “Monty! Gregory! I’ll be back with help! Don’t do anything!”
Chica’s voice was drowned out by the awkward silence between them. He didn’t know what to say. He thought about his restless nights after the incident. The feeling of his body being controlled by a living virus. He was still there but as a passenger and watched in horror in what happened and he attempted to do. Especially to the boy. He couldn’t stop himself no matter how much he fought for control. He could hear its taunts and demonic laughter as it held him as a host till its body was complete. It still scares him. “Yeah Gregory, we...we can dream....we also have....bad dreams you could say.” The boy looked at him stunned. “You can? I asked Roxy about it and she said she would get strange dreams but didn’t explain much to me.” Monty nodded.
“Well I wouldn’t say they are dreams...more like processed memories. Mainly what we experienced during the day and they are placed in our processors. Mainly to replay like a movie.” “So its a movie in your head?” “Hell if I know, its a guess of mine. There were even times I get weird dreams like I don’t know, like a large chicken chasing me around and pecking at me for cursing. I didn’t even think it was possible as...well...I am a machine.” Gregory giggled. “Was the large chicken Chica?” “Maybe~” He laughed. “But in all seriousness, what was your nightmare about? Why me?” Gregory took a deep breath, he won’t hurt you. He told him what he remembered. From playing golf together to Vanny possessing him with the malware and him killing him by biting down on his head. Monty stared horrified. “That’s your nightmare?” The boy nodded. Not looking up.
“I...I didn’t realize. Jesus kid, that must’ve been scary for ya. Can’t imagine how that would’ve felt for ya.” “After that nightmare, I wanted to know if you had nightmares yourself, since you seem so...so...” “Sentient?” “Uh...I guess so.” “The gang and I even have bad dreams ourselves. I don’t understand the reasoning for it but it does happen. Sometimes its scary and we’ll forget about it as there isn’t much to it y’know. Just a fluke dream, but some are more horrifying than expected. So terrifying that even I can’t sleep.” “Monty? Do you have bad dreams and refuse to sleep? I did that when I came home...that day... I didn’t want to sleep as I was afraid to see Vanny and Glitchtrap laughing at me and taunt me, and having images of...what they did.” He shivered due to the cold and the sickening feeling of dread. He knew that feeling all too well.
Monty noticed and grabbed a blanket he was sitting on. He guessed Gregory never saw it as he was distracted by the twins. Well since bearball isn’t here and Chica isn’t here...I’ll try to comfort him till they come by and get us down. I hope they don’t see this. He reached out his tail and wrapped it around the boy’s waist and wrapped him up in the blanket and held him in his lap. Gregory was confused and looked up at him. “I know kid. It’s not easy to confront or deal with. What happened was traumatizing for you and us. I wouldn’t blame you having nightmares after that day.” Gregory reached out and hugged the gator around his neck and nuzzled his lower jaw. “I don’t blame you either. I bet you were scared too. And I remember what Freddy told me about you all being family.” Monty was stunned. The child was actually hugging him. The one kid who was intimidated by him, was hugging him. “He did huh?” “He said I was a part of that family too. Which means that I would consider you as an older brother, Roxy an older sister, Chica and Freddy as the mom and dad.” “Well,” He ruffled his hair making his chuckle. “I guess you are our little brother eh?”
Line Break:
Chica and Freddy managed to get Vanessa to grab the ladder from storage to help the two get down. Well, mainly Monty as they would just get Sunnyrise or Moondrop to grab Gregory and set him down nicely. “Are they alright?” Freddy shrugged. “Have you seen the twins?” he asked. She nodded no. “Nope, not after Monty chased after them.” Vanessa set the ladder and made sure it was stable. “Well wherever they are, they might get their due later.” “Gregors? Monty? You guys ok?” Roxy looked towards the platform but didn’t see anything.
Vanessa told Freddy to hold the ladder and climbed up. “Be safe, the twins might be around to scare you.” Roxy said. “God I hope not!” Vanessa shouted down to her. When she reached the ledge, she had to hold back a laugh. Right in front of her was something she never thought she’ll ever see. It was Montgomery Gator, the big, tough brute of the group cuddling little Gregory. He was wrapped up in the big arms of the animatronic and she could’ve swore that his tail was wagging slowly. “Oh! This is adorable!” Gregory was wrapped in a blanket and his head was nestled under Monty’s chin. She reached out and took out her phone. Making sure the flash was off and taking a picture of the duo before coming down to show the others. Who would’ve known that the big gator was a huge softy sometimes? Was he going to kill for it? Maybe? Was it worth it? Oh yes it was!

Welcome Home, Superstar: Ch. 4
Fandom: Five Nights At Freddy’s: Security Breach
Description: After defeating the glitchtrap virus and learning the truth about who—and what—he is, Gregory faces another big task ahead of him: learning what it’s like to be loved by the family he’s never had. It will take time to befriend the animatronics who previously hunted him, but with the help of Freddy, Gregory knows he can overcome anything the world might throw at him next.
Chapter Summary: Gregory wants to go bowling, and Freddy is more than happy to oblige. However, along the way they encounter the newest night guard, whose reaction to the pair is rather… unexpected.

Freddy returned to his room the next night later than expected. When he'd gone backstage to get checked over before their first show, he found Monty fully repaired and back to his usual self—well, almost.
Monty seemed a bit louder than usual, which was quite a feat. However, the gator was definitely back to his original personality, no longer blindly obeying Vanny's commands and even joking around with Roxy. He didn't seem interested in talking to Freddy, however, and it wasn't until much later after the performances were done and Freddy had shaken off the last few clingy kids that he was able to corner Monty in his golf course and give him a run-down on what happened the other night. He still left out the part about who was responsible for Monty's destruction, but unfortunately the gator figured it out by process of elimination.
Monty initially thought it’d been Freddy himself, since the bear was the only animatronic able to resist Vanny. But as soon as Freddy mentioned the boy he'd been helping, Monty found his target. The gator just knew that Freddy didn't have a destructive bone in his body, but a kid scared for their life going up against a dangerous animatronic? Now they could cause some damage.
Needless to say, Freddy left Monty on icy terms and decided that he'd give the gator another night or so to process everything before attempting to introduce him to Gregory. Due to this detour, it was just after 12:30 am when Freddy finally got back to his room. He opened the door slowly, quietly calling out:
“Gregory? Are you awake?”
Throughout the entire day, Gregory remained in Freddy's room as instructed, sleeping for a good five hours before finally waking up. Once he found no sign of Freddy, he simply began playing with the toys he'd brought from the gift shop, tearing off their tags and tossing them into a small trash bin by Freddy's vanity as he moved from one new object to the next. His excitement only remained for a good hour or so before he got bored again and began walking in circles around the room. He went through a bunch of random of activities to pass the time, such as talking to himself and throwing himself into—and off of—Freddy's couch repeatedly.
By the time Freddy finally returned, the animatronic caught Gregory in the middle of hanging upside down from the back of the couch, his legs the only thing visible from the doorway. Practically falling off and onto the floor, the boy scrambled up to his feet and ran over to hug Freddy.
“You're back!” Gregory exclaimed. “And you took forever; I was so bored!”
Freddy braced himself when he saw Gregory start to run. As the boy reached him, Freddy scooped him up and threw him into the air, catching him around the torso on the way down and pulling him into a tight hug.
“Hello!” Freddy said as Gregory immediately clung to him, snuggling against the bear comfortably. “I am sorry I am late; I wanted to speak to Monty before I returned to you, but he was... difficult.” He set Gregory down, noting the messy state of his room. What had the kid been doing all day?! “I am sorry you were bored…”
“It's okay, you're here now!” the boy chirped as he was set down, staring up at Freddy with a wide smile.
“I am, and we have the whole night to explore yet again!” Freddy smiled down at him. “Where would you like to go first?” The boy thought to himself before perking up.
“Can we go bowling?” he asked curiously, rocking back and forth in his heels. “I've never done bowling before!”
Freddy's expression turned a bit wistful at the thought of Bonnie, but it wasn't enough to deter him; he knew that Bonnie would love Gregory if they'd had the chance to meet, and bowling in his friend's memory seemed like just the thing to do. “Certainly; that sounds like fun. I am a bit rusty myself, so we can both learn as we go!”
“Yay! This will be so fun!” Gregory cheered, throwing his hands in the air while jumping up and down. He’d never played any of the games he'd seen around the Pizzaplex besides Fazer Blast and the shooting game above Gator Golf, but they all seemed like exciting—especially with multiple people!
Freddy opened the door and ushered Gregory out of his room. They traveled the now-familiar path up the elevators and stairs to the top level of the Pizzaplex's main atrium. Just as they passed the West Arcade, an unfamiliar voice called out from behind them.
“Freddy!” the voice yelled, and the pair turned to see the new night guard stomping towards them, flashlight trained on the animatronic and wearing an annoyed expression. He was a fresh-faced man in his late-twenties, with a mop of curly red-brown hair shoved haphazardly underneath the standard black security guard cap.
“Oh no… it is the new night guard—I have not had time to explain everything to him yet!” Freddy exclaimed in a hushed whisper. He opened his chest hatch and frantically gestured for Gregory to hop inside. “Quick, hide!”
The sound of the unknown voice caught Gregory by surprise, causing him to freeze up until Freddy spoke. The boy lifted his head to meet the bear’s gaze before he quickly moved to climb into the hatch, curling up into a ball. They’d already been caught, for sure—he just hoped the guard wouldn't do anything too drastic…
“Officer Thomas!” Freddy exclaimed, plastering on his usual smile as the man finally made it over to them. “I did not expect to see you tonight; how are you?”
“Didn't expect to see—Freddy, why are you out of your room?!” Thomas exclaimed, flailing the flashlight wildly as he talked. He noticeably trembled as he stared up at the tall animatronic, though he was obviously trying to put on a confident front. Gathering his bearings, Thomas stood up straight and by narrowed his ice-blue eyes. “And why’d you just open and close your stomach hatch? Is something in there?!”
Gregory held onto himself tightly, his worry only increasing as Thomas spoke to Freddy. Based on his experience with the Pizzaplex’s last night guard, he was terrified of what this man might be capable of—although he had to remind himself that this person was not Vanessa and the virus was gone. There should be no way for anyone else to fall under William’s control, especially not a human.
“Oh no…” Gregory murmured quietly, hugging his knees to his chest as he heard Thomas mention the hatch, afraid that he'd now gotten Freddy into big trouble.
“No, Officer Thomas, nothing is—”
“Don’t lie to me, Freddy, come on,” Thomas said exasperatedly, cutting the bear off. “I didn’t even think you were programmed to lie… we should get that checked out.” He pulled out his phone to make a brief note, then slipped the device back in his pocket and gestured to Freddy with his flashlight. “Alright, open up.”
“But—”
“Open. Up.” Thomas held the flashlight out rather threateningly. Freddy didn’t think the guard would actually harm him, but he wanted to remain on good terms with Thomas as much as he could. With a sigh, Freddy opened his hatch and braced for the reaction, ready to pull Gregory into his arms and run if things went south.
“…I-Is this a joke?” Thomas raised an eyebrow. “Wait—can you even play jokes like that? There’s nothing in there.”
Gregory hugged himself impossibly closer, preparing for the worst as Thomas shoved the flashlight forward. As the hatch opened, the boy was met with light directly in his face. Gregory shielded his eyes with his hands, huffing softly. He was about to speak up, until the night guard commented that the hatch was empty. Gregory slowly climbed out, looking up at Freddy before shifting his gaze to Thomas.
“Oh, he… can't see me?” Gregory questioned, scratching the top of his head. This was new. Then again, he hadn't come across any regular humans since becoming a ghost—and Vanessa definitely did not count.
“...Apparently not,” Freddy murmured, watching in amazement as Gregory moved around in front of the guard completely undetected.
This was fascinating! Did this mean no human was able to see the ghost? Could they also not feel him?
Gregory tested his theory, reaching out to run his hand across Thomas's arm. Somehow the boy was able to make contact, sensing the guard solidly beneath his grip.
“What?” Thomas asked, looking confused as Freddy seemingly muttered to himself. Suddenly the guard felt an icy chill run across his arm, making him yelp and jump back a few inches. He looked frantically between Freddy and where he’d just stood, eyes wide and terrified. “W-What was that?! Did you d-do that?!”
Freddy shook his head. “No, I did not; I am standing over here and could not reach you.”
Thomas continued looking around frantically, taking a few more steps back and brandishing his flashlight as a weapon, although his hand shook terribly and the light went every which way. “Ooh, this is... I-I knew this place was weird!”
Gregory stepped back warily when Thomas did, although the guard’s reaction quickly went from unnerving to amusing. Giggling quietly, Gregory watched the night guard tremble. He wasn’t Vanessa, but Gregory couldn’t help the small bit of satisfaction he got from watching someone in her uniform being scared just like he’d been at her hands.
“Boo!” Gregory shouted as he suddenly jumped at Thomas, although he clearly couldn’t hear the boy either. An 'aww' of disappointment left Gregory’s mouth as he turned to look over at Freddy.
“This is so cool! But that night guard is sorta mean…,” he mentioned to the animatronic as he quickly moved back to his side, taking Freddy’s hand. The urge to take another nap began creeping into the back of his mind despite the fact that he’d been asleep less than twelve hours ago, and Gregory wondered if making physical contact with humans also drained him of energy. They’d definitely have to figure out how he could regain some strength in other ways so Gregory could interact with humans as much as he wanted to.
Thomas was watching Freddy like a hawk, convinced the animatronic was somehow responsible for the sudden chill in the air. After a few moment of strained silence, he saw Freddy's paw grasp something invisible and narrowed his eyes again.
“W-What are you doing? Are you holding s-something? Is... Is something there?!”
“Well... I am not sure if you would believe me, Officer Thomas,” Freddy said bluntly. He felt a small bit of power start to drain as soon as Gregory grabbed him, but it instantly stopped once Freddy gave the boy’s hand a warning squeeze. Gregory stood still as he felt the squeeze from Freddy, tensing up—this seemed to be the best method to keep himself from accidentally draining any battery.
Although, the boy soon had a bright idea… quite literally.
Carefully, Gregory let go of Freddy's hand and ran over towards the security guard. He reached up and gently grabbed onto the front of Thomas’s flashlight, focusing on taking its electrical power into himself until the light finally began flickering. The bulb wavered for a few seconds until going out completely.
The boy let out a gasp, jumping up and down with surprise. “Did you see that, Freddy?! I did it! And I feel a little more awake now!”
“Well done, superstar!” Freddy exclaimed, pumping a fist in the air. Gregory was getting cleverer by the day!
As Freddy celebrated, Thomas was trying not to have a panic attack.
“O-Oh m-m-my god...!” the guard said in a voice barely more than a whisper, watching as his flashlight flickered until it went completely black. There was more than enough light to see from the room itself, but Thomas felt like he was at the start of a very creepy horror movie—and he hated horror movies.
“I-I've gotta g-go, uh... Freddy, you sh-should go back to y-your room a-and I'll... I-I'll come by a-and talk to you later!” He backed away as he talked, still holding out his flashlight as if it would help him at all. “A-And when I d-do, you'd better be ready t-to tell me what's g-going on!”
With that, he turned tail and ran, disappearing into a side door that led to one of the security offices in a matter of seconds.
Freddy stared after him, then shook his head and looked at Gregory. “He is certainly a strange man that is for sure.”
“Mhm...,” Gregory agreed, staring at the closed door before looking up at Freddy with a bright smile. “Well besides that, now I know what I can do when I'm bored in your room! I can mess with the lights until I get the hang of this energy thing!” He wasn’t entirely sure how he’d managed to drain the flashlight battery, but he figured a bit of practice would help.
“I could also come and see you when you're out!” Gregory started rambling, spouting out any thoughts and theories that came to mind. “I guess it kinda makes sense that humans can't see ghosts… Before I died, I've never ever seen or heard a ghost! Maybe there's a way I can make myself visible... But it'll probably take up some energy, huh?”
“Yes, this definitely bodes well for our future—it is good to know you cannot be spotted by humans, at least for now!” Freddy agreed, holding his hand out for Gregory to take again. “Maybe, if we are careful, you will be able to see me perform, though you will need to be careful…”
Gregory immediately took a hold of Freddy's hand, smiling softly as he nodded. “Yeah! That sounds fun! Maybe I should figure out this whole energy thing before I go out?”
“I would agree,” Freddy said with a nod. “We use a lot of electricity during our stage shows, not to mention the crowds get very big and excitable; I would not want you to get overwhelmed by either factor.”
Gregory nodded his head in agreement, smiling softly. It'd be a bad idea to blow a fuse during one of Freddy's shows. As they talked, Freddy led them over to Bonnie Bowl. Thomas had told him to go back to his room and he would—eventually, once Gregory had finished exploring for the night.
“I can't wait to see you guys; I bet you’re awesome!” Gregory said with a huge grin.
“Thank you; I greatly enjoy performing! It makes me happy to see the excitement on everyone’s faces,” Freddy replied. He knew Gregory would love seeing him perform with the rest of the band, and he knew his bandmates would be just as excited when Gregory was finally in the crowd. As they reached the interior gate to the bowling alley Freddy paused, staring at the large animation of Bonnie grinning widely and holding a bowling ball.
The boy lifted his gaze to the animation glowing from the screen, tilting his head questioningly. “Did Bonnie used to perform with you guys, too?”
Freddy nodded. “Yes, he did. Before Roxy and Monty came along, we used to have two other band members, one of which was Bonnie. He used to be the bass player, but when he went missing… Monty replaced him.”
Gregory wondered if Freddy had a rocky relationship with Monty because of this… He’d have to try and remember that in case it came up later.
“...Oh! The other one must be, um… Foxy, right?” Gregory guessed, scrunching his face up as he tried to recall the old animatronic he’d only heard rumors about.
“Yes!” Freddy’s smile brightened at the mention of Foxy. “He was the last original member of the Fazbear band. We were good friends as well, but I do not think he ever got fully comfortable with the rockstar lifestyle… he was more of a loner, one might say. His replacement with Roxanne wasn’t entirely unexpected, though it was sad to see him go. All of us were at least prepared for his departure, however… unlike Bonnie’s.” He let out a sigh, then met Gregory’s gaze. “But we do not need to dwell on the past; let us try some bowling!”
“Yes!” Gregory exclaimed grinning happily as he quickly made his way over towards the lanes. Bonnie was clearly a sensitive subject for Freddy, and the boy didn't want to upset him. He hummed softly, taking a look around, trying to find an obvious button or switch. “How do we turn everything on?”
“I believe there is a mechanism behind the check-in counter? Or there may be one in the back area.” Freddy shrugged apologetically. “I am sorry, I have not been here in a long time.”
“It's okay Freddy, I can find it!” Gregory ran to the back counter, locating a control box and starting to flick random switches. Some activated the lights or fans, before he finally found the right combination to light up the scoreboards and bowling lanes. “Woah!”
“Great job!” Freddy called as the bowling alley came to life, then gestured for the boy to join him. “I can show you how to bowl, if you would like.”
“Yes please! Teach me what you know!” Gregory exclaimed, quickly rushing back to Freddy’s side.
“Well, it is quite simple, really; the goal is to roll one of these bowling balls down the lane and attempt to knock all of the pins down. The more you knock down at one time, the better!” Freddy pointed to a black line marking the edge of the nearest lane. “You may stand at that line as you release the ball, but you are not supposed to step past it. Here, let me demonstrate.”
Freddy walked over to a nearby metal shelf and picked up a bowling ball, using the tips of his claws to hook it since his fingers were a bit too big to properly fit into the holes. He then went to the edge of the lane, moved his arm back, and threw it forward, releasing the ball in one smooth motion. The ball rolled towards the pins and knocked them all down immediately. Freddy punched a fist into the air, exclaiming: “Strike!”
Gregory jumped up and down, clapping with excitement.
“I wanna try!” he insisted, moving to grab a bright red bowling ball. Gregory paid no mind to the number which indicated the weight, figuring it was just supposed to be heavy. Holding the ball with both hands, he crouched down and pushed it from in-between his legs. He watched it slowly roll down the lane, eventually knocking two pins on the far left side. “These are so heavy!”
Freddy chuckled; he'd forgotten to tell Gregory that the ball he picked needed to be suitable for his size. However, the boy was determined to try it at least once, so Freddy let him pick the ball of his choice and attempt to bowl without comment. After this first try, Freddy examined the rack and selected one that was still red, but with a much lower number.
“Try this one next,” he said, handing it to Gregory, who smiled as he was handed the ball. This one was a lot lighter than expected.
“I like this one!” he told Freddy as he walked back over towards the line, soon crouching down and rolling the ball with both hands as he did previously. This time he knocked a few more pins down, leaving two standing. “Ooh, this one is the best!”
“They are weighted differently,” Freddy explained, watching as the first ball Gregory rolled appeared in the return track. He picked it up by the tips of his claws, making sure Gregory was watching. “Try holding it similar to the way I am. The proper technique is to throw the ball with one arm, like so!” He demonstrated the pullback and throw maneuver, knocking down the remaining pins with no effort.
Gregory watched closely, soon looking back at Freddy with a wide smile. “Woah... Okay! I can do that!”
Once the lane had reset and Gregory's ball shot out of the return track, Freddy rolled it until the three holes were facing up.
“Place your pointer finger, middle finger, and thumb in these slots—very good! Now, try throwing it—underhand, Gregory!” Freddy exclaimed, as the boy looked like he was gearing up to toss a basketball.
Gregory held his bowling ball closer towards himself, curling his fingers slightly. He soon stepped forward and rolled the ball—well, he tried to. He did everything Freddy instructed, but instead of rolling it Gregory tossed the bowling ball in the air. It loudly bounced down the lane, soon rolling into the gutter.
“Oh!” he exclaimed wide-eyed, slowly turning to face the animatronic. “…I think my ball doesn't work.”
Freddy stared at him slightly open-mouthed, and then burst out laughing. He wanted to explain that he wasn't laughing at Gregory, but at the entire situation; however, he couldn't seem to stop, even going so far as to clutch his arms around his stomach. This was such a normal thing they were doing, bowling together—something that parents and children did all the time without a second thought. Yet, he and Gregory were the farthest thing from “normal” as they could get.
Eventually, Freddy calmed down enough to let Gregory know: “I believe it is your technique that needs a bit of work, superstar... but not to worry; we have all the time we need to turn you into the best bowling champion in the world!”
“Mhm, you're right! And I'll be able to beat you at bowling one day!” Gregory replied with a confident grin, resting his hands on his hips.
“I have no doubt about that,” Freddy agreed. He caught Gregory's ball as it shot back through the return track. “Would you like to try another round? Try moving your arm backwards closer to the floor this time, not towards the ceiling.”
The boy giggled quietly, nodding his head. He hummed as he grabbed his ball once again, turning to face the lane and concentrating before tossing it. This time it remained on the floor as it was supposed to, rolling forward to knock over some pins and leaving four left behind. “Ooh, like that?!
“Well done, superstar!” Freddy cheered. “Keep that up and you will be getting strikes in no time! Oh, that is what it is called when you knock down all pins at once, by the way.”
“You're so good at this game—I bet you get a lot of strikes, huh?” Gregory commented, placing his hands on his hips again.
“That is because I am programmed to; I am able to detect the exact positioning and angle I need to throw the ball at to get strikes every time.” He shrugged apologetically, knowing that Gregory would’ve caught onto this fact eventually. “I am sure there is a way to turn this feature off, but as I have not been bowling in some time the technicians never felt the need to adjust it. Maybe I will ask them during my next repair.”
Gregory hummed, tapping his chin for a moment before shaking his head and folding his arms across his chest. “Mm… No! I wanna beat you with your feature on! It'll give me time to practice.”
“Alright, then I will leave it alone.” Freddy grinned back. “I am sure the others would be happy to help you practice, too. Despite my lack of time here, I am still currently the best bowler out of the band. I know they would be ecstatic to find someone who can win against me!”
“It'd be fun to bowl with everyone else!” Gregory agreed, smiling brightly.
“Maybe we can ask them to come with us next time,” Freddy suggested. “Roxy will be interested, I am sure; she always loves a good competition.”
Gregory nodded his head quickly, grinning happily. “Yeah! I wanna hang out with them and get to know them better... Now that they won't run at me or anything.”
Freddy’s smile softened. It was clear that Gregory was trying hard to get over the traumatic events of the other night in whatever way he could. Roxy and Chica adored him already—they’d already been bothering Freddy during the day about when they could see Gregory again. And Monty... well, Freddy was sure the gator would come around eventually.
“Would you like to visit one of the girls once we are done here?” Freddy asked. “Or check out another area of the Pizzaplex?”
“I don't mind going to see one of them,” Gregory replied, staring up at Freddy. He certainly seemed a lot more comfortable at the idea of being around the animatronics again, despite the bad memories. Hopefully he’d soon be able to replace them with all the good ones they were going to make.
“Alright; I am sure they will be delighted! Shall we play one last round?” Freddy held up the heavier bowling ball, tilting his head questioningly.
“Yes!” Gregory replied, jumping up and down with excitement. For the first time in a long while, Gregory actually felt like a kid.
He hoped this sensation would never end.

🧸 William? (Sorry)
*Sorry? For what? I think you just literally saved him by the bell! I’m so happy, i could hug you! Hang on, let me get them inside.*
(A handbell rings rapidly, alerting them both. William hurries back in, followed by Glitchtrap.)
Did a question come in?
*Yes! Atlas was wondering if you had any Fazbear facts you’d like to share.*
Certainly! Just… let me get some tea first.
(William leaves to get some tea, leaving Mod and Glitch alone for a moment.)
*Did you seriously just try to push him in? Do you know what could’ve happened?*
…I actually didn’t think about letting him swim in there. I had something else in mind.
*?*
You didn’t see the blackish tear streaks running down his face?
(A pause. Then realization. Mod facepalms while William returns with tea. He surveys the situation, pulls up a nearby chair, and sits down.)
*Ahem* Now, there are plenty of facts I could give you, Atlas. I could tell you that Henry and I first performed in college. I could give you one of the best Fredbear and Friends ideas we never got to air. I could even explain how Foxy became a pirate, both inside and outside of that fictional universe.
But I think, tonight, I’ll give you a simpler fact.
Henry and I did a series of fairytale skits with Fredbear and Spring-Bonnie as test runs before that TV show even aired. We co-wrote the scripts, performed for only a handful of cameras and crew, then re-used those scripts for audiobooks. Since there were only two of us, I thought it’d be fun to pull a Monty Python and have Spring-Bonnie play the Princess sometimes. Henry almost rejected the idea, but saw no other option. Well, other than doing it himself, which we agreed wouldn’t fit Fredbear.
*So, you’re telling me we could’ve seen Spring-Bonnie prancing around in a dress and a wig?*
Just the wig. We could only do vests on the characters at that point.
*…I’m half-tempted to ask if you can demonstrate what that would’ve looked like.*

Vivian's potential headcanon reactions to the losses gregory could endure, whether it's straight up death, controlled by glitchtrap, or stuffed into, and probably possessing an prototype animatronic(as well as interactions with him, when he's possessing said prototype animatronic)
You really up and asked for angst with a side of tears, eh? It's okay though. As long as you ask, I will deliver! Probably won't go into too much detail but I'll put as much as I can For the most part. Man, I hope I'm doing this right.
Trigger Warning for Child Death and FazEnt still being a shady business!!
Gregory Dies
She knew something was up when Freddy came cradling Gregory's limp body. Vivi opens her mouth to ask: "Is Gregory going to be okay?" but Freddy speaks before she can: "I'm terribly sorry... I couldn't save him this time..."
But she still denies it. She reaches for Gregory's hand and squeezes it, hoping to elicit some kind of response from him. Nothing. Vivi begins to cry over her fallen friend. She was usually good at helping fellow children? How did she fail him this time?
Glamrock Freddy kneels down to her level and rests a hand on her shoulder: "If it makes you feel any better, there is still one last thing we can do for him."
Together, they sneak away to find a proper burial site for him. They couldn't save him from death but at least his spirit can rest easy. But Vivi hasn't been the same since. She always understood the concept of death but now she thinks about the fragility of life whenever she sees children. Hopefully, no one else will be cruel enough to just take that away from them. She'll make sure of it this time.
Controlled by Glitchtrap
Vivi may not be the brightest but she had a feeling something was off about Gregory when he showed up grinning from ear to ear. That smile wasn't his. "Gregory, you okay?" she asked. "Oh, don't worry about me. I'm perfectly fine."
Though she took his answer initially, she couldn't get over how... different he was. In fact, everything is different all of a sudden. The animatronics and STAFF bots don't seem to care that he's just wandering the Pizzaplex anymore. In fact, he doesn't care about trying to leave as soon as possible.
It wasn't until he spoke about wanting to stay in the Pizzaplex forever and bring other children to join him too. "You're not Gregory!" Vivi blurts out.
He tries to convince her otherwise but it only further proved her suspicions. She knows it isn't him. They may have only been together for a little bit but it was enough for to pick up on what Gregory's like. Vivi didn't want to hurt him at first she saw him taking out that remote. The one they used to dismantle animatronics.
In a panic, she pushes him against the wall with enough force that she knocks him out cold. But was he freed? She didn't know for sure. She calls on Freddy and traps Gregory in his chest compartment. They have a new mission. To free Gregory from Glitchtrap's possession somehow.
Gregory Possesses an Animatronic
At first, she had no idea where he was when she entered the room. All she saw were three prototype animatronics that hadn't yet been completed, just left to collect dust in Parts and Services. The animatronics in question weren't much bigger than she was. They were making Glamrock counterparts for the Fazbear Kidz, an animatronic attraction they had in another Freddy Fazbear's location.
Vivi almost passed them by like she always did until one of them cried out: "No, wait! I'm over here!"
The voice sounded different but the speech patterns were familiar. Vivi approached the animatronics. That was when she noticed the bear animatronic had blood leaking out of it and it looked like there was something other than a endoskeleton on the inside.
"Vivi!" It cried out again. "It's me, Gregory!"
"Gregory? Why are you still here?"
He goes into detail about how he did manage to escape but with Glamrock Freddy dismantled and nowhere else to go, he didn't get too far and it didn't take long to find him. Hearing all of this fills Vivi with deja vu. For some reason, she felt like she's been in this situation before.
"It's not so bad," Vivi tries to assure him. Through Dread Unit's guidance, she managed to complete the animatronic and free Gregory though it didn't do much to cheer him up.
"Not so bad? That bunny lady ruined my life! Now I'm stuck here forever!" It took a while for Gregory to come to terms with his new life but Vivi was there to comfort him throughout all of it. FazEnt being FazEnt, the disposed of his human body and acted like the disappearances never happened.
Vivi became his closest friend after that, staying by his side as much as she could as he grows accustomed to his new life at the Pizzaplex. Even when the prototypes were completed and finally made their debut, Gregory and Vivi remained close.
That's as much as I can do for now. I'll probably add more if you ask.

20 Questions
b@babycakes1983 shoutout to them for the FNAF prompts
Glamrock Freddy laid flat with his back against a wall in a sitting position as Gregory was nestled in his lap.His breathing was slow and his heartbeat was calm. No wrinkle of worry or fear on the boy’s face. He had to admit that Roxanne and Glamrock Chica were right. He was adorable when he slept. How they knew this, no idea. Maybe he had taken naps in their green rooms and he didn’t notice. He didn’t mind it all that much. At least he can admire these peaceful moments after a long day of work. No Glitchtrap, no Vanny and no worries.
Gregory shifted in his lap and rested his head against Glamrock Freddy’s chest where the empty compartment sat. A low, rhythmic ticking echoed in the boy’s ears. He slowly opened his brown eyes and yawned. Glamrock Freddy felt his circuits stop flowing suddenly seeing his boy wake up. “Hello Gregory, sleep well?” He asked in amusement as the boy looked a bit dazed from waking up. Looking up he saw Freddy’s kind, glowing blue eyes.
Nearly blushing he said “I-uh. Yeah I slept well.” He smiled at the animatronic as Glamrock Freddy maneuvered his jaw to smile down at the boy. “Um Freddy, how long was I asleep?” “2 hours and 30 minutes. If you are wondering how you got here, Vanessa told us that your mother dropped you off with her and she brought you here as she had work to do and trusted me to watch you.” Glamrock Freddy explained. Gregory’s blush deepened and laughed awkwardly. “Oh, um sorry about that Freddy.”  Said animatronic laughed and ruffled the child’s hair making him giggle and try to push it away. “Hey! C-cut it out! Freddy’s response was to jab his metallic fingers into the boy’s sides and making him squeak adorably. “Stop it!” He continued to squeak. Glamrock Freddy loved it when his boy laughed. It made him feel alive and he was certain it made him feel better too. To laugh and have joy surge in him. Glamrock Freddy noticed he doesn’t laugh as much as most children he would meet on the daily. He guessed he was terribly shy. To be honest, he didn’t react like most kids, he felt that Gregory was lonely. Just meeting him made Gregory feel better and he was still shy but he made more of an effort to socialize with others thanks to the gang’s encouragement.
He continued to jab him as gently as possible as he didn’t want to hurt him. He stopped after a few minutes and ruffled Gregory’s hair again. “Y-you’re mean” He pants. “I am not mean Gregory. Its not in my programming, I am playful and energetic.” “Not energetic enough to catch Roxy when she’s running.” The boy then stuck out his tongue at him. Glamrock Freddy playfully rolled his eyes and picked Gregory up in his arms.
“Hey Freddy, where are the others?” “Working on their performances for the talent show after closing hours.” Gregory looked at him dumbfounded. “You guys have talent shows?” Freddy nodded. “Yes, what do you think we do after hours? Scare the night guards?” ;) “I am pretty sure Vanessa would hate that.” Glamrock Freddy chuckled. “Yes, yes she would.” Glamrock Freddy walked towards the green rooms. Specifically his, passing both the sun and moon animatronic jumping along beams and pipes. “Freddy, w-what are t-they d-doing? Noting his slight stutter he rubbed the boy’s back to calm him. “Its ok. They are not going to harm you. I would take a guess and say they are playing. Better than Moondrop pranking us constantly till 6 am.” He sighed. “Figured the sun animatronic would be asleep right now.” “Asleep? Oh, powered down correct?” Glamrock Freddy nodded. Ruffling his hair again, another thing he noticed. Gregory didn’t react to affection very well and was confused by it. Just when Glamrock Freddy showed him these acts of affection he slowly became more comfortable to his touch and didn’t flinch when he came too close.
“Why don’t we play a game? To pass the time.” He suggested. Partially to get his thoughts at ease. His metal feet clanking against the tiles of the pizzeria museum. Gregory nodded and thought of the 20 question game.”20 questions hmm? I’ve never played it before. I guess we can try. Do we just ask each other questions till we reach 20?” Gregory looked up at him with bright brown eyes. “I guess so. Should I start or you?” His metal jaw maneuvered into a smile and said he’ll start. 1. what’s your favorite color?” “Yellow. 2. What’s your favorite music?” “Hmm. I’d say 80′s rock.” Gregory laughed. “Don’t you guys play 80′s rock? There has to be something else.” Gregory laughed. “To be honest, I am not certain but I do have an assortment of songs. 3. what’s your favorite past time?” “I’d say coloring or drawing. 4. Who’s your favorite Glamrock member?” Freddy shook his head. “I don’t have a favorite , they are all family to me. That also includes you and sadly Vanessa.” He leaned his head down to nuzzle him. Gregory leaned his head towards the nuzzling with a small smile on his face,
Just to think, a few weeks ago he was afraid of him doing that thinking he was going to hurt him. Which brought back the thoughts he had about his family. Gregory felt like his child. In other words, his cub. The others would mention or joke how he and Gregory have gotten closer and Vanessa mentioning that she had a feeling the reason was because he didn’t have a father or the relationship wasn’t as great as it was supposed to. “I been at their house, I didn’t see a picture of the father. Just Gregory and his mother. Makes me wonder though.” It wouldn’t hurt to ask, right? “5. What is your family like?” Gregory’s cheerful smile slowly faded. He looked nervous and didn’t know what to say. “Why do you want to know about that?” He asks. His voice becoming shy and soft. “Well, I have been thinking over it lately. And wondered what families are like, outside the complex.” Gregory looked down and seemed to think it over before sighing. “You already seen my mom. Right?” “I have, and Vanessa told us that she met her and they usually get smoothies together.” “Well, my mom is around but since she works at the diner and she isn’t home a lot. But she tries her best to raise me. Making sure everything is ok and that I am doing well.”
Glamrock Freddy’s metallic ears twitched. “Are you usually alone?” “Sometimes, but she’ll have me stay with the neighbor or have a family member watch me if they have time and if they don’t mind.” Gregory took on a saddened look that Glamrock Freddy didn’t like seeing. As much as he wanted to do something but he let him continue. “She cares a lot about me. She doesn’t want me to be alone but she doesn’t have much of a choice. She’s a good person Freddy. She just has it hard.” “What about your father? What does he do?” “He....he is....not around anymore Freddy. I don’t know my dad....all that well....” Glamrock Freddy titled his head in confusion. “What do you mean? Did he pass away or...?” Gregory shrugged. “Mom doesn’t like talking about it. No less mentioning him. Sometimes I feel like when she does or someone mentions him, she gets visibly upset. So I never ask her. I doubt I want to know when she gets upset.” Gregory looked down and looked as if about to cry. “Is that why you don’t react well to affection? They don’t show much of it?” Gregory shrugged. “I-I don’t know Freddy.” Noting the boy was becoming more upset. He held him close and started consoling him.
“Mom sometimes mentions I look just like him.” He sobs slightly. “Almost like she hates and loves the idea of me looking like him. Sometimes I feel like she hates me for it but doesn’t want to show it.” Glamrock Freddy felt rage surge in him. It wasn’t his cub’s fault that he has some resemblance to his father that he had no knowledge about. “It’s not your fault Gregory. Never was, you hear. You are special. Special to me. Your mother is strong, but even us adults can have our moments of self anger. You may not know him but its not your fault. I am so sorry you had to go through that.” Gregory hugged him and snuggled against his chest. He felt Glamrock Freddy nuzzle him again and stroking his back and hair. Luckily these actions helped him calm down. “I wasn’t joking when I said that you are part of our family. We love you Gregory. I love you my little cub.” Gregory couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Every word coming from his mouth more genuine than the next. He cried out of happiness and said softy. “I love you too. And I hope you don’t mind me seeing you as a father to me.” “I don’t mind my cub. I don’t mind at all.”
