By this time time some bystanders and a couple City employees came to the co-captains defense.

The white partiers continue to fight and the black city employees and bystanders fought back.

In the melee a black man used a folding chair to either defended himself from attack or to attack a white male partier and a white female partier. Time and testimony will clarify.

Eventually more city employees arrive and then the police broke it up.

I did not see white partier in any video attempting to pull any of their comrades off of the city employees.

Arrests warrants have been issued for several of the white males. The black man who wielded has been questioned.

There are unsubstantiated reports that this particular group had caused issues in the past in the same location.
