i just love it when characters Say Things. u kno. just a real sucker for characters. Saying Shit.
Imogen saying "She's not any person. She was special. She was chosen." (Chosen, once, twice, thrice, for an early end). Ashton saying "Do I look like a person who doesn't know that?" (That things often have unsatisfying ends). F.C.G saying: "It seems kind of hard." (being alive, finding purpose). Orym saying "It always mattered." (F.C.G's life, what they chose to do with it, them). Ashton saying "I have had a lifetime, of bad hits." (Hits, and falls, and losses, that I am weathering. But I am telling you where I am drawing my lines, here and now.) Imogen saying "Laudna, you're safe!" (we chased off the shadows, you're not alone, you're safe, we're here).
F.C.G saying: "Well, I have to live."
Ashton saying: "Unfortunate, but true."
im just. such a fan of characters saying things, all the time, about all kinds of things, with all kinds of meanings. God i just. love it. when characters say shit. u feel me.

Oh KND in your AU? Oh boy. Are the Galactic Kids Next Door going to appear in the flashback as arrested by the Plumbers with help from Ben 10, the villains of KND and the KND for wiping out the adults on Earth? It would be an interesting concept to see Nigel Uno and Ben’s interactions and how they works together after Nigel joined G:KND and then the Plumbers arrest them for the attempt genocide of adults on Earth. That is my opinion.
Nah, dude that was just a joke. xD Mostly because apparently the only Nigel on my mind is Mr. Uno himself.
If there is a KND crossover AU that lives in my head its mostly FusionFall! All possible Ben10&KND interactions somehow only happen in that context, haha.

Have you been listening to The Sounds of Nightmares podcast series? I listened to the first 2 episodes & I find them fascinating! It’s like were experiencing the world of Little Nightmares from both an outside point of view & in it ourselves
I'm not a big fan of podcasts, they're not my thing, but for Little Nightmares, I went ahead and listened to the first two episodes.
The charm of the Little Nightmares games is that the characters are silent, and their faces are hidden, so it relies on visual storytelling and allows the player slight freedom to interpret facial expressions and gestures. I still prefer it that style.
But the podcast seems pretty good. I like Noone's theme.
We don't have all the episodes out right now, so we are missing information.
It seems like, at first listen, Noone is just a normal human girl with a tough past in a psych ward. She dreams of being in the Little Nightmares world, encountering other children along with new villain characters and other familiar territories like the Maw bathhouse.
The councilor, Otto, who is listening to her claims none of it is real. But it seems like he knows someone "Ceecee"? Who had also had nightmares about a similar man like Noone is dreaming. He is described as looking uncannily like the Ferryman who kidnaps children and brings them to the Maw. (Ceecee may have disappeared?)
So at first, this is the real world and this girl is just dreaming of the Little Nightmares Nowhere.
Then it seems like maybe these Little Nightmares are crossing over into the real world, having some strange supernatural effect on them.
But then Little Nightmares's in game time loop and wake up from post-death dreams means Noone could be having premonitions as to what is going to happen in the future? Like the apocalypse hasn't happened yet?
I do like her character and the other kids she describes. We got a new villain and place, some workshop woman, who imprisons people and forces them to work in her shop. She apparently made a Stone Giant. Is he like... the protector of her fortress? Of her prison? She herself has chains, is she also a prisoner just like everyone else? (even though Noone describes her as otherwise)
We never seem to come back to them.
I feel like it's a really well-made podcast for people who enjoy them. I'll keep listening in, but I don't really have any strong feelings about it either way. I don't really see it adding anything to the universe just yet. I have to wait for the next few episodes to learn more.

That reminds me about one of the many things that should've given away that I was definitely not neaurotipical; I loved the story of the ugly duckling so fucking much as a kid I didn't want and despised having to read anything else. I had a book(I'm pretty sure I still have it) with the story of the ugly duckling and two others in it but like I couldn't bother reading the other two stories, I think I tried at one point but they were boring ass romances, one true love fixes all and the other was God Forbid Women Have Standards, but I sure as hell could recite you the ugly duckling one backwards

4 for the httyd ask game!!!
4 - what is your favourite type of dragon and why?
AAAAAAAAAA OKOKOKOKOKOK SOOOOO. I love stoker class dragons in general i think their designs are really cool overall and theyre strong and imposing while not making them feel overpowered, the monstrous nightmare's gel thing is really cool and i like their colours and race to fireworm island is my favourite episode because i always thought that the emotional catharsis is BEYOND a 2012 dreamworks show but they still did it!!! and the fireforms are so cool and the monstrous nightmare fading with exhaustion is such a cool bit of world building idek !!!!!!!!! IF I HAD TO PICK JUST 1 ID SAY NIGHTMARE, CUS OTHER CONTENDERS WOULD BE skrill (lowkey overpowered but very interesting moral dilemma), snaptrappers (interesting for meta reasons i went over on my @i-hate-spitelout-jorgenson blog like AGGGGES ago <333!!!!! TO BE HONEST I JUST LOVE ALL THE PRE-HTTYD2 DRAGONS FOR NOSTALGIA REASONS BUT STORMCUTTERS ARE ALSO UP THERR
