Complete na'vi (aonung) + complete human(spider) + half na'vi (neteyam) I say their contexts because I think they could share their experiences in each other's context and learn from each other, for example aonung being a complete na'vi living with prejudice towards "demons" their parents, their tribe

Neteyam with jake, the scientists, and their brothers and the clear historical bias they have behind them being literally the only children between an avatar and a na'vi, lo'ak said they literally only saw the demon, they didn't see him, neteyam obviously sees and lives part of this, but to a lesser extent as he doesn't have 5 fingers and other characteristics of his brothers, and spider, a long story, with perhaps an inbuilt bias. A genocidal avatar father and the human of this also genocidal, living among humans, living in na'vi culture, literal being almost bicultural, has a great trauma and consequences

I want this couple to become more recognized with the right people, and I really want to talk about an "official" name for the couple, I'm against the context behind the names of ships where they put the "active" first or attribute the male role, leaving the passive or female role last or in the middle, using a stereotypical and sexual context, which seems to me that in certain groups of fandom or couples only contribute to fan groups, Mostly not LGBT or poly, keep fetishizing it and sometimes minimizing rol's fem:(

Personally I really like ship names with nicknames for example would be funny a combination of "monkey boy"+"fish lips" +" mighty warrior" as a clever word game with those nicknames, or a combination of cool names like spiri, aonunete

The monogamy variations of them seem nice to me, like the aocorro, nocorro, but they don't finish giving me that

Acotar shipping culture.

I'm confused (?) Idk man, like I always was quite invested in fandoms and acotar was one of the first really big ones but there I just consumed stuff (mainly fanart in this case, less fanfictions than normal), which wasn't really typical for me as I normally participated in every fandom I was in (drawing and writing). But I didn't as much in this fandom. Idek why. Then there came a time, I wasn't as interested in acotar as before, which is completely fine; I fixated on other fandoms.

Like Haikyuu.

Like Attack on Titan.

Like mdzs.

And yk what is different in those fandoms? The shipping culture. For example the Haikyuu Shipping wiki: it has approximately 340 (romantic) entries (I'm too lazy to actually count them all).

Acotar doesn't even have an own shipping wiki.

People in the Haikyuu fandom ship characters with zero sceentime together. And don't get me wrong - I also ship a few of them together; this isn't hate or anything. But the thing is those ships can actually be quite big; like for example Terushou. Those two alone appear in about two or three episodes each, and mind you, different episodes in different seasons. They still have 175 entries on Ao3. It's not really considered a crackship nor do I consider it as a super rarepair. They just kind of are.

And then there are acotar ships. Firstly, there aren't as many and the few fanon ones are considered crackships, at least sometimes. There is like no content of them. And even the canon ships in the acotar fandom have got no content.

I wanted to read a few fanfics about dawn court (fucking underrated if you ask me) and Thesan and his lover. I thought like 'hey they are a canon couple, sure there isn't so much canon knowledge about them yet, but I guess there'll be at least a few good stories of them on Ao3'. And there are, every story that features them on Ao3 is awesome. All 9 of them. 9. Fucking 9 stories. On a canon side ship. What even is that. I mean Ik, the books don't really involve them but 106 stories about Azris also aren't a lot. Ik they aren't canon, I shouldn't complain.

My point is, I need more fanfictions about acotar. I actually really enjoy fandoms with a lot of fanfics. The Haikyuu fandom has 151,496 works up on Ao3, Attack on Titan at least 79,244, Mdzs again around 65,368 (depending on the tag). Acotar has 7,768 works on Ao3. This is a percentage of about 5.14 % off the number of Haikyuu fanfictions

It's a pain, really.

So to every writer out there, please write more good content about acotar. (I need it, even though Ik that there are a few problems with it)
