My dreams lately are so fragmented I hardly remember Anything but there was one bit that carried on for a long while while maintaining it's detail today and it happened in a theater with a movie I didn't even went in to watch.

It was this sort of artsy almost silent movie with Willem Dafoe and some girl. In it, Willem was a professor of something like informatic but he was also a magician part time.

During his introduction they showed him standing next to this yellow building (w his head shaved fsr) where a queue was formed of people waiting and there were two guys, like, management? Who let the audience know this was like, an university being just opened and these were the ppl who wanted to go study there, but after Willem did Something (I think he just made a lightbox disappear) everyone STILL FORMING A PRETTY NEAT QUEUE started walking away to the despair of the other guys being like NO DUDE WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!

Then it cut to a scene in a cruise with the aforementioned woman. She was fair skinned and thin except for her pregnant belly and I don't think she ever dressed up. All the scenes here were her and Willem not saying a world but cuddling and looking at each other lovingly. Though something interesting was revealed when they showed she had a penis and dream me was like WHAT⁉️ but then I thought of it and I was like ah of course because he's a magician maybe the belly is fake! Or maybe the penis is 🧐

Didn't get to keep analyzing this for long because the next scene had her jumping off the boat w only a lifebuoy. I think someone was after them. I was watching the movie with my dad and he was like "she better not die" and I was like "no no the shore is near she'll swim but ... Willem will die. He ALWAYS dies in movies" "that's not true he didn't die in [Some Films]" "well yeah true but he almost always does, directors Love killing him" and was everything about this dialogue right because as the woman swam and made it to the shore (I remember saying I'd never been more anxious about this, for some reason her climbing off the water just was freaking me OUT) and she looked around her love was nowhere to be seen but y'all know what she did see? The fucking lightbox.

And then the movie ended. And no one liked it 😭

Oh yeah and later my dentist said something like Hm yeah it's clear that you've multiple fractures on your back which even in dream confused me bc why does SHE know? But oh well she's just Like That ig.

I can't be the only one who noticed this but they completely ripped "athlete" from Jon's character and honestly it's very disappointing

#being an athlete was a big part of his style and personality in the previous seasons #it really made him stick out compared to jordan #jordan was the one in the dark colors and hoodies #while jon's style was sporty and more fancy and it matched his character perfectly #and now he kind of dresses like jordan 2.0 with all the dark colors on top of dull colors #what happened to all the clothes he wore before?? #he isn't supposed to be jordan's identical twin get those dark colors off of him #and bring back the colorful puffy jackets and that goofy tracksuit 😭 #it's so depressing because being an athlete was something unique to jon only and it was such a big part of him #now it's gone and he really doesn't have anything unique to him anymore hobbies and likes wise #playing football professionally or not i think the show could have kept him as an athlete #they could have had little scenes of him going on jogs or working out or just throwing a football around #i just have a hard time believing jon would just magically forget a huge part of his character #just because he can’t play football with a team that didn't like him in the first place #it more seems like the writers don't care and would rather jon be 'jordan's nice brother who looks and dresses like him' #than let him have stuff unique and special to him as a character #superman and lois #jonathan kent

the DA comics have some great action and fight scenes but they cant keep Fenris(or other characters) consistent for shit. His eyes AND his skin tone change color multiple times. sometimes on the same page! how do you fuck up like this.

#his eyes are only green in blue wraith and switch to straight ice blue in dark fortress #his skin tone is so wildly inconsistent i can't even fathom it #'but the lighting!1!1' shut up you're bad at lighting a scene if you can't keep a characters base skin tone consistent #do comic artists just not have color guidelines at all or what. #I've used a million different lighting techniques #I use the same skin tone for fenris in. all of them! if not the same color then the same greyscale value #it REALLY isn't that hard like it really fucking isn't #idk i don't generally talk about topics like whitewashing because im white and theres a million people who could cover it #way way better than i ever could #but as an artist it gets annoying to see shit like this bc theres always some asshole who is going to defend it as just #'the comics style' or 'a lighting inconsistency' when it's not. Vaea is generally pretty consistent through the comic(as far as i can see)
