Satan, in the innocence of his not understanding that this song is basically just a meme, reading the lyrics and feeling fully and unironically understood. I just hope no one ever reveals to him that "Numb" by Linkin Park is basically mandatory 14-year-old in the 2000s angst material.

Ok hear me out: Leon was 26 when Linkin Park's Meteora album was released in 2003. That was pre-Spain Leon we're talking about, jeez can you imagine the angst? And also considering what he was listening to in his jeep on the way to RC back in 1998?

I imagine him vibing to Numb like he's having a conversation with the "dead" Ada in his head...who he imagines to be extremely disappointed in him

i literally do not care what anyone says. leon was canonically listening to linkin park and thrashing his head around to the music

with what we can assume with re2r leon's music, we can assume that he's more into rock/alt music. i see him listening to the radio a lot in the early 2000s. and from 1998-2004, mp3s and ipods were slowly coming around, and he would've ditched a potential walkman at some point for an ipod or something.

also i'm just thinking about ashley's razor lol

we see leon through the games/movies advancing with his electronics as well. so i kinda see him moving onto an ipod. even if he's constantly training during this period, which we're to assume was the case with re4r, i'm doubtful that he had ZERO down time.

even people in the military have SOME down time.

by the time it's 2006 with infinite darkness, leon does return from a mission to start another one, but that one i kinda consider more of an emergency type of thing where the president was like GET LEON HERE NOW.

I see leon tuning things out with music in his down time, working out in a gym or something.

ATEEZ' Hongjoong to hold busking event as promised to fans

ATEEZ' Hongjoong is holding a busking event as promised to fans. After revealing a series of cover videos on ATEEZ' YouTube, Hongjoong promised to hold a busking sesion if one of his videos hit over 1 million views. His cover of Linkin Park's "Numb" reached over 1 million views within a week, and Linkin Park member Mike Shinoda even took notice of Hongjoong's rendition. ATEEZ' label stated, "This busking session has been planned for a long time, and he's actively coming up with ideas and practicing during his spare time for the perfect stage. We'll hold a performance while abiding by the government quarantine rules, so everyone can safely enjoy the event." Hongjoong's busking event will be held at the 'Beyond Asf- Gyeongju Busking' in Gyeongju on November 30 KST, and fans can sign up through ATEEZ' fan cafe starting from November 23 at 7PM. I dont think you guys understand just what's happening rn from this weird combo of wine stress and sleep deprivation.

I've spent the last 20 minutes dancing in place to caramelldansen with my lights off and a strobe on while humming the tune of numb by linkin park and thinking about mothman

and when I say dancing I do t mean like dancing dancing. I mean 19 year old white girl who just got drunk off of 1 and a half white claws dancing

and the reason it's in place is bc I'm standing in between my bed and my tv stand which is a really small area and is full of cords so every time I try to move I trip. I've still fallen a few times regardless of that tho
