A long, dramatic sigh was pulled from behind the mask. "Fairfield... the office boy... Can't say he's interesting to me, but lets take a look." A rather thin file was pulled out from a cabinet, the Ghostface looking through some notes and photos of the man in question.

"In one word, boring. A scared guy that tries to lead his fellow survivors but often fails miserably. He has nothing special about him, really, nothing that would get me interested in observing him more." He took a longer look at one of the notes in the file, reading out loud. "Social anxiety and self conscious, most likely a victim of bullying in school and workplace. The only thing that did surprise me was the fact that he had poisoned his boss, didn't think he had that in him."

He closed the folder shut, putting it back where it belonged. "In conclusion, not even worth my time and undeserving of a proper kill. If I had met him outside the realm he would have just been a small kill, one to let off steam. He wouldn't have made a good headline, so he wouldn't deserve a proper design."

Wanted to ask how do I explain to other adults why i don't want to people please anymore? Because people think explaining that it's not good for one's own mental health is not logical enough. I have been so deeply conditioned to do it but now am repulsed by it.

This is a very difficult topic to explain and something I'm still trying to figure out. Thus far I have had the most success addressing situations as they come. For example, someone tells me I'm laughing too much in public, and I respond "I'm laughing, I'm not hurting anyone or anything and I don't know those people and likely will never see them again.". Otherwise, I find being honest with people helps to get my point across (Example: "Your aunt will be so disappointed if you don't show up to this event." "I understand this is important to her but I am not comfortable in that situation or around those people and instead have decided to not attend the event. I hope you have a nice time and give my regards") Additionally, you can say things along the lines of "worrying about how people perceive me isn't worth my time or energy because people will decide to judge how they want"

I'm guilty of over-explaining and I've found that it often makes things more confusing and complicated. Often times the best result comes when I say something along the lines of "No thank you. I don't feel the need to be ashamed of who I am/ this action/this trait. Or I haven't found that doing (situation) is beneficial and want to do x instead"

The biggest advice I can give is that you don't owe anyone an explanation for keeping yourself safe, happy, and comfortable. You are not obligated to make them understand or provide a Ted talk on your coping mechanisms or decisions. Though being blunt and keeping your answers simple can feel awkward it saves a lot of headaches in the future.

He was using this moment to recharge his battery a bit and get some food, or in this particular case, some booze into his system. After all, what was a party without some drinks? A voice next to him tore him out of his thoughts, looking up at the... person? Animal? No idea what it was, but Frank had seen weirder things in this realm, so he didn't give it much thought.

He eyed the plate of cupcakes the other was holding, smiling to himself. "Only if you share~" If a stranger was going to sit next to him, he might as well get something out of it.

Waylon never got any visitors especially in this place the dark entity that ruled here and made his presence known throughout the madness of all the inmates. Most of the guards were dead and so where the other residents that made there way over into Parks territory. Hearing movement the blonde had stopped his torture of the unlucky soul turning his attention to the noise his dark eyes scanned the room. Void eyes finally landing on the girl.

“Now, now , now is it my lucky day? Does little ol me get a visitor? How marvelous.” Clapping his bloody hands together the small man turned his attention on the person in front of him. “Tell me why are you here?”

The girl’s smile, she had always preferred to be found at random then to appear and immediately be found “Simple, I’m here to study you, by the blood on your hands and the dead guards, I can count you as a killer and study you” The smile on her face turn more into a grin as she finished her sentence.

Slowly walking towards the man, the words “Now, we can make this easy, and get it over with, or you can force me to do it the hard way, which I would prefer the easy, to much work the other way” slipped out of her mouth.
