Svt x gym rat s/o. aka with an s/o who loves the gym as much as these buff babes. also low-key an excuse to post seventeen gym selcas 🫣💪

Seungcheol:

I think Cheol said somewhere that he prefers playing sports vs going to the gym

valid

but since he's with you and wants to spend more time with you he finds himself at the gym

he's pretty impressed by all your knowledge of various workout machines

wanted to impress you though so he suggested lifting weights

he's surprisingly able to lift a lot

but not as effortlessly at you

you found yourself gently correcting his form so he won't get hurt

tbh it was so endearing for Cheol

you babying him was so sweet

after weights you guys decided to have a friendly competition on the stair master

Cheol thought it would be easy, I mean it's just climbing stairs right?

WRONG

he was huffing and puffing meanwhile you were still climbing the infinite stairs effortlessly

it was at that point he considered you a fitness god and told himself that he'd always go to the gym with you

the next day he was soooo sore lol he couldn't get out of bed rip

you couldn't help but laugh

still tho you were nice and rewarded his efforts with some cuddles

Jeonghan:

Jeonghan finds himself going to the gym occasionally but the gym def isn't a huge priority in his life

however since dating you he noticed how much you love going to the gym

so he figured he might as well try it out too

but omg

he's trying sooooo hard to focus on lifting AND THEN THERES YOU

looking hella hot in your gym clothes lifting weights effortlessly

is totally checking you out

and you def notice

but he low-key uses this as an excuse to get your attention

lol this menace found the perfect way to get you close to him

of course he still actually listens to you and works out

but occasionally he'll try to purposely mess up his form to get you to help if he's extra needy

doesn't care if he's sore the next day

will use this as an excuse to cuddle with you

until you use your muscles to break free of his grasp and haul his ass out of bed

this reminds him that maybe he should continue going to the gym

one day he'll have enough muscles to cuddle you all day

Joshua:

I feel like Joshua goes to the gym more often then he makes it out to be

have you seen this guy's veiny arms??

he's gotta be lifting

he's super happy about having an s/o who also prioritizes the gym

arm day with you is always his fave

just seeing your strong muscles and physique lift the heavy weights just make his heart go crazy

basically it's because of you and your support he's even more motivated to go to the gym!

I feel like Wonwoo is a subtle guy when it comes to the gym

like yeah it's so obvious he goes to the gym but the gym isn't a huge facet of his life

when he realizes that its quite the opposite for you, he sees this as an opportunity to make more of an effort to make the gym routine

tbh he's amazed at how locked in you are with a routine at the gym

so for the first few days he kinda just copies you lol

he does the same exercises and kinda lets you be

its comfortable silence really

you guys both have your earbuds in doing your own thing while being near each other

of course he'll steal a few glances at you

but he always says its to match your form lolll sure

in private though he's always teasing you in a good way about your muscles

like he'll just randomly approach you, squeeze your muscular bicep, and say something like "close the gyms" in a really deadpan voice

it's soooo cheesy lmaooo but that line never fails to make you feel flustered hehe

when you came into his life though he thought having you around would motivate him more to go to the gym

while you were typically very focused at the gym, once Mingyu came along that changed

of course you always thought Mingyu was hot, but when he's working out

you feel your face somehow get even hotter despite being all sweaty from working out when you see Mingyu doing all this

while you're over here flustered over him Mingyu gets kinda cocky lol

like when he's spotting you while you're lifting

mannn does he make working out hard

or when you're stretching he'll purposely flaunt stretch his arms while you glare as you're trying to hold your stretch

he'll also flex and try to lift the heaviest weights ever to get your attention

thankfully his antics catch up to him as he's superrr sore the next day

but he'd happily use this as a reason for you to take the lead if you know what I mean ;)

Minghao:

Minghao has become quite the fitness buff within the past few years

I mean look at those guns!!

I remember Minghao once said that it is super hard for him to gain muscle and look at him now ughhh

and seeing you succeed with your fitness goals makes Minghao even more proud

going to the gym is like breathing for you guys

you two always go to the gym together

and since you're with Minghao, every occasion has to be a fashion statement

you two are always wearing the coolest, trendiest, gym clothes that still manage to be uniquely your styles

it makes Minghao's heart flutter every time he seeing you wearing the gym shoes he bought you

especially when you're wearing one of his old gym shirts omg this man can barely even focus on working out LMAO and he's like the biggest gym rat out of all these dudes

gym selfies are a priority

but once he starts dating you, he notices that the gym ends up taking a lot of your time

but you also don't wanna patronize him or anything

at this point you kind of become like his personal trainer

at first he was just watching you to see what you did with your dumbbell and tried to do the same

once you began to guide him you could tell he was a lot more secure

and he really did look like he was enjoying the workout!

tbh the gym really strengthens your bond this way

our boy Lee Chan is obsessed with the gym

so when he starts dating you the gym becomes practically your second homes

he's hella impressed with your strength for sure

kitten and foxy are both "so bitches can't say excuse me?" type of angry drunks

but kitten goes through like phases she's a party girl who says she isn't a party girl so she starts off really fun until she gets into some tequila then its down hill....she will be the one to throw a punch and there's a 50/50 chance jj has also become belligerently drunk so he's either pulling that gun out or pulling her away to calm down but by that point she's transformed into horny drunk and they really gotta get outta there.

foxy gets belligerent but she's a yeller not a fighter so pope is trying his hardest to divert her attention but it rarely works because she thinks she wants to see some action (she doesn't) so pope has picked her up and carried her off kicking and screaming multiple times

SM 6 SPOILERS UNDERNEATH- if ya haven't seen it go watch it!

Father Gregor did have a point in saying what he did about Lila being an irresponsible mother ..NOW WAIT- BEFORE Y'ALL THROW YOUR STONES- hear me out, Father Gregor was right to some degree, bc she doooess kinda let Skid just fuckin run around unattended a LOT- i mean I grew up with technically a helicopter parent so I can't speak much on the issue

but Lila has legit let his ass summon a demon and play with em, let them watch horror movies at a young age, and legit lets Skid like,, go outside by himself ESPECIALLY late at night like,, that's pretty irresponsible that she isn't watching over him just a bit more

Not gonna lie, this isn't a review, this is just to flex and, quite frankly, somewhat of a follow up to my Perfect Love Review but anyways!

Allow me to fucking flex for a second because I'm sorry WHAAAAT?

Wait, but it gets better because, do y'all see the first part?

Are you telling me this dev -- not just this dev, but the dev that made the masterpiece that was Perfect Love -- not only knows that I exist, but they follow me and has been following me??????? Even still, if they don't follow me and have just been revisiting my page every now and then, are you telling me that they knew I existed BEFORE that review???? And they like -- no, LOVE? -- the way that I write my reviews?!

I'm sorry, and I mean this in the most humble way, please, allow me to just...

I'm lightheaded. This is too much serotonin. What an experience to add to all my other happy memories.

For the sake of my health, I'll scream more about that later, but the part I'm more concerned about is this

Wait what...?

I'm gonna be real with y'all, I totally forgot that there was another ending until I revisited the game page -- which I didn't forget about the project I assigned. It was due last week, but I'll extend it to today, so get on that and download it and damned play it -- that I remembered "Oh yeah! The secret ending!" but this ain't about that! Find it on your own! I ain't spoiling that for you! What this is about, however, is not being conceited and inserting a name that wasn't my own, so if you'll excuse me and allow me to do that.

P.S. Just some reassurance to the dev: I was absolutely not disappointed with the Milos, and Eris do be overdramatic, but the way they're written is so beautifully toxic. I gotta give them props, though: They knew what they want, and they were kinda boss for going after it and not settling. Lil psycho about it, sure, but still pretty boss. Ok one last watcher post before I move on with my life. This is a big ol rant ok I talk about a lot.

Tldr I'm conflicted and sad but I believe they can come back from this

Steven Lim, what a guy yk? I like dish granted. I appreciate Steven Lim for running the company, like. In, I think, a Making Watcher it's said that Ryan and Shane get to dick around on camera because Steven runs the business end of things so im not mad at Steven any more rhan im mad at the others.

I'm mad at y'all. Cause I've seen some vile things said about Steven, like how u wish Ryan and Shane would dump him or how he's ruining everything and how he's completely unwanted and nobody likes him. Which is wrong, u shouldn't bully this guy because he made a bad business decision, try and be mature. Ik some of y'all are like 15 and you're feeling betrayed and abandoned, which is what u should be feeling btw, but that's not an excuse for this behavior.

People are mad at Steven because the shows he's a part of are financially fucking insane. It's an icky thing to watch someone eat fine things and travel no biggie while the rest of us struggle. That's what we're mad at Steven for. Well that's what I'm mad at Steven for. Because the shows he does are elitist and.....just. it feels bad.

This whole thing feels bad and I don't know what to do.

I'm very conflicted. I keep changing my views and not knowing how to feel and not knowing what to think or what to do and the stability that Watcher provides me is gone. So I gotta uh. Find something else. I have a really hard time coping with change and this is a really big change. These guys have been around since before i was diagnosed, and then I watched them through that, and I'm watching them now and I don't know what to do.

This whole thing is scary because everyone's up in arms about it, either trying to remind others that the watcher crew are still people and not monsters or lamenting the loss and potential fiery downfall of one of the greatest things of the internet. So it's real chaotic ykwim? This is just added chaos to our lives and having something that was such a crutch for us all to lean on be taken away so suddenly is frightening.

This is like the ugliest sides of the fandom all coming together at once which is bad for people in the middle lol

Anyway uh I think I'm done. I hope the watcher guys are ok but I also hope they realize that this was not the right move and do something about it. They aren't bad people in my book, I mean. Maybe they are but I can't lose them yet. I'm like 0 for 4 on YouTubers rn so uh. I can't let these guys go, I'm attached to these internet men and I like them a lot even though they're being stupid rn.

This is redeemable. They can come back from this.

Nightmares

Alrighty, #BlurbTuesday coming in just under the wire! Since I wasn't able to write anything this week (it's been a BUSY one, y'all) you get a sneak preview into a series I'm writing! This may or may not be exactly how it turns out later, but I thought I'd use this moment since I'm pretty proud of it. Stretching those dialogue muscles!

Warnings: reader has a nightmare, helmet is off for a second, emotions lol. This doesn't really need a rating but, as always, the whole blog is 18+ ONLY. Love y'all. 💖

Cold. It's cold, and you're laying in the street he left you in. Your hand raises to reach out as you yell, "Don't go. Please, don't go..."

"You're weak."

"But I came to save-"

"To save me? You can't even save yourself."

Your voice is raw from screaming as the man in front of you begins to fade...

“Hey, hey, wake up. Wake up!” someone shouts. You’re being shaken, blankets tangled and squeezing your body. Your eyes shoot open to the darkness of a hand covering your eyes.

“Shhh, it’s okay, it’s just a dream, you’re okay.” You realize Mando is the one talking, and it’s his hand covering your eyes.

“What’s going on?” you’re scrambling to get the blankets off you, sweat coating every inch of your body.

“I’m sorry,” Mando says, “I couldn’t get my helmet on fast enough, you’ve gotta calm down so I know you won’t look.”

His helmet… He doesn’t have his helmet on. You force your breathing to calm and close your eyes again under his hand.

“I’m okay. I won’t look, I promise.” You intentionally take deep breaths trying to slow your racing heart. “You can go back to bed. I’m sorry for waking you up.” You wait patiently for him to remove his hand. Just to prove the seriousness of your promise, as soon as his hand is gone you replace it with your own. You feel his body shift off your cot and hear metal clink as he retrieves the helmet.

“Okay, you can look,” Mando’s voice is modulated again and you remove your hand from your face. As your eyes open, all you can see is Mando, backlit by the soft glow from the various control panels dotting the walls.

“I’m sorry for waking you up,” you repeat, throwing all your blankets to the floor next to you and resting the side of your head on the cool metal wall. “Like you said, it was just a dream.”

“Are you alright?” Mando asks, kneeling next to the bed.

“I’m fine,” you wave his concern away.

“Do you… Wanna talk about it?”

You turn your head to look over the Mandalorian beside you. A loose, base layer shirt fits snugly over his arms and chest, his strength obvious. His helmet gleams in the soft light and the pitch black visor is trained on your face, probably analyzing your every move.

“It was just… A dream. Just a dream.”

“About him?” he asks.

“How did you…?”

“You were calling out for him,” Mando answers frankly.

You lean back against the wall and sigh. “Yes. I was just seeing him leave. Again. Not the first time I’ve had this dream.”

“You don’t believe what he said, do you?”

The question gives you pause. “Of course I do. We’ve known each other for a long time, he knows me better than anyone.”

“And you think that means he’s right about you being scared and weak?” The way he asks the questions are matter-of-fact, but they hold no malice.

“I know he’s right. Until now, I’d never even been outside my town, let alone off-world. I’m too scared and too weak to be anything but a girl who never left home.”

You can’t see his face, but something about Mando changes the moment you finish speaking. “You’re wrong.”

“Excuse me?” You turn your head to look at him, brows furrowed.

“The fact you left everything and everyone behind to go find your fiance, especially having never left home, shows your courage. Your loyalty to him was clear the moment you stepped foot on the Crest. Your strength in pulling yourself together after what that idiot did to you… You’re so much more than you’re giving yourself credit for.”

You’re speechless. That was the most you’d ever heard him speak in one go and it was like he knew exactly what you needed to hear. Mando rises, not waiting for a response, and grabs the bag holding your loth-wolf figurine.

“You’re a strong woman,” He opens the bag and gives you the small piece of art. “Arlon doesn’t know what he’s missing.”

You stare at the creature in your hand and Mando moves back to his bunk. Before he shuts the door, you look up. “Thank you, Mando.”

“You’re welcome. Get some sleep,” is all he says.

But you can’t sleep. Not for fear of the nightmares returning, but something else pulls at your attention… Mando believes in you. You’ve only been traveling with him for a few weeks at this point and he can already see something in you that you can’t. He thinks you’re strong. And loyal. And courageous. Words that no one has ever used to describe you before now. And you really enjoy how it feels. Maybe… Maybe you really can be those things.

You know what you have to do.

he's actually fine, at least for someone who's been an idol + a producer for like... almost twenty years sheesh

does get a lot of rumours but we don't care about those

his biggest controversy is basically the one that.. he hasn't "fixed"... putting "" because truth is everyone is divided on this ("does he really need to fix it?" you decide booboo)

anyway, he uses aave despite being the palest japanese mf ever ❤️ some black fans don't care, others do care, some non-black fans don't care (not that... we care about their opinion...), some non-black fans do care, one of the pro arguments is "well at least he uses it correctly" so you decide if you're pro or anti gojo now /J... /hj i know some of y'all are extremists

has been called greedy as a producer but let's be real he's a man so he doesn't actually get called out a lot for this + he's one of the most popular idols anyway so who cares (if it were a woman tho...)

okay so this one is actually fake af but he's been called xenophobic and racist towards panda (who's chinese) and yuuji (who's half dominican) because they had less than 2 seconds of line in a song. gojo didn't respond to that, but a week later the behind recording was out on socials and everyone was able to see that 1/ panda actually had more lines but got outsang by most of the group (understandable, he's not a vocalist), 2/ yuuji can't sing to save his life, so giving him one line was already very nice of gojo

got accused of being sexist because he said he "sees himself with a boring job, a wife, two kids, and his wife cooking dinner for him when he comes back from work"

gonna play devil's advocate and say that's literally how it works with his parents and they like it that way, so

also he said (after being accused of sexism) in a radio show that while that's how he sees his life in twenty years, he wouldn't mind it if his wife was like "no i wanna work too"

basically -> he hugged neji when neji was crying (neji was 16). he regularly compliments bureikou (girl group with the naruto girlies + AFAB NARUTO YEAAA), also has a very close bond with naruto herself since he's her godfather, DID talk about her body as in "she's growing up fine" (you take that as you want honestly)... did make a joke about naruto growing up fine but being so tall yet so flat (<- didn't phrase it like that tbh but that was the joke, naruto is 180cm tall and flatter than sakura). konohamaru is his nephew in this au and the way he's been teasing him or even hugging him rubs people the wrong way, mostly because of the previous things (for people who think he's actually having predatory behaviour) and because kono was 15 when he debuted. honestly idek, you make up your mind <3

gonna be real he probably has way more, he's been in the industry for 30+ years LOL but yeah brain is smol

neji (hanafubuki, soloist)

has had ableist comments in the past, mostly about shino's quirks (fyi shino is on the autism spectrum) -> owned up to it and apologised to shino and shino's dad, literally people learned about it because neji mentioned it during a public apology when they were having a concert

neji is basically if character growth was a person

bro is gay as hell (and dating shino!!!) but was homophobic so... character growth <3

honestly props to shino for staring at neji and thinking "i will talk some sense into him" cuz LOOK AT THEM NOW <33

Happy Chronic Disease Month!

According to the Chronic Disease Coalition, July is Chronic Disease Month! July 10 is also National Chronic Disease Day! I know not everyone celebrates it, but it is something meaningful to me because I got that chronic illness swag in my life. Lol

Basically, it's just a month for education on chronic diseases... Which I am VERY passionate about! I probably won't post that much about it, but I just wanted to make a post announcing it in case anybody else wants to celebrate it for whatever reason. OwO

I am not sure if Chronic Disease Month is considered an "official" thing, or just something the Chronic Disease Coalition does, but I will take any excuse to feel seen and appreciated, lol. Plus I missed Eosinophilic Awareness Week this year, so I gotta make it up to myself!

Anyways, I hope y'all are doing well! I know just checking in on someone can brighten their day, so check in on someone you care for today! It can really help out!

Andromeda is a freelance graphic designer and she has been struggling to find work recently (probably cuz she was too focused on finding a wife). So this work opportunity was something that she really needed.
