We have a couple of instances where a character (let's face it, usually Chat) collapses from injuries sustained in battle. This is the ultimate angst potential.

Pardon me/ignore if this is too personal but you mentioned you have siblings before so do they share your love of the Mario bros? Or do you have a Mario and Luigi sibling type of relationship with them?

I'd say I have a Mario-Luigi type relationship with my siblings... my big sister in particular. My youngest brother and I better resemble Uncle Arthur and Uncle Tony: a chaotic, utterly unfunny improvisational comedy duo.

I've got one other younger brother, but our relationship is unusual. He has a few intellectual disabilities, so our verbal communications are limited to repeating a narrow selection of scripts back and forth. He does have a Mario & Luigi shirt that he wears a lot though! I told him I'm a big fan of it, and he seemed to appreciate the sentiment.

Unfortunately, I'm the only one who has a truly deep interest in Super Mario Brothers (my sister and youngest brother have what you might call "a healthy relationship with media.") My sister knows about my hyperfixation and is firmly in the "I don't understand but I support you! 👍" camp. I try to keep the rest of my family out of the loop. My tendency to hyperfixate has gotten more and more embarrassing to me as I've gotten older lol... don't ask why. I couldn't answer that question if I wanted to.
